Podcast content, including audio and metadata, is owned by the respective podcast creators and publishers. Podafi does not claim ownership of any podcast content. Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data from our service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcripts or the availability of the service.
