Hey, chicks in the office listeners.
You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts Spotify or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad-free on Amazon Music. What's up, everyone? It's chicks in the office with Rianne Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Friday before we get into the rest of today's show.
We got to tell me lies recap. We have a great interview with Jenna Johnson and trivia. Once in the office is presented by Microsoft Copilot, like I said before, we get into the rest of the show. We need to talk about the thing that is keeping everyone's lives organized right now.
And that is Microsoft 365 Copilot. That's right, because the world moves fast, your workday, even faster, pitching products, drafting reports, andizing data. Microsoft 365 Copilot is your AI assistant for work built into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps you use helping you quickly write, analyze, create, and
summarize. So you can cut through the clutter and clear the path to your best work. So it's a great way to just go into your weekend, not worrying about all the little
“tasks that you need to get done for work, because Copilot helped you out.”
Exactly. And you can do all of that and learn more at Microsoft.com/m365 Copilot. All right, everyone, how are we feeling today? Good. Yeah.
I feel like I'm excited for another chill weekend, which is, you know, I'm feeling that Friday energy getting to chill Friday energy brought you by Planet Fitness as always. I'm good. I don't really have any solid plans, which is nice, because Joe is going to be away.
So it's a little, a little friend and all of a weekend. Nice. I'll be nice, yeah. That sounds lovely. Right now, I am in deep with Noah's dog, Murray's competition to win America's
favorite pet. Yep. I don't even know how I got in so deep, but I am in deep. So Noah had been sending us this link to vote for Murray, and I, like, I think he's beat out hundreds of dogs.
That was my right.
“This has started, like, maybe end of December, early January, I think.”
Yeah. It's been going on for a while. Yeah. Yeah. He's been sending the link to vote.
You get one free vote a day. You get one free vote, or you can donate and get multiple votes. Yeah. So this past week, Noah sent the link and was like, Murray's in the quarterfinals, and
he's in third, and he's been in for this the first time he's ever not been in first.
Right. So he's been knocked down. So I was like, all right, well, we need to up our donations and up the voting. And so we did, and we've been keeping track of Murray, and he fell, and he went to first, but then he fell back down to third.
So then last night, I'm writing in a group chat that Noah and I have with other friends, and I'm like, guys, we got to push Murray back to the top. Like, I'm sorry, this is bullshit. So then they jumped in, and they started donating and getting votes. Murray gets pushed up to the top again.
Right. We're like, oh, he's back in first. We love to see it, donating to a good cause, also getting Murray votes. You know, it's a win-win for everybody. Yep.
We'll get this morning. Murray's back in third. And I'm like, what the hell is happening here?
We need our guy Murray to get to first.
You don't know how many votes. They don't show you how many votes. They just show you the order, but it's like, you don't know how far behind you are.
“Because here's the thing, it's a back and forth, there's still what a lot of days left”
on this. So for the quarter finals, the quarter finals ends in eight days. February 27, 2017. Pacific time. Yeah.
There's a big red prize. A lot into it. And then magazine cover Murray will be on the cover of modern dog. Yeah. And my mom is going to donate some of the money, obviously, to the, yes, a new chance dog.
Where she falls. Where she falls. Exactly. So this is all going to a good cause. And Murray is going to be the biggest donor.
Today, limited time, do you get two free, two free votes today? Listen, I'm on it already. Oh, my goodness. I'm on it.
And I'm just like, how does he keep getting knocked down to third?
I just, because you said, like, I'm going to turn notifications on. I don't know what you're meaning. I just the first time I'm seeing that wants to be notified of Murray drops in position, receive text update. I literally was like, I'm going to get text updates on it.
Yeah, text updates. I'm so into the competition. I even had my mom changing the picture. That were easy for her. Well, I was like, I don't.
I don't think the picture they were using for Murray was good enough. I think it was showed his, his, him at his best, you know, because he has so much personality larger than my parents. He's a big dog. And I was like, I feel like we need more personality for Murray here.
And now I think the pictures, my mom, for that price, I was like trying to find pictures
Sending me like losing her mind.
As you should, I'm trying to find the, like, home page for it to check in.
I could send it. Which is weird, because it's America's fave pet.com. I know it is. But when you click on the main, like, site, there's no, it tells you the details of the competition.
But there's no, like, vote. It is hard to navigate. I know. I know. Also, like, yeah, they make, they do make it a little difficult, like.
Well, it's hard to vote. So I'm saying if anybody's listening, I was going to want to go on to say if you wanted to vote, just help support Murray. I, like, if you go to America's petfave.com, I don't even know where you're going to go to. I know.
I know. I don't even know if there's a vote button because we need Murray to win this. We need to take this at home. Yeah, they do make it hard to find. Listen, these other dogs, they're cute, okay?
Yeah. They don't got me wrong. They're cute. I don't even know where is the vote button.
“Do you have to log in first to make an account and then vote?”
No, no, no, no. I have an opportunity. It's really not having the link, um, but that feels, like, that feels impossible. How could anybody else vote if they need to share the link? I know.
Well, we'll share the link and then everyone can click the link to vote. Yeah. Yeah. So like, okay, if you want America's fave pet.com/2026/murry and maybe that just takes you there.
Ooh, let's check. Try that. America's fave pet.com/murry. You need to do the whole thing. Which is?
2026. Oh, wait. It's coming up on into my, it came up with my history anyway. It's from your there. Okay.
America's fave pet.com/2026/murry. Dash 50. Dash 50. That's what it is. Mary's got those double D's.
So America's fave pet.com/2026/murry/dash 50.de. Yeah. Lowercase. I'll repeat. America's fave pet.com/2026.
Yeah. Dash, murry, dash 50.de. Yes. And that will take you to. Mary, murry.
“You don't even look up the other dogs to vote for me.”
Don't even, don't even. This will take you right to Mary and just get your free vote in. Get your free vote. I do is log into your Facebook. Should be easy.
Yep. Facebook. Also another. This is Facebook these days. This is the only time I've used my Facebook in the last time.
Yeah. I'm like logging back into my Facebook to try and get these votes in. Oh, wow. Yeah. So if you spend 25, you get 50.
Oh, everything's double. I see you. I see now. I mean, I'm going to head a bit more in. Yeah.
So you're also open to donating. Yes. Well, by the time everyone was listening to this, the double. The double will be over for us. But for us.
And murry is currently in second place as I'm looking right now.
Oh, I didn't even read all my moms like description. They're so cute. Oh, I read every dog's description last night. Because, you know, your dog, the picture I feel like has to match the description. Yeah.
“You know, and if you're a kid, that's some good pictures down at the bottom.”
If your picture doesn't match the description, then I'm like, Oh, well. Oh, and every, yeah. And then we see all the other pictures. You know, not that I want to look at the other dogs.
But I don't even know how I do that. You have to hit. Or if you hit, and where it says currently second, if you hit in the corner. I see. I see.
I see. And so. And so. And so's in first. Oh.
Oh, wow. Ford felt a fourth. Oh, Ford is a handsome dog. Oh, I do like, drag. I don't know if that's how you say it.
Yeah. Wow. Well, there's some very cute dogs in here. I am in deep with this. This reminds me of the People's Choice Awards.
Please vote. Please vote.
By the way, this dog's picture is incredible.
And should make Mount Mount Nicole. Oh, I know. That's got to be. That's got to be a. I sent.
You think that's a. Well. I think this dog's skateboard. And I went the back. I voted for Mount Nicole last night.
I was like, how's this dog got him for? Well, I'm going to be sleeping in this. Also, that picture of him. There's like a, it looks like an ad. Like there's a treat bag in the corner.
Yeah. Yeah. The ad does. Mount Nicole knows tricks. I'll see if you'll get for Adless last place.
She's an amazing retriever. They're, they're her parent said. Listen, everyone vote for Murray. Yeah. Vote for Murray is a vote.
Hmm. For the good guy. Yes. Exactly. I can't believe this is only the quarter final by the way.
In my head. I'm just like, and so is like the super villain dog. Yeah. Going against Murray. That's how you have to look at it.
This is the, yeah. This is the top one per cent. Well, it's funny because, and those, like, just because there's such different dogs that it's so
Fun.
Like, you picture Enzo being carried around. Like he's on a pillow. And he's just looking down at everybody. Well, not to come for Enzo too hard.
But in Enzo's description, it said that Enzo always has a smile on his face.
But in the picture, he's not smiling. That's true. He actually looks pretty annoyed. Like, you know what I'm saying?
“So that's why I mean, like, you know, there's some other pictures of this.”
I like that. Okay. I didn't see those. Show them. Oh.
Oh. That is cute. Don't look at the cute pictures of that. I see it still. Don't look at Enzo's photographs.
Oh. Oh, wow. We're getting off track. Okay. So we're getting off track.
My raise number one. Yep. Yep. And so it's cute though. No.
Shit. We love. You know, speaking of dog. Just dogs and dog. You should have got all of them there.
And then all of them. Oh, my god. I didn't see each other. Yeah.
Like, they meet in the finals.
Yeah. Because I think it's still there. And then we like have them meet up in real life. Oh, for a show now. Oh.
That is a share of the cover. That's the date. Oh, I got to bring.
“Can you ask your mom to like invite me over?”
Um, maybe I can. We should go to know his house. Yeah. I don't think we need an invite. I don't think we need an invite.
But I think I'm sure mom would host us. Oh, yeah. For like a, for like a little afternoon lunch. I can bring all of it. We can go to a workout with her.
Very, not very. And all of them like run around in the backyard. Yeah. My mom will bring Murray back in. Yeah.
I'll just like any chance I can get to get her at the city with with some dog friends. Murray likes little dog. Murray doesn't when it's a bigger dog than Murray. He kind of gets weird. But just good because all of likes big dogs.
She does like small dogs.
We'll be in the in the cave this summer.
Yeah. Oh, good point. We can do that. Yeah. That would be a good plan too.
But I invited myself to both of your house. Yeah. Yeah. We'd like to go to all. Thank you.
Um. All this wire. Yeah. I'm going to bring the dogs. Can you bring the dogs there?
Dog friendly. There's a dog bar outside the square. Oh. It says dog bar and it's just all water. Amazing.
It's all the dream. And especially if Murray wins. Yeah. Oh. I'm going to take.
I mean, you're challenged.
“Honestly, you guys should walk with Murray through”
Chatham in the town that we live in because he's like a celebrity. He's a star. Mm-hm. I really get this kind of modern dog. Seriously.
Shit. Everyone's going to put the cover like in their store windows. Oh, my god. I could see you. I'm like.
Chatham. Come of modern dog cover. I was in Murray's manager. Murray come back on the podcast. Talk about it.
Yeah. If he wins, he wins. Only. He wins. Which, you know, will be healthy for sure.
But we don't want him to have an earlier type situation. No, no, no, no. No. All right. No, no, we don't.
But I wanted to say that the New York streets have been covered in ice for months now. And it's starting to warm up a little bit and all the ice is melting. And I don't know what happened to the dog owners in this city. But the, the core is out the window. The, and I think it should be the opposite because in my mind, it's like, okay, your dog.
Maybe your dog poop's on some, on some dirt. Kind of blends in. You're, you know, it's, it isn't pop. You're not like, oh, this is so obvious. Dogs poop on the snow.
It's clear as day. It's, it's, again, snow. There's poop and there's poop everywhere. I have noticed that. For some reason, I don't know why dog owners in the city have decided that, like,
if my dog poop's on the snow, I don't have to pick it up. That's insane. It's disgusting. It's like, it's on the dirt. You have to pick it up.
You have to pick it up regardless. You have to pick it up regardless. I'm just saying, I like, the fact that it's more in snow is crazy to me. Because it's like, it's not hidden. It's out there.
I feel like it's going to melt. So then it'll just disappear. Which is dumb. Which is really dumb. Because it actually does the opposite.
You're pooping in ice. So the ice just freezes the poop. And then ew, ew, ew. And it's everywhere. Now all the ice is melting.
So all the ice is melting. And there's just shit everywhere. Everywhere. That's disgusting. I have, when I walk, all of it's like, you're just dodging.
Dodge and left and right. Oh, God. The amount in the room, like, it's just everywhere. It's crazy. That's really disrespectful.
I've seen some Instagram posts people are not picking up. Why did dog owners just decide that? They weren't going to pick up. They weren't going to pick up dog poop in the snow. Yeah, that is not acceptable.
It is really not acceptable at all. I don't, I don't like that one bit. Because now I heard there's no snow. Enzo's owner. He's pooping the snow.
Damn. Well, one thing we could certainly confirm. One thing we could certainly confirm is that Enzo's poops are probably way smaller than Mary's. You don't know that.
You don't know that. No, no, no. But yeah, I don't know why people are doing that.
It's so gross.
It's not ideal because that.
And then like the garbage that was frozen solid under all the snow. It's now just coming back up to us all this ice. The sidewalks are not. No. Are not looking good these days.
Right now. Around these parts. Just poop and garbage everywhere. Ew. It's just near city free.
Yeah. Welcome to it. It's a charm. Yeah. It's been way in for you.
It's just literally everywhere. I don't know what it is. That's crazy. It's like how you're just used to like when I walk into a subway and it just smells like reeks of piss.
And I'm like. It doesn't even phase me. I'm like that smells bad. But it's like this is just the city. Yeah.
I just feel like it's always been that like.
Yeah. You know, like, I'm not like. Whoa. So it's never smelled good. Yeah.
Yeah. That's what he said. Yeah. Yeah. You just get used to it.
But then you do another city and you're like. Wait. Not every city is like this. Yeah. But I wouldn't say I've ever gone to a city and take in their like public
transportation. Like this smells amazing. Wait till you go to London. Wait.
“Did you ever take that you still haven't taken the two, huh?”
I think in the two. Okay.
Because the tube is like spotless.
No one talks. It's great. Yeah. Well. Not here.
Not here. But dog poop. Dog poop everywhere. Quite literally everywhere. Moving on.
Moving on from this gross conversation. Yeah. Yeah. We do have a great episode today. Yeah.

Not only just for the season, but as a series as a whole. Yep. They announced that this would be the last. Last season, Megan Oppenheimer said that, you know, this is the way she envisioned ending and that's how it's going to end.
And we must discuss the ending of events for this season. Yes, I certainly was skeptical going in.
“Be like, how are they going to wrap up this show in this one episode?”
And I will say, I'm pretty satisfied with the way they did it. And I've just had to accept that they did terrible things to other people. As well. And there's just not going to be justice for those people. Like they're just quite literally getting away with murder.
And there's just some things that you're just not going to know, which is okay. I think it's not like every storyline wrapped up. And then there was like one or two that didn't. Megan, I feel like with the core group wrapped it up pretty well. Where it's like all those side characters.
They're just going to continue on. And whatever shit they're doing because that this episode really had me on the edge of my seat when I'll for and Marianne called Brie into that office with her mom. I couldn't believe it. I was shot on like, Marianne's the worst scene.
They both of them. They're the terrible terrible people. Absolutely terrible. And it pains me that there. There's no consequences to their heinous actions.
And they just continue to terrorize young female students. No, they're awful. But it's like honestly it made sense to end it away. Where actually there's no there's no redemption. There's no redemption.
There's no consequences. They just continue to be evil. And you're like, well, they're evil.
Confirm to evil forever.
I saw Megan talk about how this is a cautionary tale. Like not every ending is supposed to be a happy ending.
“Because it's really showing sometimes how real life is.”
Sometimes the bad guy wins. And sometimes there is no resolution. If someone is just straight up evil. There's no happy ending there. They just continue to be that.
And we see that with Marianne and Oliver. We see that with Stephen. You know, most importantly. And notably, nothing ever happens to Stephen Kelly. I mean, he gets the offer to Yale rescinded.
Yeah. Thanks directly. Shout out regularly there. My king. But that's really like we don't see anything happen with the macy stuff.
No. We don't see anything happen with everything else. He's ever done. No. And by the way, he ends up having his ending that he wants,
which is to embarrass everybody. Yep. At the wedding, which by the way, when I watched this, I was like cracking up. I was like, is this meant to be funny?
Because I really liked it. It was like, it was, I was like, this is hilarious. What's happening right now. And, you know, they were leaning into it sort of with the cake growing. And it was sort of cheesy.
Yeah. It wasn't so serious. But I couldn't believe that I was like laughing. And then Lucy ends up laughing in the end as a whole. Because it's just like this motherfucker.
Yeah. Get's away with it all.
“I think it was good, too, because it just,”
it was like, now we've really all don't have to be friends. You know, it's like, they were still holding on to something. All that time between, like, I still couldn't wrap my mind around the fact that the way they were all talking to each other in their dorm room, the girls, that they somehow were still
breeze bridesmaids. I'm like, how are you all even still friends? And of course, there is like Lucy leaving school and all these things
just never going to know that in between time.
But the jump to the wedding does like perfectly make sense because I think it's everybody's way of having this big meet up or they're all together. But they all kind of wash their hands of each other. Where it's just like, this is, this is it.
I mean, Pippa, Pippa, coming clean to Lucy. And then Lucy being like, I slept with Evan and Pippa being like, oh my god, like, I was like, Pippa fucking relax. Like, Pippa is on her high horse a lot. Although I did understand what Pippa was saying in the fact
that like, it is a, it is a little different. Yeah. Because it like is Lucy's best friend. Yes. And she's doing it to another girl.
So I understood her point. But she's supposed to be her best friend. Right. But it's like girl, you know, don't do it to other girls. So I understood what she was saying there.
But Pippa just getting on her high horse about everything ever when she has been doing. Yeah. You know, really so dirty. You can be mad.
Totally be mad. Like the whole, like, I don't think I can ever be mad.
I never going to talk to you.
Never going to talk to you ever again. Right. You all have done fucked up shit. So Pippa was just on her high horse. Yeah.
And then for Pippa to not step in when Lucy was expelled. Yeah. Any point. You know, crazy. Right.
Was insane.
“I think honestly for the best that Lucy was expelled.”
And just like taking it out of that school again. Yeah. Also how about Bree being like to Evan, you know, if you stop at Lucy, tell me right now and I can forgive you. But she wouldn't forgive Lucy and got her expelled from school.
Yeah. Like, oh, I'm going to forgive this man. But I'm not going to forgive my best friend. Like, just everyone picks and chooses. Yeah.
Who is right and who is wrong when they are all wrong. Just on different levels of it all. Um, I mean, what I'm going to take from this is that they end up together. And Megan said that.
Yeah. Like, she has been interviewed and kind of talked about where she sees all these characters after this point. And she was like, look, I think, you know, I had it written that they lock eyes across the room.
And they're kind of free of all these people. And it's all over now. And they can kind of start fresh and be together. And she was like, I think they're soul mates. That's beautiful.
Yeah. That makes my heart happy. I thought that Bree and Riggly were so cute together. And, you know, it's one of those shows that you're rooting for them to fucking Yeah.
She on their significant others because the show so insane.
You would never usually ruin something like that.
Obviously. But with this show, you're just like, you know what? These two might as well be together. Why would she have had to marry Evan? Like, why?
Because Evan's family to breathe saying this is her. The shot at having like a normal life because Evan's family comes from money and kind of like provide those things for her. So I think that's where that comes from. Yeah.
And, but they're not meant to be together. Clearly. And now we're getting divorced the next day at this point. Yeah. There's she was like, I could see them.
You know, it's probably a quick enrollment. And it's like, what? It's like, it never happens. Right. And Riggly and Bree can be together.
I don't really.
I don't know how. I don't know how any of them sit with. With the things that they've done. Like, Bree putting that tape out. And then continuing to just like be friends for however long.
Bries me is the whole thing.
And just be like, I'll never tell her it was me.
Is is so crazy. I mean, look, in the long run, probably from the best set. Look, that Lucy left that school. But at the same time, it's like. Clearly, she never forgot about it.
And also Steven made her think she fucking somehow did it herself. Like, Steven was like, you sure you didn't do it. And like, Lucy's like, I don't know. Did I? Like, probably thought she did.
She was in such a state of hallucinations and delusion that she probably thought that she did. But I hope Bree holding on to that for so long years and years. Me, I don't know how you could possibly do that. Which makes sense. Now, that Bree was like, I'm the worst person.
Yeah. And then on top of that, Steven getting up there, making the speech. And then Lucy choosing to leave with Steven once again. That wasn't some master plan by Lucy. Lucy really was getting in that car with Steven again.
It's not like she took her bag into the gas station. She got two coffees. I don't think that this was some master plan by Lucy to be like, now I'm going to get one over on Steven. No, Lucy fell back into the trap of Steven.
And then she finally learned that this motherfucker's always going to win.
Yeah.
“And I think that's what she took from this.”
And they can all just like fuck off and not even be near to other anymore. Yeah, what's so crazy to me is I don't know if I'm missing some parts from other seasons. But it feels like Lucy and Steven hadn't seen each other. Like at all, at any point in between. So it's like years and years, like pretty good chunk of time later.
And yes, also, he is so destructive and chaotic that like even the way he broke up with what's her face. Lydia. Lydia was just like, I forgot they were engaged first. Like, would she threw the ring at him? I was like, oh my god, they were engaged.
Like it's just so crazy for just two seconds of like, let's cut the crap. Like I, you know, I slept with Lucy this morning. It's overly, if like whatever. And it's just like, okay, well, that ends. And he's like, we're just together to mess with Lucy.
It's crazy. I also, something that was left out for me and I'm not sure I missed it was like, how Lucy and Max end up back together. Yeah, right. How do Lucy and Max end up back together?
And what happens with Alex? He's not everyone's wedding. No. Those are the questions. We'll just never know.
“But I'm like, I think Lucy, she went on to just become like a travel agent.”
Yeah. And then ends up with Max. Yeah. Where's Alex? Right.
I know. You never really know what happens. You never really know what happens there. And yeah, there's, and even with like Steven, it's like, oh, he doesn't go to Yale,
which the cut to regular his face. Walking out in the hallway after he was like, his acceptance was rescinded just fantastic. Just really great TV. But clearly him not going to Yale, he's still fine.
You know, it's like he still live in his life. I mean, he's driving a nice ass car. Mm-hmm. So clearly that didn't hurt him that much. Yeah.
I was happy that it seemed like regularly got sort of a happy ending here if he ends up with brave. Yeah. Because I saw Megan Oppenheimer talk about this. Yeah.
Where she said that she saw an interview that Spencer Denzer did about Rikley's character and how it was just like,
it's written in the stars for him basically to never succeed.
Yeah. And for everything's going to be bad. Right. It was like, even she was like, I don't know how we could even move on from this. Yeah.
Like, I don't know how he could ever do himself because we already know from the jumps that he's like still down that. Right. And so she sort of flipped it around. Yeah.
And wrote it in for Rikley to have sort of a win here. Yeah. And quite the opposite for Lucy. She talked about how people had been calling for, you know, Lucy's punishment for three seasons.
“And so that's what she did is that she punished Lucy because the audience was like,”
we need to punish Lucy. Yeah. And now when we see Lucy get punished, we're like, what the fuck? Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. And I think that it goes to show like like her saying it's a cautionary tale. Like, people like Steven exist in the world. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. And they continue to be these horrible people and nothing ever comes from it. And that's sort of the ending of this show. It's like, yeah.
He's going to continue to do this. Yeah. And there's no happy ending here for for them.
Yeah.
Definitely. And it felt like I was trying to find the quote of her saying it to her.
She was like, she has always felt like she's kept Lucy a fairly redeemable
character. Like it's, I felt like, and her mind Lucy is doing, she's making the wrong choices, but it's not with ill intent. Which is why it's like, okay, you just, you just get her, you just get her out of there. Like, most of the time, I like, even though when Lucy makes these terrible decisions,
I end up feeling bad for her. Yeah. Her headspace is just all clouded by this horrible person that's Steven is. Yeah. And so you end up feeling bad for her.
But I thought that the ending was kind of perfectly wrapped up. And if they continued it, they would be opening up even more story lines. And we'd have more unanswered questions where sometimes you just have to be okay with some of the questions not being answered and leave it at that. Because that is life sometimes, huh?
Yeah. Exactly. She had said it felt like the perfect ending to me because it felt inevitable talking about Lucy and Steven. One of the themes of this season was an evibility and the consequences of these actions during
this time of your life. You think nothing is that permanent and nothing is that serious. And then actually finding out that it is. The consequences can really matter. I really wanted to show serious takes.
So what happened for Lucy and making these decisions around Steven? Because I think it is a little bit of a cautionary tale. Like what you were saying. And Grace is also quoted in this too. That she was like, I really do hope it's her last wrong choice.
Just saying like she said, I think she needed that final confirmation of who this guy is. She was like, how long it had been six years since they saw each other. But it wasn't a real end of the cycle. It wasn't her doing so. She's clearly been thinking about him.
Still consuming her mind.
She's always subconsciously looking for a sliver of an opening to go back to him.
And she did and she got the confirmation that she needed.
“That's why I love that she laughs at the end because you think she might cry.”
And it's almost like, oh my god, I say it all perfectly now. Yeah, I liked that a lot. Yeah, I thought it was a great ending. Yes. I'm satisfied.
Yeah, I am too. I definitely am too. Because you just needed to blow up. And I liked that. I liked that Evan got of Swift kick in the dick.
Like he deserved that. And I'm happy for Pip on Diana too. Much as you know, Pipa was frustrating at times. Clearly her and Diana have made it work all these years. I liked kind of the little hint that Diana did go to Yale.
Yes. And obviously loved it. She's like, oh, she's got all the Yale memorabilia and everything. So it's like she got to do what she wanted. Which is great because it's like, Oh, once again,
Riggly that acts from Riggly not only fucked over Steven, but it was such a huge help probably for Pip on Diana's relationship. Because she didn't leave to go to the West Coast and be super far away. And they were probably able to continue to see each other, rekindling or whatever it is that got them back together,
because she was only at Yale. Yeah, certainly. And then also still being able to keep that friendship with Riggly as well. Yeah, that was nice. Man, though, did Riggly not need that hair at the wedding.
“You know, I think that to him like that.”
I think that was a way to be able to call him Wiggly. Yeah, it was a way. It was 100% a way it was really bad. It's just so drastic. So drastic.
Yeah, they were trying to be like, Oh, time jump. But like, he looks older with the short hair. So much better. Oh, man. He should have done a little bit better with the short hair.
You know how they gave Steven that hair cut at the wedding? Yeah. They should have just done the same thing for Riggly. It's also at least six years. Like a picture from of me six years ago.
I look the exact same. Like it. That you didn't need to like. I don't. So.
So I feel like I could be true for some people. Well, they kind of did it to they really only did it to Riggly though. Like some of the girls maybe had a little bit of different hair cuts. But they didn't like drastically change. Well, his hair was the drastic change.
Yeah, but like it was a drastic change. They should probably didn't need a wig. No, no. They just needed to give him a haircut. Like they did.
Yeah. Yeah. You know, yes. Whatever happened there. Riggly's face from Steven started making that speech was so funny.
Yeah. When they did you already say that? No, no, no.
“I mean, I was just like, I think they all.”
We're kind of like, well, you should. It's all happening. But he looks like so happy about it. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Good. Oh, I was. Well, there's smiling. Even screaming at him.
And he's just looking at. I'm like, yeah. Love you. That was the worst part of it was that like. I didn't want to be smiling and laughing.
It's Steven. Yeah. I was like, I am eating this up. And I hate that. Because you know what it was.
It was satisfaction for the viewer to be like, finally.
The truth is out in the open.
It's just like fucking said at all. It did feel like a like kind of a light hearted funny ending to a show that seemed really serious.
Like dark for a lot of the time.
Like that makes sense. Yeah. Like it was funny. But I was okay with that. I was okay with that.
And I find it to be like more hopeful. Mm-hmm. Like I find it to be like they didn't end it in a super dark depressing way. It was like, yes. Yeah, some of these relationships like are ending some are good.
Some are in a happier place. And like Lucy's finally learns her lesson. And can be like, by fucking got me again. Do you think she there? She sees him again.
She's falling. No, I think she did. I would like to think she did. I don't know. That's what I will tell myself.
Yeah. I hope Lucy gets into some therapy after this. Yeah.
Megan Oppainer also says she thinks that Lucy like never sees these people ever again.
She was like in her mind. Lucy like runs off and literally never sees anybody. Any of these people ever again. I was like, you know what? Good.
That is probably a good thing too.
“And I think it was fine that it ended in a light hearted like sort of way with that.”
Because it shows that you can go through like these really dark times. Like they all had gone through in college. Yeah. And then they are able to kind of move on from that as well. Or hopefully move on because we don't know what happens after this.
But it's hopeful. Yeah. Definitely. All in all, I, you know, a good solid finale. And sure, like, I was thinking, like, sure they could make more.
But I like that they're ending it after me. Sometimes so many shows overdo it. Too many seasons starts to get a little ridiculous. It feels a little forced. Megan finishing it where she wanted to.
And be like, no, this is really, this is really it. I think is always the right move or you sort of go out on top.
And it's often the fourth season where things get unraveled.
Yeah. Notice and shows. And on top of that, I love that. It's like not just like a money grab. Yeah.
Because they could have made a fourth season because of how high the ratings are. Yeah. But she was like, no, this is I'm looking at this as the ending. Yep. If you could have been off for one character.
Who would you want it to be? I would like to just see more of Breen rightly. But I don't know how interesting. I really like how much trauma there. Yeah.
I'm just, I'm just like, oh, they were to be honest. None of them are like, where they have, they need each other. They do. Right. Because we're not going to have one about Steven or one of our Lucy.
I mean, I could see one about Lucy if she just has a totally different life. Would be interesting. Yeah. Yeah. You know what?
I'm happy with this for now.
“And I think we can kind of like wrap the bow on it.”
And we don't need to be pushing for more spin-offs or anything right now. Agreed. All right. That wraps up the recap. Timac gives fans the advantage with constant innovation.

We are here with a very special guest. We are joined by Emmy nominated choreographer, dancing with the stars. Pro. Two-time mirrorball champion. Jenna Johnson.
Wow. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah.
Thank you. Thank you. We are so excited to have you in the suit. We've been trying to get you on the show for a while. I know you guys.
I'm so happy this is happening. One of the busiest people. I know you guys are truly. Everyone is. Both in busy as you should be.
Thank you. I'm trying to seize the moment. But yes, I'm very excited to be here. Good. We're pumped.
We're chatting. We're just chatting about the show because we went to go see Disney stars live. This, you know, past Sunday, which we had such a blast. And the show's so much fun. But you guys, you know, it's not like a lot of breaks.
You guys are night after night after night after night. Yeah. So how do you feel? How far longer you guys right now in the tour? You're in the thick of it.
“We are like, I think we just decided that we are in our 20s.”
OK. I've shows. And we're doing 97. Oh, so in the beginning stages. Not even the middle.
Yes, I've been getting you. You said that. Yeah. That's insane. But, and, you know, yes, it's like we're doing a show every night.
But the show itself is pretty physical. Yeah. It's nonstop for us. I think I have one change. It's like 12 seconds.
But I love it. I love feeling.
I love being an artist.
First of all, but I love feeling like an athlete. Yeah. There's like no better feeling than having your maybe I'm psychotic. I don't know. But like having a full body exhaustion and going to bed that night and being like,
I just gave everything I could and that feels so fulfilling. Yeah. And we see it on stage. You're absolutely mesmerizing to watch.
Like it is so incredible.
Now just to watch on TV, but to watch live in person is a whole other experience. Yeah. You guys really give it your all. And you can tell that you're totally in your element while you're on stage. You mentioned the quick changing, like you have maybe 12 seconds.
Yeah. What happens if you don't get changed that fast? Like do you miss the beat? Like how does that happen? Because you guys seem to just do it every single time without a beat miss.
So we're so lucky to have like the best wardrobe team ever. Just professional these quick changes.
“But actually, I think it was the last week.”
I have a dance with Val where it's on camera and the camera starts on me. And I can't miss that beat. And my corset, the zipper broke. So my little titties were haunted by a hook and eye. And it's also my duet.
I can't not go out there and I start the piece. And so I was like, just do the hook and eye. She did it. And then the whole rest of the dance, the back of my corset was open. And I'm like, trying to whisper to Val.
I'm like, my top is broken. Like don't pull it or else we're screwed. Yeah, I feel like there are kids in the audience. But again, it's kind of makes it exciting. Because that's just what makes like a professional is the show must go on.
And so it keeps you on your toes if little things like that happen. But it's not ideal. Obviously you want to look. Great. The costumes are so much fun.
And I'm wondering, like, what's the creatively when the, when the tour is being formed and everyone, you're organizing all those things. Like what, what's everyone's role in kind of. Picking moments or choreography or anything like that. Yeah, well, we have an incredible director.
Yeah. And she's known all of us for years. Yeah. And so she knows A just like what our vibe is, what our style is.
“Also, I think something that's important for her and us.”
We're doing these dances 97 times. Like what's a show that you're going to be proud to do and that you're not going to be over in a week. Right. And so like even my dance with Val. She sat down with us and she was like, guys, I've seen you dance 100 times together.
I don't want to see you do just another Paso or Cha Cha that doesn't mean anything. She was like, I really want you to think about what you want to do this tour. And we, I loved that because it really pushed us. But we decided we wanted to make like a mini movie on stage and play with camera and we do have this live camera element.
And so she kind of like created this whole movie for us. And it was just so inspiring to be part of that. And I would say like she determines the show and the songs. And we can bring some ideas to her for sure. Like Val and Danny knew that they wanted to do like a Brooklyn themed like something together.
You know, they never really get a dance together.
And so that's such a special moment for them. And then when it comes to costumes, we have the same costume. Our wardrobe department from the show works on the tour. And so again, she knows her body. She knows what we like.
And also you're wearing this piece for four months. Yeah. Like you will need to feel good. You want to feel hot, you know? Yep.
So I think it's just a comfort thing. But something that's going to keep you inspired for four months. Because it's a long one. The show girl Copacabana. I was like, that's incredible.
Like God. I was just, I don't know, when I would ever in my life. Maybe Halloween. Yeah, that's true. That's true.
It's like barware. Something like that. But at the whole time, I'm like, God, that what a fun costume we had to put on. It really shows your guys creativity and how talented artists really are. Like you and Val saying you wanted to feel like a movie up there.
And it did feel that way because when the camera starts on you, all of a sudden you're just locked into your face on the stage and you're brought through that. And it's just incredible. And like you mentioned like Val and Danielle are dancing together. Yeah.
So fun. And the way that you all can have so much chemistry with each other. I'm amazed by every single time I see it happen. And I just go in off of that.
“I think it's so fun for our audiences to see because we are always paired with a celebrity”
partner. Yeah. And we create magic with them and that chemistry and that camaraderie.
But you never really get to see his dance with each other.
And like that's really good at it. So I love that the tour celebrates the pros. And I think of all the tours, especially this one. They have pushed us so hard and they really want us to feel like stars.
That feel stupid to say, but we can feel it.
Yeah.
“And like even with the audiences response and support.”
But yeah, it is so much fun for me to dance with Brandon. Yeah. Like I don't get a dance with him all year long. And I've known him since we were eight. And so to be able to like do a beautiful contemporary emotional piece with him.
It's such a treat to do.
I never get a dance with Pasha.
And we get to do an Argentine Tango this year. Like it's just it's so fun to dance with elite dancers as well. You know what I mean? Yeah. And I love that everyone's the best.
Right. And I love that you bring up the point where like you really feel like a star. Because although the show is called Dancing with the Stars, you guys are stars yourself. Yeah. Like you know what I mean?
Like yes, you're a pro. But you're also a star. I think for a couple of seasons. We were the supporting characters. And that's ultimately our job.
Like, you know, we have a purpose when we are in season. We have a purpose to take care of our celebrity and give them the best experience possible. And we're also competitive. But it's amazing to see. And maybe it's the shift of social media and us being able to create our own little reality
shows behind the scenes during the season. But it's so interesting to see the love and genuine like interest. Yeah. Fans have of us now. Yeah.
Like even the season, I feel like our the pros engagement was like just as poppin as some of our celebrities. Yeah. Yeah. People are obsessed with you guys as we all are.
And you know, everyone has always been interested in your guys lives because who's married
to who was dated who in the past. Who worked together? No. Somebody who's eight years old. People are just coming to realize though that that was the case.
Like those have been watching the show for forever. Like, oh, yeah. We know all this about them. But these newer. The students are like, wait.
What? They do. They're very easy. It's so funny seeing everybody connect the dots online. Yeah.
And now there's even more of a microscope on all of you guys. What is that feeling like?
Because not only, you know, there's always been a microscope on your professional life and dancing.
But now it's personal as well. Yeah. Even, you know, when the show ends, the seasons over all throughout the year. I guess it's a little different for me because it's always kind of been that way for me because my relationship has just been public for a while.
So I feel like now some of the other pros are experiencing what I felt for a while where everyone has a say on everything. And it's overwhelming. And as we're and I were just talking about this. Like, yeah, it's, it's wild that there's this expectation from us to like have us at such a close reach, you know? And for people to have a say, it's not just about your choreography now or your dance or whether you, they like your partnership or not.
It's like now everything. Your facial expressions on how you react to what the judges are saying about another couple. Oh, every face under a microscope.
“Sometimes I feel like that must be hard because you, you must be like, listen, I just finished my dance.”
I'm tired. Every, you're waking up so early in the morning to get ready. And sometimes anybody could just like space out and get about something. But now they're looking at every single reaction, everybody has to everything. But also it's not just on cameras.
Now fans have videos of us in the sky box in a commercial break. When we just are usually like off or just, you know, whatever it is. And that you're taking a chat about. Yes. So yeah, it's interesting.
But I feel like again, I've kind of been under more of a microscope for so long. So I feel like I have a little bit more experience. Yeah. I've, like, you said you talked to Ezra about it. Are people asking you for advice?
Like, okay, Jenna, how do you deal with all of this? Yes, again, because I think it is. It's usually just been so professional about like, whether they like to your dance or not. But it is now so much more in depth with this relationship online and social media. So integrated into our world and into the show, honestly, as it needs to be.
But like, yeah, even this December, like, I just wanted to turn off a little bit. And I had such anxiety that I wasn't posting. And that's never been part of my life. Like, I've never had this like, Phelma of, oh, man, I'm not sharing.
“I'm not sharing people are asking me why am I not posting, why am I not posting?”
Like, I've never had that anxiety before. And that was a lot. Like, I don't always want to be sharing everything. I love privacy. Like, I'm down to be vulnerable in an open book.
But like, this expectation that I need to be sharing daily lately. Like, that's just not so simple. Which is the show has made you guys like social media stars. And they expect, I think people expect the same amount. Yes.
When the show's not on. Yeah. And it is. And you know what, when the show's on, you're posting all the time. Because it's now kind of feels like part of the job.
It's like, you gotta be sharing the behind the scenes.
Yeah.
And then when the show's not on, it's like, oh, I guess my still supposed to be doing all the same. But I want to know, because you guys are taking a little bit of a break. Why you and Val wanted to go back to do tour. Oh, yes.
“I think for a while, you know, like, I was pregnant.”
So that wasn't an option for us to do tour. I then was like postpartum. And we did a month of tour two years ago when my son had just turned one. Because that felt like that was sustainable enough. Yeah.
But both of us are still performers. And we really love to dance. Yeah. And also like last year when I won with Joey, I came out for about four weeks. Um, sporadically throughout the tour.
But I wasn't able to take my son with me. And that was really, really hard. Like I didn't want to do that anymore. So when this tour came up, we didn't really know it was an option for us to do the whole thing as a family.
Because we'd never express like, we're down.
Yeah. You will accommodate us. The three of us will go on the road for four months. Yeah. So I think we just had to have like a really honest conversation with the tour.
And they were really excited by the idea of it. And but we kind of had like terms, you know, like it is a package. And we are bringing somebody else because we have need and Annie to go with us too. Like that's a lot to ask. Yeah.
Um, and they accommodated everything.
“And I think it was also, you know, I think Val knew that he was going to have an absolutely epic season with Alex.”
And I think because I felt that support last year when I was able to tour with Joey and like meet the fans that supported us. I know that that was important for him as well to be able to like see the fans face to face. Yeah, yeah. Because it is wild that these strangers show up for you week after week and like support you during a really intense time of your life. And so yeah, I'm so happy that both of us get to be on the road touring the whole time.
It's been five years since we've done a whole dancing with the stars tour.
So it's, it's pretty amazing.
I think the way we get to do with the sun, he gets he watches the show every night. It's nuts. Did getting to watch how Danielle and Pasha did it. Yeah, you guys did all because I know that they've had their daughter with them as well. For sure.
I think that made it feel more accessible for us. And like, oh, it is realistic. It's hard. Yeah. You know, like, we're finishing it.
We're going to bed at 2 a.m. every day and then my son's out. But, you know, he still needs us to be mommy and dad. Yeah, yeah. But I think watching them really was like, OK, there is a blueprint for this. It can work.
Right.
“And then also, I think that was something that was really exciting for us is my son is in school.”
And we didn't want to take him out of those social experiences with kids. So knowing that there was going to be another toddler on the road. And they have the sweetest relationship. It's so cute. It's so cute.
It's insane. You guys, many of them have given her a little kiss. Like, probably just like this. So sweet. So I think all of the stars really aligned for us. Yeah.
And just it was like an easy. Yes. Let's do this. Yeah. What is life like on the road?
Like, are you guys traveling in the buses? Yeah. Every single day? Yeah. Can you take us through that?
Mm. Every time you guys talk about it, I'm like, there is no possible way. They're all on these buses every day. Are they? Yes.
It is a bus tour. You know? And it's very different than like an artist tour where you're doing two days on, four days off, or three days on. No, we are going six days on and we only have one day off a week. And we could be doing six or seven shows a week because usually we have like a matinee show. Oh, yeah.
This past Sunday.
But yeah, you basically wake up on a bus.
You sleep in bunks. We have like a little background for our family. But honestly, the bunks are more comfortable because it's like a little coffin. It's so dark. Right.
It rattles you to sleep. You wake up. You walk straight into a venue. So you're not going to hotel. You wake up at the venue.
And in the freezing snow, you're getting your suitcases off the bus. If you need to. Yeah. Dragon them into the venue. Set up shop, brush your teeth, shower.
Do your little routine, whatever you can fit in. So that's like going to like a coffee shop in the new city. Go to the gym. Do whatever you need to do. Some work stuff.
And then honestly, the girls have to start getting ready by like 3 p.m. Because we do meet and greet every day around five. You do meet and greet for an hour and a half. And then you have about 30 minutes of dinner. Going straight into warm up.
And then from warm up, we have about 30 minutes to quickly put on some tan.
Do your last minute touch shapes.
And then we're on stage. And we do a two hour shower night. You get off the stage. You shower and venues. Sometimes they're locker rooms.
Sometimes they're scary little bathrooms. You never know. That's where you do your little nighttime routine. Put on your PJs. Bundle up on the bus.
Just drag your suitcases. Put them on the bus. And go to sleep. Huge props. You guys are out there looking absolutely.
Drop dead gorgeous. Every single day and night. So it's just so impressive. I mean, I'm like, don't look at me too closely today. It's like giving a little crusty.
You just look absolutely beautiful. And it's crazy. Because I just feel like people go on tour now. And it's like, nobody really does the bus thing that I love. I love it.
You know what? Is it really fun? Like, this is what I imagine.
“It's like, he's honestly, I would like love to be touring.”
I don't know.
It's like really fun at first, right?
Like everyone's excited. Like it's just starting and then midway through. You're like fuck or still on this bus. For sure. And then if the end you're like, oh, no, I'm going to miss the bus.
That's exactly what I imagine. That's what I imagine it's like. That's the first it's like sleepover. Yeah. And then.
Yeah. Which is why it's also fun. Because I've seen Ezra talk about it too. And it's like, he cracks me up. Because he's like, yeah, you know, it's fun.
But then it's all like they're all with their families. And they're like, they're like, they're not most are married relationships. There's kids like, you're just like, all right, let me get my bunk. Yeah. I love the pairing that Ezra and Hayley have right now.
Because they are, they dance together just magically. And they're both so good. And they were like a huge highlight of the show for me. Sure.
I was like, they're incredible.
It's fun because we actually are bus is that group. So it's me Val, Rome or Nanny. And then it's Hayley and Ezra. And it's just great vibes. Obviously, I feel very protective of Hayley being my niece.
And I just want to like, I didn't have anybody showing me the ropes. When I was 19 joining the show. And I just want to be able to like show her the ropes and help her guide her and the smooth transition into the craziness of this. But then Ezra, I've also known since he was like 10.
And so it just feels like family traveling together. I love having them on our bus. It is so funny how you guys have known each other. I know. You were young.
The dance community is so small. She's a small one. And it's like also four of us are from Utah together. Like we're taking over. I love it.
I love hearing all about the behind. Like you've been saying you've known Ezra. Like I think this is why we become attached and want to know more about that. Yeah. No, it is special.
What have you been thinking about? I know you kind of drove these guys already kind of do your own like behind the scenes stuff. Yeah. But the fans want like a reality show. I'm down.
“I thought that's what we were getting with the big in that which we're really excited for.”
Yeah. Yeah. We're talking about that. But yeah. The reality show.
You know reality show. It's funny because I've said for years that there should be a reality show about either behind the scenes of the tour. Like us on a bus. Yeah.
Like that is interesting. Yeah. Show interesting. Because it's so unique that I have spent more time with these people than my own family. Yeah.
You know like I don't see my siblings or my parents as much as I have seen these people sleeping in a bump. But six inches away from me. Yeah. But also two I think I think the fans would love it.
Totally. And the tour has been doing a great job of putting out these like many little episodes. We did film a lot of the making of this tour when we were in tech. And we've kind of just been like dropping little episodes here and there. And I think the response has been so encouraging.
I'm like guys let's get on this. We need a documentary. Yes. Yeah. Because it really is a testament to how hard you guys work though really.
Yeah. Because you guys are getting on that bus. You don't get, you know, you don't give a shit. You're going to the showers that are maybe in a small bathroom.
Is anybody out there being like, no, I need a first class ticket to here.
And I need to be put up at the rits. And I'm not standing in the bus. That's what I love. Like you know, like it's like no, this is dance life. Like this is what we're doing.
Yeah. And then like add an element of having a toddler on the road as well. Like he's also doing this. He's also freaking showering in venues. Like what a cool thing that he gets to grow up and talk about.
Yeah. It's awesome. It is that is so much fun. I know I feel like a reality show is just everybody's hoping for it.
“And now I think we're probably going to get something about a new pro.”
Which yeah, we'll be really exciting. I'm interested. I've heard all the, all the tea the rumors. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. I see. See what happens. We all have love languages. And if you have a dog, you know they have one too.
Some dogs are all about quality time.

There's been so much growth even with the tour to I think that you guys are doing radio city.
Yeah. What did you guys all think when you saw Radio City on the schedule? I think all of us were very excited because we used to do radio city. And we haven't for I think six years. I don't don't quote me on that, but I know it's been a long chunk of time.
And the fact that we were able to sell out two shows at Radio City, we've never done two shows there.
It's just wild. Like that is every dancer's dream.
“And I think just to be able to like also headline it together, you know?”
Like we're the ones selling out the show is unbelievable. It is truly a dream come true. Like I had a moment last night we were leaving the venue. And I just like looked up with the sign and I was like, what just happened today? Like what is my life?
Yeah. I know. And also. And the motor is a wow on stage. Yeah.
On stage of radio city, I'm in it for the first time. You're like, I sold out the shows. You guys okay, me or for me? Like yeah, it's just it's very surreal. And then also to I just hearing my niece's name be called for the first time.
My sister her mom was in the audience. To do that at 19 is also nuts. Yeah. So I think there's just there's so many emotional things for me at this time. And I truly, this is not me like putting out a statement.
This is my last forever, but I really don't know how many more tours I have in me. Because I do want to have more children. I also am like getting older. I'm not sure how long my body's going to hold up. Or how much longer we'll be able to be accommodated together.
Right. So I think to I'm just treating this as like. Every day is like the last of this experience, you know, but it's not. We're hoping to do many, many more. Yes.
But I just taking it in. Yeah. Taking it in. How lucky I am. And you can see it on all of your faces as well.
“And I think that's what makes us the crowd.”
Even more captivated. I mean, even like valping from New York. He looks out and he's like, I love you. And you're just like, you feel it. There's so many emotions involved.
And it makes all of us feel like a part of it. Which is so magical. You know, speaking of your body, your abs have been quite the conversation. This this past season.
And I have to say, you know, everyone's always like.
Jenna, give us the opportunity. I'm like, guys, she's dancing 24/7. Like, no, I have no special. No matter what routine she tells us all. We're not going to look like unless we are dancing 24/7.
Still, I don't know if we have the genetics for that. Everybody okay? And she is a specimen. Yeah. It's so funny.
I don't know how it happened. I mean, the power of social media. But it's been super funny. Yeah. And super sweet.
Everybody, too. Come on. Yeah. It's like now they're insane. I mean, it's like not to objectify.
But it is hard not to look at you and go, that's fucking awesome.
“Like to just, I think it's empowering really what I think it is.”
As a woman to be able to look at you and be like, yeah, her abs are fucking awesome. She's so strong and like, we want to be strong like her. You know, that. Thank you.
I think for, I just am a really disciplined, consistent person.
And I haven't always had like abs like this.
And so it is a lot of hard work. There's not one thing that I did that all of a sudden. They just magically appeared. But I think it's just like years of discipline and saying, notice certain things.
But yeah, it's, it's so wild. That my abs were memes and it's going viral. I mean, that was not on my bingo card for this year out. Oh. And that was part of the show, too, would they?
Oh, yeah.
I was the course specialist.
Yes. Yes. Yes. So good.
“I know that doesn't maybe laugh because it is.”
It's such a funny thing especially with socials. It's not the workout routine queen. You're like, girl, dance 24/7. I don't know. Yeah.
I don't have a routine. I'm sorry. She's a toddler. Yeah. I get a little bit of a plank in before we get out there.
Yeah. But it is so sick though, like just to see like a strong woman out there. And a strong woman who gets to be on cover of this magazine. Yeah. Stunning.
Absolutely. You're just covered. Have you seen? There's a billboard? Yes.
You've seen it. I haven't seen it. I have a picture of it. Okay. I have been going.
Yes. Yes. But that, you know, I like, with my team, I made a little dream list for the year last year. And that was on the list.
To like do a cover. I did do this year, which is just crazy. And then to also like have a billboard in time square. So. It's not even as a cover.
It's like most beautiful. Most beautiful. I'm not a cover. I'm not a serving. No.
You are. You absolutely are. And a billboard in time square in one weekend. Yes. Like the emotions really are coming in.
I don't know what life is. I mean. But you got to do like, you know, full kind of. More high fashion S cover. Right.
So you got to do the all the shoes. What was that experience like for you? Get into, you know, play dress up. Yeah. I loved it.
I was like, too.
I'm always enough leisure.
And like I did a cover that was more like sports. Yeah. Athletic gear, which was so fun. But I really am so interested in fashion and styling. And I've been just really pushing myself in that element to like not just be dancer
Jenna, but to be able to be many different things. And so yeah, to be able to be in like a dress. And more high fashion was such an accomplishment for me. Yeah. Yeah.
And I get to play dress up all the time, but they're like costumes. Yeah. And to be in like gowns and jewelry and just like styled. It was such an incredible experience. So gorgeous.
I feel like it's such a fun element to get to see you guys do other stuff. Because I know everyone's like, it's Jenna dancer. Yeah. So everybody's kind of like dancer title. And I'm sure you guys all have other fun interest and hobbies and things you love to do.
But dance is such a huge thing in your life. And you've been dancing since you were how old. Three. Yeah. Like so forever.
That entire life. Yeah. That will always be my identity. Yeah.
“But is there something like I'm sure you've been asked this before?”
But if you were in a dancer. Is there something in your head of like, oh, I would have liked to have done that. Yeah. I am just enamored by anatomy. And like blood does not scare me at all.
Like even last night in the changing room. I had a bead stuck in her foot. Ooh.
And this was in the first act.
Yeah. And before in in our mission, we had to get it out. And I was like hands in there. Give me the tweezers. Yes.
I love that step. And my dad was a surgeon. And so I would this is niche. This is crazy. But I am a forensic anthropologist.
And like really specialized in bones and bodies. I also like love murder investigations. I'm obsessed. So you would be like the person went on S.V. They like get the body.
And then they're like someone like this body and tell us what happens. Yeah. Connect the dots. Yeah. Yeah.
Yes. You know, it's been a treat. That's not what I thought you were going to say. And I love it. I love that answer.
And also I bet with like you said, you know, Daniela, she's a beat. Like that probably happens all the time where there's some sort of. Yeah. It's bruises. Oh, yeah.
Yeah. No, I like, you know, the other noise. I was screaming at my, yeah, I scripted my foot and I was gushing blood mid show. And you just like got to wipe it and put a band in your foot and go back out there. So like none of that stuff ever grosses me out.
Yeah. It's weird. But a booker or like poop. Absolutely not. I got that.
Blood. Yeah. You're kidding. You're like, that's disgusting. Literally.
Literally. Go live your nose. Yes. Please. So you and Joey were one of our favorite.
Pairings of all time, like we were voting religiously. You guys were so sweet. Yeah. We loved it. And we loved that.
Joey just keeps coming back. I'm like, we can't have dancing with the star. Yeah. Can we get rid of the sky? I love that people like film with him.
Yeah. On the bachelor, obviously.
“But like, I think they really got to know him as a person.”
Yeah. On dancing with stars. And I think it's such a testament to the environment. You guys all create two that so many stars like want. They're like, how can I stay involved in the show?
Yeah. They want to stay around with just just so nice. But you've had so many. Now we like really iconic partners. You know, whether it was Joey.
Yeah. But Joey, for these next few seasons.
Do you have anybody in mind?
Anybody you've seen? You're like, oh, I would love to get them as a partner. There's so many. Yeah. So, so many.
Mr. Famousie is at the top of my list. Wow. Listen. Um, it Mr. Fantasy was on dance of the stars. Yeah.
At some point does he drop the act? Like, at some point do we see KJ oppa come out? Be like, nope. It's me. I'm going from Mr. Famousie.
No, but you want to be Mr. Fantasy. Yeah, of course. And listen, he's a great dancer. Yeah. He's got the moves.
He's funky moves. He came to the show this season. And it was just so fun to meet him. So I think that would be just absolutely epic. Yeah.
I think somebody from the Olympics would be iconic this next season. You know, I'm hopeful that they're going to get a couple. I'd love to dance with Ilya. Yeah. I think he has such an honor.
Yeah. Yeah. He has a great story. And I think he is just so talented. Yeah.
I have yet to have an NFL player. Mm. And it sucks because again, the ones that are actually playing are in season during the time. So I'd love like a recently retired one. Yeah.
Maybe like a Jason Kelsey. I've had him on the top of my list for a while as well. I think his personality would be so much fun. Mm.
“And I think he would actually be low key so good.”
I think he would be that person that just picks it up. Yeah. I think he would, I think he would pick it up. Yeah. And I think like some people just like, I think he is natural rhythm.
Like some people just have natural rhythm. I think he could figure it out. We all saw those videos from the Super Bowl. Exactly. So he's got some moves in there.
Yeah. So they're there. Freak flag flying. It's just letting it out. And I love an unexpected person.
Like Joe, yeah, I feel like was unexpected. Everyone thought he was going to be like boring and not good. And like two left feet. And then every week he just kept getting better. Yeah.
He kind of beat those like the Bachelor.
Art never really good kind of stereotypes.
Because every time there's a Bachelor that comes on, they do alright. Some have done better than others. The Bachelor. The Bachelor always have.
The Bachelor always have. They always have. They always have. Yeah. Obviously.
But then also two.
“I think one of my most fulfilling seasons was with”
Joe Joe C. Well, but there was a challenge. You know, it was different. It was the first time ever. And so if there were somebody that. No, it was a challenge, but was just like a different unique situation.
Yeah. I would absolutely volunteer like, yeah. I want to do it. I want to be pushed. I want creatively like.
Right. I love that. Yeah. So. Yeah.
That's kind of. I'm excited. Like, and I know that's obviously. Not necessarily on purpose.
But I do think sometimes when someone has an amazing season.
Uh-huh. It like flip-flops. It goes back before then. Then the next season is like. Maybe they're not on for as long.
I can't imagine honestly like having winner after winner after winner is probably exhausting too. Yeah. But not even like whatever making it making it far. So I feel like this season. This next season.
You deserve somebody fantastic. Thank you. I'm ready. Yeah. Yeah.
I'm going to be ready. Yeah. And you know, this season, you know, another one of our favorites was Alex and Val. Yeah. They were just so incredible week after week and Robert and Whitney were so good.
Like that finale was just so tough. It was like in saying. Yeah. It was amazing all around this season was incredible. And now we have dancing with the stars con.
Yeah. In the summer. And we are excited about this. It was just announced. You guys announced it on Good Morning America.
Yeah. Can you tell us a little bit about this? Like what we can expect from all of you. There's some great special guests. Yeah.
Um, so it's basically a weekend long experience. Um, July 31st through August 2nd. Yes. And it's going to be in Palm Springs. And I am actually really excited about this selfishly because a lot of my past partners are coming.
And it is so wild that you share this intimate, exhausting, insane experience with somebody for three months.
And then you go about your lives and never really see each other ever again.
In that capacity. Right? You remain friends and everything. But like, I'm just so excited to have past celebrities come back. See them maybe dance.
Like I know JoJo and I will be dancing. Um, I think Joey and I will be dancing. Oh, you know Joey's gonna. You know Joey's every one is going to be dancing. Yeah.
But then also like I'm so excited to see Christina Yamaguchi. Like I didn't get a meet her because I wasn't on. So like I want to see her freaking in person. I want to see her dance. I want to see her on a panel, which I know that there's going to be.
So there's two shows that are happening. Um, there's going to be some live performances. There's panels.
“Um, but also I think something that's so special.”
We really felt the support of the fans the past two seasons. This is a fan experience. Like if you haven't been able to come to a tour or you had but want to meet more people, more celebrities. Have more of those intimate interactions. This is your place to do it.
Yeah. That's a great thing about a convention and I feel like if somebody hasn't been to one, they don't
Realize that there is so much opportunity to meet people that you're a huge f...
You know like other networks have done it for other shows. Yeah.
Everyone's always in the space, right?
Like the dancers could be walking by and you're like, oh my god, they're right there. And you would never think that you would get to meet someone you're such a big fan of. So I do think it's an amazing experience for sure. I'm sure we haven't done this yet.
“I know it's like, Rob O'Connell's been happening, why haven't we run on?”
Like let's get into it. Yeah. And it's going to be in a beautiful spot as well. Yes. Yeah.
That's definitely a nice added element. You're right. Can I think like, and I feel like it's all kind of happening at the right time though, too. You've been celebrating just like massive milestones for the show with so many seasons and years. On these 20 years and all these things that you guys have gotten to do.
So it's like, it feels like a good time to commemorate all of all of them. As well. Like we were at the 20th, 20th anniversary in Hershey Show. And that was even just so cool from where we were sitting. Looking because so many pro stars were all there that have been on.
And I'm seeing, you're seeing them all sit around the ballroom. And just even from that, you're like, oh, duh. Like put them all in a put them all in a convention. Yeah. I think it will be fun to like, like you're saying, have people from different seasons.
Yeah. Interact and be in the same shared space. You know, because you get to know the people from your specific season. But there's all these different connections until like see everyone in one place is going to be pretty awesome. Definitely.
“Because I think it's cool to get to see some of the ex stars and stuff interact with other pros.”
Yeah. Because you see when you watch a show, it's like, you really see the star in the capacity of who they are partnered with.
And you don't really get to see them do much else, which is why I always, I know it's always never under like good circumstances.
Because it means somebody was hurt or sick or something that want to want to star would have to dance with the different pros. And he was like, oh, not good because something obviously not has happened. But sometimes you get like incredible dances and you're like, oh my god, that was so cool to see them. Yeah. And they all have to, you all have relationships with everybody.
We see everybody every day. And it's also fun because yeah, we do get to get to know other people like Danielle official was one of my favorite people I've ever met. She is now released every Tuesday before results. He would let me try on his new Rolex that he worked with a show. It was like our ritual. He'd be like, here, try it.
And I'd be like, oh my god. So like, there's just like so many special bonds. And I love that you've observed that because we do get to interact, not as much with just our partner. But yeah, you create special bonds together. Especially, you know, the relay they did this season when we got to see the different pairings of like when they went out front dance with Rumor Willis.
Yeah. And Rumor was like, oh my god. They're incredible together. Yeah. Yeah.
That's our dancing together is awesome.
So I can't wait to see, you know, what comes from dancing with the star as con were so excited. And now it's going to be, it's going to be so much fun.
“So how are you, how do you prep for the rest of the rest of the tour?”
Where are you off to next? Yeah. We had to Pennsylvania. Okay. And then we're just making our rounds.
We go to DC. We're in Baltimore this week. We're all over. Is the next show tomorrow or tonight? Tomorrow.
Yeah. I do have a day off. I was like, the one day off in your career. Yeah. Honestly, I'm actually so excited.
Like, I really wanted to do this. So this is very fulfilling from my day off. But then I just want to run around New York City with my son and with foul. And we obviously, that was so sweet for Valentine's Day. Like, he was very stressed that we had to work.
And we had a show day. And there was a lot going on. And so he was like, we're going to do a date night on our day off. So yeah. That's such a wonderful moment.
Yeah. I love it. I got some good food and just enjoy New York City. I love it. I don't know why.
I'm like so fixated on waking up in another place. I'm like, wow. Obviously, it's planned so that you can make it in time to the next place and just an overnight. And one overnight drive. Yeah, use it all over.
You go to sleep and you wake up and you're in a new state and new city. Do you ever get on stage and have to be like, someone remind me where we are? Oh, yeah. Thank goodness. I am not Emma because she has to welcome the city every day.
Right. I cannot because I'm even like, what day is it today? Yeah. Is it Thursday? I have no idea.
So it is funny watching you guys on stage and I'm like, oh, we haven't. We haven't heard them talk. Oh, my God. You know what? They're doing their thing up there.
Yeah. I'm like they're dancing. I'm just hearing them talk. Right. Right.
It's like how much can we ask? Yeah. For example. From a whole show. But this was so much fun.
Thank you so much. Thank you so much for being here. Enjoy the rest of your day off. Thanks.
Um, we can't wait to see what dance with the starscon comes out with.
And obviously, whatever happens for the next season of the show.
Thank you. Who you get to be dancing with? I'm going to call him along on TikTok. Yeah. But take the break as you need.
Oh, no, no, no. If he's motivated. She's motivated.
“But if you don't want to post, that's fine.”
I appreciate that. Yeah. I mean, thank you. I'm standing. Like boundaries.
Yeah. No. I don't have to post today. I'm going to post a video. I'm going to post a video.

I'm going to post a video. I'm going to post a video. I'm going to post a video. I'm going to post a video. I'm going to post a video.
I'm going to post a video. Final answer. I don't know. I don't know. I'm going to post a video.
I think there's one called four.
“Then all the other ones I know are more newer.”
I think there's one called four. Bidae. It's not entrepreneurs. No. It's because that was the middle school.
Did she have a child? She does. But it's a later one. Oh, yeah. You just got one.
Okay. Should we just go with four? Sure. Four. Final answer.
Incorrect. Dangerously in love. Oh, duh. I wouldn't have known that on this. Oh, me either.
Yeah. All right. Question number two to bring in Cali. Shout out Anna and Baby Page from Bradenton, Florida. Nice.
In the song "SOS" by the Jonas Brothers, what do they say is overrated? Conversation. Conversation? Yeah.
Conversation. On I am. Wait, wait. Try to think. Try to just sing it in your head. Ten seconds.
Oh, my God.
I thought it was a long wait.
Hugs are rated hugs. Oh, yes. I think hugs finalizer. Correct. Nicely done.
All right. One nothing. Bring Cali. Question number three to re-enfranched out of Jordan from Chicago.
“Name the actor or actress in all of these films.”
Knocked up. Seventeen again. Big daddy. Um... Shoot.
The problem is... What's the... 15 seconds? Oh, oh. Oh, Leslie Man.
Yeah, it's Leslie Man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I got call time. I couldn't think of Leslie Man's name.
I got caught up on the friend. Leslie Man. Leslie Man.
I got caught up on the friend.
Leslie Man. And I didn't want to say it out loud, because like... Judd Apatau's wife. Yeah. And I don't want to help he lessen her to that.
So she's Leslie Man. But I just was blanking on the name. Okay. Time to put one. Question number four to bring Cali.
Shadow Kayla from Houston. What is the nickname that Sally gives light name a queen in the movie Cars? Another Cars. Why is she called?
People are Cars apparently. Another Cars Question. Um, have you seen this movie? I think a really long time ago. Um, Kit Chow is just like his motto, right?
I don't know. Yeah. Um. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. Is it I can go do with like his color? It's my son. I don't know. Big red.
I don't know. Um. Um. Um. Um.
Um. I'm hurt.
“I think there's anything like Disney World that, like, would tell me the answer?”
I don't know.
Should we just go with, like, Kit Chow?
Theresa. Okay. Kit Chow, final answer. And for us. I have no idea.
We've not, we've not. We've not. We haven't seen Cars. We haven't seen Cars. So any Cars questions?
I don't know. I don't know. It's Dickers because his headlights are. Stickers not real headlights. Hmm.
I've never seen Cars. Yeah. Okay. Stop sending Cars questions. Let me tell you by the time.
We may, we may be able to piece the whole movie together with. With all the questions. Okay. Still time of it. One.
Question number five to reinference. Had a correction from DC. What state are all Nicholas Sparks book set in? Oh, man. One of the Carolinas.
We're South Carolina. It's one of them. It's one of the Carolinas. North. Yeah.
I think North. Okay. Your gut saying. My gut is saying North. Okay.
Is your gut saying South? No, no. It's one of the Carolinas. And I know that. But I'm thinking.
Yeah. Five. Like where was the nope? Like I'm just seeing. Okay.
I think North. We're going North Carolina. Correct. Thank God. It just was tough.
Yeah. Yeah. You know what? Because if it's not that, it's South. All right.
Two one. Reinference. Question number six. To bring Kelly. Shut up.
Jordan from Chicago again.
“Name this actress based on people who have played her love interest.”
Vince Vaughn. Mark Rufflow. Chris Pine. Um. I don't think it wouldn't be Jennifer Aniston.
Because I don't know if she had anything with Chris Pine. Could it be Scarlett Johansson? Oh, cut it. I don't know. I can't picture her with Vince Vaughn, though.
Ten seconds. Anyone else coming to mind? Not really. Mark Rufflow. Like three seconds.
Okay. Scarlett Johansson final answer. Incorrect. I love Fisher. Oh, no.
I was going Reese with her spoon. Oh, okay. Boom. But no. I was just thinking Vince Vaughn and then.
I think it's Reese with her spoon. What was the middle one? Mark Rufflow. Yeah, that's just like having. Okay, sorry.
Reese with her spoon. Final answer.
Correct.
Four Chris misses.
