The Chevy Equinox. It is your do it all SUV daily drives weekend trips last minute tea times look

We know all about trips We've been going to Florida for like a month straight we're about to go there again this week We're gonna have ourselves a Chevy Equinox which we got all kinds of stuff on the road. We've got golf bags camera equipment podcasting equipment Legitimate normal person luggages with you know computers close all of it They got hidden storage the equinox has great cargo space

It's full that let it confident and and it you know supports this show which we got a great show Today we've got some good golf news golf live golf South Africa Matt It's Patrick we got a big debate about pace and play. He like he liked told the principal about what's To the principal's office about pace of play with his playing partner on Sunday and then we have an awesome hour that we do With Robbie Berger fat Perez and Joey cold cuts from Bob does sports

So excellent show today brought to you by Chevy. Yeah, absolutely incredible show great to be with the boys Chevrolet the best in the business. I actually took a little peek to my right train Why don't you say something about our friends to Chevrolet? I'm gonna come back with something Oh, we love Chevrolet. Yeah, we I mean listen. We've been on the road a bunch in our Chevy's drive

And I feel like we've been I've been in Florida more than I've been home and I'm always in the Chevrolet

Driving around we're going to these different golf courses They fit all of our golf clubs in there. It's very easy. It's very seamless and they're just They've been a big supporter of the show. We love them right? He's got a Chevrolet I might my closet creeped open because there's a ghost in here and I saw this thing just staring at me in my closet unbelievable hat what a lid what a logo Chevrolet has been with us for years and then we'll continue to be with us

We love Chevrolet. We do the equinox has a big touch screen as well. It puts all your music maps and tech front and center So a big thanks to Chevy for supporting our show. Here we go. Let's do this the Chevy equinox It is your do it all go anywhere S U V Run 100. Now you got to break 90. We appreciate what you guys did your dog. It's been really cool. Thank you. You're making it cool We appreciate it. I was like, I can't feel you only fucking 2999 and he grabs a hundred is a guy

I won 90,000 in the NCS today. Yeah, take 100 and go fuck yourself Say no hobby For play president of our school sports a big show today big show today. We we got the Bob does sports fellows

We were down in Florida last week. We talked about it a little bit. I think but I would post a couple clips

filmed for a few days with the with the fellas. You know, it was rematch time We are essentially one in one all time in the three of us scramble against the three of them Scramble so we went down to Florida played a couple matches one for their channel one for our channel and in between We sat down for an hour with with the whole crew and they're just great, man I know, you know, we were kind of talking about it off camera. We were talking about it at dinner on the night when we were not with those guys

We were just saying what a blast. We have such a good time from the first time we filmed together, which we talk about What was it quail lodge so my place is called quail lodge out in Monterey, California, Carmel, California

We always do dinner with them. We always have a great time. We've entered business

Kind of a business partnership with them with the internet invitation. We filmed a lot with them. I think they're probably out of all the YouTube golf groups

Individuals whatever they're probably the most similar to us when it comes to just that's why these that's why the matches are so great

They're similar to us when it comes to like overall golf skill obviously FB's the best player, but there's similar to us where it's like We're not the most aesthetically pleasing golf group out there when it comes to watching shots. It's a lot more about the other BS And so just sitting down with those guys to talk it through everything Bob HQ Origin stories Internet invitation all of it with those fellas is gonna be the core of this show and it was it was just a treat to be with those guys

Yeah, they're juggernaut right now. They're on an absolute rocket ship of a ride It's fun to be able to watch. I mean, they've just kind of taken this whole content game by the balls and ram with it and they are incredibly You know that they take a lot of risks and they and they they bet on themselves and they went out and did it on their own

And it's like it's a great thing to see and Bob was always destined to be a super star and it kind of took

Fp and enjoy cold cuts under his wing and just let them kind of do their thing and it's just all worked out So I enjoy I enjoy our time with them immensely and it's just great to be able to sit down with them for an hour and just kind of shoot the shit

You know we're just at this point now, especially with the Internet invitatio...

A couple times a year and it's great to see them and it's you know, it's like it's like that buddies trip It's like going to the dad-bod classic you see guys that you want to see and you spend a couple days with them And it's just a great time hanging out having good dinners having a bunch of laughs. So Yeah, we got a lot of good things plan. I mean the videos were outrageously goods and we get we talking to that a little bit But right right when we did that that podcast we ended up filming another one right after that for our channel

And it was like can we keep this magic up of like how good these matches are how tight it is How how much competition that there seems to be in there and and it delivered. So it's it's a lot of fun

To always be with those guys. Yeah, we definitely have a great chemistry with them. We've sort of

We've just both seen each other grow in this space and just sort of be in this space in general And we all we are very similar to them just in the sense of golf games and our personalities and yeah, I just every time I see them It's like I haven't seen a friend in a long time and we you know once a year twice a year We get together with them and we do a couple videos and it's always a blast. I really do love those guys That'll be the meat of the show will be Bob F. P and Joey Cole cuts it now with us and just talking about all of it

It's and and yeah, it's it's just fun. It's fun to be with those guys

So those videos will start to roll out. I think over the next few weeks as well. So keep your eyes peeled for that

Breaking 85 newest YouTube video this week. I think the most common theme from all of our scramble matches Which is probably the most common format that we do whether it's against another group whether it's against a pro Whether it's on our our own trips where we mix and mingle the most common theme from every single video that we film Collaboratively is that how the hell is Trent not broken 85 at this point. He's out there stripe in the golf ball

very Pretty viral. I would say in the last week has been the Kevin Kisner tip They gave the tread of just open it up that right but it's accessing Trent ability to turn into his right side

Like he's never done before hitting the ball a lot better. So right after we filled with kids

Down at the players championship. It saw grass you guys went on a nice little Florida weekend tour We filmed a couple breaking 85s. We're gonna get the first Attempt is on our YouTube channel this week. Yeah, I mean listen. It's no secret distance has always been an issue for me I'm always in I'm holding a five iron when I should be holding a seven iron and I'm way too far out of a way from the hole and and that makes a big difference. I green and regulation is is a mystery to me when I can't hit the ball very far

And with this tip that I got from Kevin Kisner I got some distance out of it now There's gonna be some bumps in the road a clip just went out where I almost killed Ryan rich Then he was standing parallel to me and I somehow with my new swing Sent the ball over his left shoulder which if you watch the clip is a seemingly impossible angle But I guess that there's gonna be bumps in the road but this breaking 85 that's coming out is the first time where I'm like

All right, maybe I can actually get a little bit more distance out of this swing and For the most part it works again, I'm not gonna spoil anything hard thing to promote. We say that every time But if you're what if you've been watching these videos for a long time and you're like man It's just hard to watch him just throw out there and fade a 200 yard drive Those things are changing now. It's not perfect, but those things are changing and the distance is starting to get there

Yeah, it's a close to someone's come to that like like actually taking a ball right in between on the golf course. I know Jake Bass Jake Bass definitely took one to the nuts sack. Actually it was more to my dick dick head

I think so it was right to the tip that was me as well

But this one was this one was dangerous dude like that's a Puzzled or shanked wedge however. I don't know how you did that with what was that like a 54 degree 50 degree That would have been I think it was a pitching wedge. Okay, whatever it was man had some heat on it And Ryan richin. What was your vantage point of that that ball was him by your eyes? There was no vantage point. I didn't see anything so

Yeah, I said the video to a bunch of my friends and they were like insane delayed reaction But from what I remember I was reacting to people screaming what I wasn't reacting to the ball I remember it happened and then people went oh my god what and I literally just went like that after I didn't see anything. I didn't see the ball. I was like just focused on my camera and Like I said I I flinched dude to the reaction not the ball so I could have could have been the end there

It's never good when we have to ask somebody on the show for like a witness report like what did you see

When the worst thing almost happened to you and the responses I never saw it and yeah, how could you that ball was going a million miles per hour

I don't think prime tiger can make a ball like go parallel to his own body

I don't know how it even happened, but yeah, I mean listen that's what she ge...

We're all going through swing changes. I remember

I don't know when it was five ten twenty years ago I remember there were reports it like a pretty problematic Meteor or asteroid went between

the moon and earth that's how close it was and we like didn't see it till after it went by

This was like treads ball went between Ryan Richardson and the carts that we said it it wasn't like any time We miss him it goes on the other side he's got he's standing a little bit too close to the right it went it he was he was standing far enough away at a direct parallel angle that it missed it missed to the right of him

Dude, it's right. So right the worst shot in the world you would think would go up because he's standing like this

would go over his right shoulder it crossed over and went over his left shoulder. That's impossible Yeah, no it's not going to swing changes or tough. You know so we can change his or tough. You got to commit you got to trust the process We're all kind of doing it all the time I think but man you were in the line of fire there

Also if he would have stood in a more like conservative spot like something like to be a little bit more sheltered Towards his left which would make more sense as opposed to standing closer to the line of sight of where Trends anything he would have taken a ball right in between the eyeballs so him being a little more aggressive Saved him big time saved us all a trip to the ER because that thing was coming in hot, but This was a great break in the night is that I hope it would have taken out the camera

I hope it would just smash the camera. I would have been you would have needed some luck there for sure But breaking any this was that hammock beach the conservatory golf course

This I think people are gonna really really enjoy. I think a lot of people actually

Vacation down there. This has become pretty eye opening to us trying myself and Ryan and Brendan just how many people have traveled to hammock beach and how many people have Made that like their go to destination the golf courses are both outrageous. We were there For two days filming a bunch of different stuff

We happen to do a break in 85 this episode so if that's a looting to anything you guys just go watch the episode but A really really good resort the hotel is phenomenal and we just had a great time I'm sure there's something like behind the scenes stuff of us checking out the location. I was I was I actually fell a sleep on the beach So I this place is so good that I took my pants off. I actually wore shorts from my room down To the beach is a private beach area. I figured of all the times that I could do it

It's that hammock beach when there's no one around

Beautiful what was that like a Wednesday? What was that like a Monday or Tuesday trend?

Oh, it would have been a Saturday. Oh, it was a Saturday just to show you how much we were on the road I thought we were there in the beginning of the week not the anybody This is a Saturday still like just a quiet morning on the beach not that many people all the lounge chairs were open Very very subtle wind blue skies. It's like 10 a.m. our tea time wasn't until like 150 that day

Had all the time in the world to just enjoy a relaxed so I go down there in shorts and a t-shirt

I'm like getting some sun on my legs for the first time in four and a half years and I walk over to a

chair and I get the umbrella and I'm laying back and I'm here in the sounds of the ocean kind of crash on to the beach I don't at hammock beach and I'm looking around and I'm like, you know what man like the this is so relaxing that The world is making me tired right now like I'm actually closing my eyes to the sound of nature to the breeze on my cheek. So I took a little snooze for like I'd say 10 to 15 minutes The hat was down like this the ocean noises were coming underneath and all of a sudden

Some man comes underneath my umbrella Taps me on the shoulder and I go and I literally look up and I was like hello and he's like are you Frankie? I was like yeah, he's like that's awesome dude. He's like me and my boys. We saw you guys are here This insane. He's he's dripping wet soaking wet from the ocean. This insane. I was like holy smokes dude holy smokes Like I now that I'm telling this story. I've told this story. We filmed so much since then

I don't know if I've said this in the podcast. I may have no anything so I haven't so Just the craziest move you can do to somebody is like wake them up. I mean like like to wake up Like when my when I'm like going to the airport or my wife's going to work like I think that you do to be courteous is like You're super quiet when someone else is sleeping the drawers you like slowly close them Like one of the moves in your own bedroom like if you have a bathroom in your bedroom like my wife will like close the door

Should open like the whole Natasha like open the door handles that when you close the door you don't hear that latch like you go to extreme

Measures to not wake someone up to a stranger under a blanket under a umbrell...

I should be arrested

Right, I mean that's super nice. Yeah, no, I'm sure he was very nice and like was obviously excited to see you

But you did tell me the story and I tried to think about the last time I woke somebody up. It's it's something that I don't do like I don't think most people do like if I see somebody's sleep on I'm just like I'd be unless that building is on fire unless there are flames beating down the door I'm just like all right, I'll probably just let that person sleep regardless of what's going on Pretty much crazy move. That's crazy move

Tell me on the shoulder excuse me I looked at him with like sleepy eyes like what I'm trying to think if there's like any Human on earth that I would go up to and wake up in that position dude at the president of the United States Any of them if Abe Lincoln came back to life and was like laying on a beach You're like, all right, we're gonna wait until he wakes up. Yeah, we're gonna leave him alone. We're gonna let him sleep

Abe need some sleep. He's gonna make some big decision and I'm just me like I'm I'm I mean He saw my legs like the whole thing like why would you ever want to wake that person? He's pathetic Like it's like I was Derek Geter out there like holding a baseball to get signed There is a scenario where that's not you and now that guy just woke up a random person Are you franking the person's like no and they're like oh I thought you were this podcaster that I like this video

I posted a video of like the ocean and I tagged him at beach He's like I saw you just here. So he probably was like just doing the math on like I had just posted it He saw guy that looked like me took the risk whatever great spot absolutely fantastic spot hammock beach Just a really you know, it reminded me of woodlock but like on the ocean people say they go for 20 years Yeah, activities on the ocean for the kids they had like movie night when we were leaving there that that's Sunday night

So great spot. Thanks to hammock beach for kind of having us out there and and showing us a really good resort on these coast So breaking 85 coming out this week. We got a bunch of good videos coming out. We're gonna

We're heading down to Jacksonville area for some good stuff this week that people will hear about I think

On Thursday shows so excited about that Parts will classic calm most of them are sold out. I saw but The early stops. I think people or I think this happens usually with middle beach every year too because for several years We would open up the classic with the middle beach stop and like March. I think a lot of people are just

Maybe their games. They're not you know, they want to compete It's early in the year. They're worried about if you're gonna go out and try to qualify for the championship You want to wait until middle of golf season peak golf season. You want to come out of the winter all that

You're trying to get into the bar stool classic go look at the first couple stops because I'm looking at

the park EGA first go TPC harding park all have spots left especially on day two. That's April 20th April 27th May 18th. Those are kind of the dates for those So again if you're trying to get into the bar stool classic you haven't gotten in before Maybe you miss one of the stops you wanted to make a trip out of a go check it out at

Parts to classic calm most of stops are sold out but there's a few that are not so if you want to get in

Talk to your partner find a partner There's still a chance now in another week or two You might decide to play and it might be too late. So just a quick little reminder big thanks Everybody who did sign up like I said majority of the events are sold out they're gonna be a fantastic time

As they always are sun cruiser

They got a great promotion out of the Kisner video because we were just cruiser through those things no pun intended They are dangerous and in awesome way you can really drink through them. They're they're just great So they're gonna be supporting this event throughout the entire year coasted coast very excited for that But bar stool classic.com go check that out All

Couple things I got kisses in the TGL finals tonight. So we decided to give Kevin Kisner the day off today You know he's been working hard he's all over the place he's practicing for TGL Incredible his team is in the TGL finals it feels like just yesterday We were sitting there really thinking that the only win that could come from Kevin Kisner and TGL would be him getting Tiger Woods to do that damn announcement video for us which he did then that night and that event

They're out there against the bay club. They're down by like three It's looking like they got no shot. They go hammer hammer ace his pulls out you know the the victory against wind up Clark in the whole 15

The final hole they squeak in at a playoffs. They win and their first match against the playoffs now they're in the finals

So that's tonight as we're recording Monday night and then there's a double header Tuesday night So it's a best of three against LA we've got Kevin Kisner Tom Kim and Max coma again saw him the guy Justin Rose and Tommy Fleetwood for the TGL championship so again with the Bob does interview and

Kids traveled all over the place we you know we gave we gave Kevin the day of...

Gentlemen it's a big day. It's a big day for four play now like these big events Kevin Kisner when he's in the booth He's on TGL

He's gonna be teeing it up at some in some events this year the PGA tour

These are huge events for four play in the four play community is now it's a part this is one of our guys now Entering these massive events one of our guys is playing in a championship in a sports league tonight That's awesome. So you guys listening to this have already seen what happened We don't know what happens now 11 a.m on Monday. So hopefully it went well hopefully He made us proud and if not he probably went viral for the wrong reasons and that's also good for business

Kevin Kisner puts asses in the seats. That is a fact So we're excited to see him. I can't wait. Yeah, I think what is it golf digest? They wrote a nice piece It said Kevin Kisner takes his talents to YouTube. I think they called him like a What do they call like an entertainment golf entertainment Jogger and out or something like that

That's what they called him something. I can't remember. I saw a good old Rob White quote tweeted it on the

On the four play Instagram. I can't find in the article. It was a great line. It was it was something where they basically

Recall them, you know the the new big hot thing in all of golf entertainment which I mean he's all over his With us he's with the TGL. He's in the championship my name is a night. He's gonna be on ESPN Then he's in BC golf lead analyst. So he is all over the place. You can be playing. I think you know he's playing in a couple events this year So yeah shout out to kids we gave him the day off he's practicing hopefully figured out a play the 15th hole if they do the spear again because Worked out last time and they're probably gonna need him. So this is the yeah

This was the headline from golf digest from the NBC booth to TGL to his new gig at foreplay Kevin Kisner is becoming a golf entertainment powerhouse Oh Hey, that's awesome. She is. I don't just do that, but I love that they put it in there

Yeah, the powerhouse has the show off today. You know, it's it's nice for him. So I don't know if kids going to be on every single show

We came out hot. It was players championship and he's like on the call and

Brendan did such a good job going down there to like set it up so the kids basically just has to sit in his couch and then we just

Speak to him and he could speak back and then he gets up from his couch and it's over So try to make it as easy as possible for him. So I love that he's leaning into and he's fucking unbelievable on YouTube He's been great for the potty got us just Interview after interview after interview last week that we're gonna be able to roll out people saw cam young interview Oxia Betea

We've got a Dan Hicks interview who Dan Hicks has just been part of So many iconic calls which we play on the show. We kind of go through so we've got that one back to Mike throw that one out Thursday Or maybe even next week. It's pretty evergreen, but that was an awesome one So a lot of good stuff coming in kisses been huge so watch for him out there Okay getting a little bit of golf news. I'm actually gonna start with

live golf over PGA tour golf Live golf South Africa was a lecture. There's no other way to say it. I have no idea if the ratings are going to back that up I don't really care at this point. There's a few events that they do on live each year The live golf Adelaide, which is their Australian stop. That's the one that Anthony Kim won It was incredible the fans. They have the watering hole

Golf and Australia is huge. We always laugh about when we did like a meet-up event and I'll

Strayer that it sold out and there were kind of fans that are fans of ours that live as far away as you can live And still be like a human being and they came out and so golf is obviously huge in Australia For obvious logistical reasons the tour doesn't really get there The best players of the world don't really get there very often. So the live golf Adelaide event brushes it. This was insanely similar. I started seeing clips on like Wednesday night because the time difference they're playing on Thursday

You know the South African golfers that are on live, which is quite a bit of them. There's like a whole team of them They were in like tears on the first teeth these guys were out there This bummy guy it I was seeing a clip after clip after clip and then on top of that I did see I got I got a little bit tricked Somebody there was a guy that Parish you did in with a South Africa flag and the headline was like Gary player Parish you to live golf

And I I thought it was true. I 100% was like yeah, of course Gary player Parish Just wasn't Gary player. It was like you know a military specialist who parachuted in but But it was awesome it went to a fucking playoff between Bryson and John Rom which you can't get any better than that That's their two biggest stars. That is their two most recent winners Rom want a couple of weeks ago Bryson won last week

Then they go into a playoff Bryson hit some three wood from like 300 yards on...

To beat John Rom and a playoff. He got emotional afterwards saying he didn't specify what what that things

Off the course behind the scenes that have gone on over the last weeks since last time he played Made him insanely emotional. I don't know what that was nobody's going to speculate But he was in tears the South African players were like in tears John Rom even in defeat Just had a big smile on his face about how Massive live golf South Africa was so there was also a huge brawl

Which I think in South Africa that just feels kind of like what you're gonna get out there

I mean that's like rugby country right and they're like drinking out of shoes like they are and I'll straight in there They're just kind of getting after it in South Africa. I saw a great All-out brawl clip at a golf tournament It's just you know and see all that outfits and that was kind of nice, but live golf South Africa credit to them We've said before there's a hole in the market for international golf. I get by the tour

Stays pretty damn local here. They've started to go to Asia a little bit more They were doing a lot more of that before COVID COVID kind of shut that down. They still do it a little bit But it's hard to get over there. But if you can there are a few markets in this world that Absolutely deliver for golf South Africa proved to be one of them. Australia is one of them. Japan's one of them

But pretty cool to see some of the clips and some of the scenes on it. It is amazing

Like if you had told live executives when they started it that something like this was going to happen Where you'd be able to South Africa and it would come down to a battle between John Rom and Bryson to Shambho And everybody's crying and the crowds are going crazy and everybody's really into it. They would have said

That's what we wanted to do and the only downside not terrain on their parade is there is no reflection in the ratings

Some of that has to do with it does air in the middle of the night like I feel like the last couple weeks I've been waking up and John Rom and Bryson Shambho have been hugging on the 18th Korean or they've been battling at whatever golf course which again is what you want I just but it's just not breaking through in terms of TV ratings but they are doing for me outside looking in

They're kind of doing what they would have wanted to do where the traveling all over the world these events are going crazy

They are getting real momentum at least on social and I just don't know What else they can do to make it break through but they seemingly have all the pieces there But as everybody knows the PJ tour is lapping them over and over and over again in terms of ratings and I don't know where they go from here. Again, I'm sorry to rain on their parade because it was a great event and the ending was fantastic And it seems like it went well. I just don't know where they go from here

Yeah, it's a ratings world the TV world still. I mean all of these leagues just want the most eyeballs on their product on TV And it's an it's an American TV world in in reality It's where all the sponsorship dollars are coming in by the NFL like absolutely dominate streaming and live TV and on Sunday Thursday's Monday's no matter where you look NFL is there and they don't care if they do an event Internationally and no one watches it on TV even even even if it gets 80,000 people in an arena

They want as many people as many sponsors on that broadcasts possible That's the thing that live needs to figure out. So yes, they're there this is an unbelievable in-person event

It's something that South Africa can remember for the rest of their life being able to walk down the 18 fairway

Especially in the playoff surrounding Bryce and Deshambo and John Brown PJ tortoise and go there. It's unbelievable that golf is is Flourishing internationally because of live that is in no way take I'm not taking anything away from what they're doing there. They just have to figure out a way to convert that into American viewers that are watching the sport of golf on TV because that's where you're gonna become legitimized and also where you're gonna make all this money back Right now that you're pouring into the into the entity that is live which is like all money pit at this point because

They're not making any money back. They're just kind of dumping it back into the To all the players and and all these events that they're putting on. So I do think it's obviously a huge step forward Like this is all you're talking about like proof of concept They've got something in terms of the international golf and even when they do it here on American soil They do show up in pretty big numbers the Chicago one was outrageous. They sold out every single day

The party atmosphere before the show is it's very very reminiscent of like a waste manager Phoenix open where they get a bunch of people to go perform And they get shows and concerts and all that so the live aspect of it is working It's just like the perception of it from the average golf fan and just the viewership is just not there And the perception of it from the average golf fan is like this thing is barely even happening like I don't get to see it that often But we expect this for sure help because I mean clips like that going and Bryce Dishanbo being

Like you know the the the the prince of the live at this point. He's the one that's kind of He's held strong with them even though there's been some weird comments back and forth about his contract

Expiring and whatever that whatever the truth is behind all that

He still has stood by live for all this time and he's believed in it and he's believed in the team aspect and all that so for him to

Be able to go on this kind of run against John Ron. I'm happy for him. Obviously's the last stuff going on his life

I'll tell you what though this guy might be a problem at a gusty. He's always in the mix

He's absolutely always in the mix at a gusty and he's playing some Hella good golf right now like this guy is hitting three woods to 25 feet in the middle of the green from 300 yards away Like I might be placing something on Bryce and Dishanbo here at a gusts of national par 67 I'm just saying yeah Yeah, and look another guy John Rob John Robbs playing I mean, you know, he lost in a playoff

Right week before he finished fifth which is his worst finish then week before he finished first Second and second so like John Robbs so far this year and one two three four five live events I know it's not as stiff of competition, but there's more than two really good players over there He has finished second second first fifth second and a playoff so John Robbs playing well

Bryce is playing well John Robbs one obviously at a gusty and like you mentioned Frankie

Bryce has had a lot of success there as of late and So yeah, it'll be it'll be fun to see how much this translates the fact that there are two biggest stars Are playing the best over-unlive and we're about to enter major championship season will that translate for these guys But you know, I agree with pretty much everything that's been said very cool to see all the social clips

It's always hard like the Olympics in a lot of ways were similar

From we tout international golf. It's awesome, but it just makes it unwatchable for us a lot for the most part Like timing why they got you know can't even watch I came to watch the first six hours of the British open Usually it's like I'm three hours behind you guys now for the rest of the year for the for the next six months It's like the British open starts at like one a and my time. So it's like I miss right. I'm not gonna wait You know, so it's similar with the South Africa when they're in Australia

When they're in places it's awesome locally. It's great I hope that you know they're able to parlay that into Commercial success for

Live golf in general because it's great for those markets that the some of the better players in the world

Get there and have a presence there and have events there But it is really hard to watch a real time even like I said the Anthony Kim thing a couple weeks ago or month ago I only caught that because I came home from Isabelle's kitchen at like 11 o'clock at night Throughout my TV because I saw something on Twitter and Anthony Kim was on like the 12th hole fist pump But it's face off and I was like oh shit. I'm able to watch this, but otherwise I would have missed it. So

But cool week there, so Congratulations South Africa golf fans seem to be crazy into it which is fantastic for them Pig Whitney has come on with the fella support in the show support in our videos support in the podcast Just a little reminder that the spit and checklets crew has created this spirit inspired by good old Ryan Whittie's favorite drink award winning new Amsterdam vodka mixed with fresh pink lemonade the result is an exceptionally smooth great tasting

We're doing it on the golf course great drink just an absolute blast of a time to have a pink Whittie while you're on the golf course Absolutely has make sure you get a bottle of pink Whittie

All models feature a boost and light strike cushioning combination But it's hidden within the midsole to keep that classic and modern silhouette rather than an athletic silhouette This is a great great shoe. I wore this during our Second match with the Bob dos sports guys last week absolutely loved it. It's got this the weather the pair that I wore has like a a little brown trim Kind of that that really classic

Traditional look while still being Adidas feeling athletic feeling comfortable feel unlike you're gonna you're gonna be an athlete out there You're gonna you're gonna exert all kinds of athleticism yet the look is this traditional golf look loving the MC7 Yeah, right originally if you could throw full screen on the YouTube version just how clean the all white

Through modern comfort and performance it combines timeless style with modern technology shows how classics never go out of style

Adidas just make them better Move it back to the PGA tour Matthew Fitzpatrick had it continues a trend that we've been talking about The last month or so of you just see somebody play really well on the PGA tour They don't quite get the job done and then the next week they do get the job done

Matthew Fitzpatrick had a one stroke lead with two holes to go At the players championship just last week and of course came yonge went out there and went birdy par on 17 and 18 to win by one stroke and rip Matthew Fitzpatrick's heart out He comes back at the valspar another incredibly difficult golf tournament golf course

I think 11 under is one ended up winning it which is even even higher scoring

Then was at the players championship he birdies the 18 hole which nobody ever birdies the 18 hole that holes like it possible And gets the job done

Matthew Fitzpatrick always third win on the PGA tour wasn't that long ago before he won at the US open up in Brookline

Country club he had never won on American soil professional. He had never won a bunch of European Tor events or decent amount of European Tor events but it never won on American soil

That's his third win on the PGA tour which also includes his US open win but

Maddie Fitz breaks through gentlemen just after coming up short last week Yeah, and he got in a little kerfuffle in terms of like a pace of play with his playing partner He had to send over a marshal to just keep his eye on him and then there was warnings issued

So he's always getting in the mix with stuff like that. He definitely lets his opinion be known and heard on the golf course

He he did not like getting iced out there. He said it was very very slow really really hard to play through Am I wrong and saying that hasn't he been Doct for like playing slow with all of his like aim points up that he does or has he been a Typically fast player. I could be I could be completely off on this

I don't really remember him being okay, but he could have been for sure. Yeah, I just don't remember

It's great to see him in the mix is another big name right a cup player all these big names that are winning Which is obviously great for the PGA tour. You got him young. You've got Okshay You've now got Maphitz Patrick these are good marketable players that they're big names

And it's just good to see them playing well. It's not like the random want you know the random name that pops up and and it feels like a

Kind of throwaway event, you know him winning this definitely solidifies the event and and I thought it was a great performance I do want to see the stats and I don't know if this is like a brand-el-finger or J Ray thing maybe like what is the average finishing position Especially this year or at least the last two years of a guy that finished like top five what his next Tournament finishing position is because it seems like they either win the damn thing or they finish right around where they were

the week that we prior it's bridge men It's now

Maphitz Patrick and and there was another one just recently this year was at Okshay

That did it My mind goes to JJ Spawn but that was last year spawn last year. Yeah, it's it's such a common story every week We're saying oh my god the guy last week that that was in a playoff. He won this week. Of course Why are we not betting him? It's preposterous that we're not betting these guys to fear eating and fear eating I did bet Matt fits the week absolutely infuriating

Yeah, to put a little bit more context to the pace of play thing This from John Wood they were kind of explaining this John Wood who's obviously out there on the commentary He said he has a little protruding by his playing partners pace of play. It is glacial to be kind

It said after Brad backs and fouled up wood then went on to save fits Patrick hit his approach shot on the 11th hole first

Even though he was closer walked up to the green where he waited about three minutes before do mount days Sharsar hit his approach shot rules official Orlando Pope said that fits Patrick talked to an official and they have decided to give Dumont days to Sharsar and official warning after timing him unofficially since fits Patrick's request so It was, you know, backed up by the commentators, you know, because they're walking with the group So they get a very good feel for how this is going that

He was playing insanely slow. It was affecting fits Patrick. He kind of said afterwards There's like a three-hole stretch where it's some weird shots. He got a hit different shots out there. It's tough He felt like he was getting out of rhythm He felt like he had to play a little bit faster to keep their group up because a lot of times they penalized people by the group Not necessarily by the individual so he felt like he had to play faster to keep up with the group in front

So he just went over and said something to the rules official the rules officials came in ended up giving him a warning Because he was playing so slow so it is kind of a question of like do you say supper not does that make Like does that come off like it's Patrick's kind of like riding out another guy or is that the right thing to do and I will say to kind of Frankie's original point of like it does feel like it's Patrick is the kind of guy That's gonna fucking say something words like there's plenty of people out there that might just bite their tongue and kind of let's stuff go

I feel like he has absolutely no shame no like secondhand embarrassment whatever it is About like confrontation. He's gonna go over and say something and I'm kind of glad that he did to be honest with it how much how much Are we as amateur golfers leaving out there or leaving on the table of our golf game by not taking more time

Playing the game of golf each shot like what these pros Take so much time to hit each shot and you think about us like we are just driver cart out there iron cart wedge cart

But like we're not even close to what they're doing like how much do you think we are looking out to find that?

I think it depends on the player like I think Brooks kept going like rory or famously very fast I know but they still take way more time than not than us for sure I mean like they're going through everything like it's just it just seems like I don't think through even one

100 of what a pro does to hit his golf shot and like if we're all trying to a...

Which is like play better golf if we all should take a little bit more

From that I think like it's something I just don't do I don't take any process

Yeah, I get a number. I feel the wind with my face and then I hit like in that like if that can't be The correct and most efficient and best way to play golf. I don't know. It's a good question I mean they're definitely considering more things. I think than the average person for sure For sure. I think there's a efficient ways to do it. You know like I think rory and Brooks and them Are efficient and I think that like what fits I was watching a lot of the clips and what fits was saying was that like

He was like he just wasn't ready when it was his turn to hit is what he was saying and like there's There's ways to do that right like I think when you play and this is similar on tour But they're not chitchat and they're just like not preparing but when you play with buddies a lot

When you're the first guy to hit you obviously are a lot and I feel like a lot more time like you're the father

This one back in the fairway or you have the honor on a part three like obviously you're we all get up there together We all get the yardage together. You have more time to be like where's that fucking bunker? Is that way up front or is that kind of pin-eye? Whatever and figure it out while you're doing that everybody else should also be doing that so then like You by time you go through your process and hit I think what fits was getting upset about and what I'll get upset about some time with some of my buddies back home from say Lewis or was slow as fuck

It's like during that time they're doing no preparation They're fucking yappin about god knows what and then after someone has hit and it's now their turn

Then they're like okay, what was the yardage and they haven't even started if you're like no that was 45 seconds that you should have been doing your shit

Then after you hit go yapp all you want all the other two guys hit I think that's a little bit of what like fits was getting frustrated about it He was like when it was his turn to hit he hadn't even started yet and I think that like Rory and Brooks and those guys Who are fast on tour? I think you're right. They're still doing the process They want to know where the bunker is how they want to do all that but they like pull the club because they're usually farther up there

They pull the club and then while, you know, Adrian Duce your sard is over there Do what his thing the second he strikes the ball. They're like ready to go because they already done their process And I think that some people are bad at that I think like when you when you really play with people that are slow You learn that they don't think that they're slow because

They don't think that it's like on them They're not on the clock until it's their turn to hit and I think that's where people lose a ton of time

That could be incredibly frustrated when it's like no dude like you need to be doing the shit so then when it's your turn

You're not then standing up going Okay, is this enough pill shit? You know like what the fuck were you doing for the last minute and a half all the other guy was hitting like you should Doing a lot of that. I don't know if I'm just lucky my whole life

I've never ever felt that I played with anyone that slowed me down

I've never had the the anxiety or stress of someone dragging me along in a round of golf Everyone's public golf showing up tires in our red eyes in our blue now I obviously put a lot of my friends now I play with you guys mostly so it's like we're kind of cruising out there But like never once have do I remember a moment in which I'm like I can't get through this round because this guy is like taking too long to like hit a golf ball

The only the only time I feel like I've ever noticed and it's never in a way where I'm like Let's hurry this up is when somebody will stand over the ball for like 20 seconds But I never I don't ever feel like I'm like that's taking away from it But I was the time where you're like with your playing with a couple of buddies and the guys are with a ball for a long time And you have enough time to look at your other friend and they look at you

That's when you know this guy's been over the ball for a long time, but yeah, I think I think for the most part people are pretty good about Doing it in an efficient amount of time. Maybe I'm just lucky honestly I just can't think of a time like I wish I could like recount a time where it's like holy fuck We were on the green waiting for this guy chip up like it was crazy. I get extreme anxiety not about it affecting my game I couldn't care less about the group behind us. I just like from a courtesy standpoint

I get severe anxiety about holding up the group behind us, especially on like golf trips when Most places will like give us a really good rate for our buddies and I go out there my friends from St. Louis and We're out there playing and we're holding up a group behind us and we're out there at discounted rate all that

I get severe anxiety about that. I always am on my buddies about

Keep up with a group in front of you and play in four hours and if you're not gonna do that You're gonna piss me off because we're holding up the course and making the experience Poor for like other people that are out here like paying full and all that that drives me crazy. It is amazing Like I think it was the early part of last year where pace of play was such a conversation that we like thought it was going to be the death of

Professional golf like we were like the ratings are so down

They're it's too slow out there. We don't know what how to fix it and then it just sort of worked itself out And I think maybe even Kisner came on the show where somebody came on the show and said Even if you speed it up by the amount that you want to Golf is not going to be the NFL like that's not the difference So I think it was strange like people just kind of let that go and the ratings are fine

They're actually better than they've ever been and it's more about if the best players in the world are playing well And they're playing each other in the last couple of groups. That's the success of it and then every once in a while Like with Matt Fitzpatrick pace of play will come up again in the conversation starts

But it never really changes, but it doesn't seem to make the product any worse

No, I think to the point it was always made of like the producer could troll What they're showing so if somebody's really slow they just don't don't show him until it's their turn to hit

I remember we had Bryson on remember that when Bryson was getting accused a lot of all the slow play

And we like had him on in the middle of it when he was getting accused by everybody and then he was like defending himself Yeah, no, it's a serious like point of contention and it's a I think it's a pretty easy thing to jump on either side up where it's like, you know First place prize at the player's championship last week was four and a half Million dollars so you're like if it takes me

10 minutes to hit every shot like Fuck you. I'm gonna take 10 minutes to every shot. I'm like so I get that side of the argument I also get that you know the the pace in which you play effects

Other people that's always where I get crazy

anxiety around it's like affecting other people out there trying to have an experience and that's why I've ever understood Like people that are stubborn about letting folks play through where I thought we just been like dude

If we're out here in my group we're on vacation and our group's gonna play in what looks like four and a half hours and your group looks like you're playing in three hours of forty-five minutes

We're fucking chat and we've probably got 12 sun cruisers in the in the cooler like by all means go ahead We'll be out here for six hours if we need to I don't get a fuck I've always like thought about that when we play pebble two and a lot of people Be like oh it's a six hour round and I'm like it's a six hour walk around hell of a beach and it's awesome It's a shit so PJ I can do that side PJ tour players to like guys play through Go ahead fun got it was that through cuz then it's like especially with their own buddies and stuff

It's like why did you invite me like I'd be like Like if I go to my buddy big Roddy big why'd you bring me out here then you know I mean like you knew what you were doing So it's like everyone needs to have you know They're head on a swivel you got to know what's going on if you're not that good of a player You gotta be able to pick up the ball. So yeah, I mean there's so many different nuances that go into like pace of play for sure

I just I like trying to think back like even like my worst Playing friends I feel like they all just have that general knowledge of like I'm out of this hole

I'm going to the cart I've luckily never had that moment of like I'm not playing well today because I haven't hit my ball

In an in an efficient amount of time because of guy like I guess I'm more thinking of like the process of like Sands over the ball puts a glove on steps back like holy shit hit the ball I'm almost like yearning for that. I've never really had that moment Right, have somebody do that and they shoot a hundred and seven years like that's a long day No, it could be a theory we play pretty quick as a group. By the way, like I mean I would say what would you say our average is like when we're just playing

Around of God. Oh, it's filming four hours. The three of us are very quick golfers for sure I would say like we kind of step up and just hit and Yes, with filming and everything I would say like four hours four hours 15 minutes at the most of like us Truly playing ball and hole cameras drone Go pros drinking a whole deal like I don't think we're ever like five hours the only time it gets that ways when we do like a three-ve three scramble

You've got six got a little y'all first. Yeah, you know it gets a little bit dicey, but no I completely agree Yeah, I think we Especially with how efficient our boys are behind the scenes with filming that like it we kind of just move and move and move and they know when to like You know, we've got Nate the great usually is like leapfrogging on to the green while the other guys grab and the guy on the tea Like we're pretty we're pretty if they don't out there compared to where we used to be at a top tier golf course

Asked me what we could play the course and then time-wise and I was like you can't shoot for the stars in bit We'll play it in three and a half hours because like first of all it's a really hard golf course and like even if there wasn't no cameras If it was just us through you might play in four hours. I did like the four hour four or 15 mark Which I still thought was like fair, but we got to start moving. You know, I mean like you still got to start moving

But yeah, that's kind of got me thinking about like how fast we play. I think we're right around that four hour mark

Filmen's a little tricky too because you do like what I was just saying about when you're out there with your buddies is for like filming Not what you want to do like if somebody's telling a good fucking funny story or you happen like you need to let all that stuff breathe

That like make the video entertaining

So it is that parts always trick you can't be a case shut the fuck up and hit because it's like well

I don't know we make it a video out here. You just trying to like play in three hours. It's like that parts always a little tricky for sure

But yeah, yeah, I think we're usually pretty quick, but I like a nice little curve fuffel out there

I like that Maddie Fitz is pretty Pretty spicy with that stuff. How old would you guys guess Matthew Fitzpatrick is? Oh wow. I would say I bet it's younger than we think like To me he like when I look at him. I think that's a 32 year old, but I bet he's 29 He's 31 oh

I was thinking for whatever reason. I was thinking he was like 35 It kind of felt like in my head. I don't I don't know why. I just was like I feel like he's been around for a while I went through the whole thing where he like fixed his teeth that he was wearing the thing and they look great now And I was like that guy's just weathered took him forever to win on American soil

I was like he might be like 35, but obviously looks really young. He's always looked really young

But yeah 31 years old third win on the P.J. tour So congratulations to Matthew Fitzpatrick. Otherwise gentlemen. I got nothing up Well, you just said it's always looked really young. I have a quick story woman walking a woman parks in front of my house And she's walking up to the front door. I'm holding the baby So naturally as the man in the house, I sent my wife to my answer to the door

So I sent her to go answer the door. I'm like I'm like this lady looks like she's a little clipboard And she's like going from house to house and I guess it's like What is it? It's like local voting time for I guess like local delegates or whatever it is So they're trying to get signatures from people that didn't go to the polls or whatever it is I don't even know what the hell we sign we could have signed for someone to come by our house, but she has to just sign this paper

We sign so she opens the door she goes oh Your Hannah yep, and then she goes is your husband Frank around and she said yeah She's like looking around from you. I'm still hiding around the corner and She goes oh is your husband here and I walk up with the baby in my hand and she starts to look or is like a 55 year old 60 year old woman just looking around me like is the husband here and I'm like look around like

I'm like yeah, she's like are you Frank? I was like yes And she's like oh she's like you can't be all enough to be the dad And I was like oh sure a shit can like what are you talking about

So she's like can you suck like are you even able to vote? I'm like are we talking about 17 years old here? Is that what we're talking?

We're we're now debating if I'm 17 This is insane Jesus. She's our laughing. She's like oh my god. I'm like I don't know if you call my wife and old hag or me freaking child Like are you all you have a kid that's my age? Also like are you hitting on me like? Oh, do I look right right? I'll show you how old I am getting here If you're gonna force me to show you how old I am getting sad that's let's go

I don't know what else you're now, please money like you are you are basically holding every prop That would show that you're old enough like you have a wedding ring on you're holding a baby like bearing child You want me to have on that like show that I'm gonna go I had my hat off So I did look pretty young and I had like a little t-shirt on listen I get it that I'd look very young and strange, but that one said that's good

I'm always getting in these fucking little things. It's ridiculous

Yeah, the five of y'all's guys five guys. Guys my guy walking sucks. I want to get with I do the five guys I hope he's I hope he's homeless what I tried to go into in and out last night and it the line was outrageous So I kind of did a detour over to five guys, which is just not as good and it just made me think of it every single time I walk in there I laugh out loud Well, remember I don't remember all the details exactly but I went to that five guys right by the office and Manhattan Oh, yeah, yeah, and like they when you go to five guys

They've got like a cheeseburger that has all the things on it, but you kind of pick out your

Your stuff and I was like could I have a cheeseburger with everything and then I know I think I said like

Just as like kind of as like I have a cheeseburger with just pickles and ketchup and Cheese he's like and then he's like and what about the bun and the patty like any kind of did this thing like oh So do you want the bun in the patty too? I was like holy fuck now We have to fight each other in the middle of this fucking place I'm forget exactly what I asked for but it caused him to stay so do you want the patty and the bun as well?

And I was like holy shit I got like responded in his tone of voice and we're now chopping out each other and I'm like do we have to Fucking fist fight in the middle of this Manhattan five guys like of course. I want the bun in the pattys of course God damn I forgot about that. Yeah, that makes me laugh every talk makes me laugh every time It's okay burger. It wasn't as good as I remember. I don't know if they're going downhill or I'm just whatever

Now guy now that I'm out west.

Yeah, it's be a mushy ass burger like after they wrap it in all that tin foil and you put it in the bag and you bring it home

Yep, it's all that steam has like caused it to be really really mushy

I think that's like what the big chains have done well as they put it in paper and it doesn't get as Donald's burger kind of like still holds it's it's true love warm Okay, we're all the five guys burger last night was great, but If we're looking at like those three that are in that same category of like in and out shake shack and five guys I used to be a

I used to be a five guys stand and I think it's number three for me pretty far now and I just Prize are no good. I don't like their prize. No, I got the cage in ones and they were like almost possible to eat

It was just yeah. It wasn't the best it wasn't you know what has

This is an OG place that I mean I don't even know if you guys ever went to one of these you ever go to a checkers No, yep, oh checkers. I think they also were called like rallies

Because it was like a rallies and a checkers. They were rallies. That's what they were and say Louis

Do those fries that seasoned french fry at a checkers, man? It's like that occasion type of Kneesening on it and you did what I would do is I would take a checkers french fry I would put it in my mouth and then I would take a sip of vanilla milkshake and that combination One-two punch I could I could sit there and just go fry sip fry sip for God knows how long

That sounds great. You know what's advertising now fries is um Wendy's is advertising now You dip the fry in the frosty, which I've been doing since I was I was four years old I've been dipping fries in fries in fries, but now they're like teaching you to do it have you seen this It's like a new college basketball commercial. They're like don't get and they do it and everyone like stops What they're doing and they watch the guy kind of dunk a fry into a frosty and they're like try it out

Began a food we can get to the Bob Desports guys because those guys are great at talking food and

Delicacies and fast food and all that

All without further ado here are our good friends Bob does sports

Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls children of all ages which is by the way some people might know that one. You know that one. I do

What's that that is from wrestling. That's from what used to be WCW and then was WWE Which was yeah, I present to you the tag team champions of the world and then they would come out to the suck at sign It was awesome We're joined by very special guests business partners of ours great friends we got the Bob Desports fellows in here Boy is welcome welcome. Thank you. Thank you for having us boys. Welcome. We're doing a little content week been kind of long overdue

We were pretty busy last year obviously the internet mutation will be entire deal But it's lovely to be here with you guys. This is in your we're in your home territory home turf. Yeah You guys are willing to come down and we appreciate it two days, but it's been fun. been great anytime These two groups get together. There's just something that's just different like clicked It's like it was meant to be I mean the video yesterday was unbelievable

We got another one today and we're playing some pretty tough golf courses so you're going to see an array There's a wind emoji on the yeah on every weather app I have wind emoji all time yesterday We got to increase most different like changes in weather. I've ever seen in one round of golf We won't give it up, but that's dark Dude

Dude, it was one of those like on the third hole like we should go back to the first

Everyone was just hitting shots off the planet, but we were talking in our cart a bunch Me and Frankie was like we are actually from a skill standpoint Boss three and you three like we're all different players, but we're pretty fucking close as a collective group Like pretty close. We were I mean it was it was all of the place, but then it kind of turns to where it then it got into those Competitive James. Yeah, you knew it was gonna come down without giving it, but it was it was really really fun

How's Bob HQ going Come on along. We're trying to get in now for March madness now, so it's like this mad dash That's like happening soon. Oh, yeah, we don't even have wife flying in there Hey, we don't either know it's crazy been 20 years. Yeah, so it's just it's been a bit of a mad dash We're trying to get a work to get in there for March madness, but it's been it's it's it's cool the process of it

Had been fun and once we're in there then you know we'll be rolling up before what was it thought process to to do it

Honestly when we went to Barcelona Chicago it really got the wheels turned in like up the way that you guys did it

Was unbelievable and we got into the streaming so it really made a lot of sense. Yeah, um I even said the big house Like hey, like do you have a plan of fitness connection and then finally said to me there and patients like you know Well, we'll just give you every sponsor that we have That's smart Model works and you guys we were talking about dinner last night like there's never been another group that's been like that I've seen it's been able to

Kind of take that model and make it work and like what you guys are doing is absolutely unbelievable like it's so natural It bits it's so genuine and it's like I feel like other brands have tried to Take kind of like that playbook and like try to make it their own and it never ever worked and now like the Bob Disports is Such a rocket ship at this point like watching you guys just grow it's like being able to watch bars so sports grow again

It's like the coolest thing watching you guys from the ground up. It's it's amazing to see like I never thought it ever

Be able to be like replicate and what you guys are doing is unreal. It's a huge compliment

I mean we talked back. I think the first big video we ever did was with you guys and that we were talking about a lot

We're talking about yesterday a quail lodge that seems like a lifetime you know and you look at like You know, I was even saying like we pulled up to the first team. We weren't used to like the bar stool experience like there's like well You know cards on the first tea drones go and we were very like You know cookie cutter operation back on your golf side in the bushes. Yeah We were always somewhere there. I can really close out to play

But yeah, to your point friend. We look back at that and we're like, you know We really didn't really know what we're doing. We're just kind of feeling out and just doing it our way and it's kind of really Taking off so we're very fortunate that we've had people like you guys to like give us exposure, you know On to that playing field and I think like now as a as a channel ourselves. It's growing immensely. I think when there's newer people trying to get into the scene as well

We're always welcoming new talent because it's it's like we're so grateful that we were able to get our foot in the door

Because not easy no to get into this space like we don't realize it, but we look back and we're like man. This is a really Tough environment like be successful and and to stay in for a long time. You guys have done it for a long long time Well, yeah, we we spoke about it in the last night. It's very interesting this kind of line of work or industry or whatever it is where 10 years ago when we kind of got hired me and Frankie Trent's been there a couple years longer than that, but for us It wasn't like it is now where you have other outlets to create content. It was pretty much

Parts to support or you were gonna go like the journalism route now people can kind of make a name for themselves either through YouTube

Through TikTok through Instagram reels through all of it.

Whereas like from 2009 to 2016 which is when we got hired. It was like if you wanted to create sort of like alternate content There was there wasn't influence your programs There weren't people that like made a living on like only fans or TikTok or anything. It was like you kind of either Need to depict to be in media or like try to get hired by Dave Porter. That was like it

You guys posted the like your guys first ever video when you two went out. I think so grass

Fascinating to me because then you have the clip of Dave Dave just like what do you mean like they're just gonna go out and they're just gonna film like He's like why would anyone earth watch you guys play golf Oh, that was still rings true Affairs still live right and you watch first watch for six holes against it. You might be right All right, I was such a different time where what bar stool was going back to like Bob HQ is gonna be like going forward is

We all needed to be in the office to try to create those moments of like what's next for bar stool and yeah Like leaving or being away or not posting the right amount of blogs like Dave had his eye on that and now You know things have separated out and COVID was was a big deal with that and just the Success of our channel has helped us branch out, but yeah, those early days he wanted everybody in the HQ

Because that was the pressure cooker and that's where you got story lines and that's how people became a star

So it's all it changes so fast like that feels like it was 20 years ago It really wasn't that long ago and it just all changes very quick. Yeah, and it was too back then too I remember Dave specifically has hired from that time period a handful or more people strictly from their Twitter accounts Yeah, at least knit who was with us for a while It was like strictly she was big on Twitter Dave hired her. Like yeah, he gave she called yeah, that was so funny

Did that no do this is a great story. No, dude. We left too much Chinese food on the floor watching the ain't You left everything There was a man You know, we got kind of screwed by the fact that the next day was a national holiday so like the cleaning service wasn't coming in I feel like I've got used to just like leaving some cups around which is horrible, right?

Like so someone left like a container of Chinese food on the couch or whatever and the The wave of people came in the next day for work and they call the business people. Yeah, this is disgusting display of like

Chinese people left all over and Dave got so mad. So the next day. What was it was the Yankees?

Oh, play maybe I don't remember who we were playing at this point, but it was the Yankee playoff game during the day and our

Punishment was that elixionant who never watched a game of baseball had to explain to us what was happening

She was like a just a do or die Yankee game They could watch it. So we couldn't watch it so like they had us She had to see how back-turned-time they were both Marty Bush and like Jared Corobis was like on her side Basically just like laughing at so they could ask her questions. I do remember there were these moments where like there was the commercial Like he swung the wood and the balls in the air. She couldn't do anything

She never watched between my nose in the air. She was oh, they're all running towards the wall We're like now we're like standing up and watching her Yeah, and she goes for that. Gone. We're like gone. We're we're hugging she goes no, no gone like it's it's commercial And it turned out to be one of the most outrageous games ever there was like there was at one point There was like a home run that was robbed. She had no idea explain that then at the dude

This was a whole game. Yeah, I won't point that um every air fan of the whole player got hit in like the nuts and I don't know if you guys remember this Yankee playoff game, but like they had to take the home play Empire off the field and that like everyone came on the field So she's like a splash goes the guy in the back just dropped to the floor I'm like is there a shooter on the field?

What's happened? She was she was the umpire is no longer on the field all the empires have left the building We're like what's going over it's you can go back and watch the highlights. It's an outrageous That was great because they all learned right took them a few innings, but they learned like what worked and from watching enough baseball So it kind of got to the point where they would just go Ellie did they go to commercial

She'd be like, yes, they'd be like yeah, yeah, they never go to commercial

Yeah, they would learn all that stuff and yeah, it was it was wild, but point being like she got hired originally Just like her she was viral on Twitter for like relating to like young women basically that were like college Or just graduated from college and like chaps. She absolutely got hired because like Dave thought he was an NFL reporter That was funny. He had a fake. It was like fake his whole account was like a parody of an NFL reporter But people used to get hired little fast

Sam, yep, and then big Twitter account and then those guys would come on a Dave was sort of like, yeah Well like monetize you basically by like if you write well on the blog on the Twitter

Then like you'll write where it well on the blog and that's how you're gonna get it and then slowly

You start to get the point where like Instagram got bigger and then TikTok got bigger So people could get noticed and hired that way, but it was you know That's like so it was so early and so different at that point that like doing video content

All that wasn't even a thing yet really wasn't a consistent thing and so now ...

It's it's almost harder to find people I think it'd be like to do what you guys are doing which is impressive because people can kind of do it on their own Incredibly when they couldn't do it before it's just such a hard world to make it and you guys have often so natural and like you said in the beginning

Like you guys kind of show up that first video cookie cutter like that's why you guys are successful though because like you didn't try and do anything

You weren't you just grabbed a camera and you just went out and did it like that's the best shit ever

Then bring in this guy on board. I'm being played. We have we have a meeting we're gonna be talking about that first video for as man

You are half the person that you were in that video As respectful as I can say that you look unbelievable, right? Thank you, Brian appreciate that. It's been a grind This is talking about the lifestyle and things with it's not easy especially being on the road Trying to be consistent with with exercising diet is hard and you got to commit to it So I'm talking about the regimen like what is what are you doing? Oh?

I mean I I don't I wasn't doing anything so before all right That's where I am. Yeah, so like everything's did it to start where it was like I was Considering how much I was eating what I was eating and there was no exercise at all So it was literally just do whatever the hell I want whenever the hell I want and that's how you get fat You're guys videos were insane

Like I mean it started to get to the point where like someone had the step in You as we're like doubling tripling different types of fast foods You're walking in with Wendy's you walk in with Taco Bell Hearing on the couch By the way, the post dinner scene by the way, that's all still have

So that's what that's what makes it tough is that like I either got to like go and do

I don't know like you got to commit to this like there's no way you just like sort of half ass of

A fitness weight loss thing so I think I finally just got to the plate where I was just so fed up with it

That I was like I got to make a change and like for real this time So honestly, like what's you know I work out or try to work out like three days a week And then yeah, just conscious of what I'm eating and how much of of it I am eating so To do anything to start like I lost 40 parents. I feel like in Like six weeks five weeks

This change was like yeah, it was like that and you know when you're three hundred and ten pounds five seven three ten's big guy So that's big guy You know the first big goes off really quickly. Would you just get some what active and eat decent? So I mean it's tough on the road is I think the hardest thing on the road is the gym part like I I got a guy down here that I show up

Accountable to the time I'm supposed to be there to see him he walks me through exactly what I need to do So it's tough on the road to like go into a hotel gym I would say that probably doesn't happen. I mean that can count on like my hand then on time to last you have actually done that But I'm like five trips in row. I've brought Jim gear Yeah, yeah, and I don't even know where it's at the workout is just carrying it around now

Just a dog bag Burn like three more calories. Is it changing off game at all? I think so. Yeah. I think I've hit the ball further and You know, it's it's I'm having to like manage that a little bit like I think I'm a little bit longer a little bit more flexible I'm almost getting the parallel which is wild for me and so yeah I think I think over all I'm gonna be better. I think there's a little bit of like learning curve and like getting control over this

Extra speed of extra movement, but I've had some rounds of golf where I'm like really playing. It's good to have my life But I'm also probably a little bit more inconsistent right now And I think that'll change as I like get used to it, but you're like working with new machinery kind of yeah Yeah, it's like kind of wild but it's doable like once you just gotta commit to it

There's no everyone's like what's your secret? What's your secret? Are you on his epic like I haven't taken anything?

I'm not that I wouldn't or I'm against it like I just I'm just like I'm gonna do it like like actually do it I don't know what I like cheap or feel like I have to be on something forever. I get to that Yeah, sure did there anyway I'm not that I will do it at some point soon Like I'm sure like the last little bit that I'm trying to get to is gonna be the hardest part

But when you're on the road like There might just be one healthy option that we could order that's all it takes right and just to just just do it right or we go to a restaurant

I'm like I can always there's always I can always get it like a grilled chicken salad

Does it matter where you go like it's gonna be good? Yeah, it's gonna be fun like it's not gonna be good It's not gonna be good. It's not gonna be good. Somebody got like fajitas or like it's not gonna be cool. It's not cool It's gonna be right speaking. It's good. I'm gonna do what it's like I guess it's just not gonna like it's not exciting. No the days of like I want to pizza. I'm gonna get it Oh, I mean I'll kind of say

Oh, I was telling you I was like I got nasty He put me like got me You know there's like names are like this like guy like this like with the war Is happening right like it's all these flashbacks. What you describe was like god

I wasn't sure if I wanted to like live by careously through me in that

Last night it was a piece of shit. He's a garbage like do you want to hear this and then you can imagine that you were there

Yeah, I'm still looked phenomenal. You do

P hangs out with Trent once and he goes back to three fifth No, no, I'm he's hanging out with Bob Well, you guys show it more than anyone that this guy's hot-o Yeah, but when I like I forget just how big that you were when they showed that quailage photo

And I always say that we found a pee, but you guys made him up like you guys blew him up in the sense of

That video popped them all think the short the YouTube short that says introducing that Perez has like 50 million views Dude, it's our biggest video. It's like a million a day Speaking of good high quality food got to give a shout out to where we're at right now. Oh, yeah The butchers club here at PGA National they are nice enough to set us up here We're gonna be going to dinner here tonight. Yeah, we've been here before once. I'm believing here

Call it that one of the best stay houses in Florida, and that's by the Michelin guys, so give us a shout out to the butchers club here Yeah, we are Michelin Michelin who are they you know, so I Give it out. It's right now It is the same as the tire. I mean, no, yes, the idea was they make tires and they radio they do but the idea was

We're gonna we're gonna go around the world and we're gonna highlight these great restaurants so that people will travel to them Which would then affect the amount of travel in the world and then trickle down to the types where that's true Is that true? Yes, you see the logo come on now It's the stars, but the Michelin guys and it is yeah, this is genius, dude

Telling that's the excess orders. It's always thinking outside. Yeah, I'm gonna google all that once we're done here

But right now. I'm choosing to believe it. Okay, I do with that. I can't because I did make it I was like obviously something different and like I've kind of gotten into like the restaurant hospitality space a little bit on on the outside and

this is what I've been told that's what guarantee is somebody who worked in a Michelin star restaurant

Oh, yeah, which one was your cold girl? We're in Beverly Hills at four seasons. I worked for Wolfgang Pock for their well I don't know if they're in star now they were before they were one Michelin star It was called cut steakhouse and it was like next level like good like really really awesome So but yeah, and there was like pressure because they will have people come in and and they're like secret shoppers Essentially sure they'll eat and then they'll write your restaurant based on their standards and if you underperform

You will get a warning the first time and if it happens again, you can lose your stars. Well, I am you don't know The person is a hundred percent that's correct and you don't know who that person is You don't know when they're coming but like as a manager that is like a horrifying Concept that if you're a team loses a star while you're on like it's like your ass So they won't they won't eliminate all your stars. They'll like do grade you one star

I we were never a great star. So we were one star. Oh, you go to see you could just be honest

You can just be gone. Well the first time you know what is what is any tires to get once you've established the the star like They will give you a warning. They're not just gonna like one and done but if it happens a secondary time Then you can lose your status Well, he would like we would wake up and go film like a speed golf challenge like a one club challenge you blow up on the golf course Then I would drop him off back at the hotel and he would then put on his suit and he would be walking in a Wolf King

Sometimes he would bring his clubs. So you'd have a suit and I can clubs and then just walked into Wolf King What was your role? Well, where you I was the AGM so this is in general manager I always and then when the GM left I stayed on for about four months An extra three and a half four months. I was running the restaurant as a GM Which is hard to imagine that I was running a restaurant

But you guys have any of these these Raiders come in while you were there Well, you were right and not we had there so there was a Forbes five star thing as well Which is separate and we got that as well, but it got to the point towards the end of my tenure at the restaurant Where people are coming in and taking asking to take pictures with like yeah, yeah, and they're just like this

Is what what that was hurting is not so it was time to leave, but can you get kind of Raider go have such a good experience?

You get bumped up a star Potentially, but I think it's more than that. I think it's got to be I don't actually know how that process works Because like a two star Michelin is I think as high as it gets Oh, really? Yeah, I think so I'm interested it because obviously I've been in the restaurant business my whole life

But it's just been burrellies, right? It's just my dad running in the top five stars, baby Exactly, but like so running a Michelin star restaurant how Similar is it to like I watched like the bear right and like he goes out and he goes and that game is PTSD watching Like so you guys are how dialed in were you on like the

I was gonna say like user experience, but I guess it's like it's the customer experience of like you know

In that in that episode of the bear when he works with that Michelin star res...

Oh, we forgot to try the pizza and town like they went out and got pizza and caught it up into like were you guys like like We didn't know outside

Like we did, but like you do try to you do try to amplify the guest experiences, especially being a hotel restaurant

It's it's even more so like a lot of times if we had like guests who had had we called them glitches like Bad experience in the hotel in a different area say with ballet or at front desk They would be a glitch experience that we would read the the day of and if we knew those people were coming into the restaurant that night We would try to do something extra special for them to compensate where their experience was laughing It was it was that you got stepped this up. It was really really really like intense

So you imagine when I was like coming from walking with Bob and running it just and then you had it It's almost like a performer performer when the stage opens and you go like you had to turn it on There was like I had a bunch of people working under me and it was like I was two different people at the same time It was kind of weird. It was Union and what they would do they were protesting at one point So what the employees would do at like seven and this is when I was working outside the manager at the ballet and he was in the restaurant

The union employees would come and they would bang drums and stuff at like six seven in the morning to wake up the guests and just cause

Hey, so we had a manager meeting and the head of the hotel calls us all in he's an amazing and he goes guys

They're gonna try and like antagonize you like really get you going sick of cam in your face to like whatever you do Don't respond to them like just ignore it. Don't feed into it because they would they would try and get you going Sure and I'm watching Joe and I'm just like I just knew something was gonna go wrong So he's like whatever you do don't talk back. We're like all right We got all the managers to spit Joe walks into the kitchen

Had to be 10 minutes after he goes into the kitchen and the guys film them all the phone comes out and it goes You get out of my He said scary They just told us do not do not engage Well, we were we were backpired and that the kitchen was just it was like the regress waiting for food

And it was it was a problem and I was like There's like two or three of these people like talking I was like I was like we need to get the food off the pass and then They were saying like sees it play day and stuff like this and I was just like get out of my kitchen I just I don't know. I don't know a patient. Those are the days and guys are grinding man. Oh God work at the hotel with him right. Yeah, you were you were crunching numbers

numbers in the cube. Did you have a work at a restaurant or was it always just knows what to move?

We're going to move throw into our tears It's like sports bar restaurant or maybe the last time Okay, why don't we have a moose southwest girl Moses great. It's a really good straw How do you guys feel to pivot a little bit? How do you guys feel about like do you guys feel pressure golf game wise?

Because I feel like all of us in the room are kind of or two groups that are probably the most similar and like We're known for like weekend golf not like good golf, but you got poor bat who's put in you through the ringer You've got people like emerging that are successful that are successful for like really good Dalkey care like very they're big for like playing really good golf like I know And I love it sometimes I feel like we kind of are used to be fun and age put out shitty golf

It's relatable now. It's like put out shitty golf being like I'm not gonna fucking watch this stuff

You guys feel any of that I like when we first start about this person was doing golf

I didn't love golf, so I didn't feel at all But then I like you just you started hit some good shots, and then I like fell in love with it So I I've really I've tried to get better and of course You want to go out there and play good in the back of my head when I'm playing bad

I think myself all right for our channel. It's better. Yeah, I do same thing

Yeah, I got that back in my head, but then people are like all Bob's playing bad on purposes Like there you're giving me way too much credit like way too much. I want to get better But in the back of my head if I'm shooting bad. I'm like, all right, at least it's good for the channel I don't let it in my vibes. I feel like it's you're expected to play golf I wouldn't want that bird and that's a tough bird. Yeah

I mean I want to play good golf for me like just as a as a player That's played as a whole like my whole life. I'm I don't sure I'm as conscious about like how the video is gonna do As far as my level of golf or like how people are gonna react to it

I'm more like the I'm more critical of my own self than I am than anyone's gonna say to me

But I mean I think that's like if I've got like a purpose on this channel it is to be the guy that plays good golf

So, you know, I don't when I'm playing bad

I'm sort of like, you know, I held my doing here type thing

But, you know, I I don't practice like I should like I think I'm in that like yeah

I don't I don't think people look at me as like a grant who like clearly is grinding or Wesley your George like George posts is like Consistent practice content like you know He's grinding Where I think people know me is sort of like the guy that wakes up hung over and so shoots You know good around the golf. So I mean I got a nice little sweet spot going for me

There's not too much expected. We had to hire you to a player We simply had to win or win or four-time win or four-time win or just had to do it. No one's gonna be you guys Well, that's the whole thing. Well, that's the debate now. It's like how it will he stack up against these guys that

Essentially like think they're on that level which I mean some of them are right like the Brian Bros. I have proven it

Dockies play the master so well, you're too YouTube's a great like equalizer because like kids was talking about He's like if we go play four rounds of tournament golf or PG tour of it He's like I don't think anybody's gonna beat me. He's like maybe in the world sometimes I feel that way where he's like you go out in an 18-hole match where there's like drink it in weird formats like anybody could be Yeah, I threw out that he's the best YouTube golfer

I forgot about Jason Dane and Bryce in the Shambo when I said that There's some fair how many guys are starting to come over into our world if we're being honest

I'll be flue what I think is a true now we're starting you know we had a top 100 guy now

We're going into the top 20s it's like I do the preview gives validity to what we do though And it makes us feel absolutely I've ever more like good about the fact that YouTube golf just isn't going anywhere Anytime soon right like I think sometimes we talk about it It's like what is a shelf life of what we do like we look you guys have been doing 10 years we've been doing it now

It seems what four or five years now we started during COVID But doesn't feel that long so it's like it's a shelf life another three years five years of I don't know But like the fact that you got guys who are professional tour players like still taking time to build their channel and yeah Like play YouTube golf they see the value in it to us. It's very It makes us feel good like I don't go to bed at night being like oh my god

My job's gonna be gone in a year, you know you always want to be in the business where people are moving to

I've seen Dave talk about that where he's like media is coming to us It's a TV now too the whole thing where there, you know, you know streamers are buying podcasts and they're doing like yeah That type of thing you always want to be where they're going You don't want to be them moving away from you and I want I forget exactly what Dave was talking about But it's a genesis of the whole thing where you're just like as long as you're where it's going

Which is streaming? Which is YouTube? Which is Netflix? Whatever you're in a good spot

And I think all of us in this room are in that spot for sure

I think we were actors on traditional cable networks like we'd be awesome NBC Your show And that's yeah, sort of a rear you got to be kind of looking around like how do I how do I get like in the streaming game? That's right. Yeah, so I don't think we I know I'm pretty sure we weren't aware of it like it was just uh You know YouTube's great because it's free right you can put your content out there

You don't need to go pitch a show to a network and get network time or take out ad time to like show your stuff You just you can post a video anybody at any time. So right it's sort of a and it like you said people are moving to it So it's a free service that everyone's watching like that's a creator's dream, right? It is so I don't know how conscious of all that any of us maybe were

But you know, it was the way to get our content out at a different way especially long for and it's it's proven to be the right decision Interesting to see the next wave of golfers like the professional ones they all like the miles rustles of the world and all them If they pursue you to go from the get go because that will really show I think like the length of this thing can succeed because like if you have that next wave coming in doing it I think it's just gonna keep the whole thing kind of refueling. Yeah, so he's an interesting guy

Like we saw him a saw grass last year and I was like oh, like are you gonna get are you gonna document like this whole thing like this whole ride? And he's like I just like I just want to be the best golfer on the P.J. tour. I want to win a bunch of majors I don't care about anything else like he almost has that like you know that that Scotty tiger kind of like mentality of like I'm just gonna go out there and play which I would think more people need to have to be so I think it's gonna be an interesting thing. I think there's gonna be a lot of people that are like on the line

They're like oh, I can just go make money doing this and not grind to go do that and then like I think the miles rustles of the world They're gonna just succeed even more than they probably would have years ago because they're gonna be the ones committing themselves when his peers are might his peers might be Like oh, I can just go to YouTube and I'll make way more money in the beginning I play with oh my that play with Charlie Woods all the time He's a great yeah, he's an interesting one as well. He's told me like if he started a YouTube panel would be nuts

Yeah, but he's told me about that miles rustle and he said like in their age group and whatnot that he is like the best like he's

Ons and say we'll leave a lefty too.

Louisville this past your disco for nine holes and he's slight down. Yeah, well, he's he's they don't when he's

19 or something like a blade's brown too. Yeah, yeah, that we couldn't be a nice for kid to and just but so good It gone. Yeah, I mean you kind of have two options is like an up and coming pro right like to make your name like you can play so well That the outside brand deals and stuff. We're gonna come to you right you're at such a level such a name It's got a normal Scotty right that that'll dictate kind of the success that you have monetarily outside of Purses right or the other option is you create a personality online or show your personality online through content

Whether that's on the Instagram YouTube or whatever it may be and like max home. Yeah, max home Minwuli like I like that right like

That's how you get kind of brand awareness or you get you know you get fans that bring the brand

You know kind of deals coming along with it. So it's like best plan in the world That's gonna get you fans personality. That's gonna get you fans fans or what gets you success kind of you know on the on the on the brand side of it So I think these guys all probably make a little bit of a Of a decision on what side they're gonna be on what combination. They're gonna be on but it's not it's not like yeah

Let me just go start YouTube channel. This will be easy like I think we all know like you got to do it Yeah, yeah, it's content said you gotta get done and you gotta be consistent. You know like we grind to put out You guys do it's like we're grinding to put a video out every week and that's like a TV show every week You put not a TV show every week and if you miss then like people are going somewhere else or someone's gonna fill the hole And so it's like if you're on that side of playing professional golf and trying to do that

That's really hard to do well. None of the situation that you laid out if you do both Risen you can be the biggest call for the world. Yeah. You really can You can just if you can combine both of those and somehow be good at both of them The sky is the only other thing too is people watch us and they're like, okay, that's Bob the sports But they don't see like the work that goes behind the scenes like we go out there

We film and then we that's it like jet and a team are like editing They're putting shots like the amount of work like I watch our early videos and like I watch our videos now

And it's like two different production teams and I think there's some about that

That you've learned over time the score boards now. We got like sponsorships in the score boards We've got like shock tracers drones. We got because you want to make the viewing experience for the person watching as cool as possible Well, but like there's so much that goes behind the scenes to make the video good It's like like you said it's like making a little filament. These boys back here They don't sleep don't sleep when we were at that internet imitation on thinking to myself like everybody's miced up

I'm like I was thinking about the first person that goes into the internet Limitational file the first producer. It's like oh, you're starting like weird. Does it be just slow? It's crazy I mean Brendan kind of gave us the rundown on the pod right after the internet in an Emotational aired and he was saying how he like had every single person that was on each hole

Filming kind of right in a dock like what the what was a star moment? What was a big moment then he piece together the whole story. I don't know how I mean we've given him as flowers at this point But like I don't know how you guys pulled it off. I still don't know how to say it was like

I wanted a million shot to be able to tell that story the way that we saw was he like when you guys were still film videos after the

International was Brendan still traveling with you guys or did he stay mad? You guys have there was honestly like a couple of month period. We weren't really posting But that was for that. Yeah, because it was like both it was like they're editing and they had to be editing So it couldn't really be filming so it was like we're gonna put these videos out coming out But yeah, there was probably a couple of months where it was like this is the focus

You can't you can't you almost they try to do both as much possible It was like we got to do the entertainment. This year the field's bigger. There's yeah, right. Wait for a guy He comes through we're gonna just put him into even a harder spot There's definitely like there was an opportunity cost for our brand to be a part of it in terms of like our whole entire team was just focusing on that But we all believed in how successful this thing was gonna be. I mean we can talk a little bit about

I don't want to give away too much I know we're gonna kind of keep things close to the chest this year, but You know We all just knew from the get go. I think that first call with all of us where we're like this is something that could define our careers

That's how big it's gonna be like being a part of this and I think the first the first an invitation

I'll just prove that to be true. I mean look at what it's done for everyone that was involved in it Just how big it ended up being it was the biggest most watched piece of golf content of like two years

Oh, yeah, I mean it all over was ever I'm abused today. I mean each episode. I was like 3 million views of people watching

Like random golf matches from a collection of any what I'm scared about is I thought the first one was so good And had so many incredible moments like even with like the lukewan sleeping all the drama that happened in the finals up

It's like I'm like I don't know if we can talk that

But then there's this thing where he told me. It's the bar stool effect and I didn't believe it And then I was there and I was like, you know trends right this is fucking bananas We're like when you guys are out there feeling like shit just goes a ride like things just half hundred percent like I think it's gonna be even crazy It will I think with the stakes and like how much people care about it You're just gonna get natural

drama because Even with the lukewan thing like the lukewan thing in a regular YouTube video doesn't become a thing

But because it was for a million dollars and other people were on his team

That's why it became very short. I think the setting is always going to produce some sort of chaos

And it's not like I mean like not to rehash like all the stuff that everyone like kind of shit on us for Orchestrating quote unquote drama. It's like that just simply happened. He simply slept in and people simply got even the John Groen's speech Like you couldn't a script that's gonna happen again because like now You've got these storylines like lukewan's coming back and you've got like page comment all these people are gonna be coming back So like that redemption arc is like something that people are gonna want to see like his lukeman out for blood on

It could be like he could be like the Brad Docky of this years. Oh yeah, oh man When everything and like The numbers before that would be a change imagine that story dude. It'd be unbelievable He's gonna be on the range now early every day I didn't get it happen again or you won't it'll be the craziest thing of all the beat. Yeah, it'll be interesting

Because people will be on their toes a little bit more. You know yeah, so all that happened But I do think that we talked we had a good conversation off-camera

I think yesterday mayors on camera, but we were talking a lot about this and it was like the fact of when you get into this spot

Everyone carried so much the stakes and the fact that you're part of a big team that like It's so fun to continue to be involved that like no one wants to be out on any day But day one and like that the reason people were upset Whitney was so upset is like the you know It's really been in thing and the punishment that came down from Dave and all that was like Really hindering half the people's chances of being able to participate in the most fun thing

We got and potentially went into ton of money and that's just like infuriating and it pissed people off and like we just captured that Brendan and these days captured it and put it out But like I would have been just as upset if I was on the other team because it's like I can't tell you how much You know fun it is each day waking up and having like a chance and thinking that you're gonna there And then like when Frankie's team came storming back and dust it us to advance like we had already

Kind of punched our ticket and I'm thinking like do you know I'm gonna wake up Friday morning of this event Everybody's gonna be watching it part three courses my jam like here we go, and then you're just eliminated and you're like This fucking sucks like so oh the material in this room was a limited of me For the six months right so it's like sock and brutal The crazy thing is to I will see is like I

People like Perez grew up playing golf. I never grew up playing golf like so like I never have been even in like a

Member guest tournament or like anything remotely where the stakes are so big We're like you feel the competitive juices like from the second you tee off like you're like, okay I owe it to my team like to go out there and like not fuck up and to like play good and to win and it's like at every Padden it's like that's something that we never thought before Matt. You can't know and it's like when you feel it It's like it's kind of cool to be

It's like it's like it's like this is what it must feel like for a tour player to go out there on a day and play and like every Shop matters and like the stakes are huge and like do you know too like when the leaderboard starts to configure So the way where the beehive gets to you right because I kind of out there and I went into your match for the first couple hours And then as like things like once you see the Dave cart rolls over in the cameras and everybody's coming over and you're like

This is a huge match and like I'm in the bottom of it. I was a first match off so like by the time we finished me and Mac we're like

Let's go watch these matches. Let's like we were just like looking at the scoreboard and like where do we need to go?

Like more guys up what did Dave say with the stakes and how and how many people are watching it my shot was the Worshut and the history of gold Like if you think about it Do you think in an alternate universe it might actually there's an argument to be made. It's a Worshut in the history of the game Worsh practice swing for sure that thing was I mean a result of the three universe if you won do you think you would have been happy for you?

I think Yeah, I like I like what a Dean of Russia How much time what times are deep down talking put up a story or is why I put up a story like you don't think today for for the house I'll Dave be both you don't think me Because I saw him and he was like you was like laughing you was like you could tell he felt

Yeah, he knew he did he's a moment ago. He couldn't believe it happened But he goes I just lost out on so many diapers Frankie gets saying the whole time it got to like 13's like it's gonna come down to me and all kid the end like he said it lunch So what he we're he's like doing the Matthews. Oh, it's

I love that moment pages.

They're like, yeah, it's fine. We'll wind up before then all right, but seven. Oh, the date and unbelievable shot real

You lose you lose track of like when you're when you're focusing on that you you're focusing on the one bad shot like you lost for your team 17 if you don't put it that close and you tie the whole 18 might not have even been totally I do think there was the mental side of like we were chasing so I was playing a little bit more free as opposed to like the whole day I wasn't playing great. Well, I kept looking at the scorecard I'm like we're all square. I'm like how is this happening? That's when the nerves are to come in

We're like you actually have a chance to win this. I'm missing fair. It was a crazy with my team It's kind of hacking it out and they're like finding a way to make a birdie and make a par a long put But like it was just one of those moments where like the nerves really got to me And then once you realize you probably lost you start to play better and then you know 16 you win 17 You win you know holy fuck now money 18 again here come the nurse do when I looked out the golf ball on the tea of 18

I saw two off all. Oh, he even Brad even Brad. I didn't as nervous as he's been aside from the the masters on that 18 tea box

And talk to people about it. I played played every how do you here one that was that physical thing?

I couldn't stop. It was a physical nervous thing. It makes sense. Dude the ball was never bouncing like I had a pulse in my head

My favorite moment still Joey tell him that ball of a set It was so endearing to me that like I mean, I think it was picking up speed Yeah, as someone who's called many a golf ball with the wedge over the green I knew exactly what he was feeling like and I was praying it looks like it had like a plain engine attack To be able to speed the moment that ball hit the water was the fastest that ball

Shoot that ball to go fast you get a herd that plop in the water from like the Scissile with like a in drop you remember seeing day drop down in square Redemption next year. There we go this year. Oh, boy is unreal unreal By the way, I got to get this on the pot. This is the bronze stuff's out of control. Right. I mean

Mr. Serbian on the bronze Instagram stories out of control. He called me one day. I was like I don't remember

I think it was in Miami They get coffee Bob like yeah, what's up. He's like the bro the bro Look at his Instagram story. I'm like you guys for like a week He was right and like the Brian bro. Yeah, I'm like when's Bob coming then he just like put it on his Instagram They've been talking like regular. This isn't yeah when I I lost the grant when they're with the blind

Pulled which was brutal and I'm like oh, man. It's so bad then the video comes out and I'm just like you know you go on to Thought you see it everywhere and then I just see King James. He's like

Man Bob if you just didn't go. Oh, be on nine. I was like no brown like I'm down. Yeah, but it's amazing

You know you you meet a lot of cool people throughout and have this crazy moments the bronze stuff It's the next thing yeah, yeah, it really Yeah, it gets much bigger than that like from the sports world. No, I know that something's got to be coming this summer Right with you boys. Oh, hope so. We've got a try and hopefully that's gonna be a fucking bang Oh, yeah, that's gonna. That would do nuclear

There's some crazy stuff like seeing myself and and like he clearly typed F.P With his bronchingers I'm like what the fucking hell is going on why am I looking at myself on the broad James The DM he said Bob he's like tell F.P and coal cuts. I say what's up and I was like Great and why you don't think his real yeah actually getting interaction with them is like wait a minute

This is alternate reality now. Yeah, he's been a superstar my whole life. Yeah. Right. Oh, we're on James Brown guys Tiger Woods Michael Jordan Lebron James. I'm not sure there's anyone else up in that Well, no, it's better as I think I would say better seems more real, but he's on that level you get like Ronaldo Yeah, they're up there Tom Brady there Tom Brady's here I don't know an accessibility thing to some guy if he's come down a little bit

Just because he's not playing anymore, and he's kind of done a lot of shit. Yeah, I don't know Like the trick ones the thing with Lebron too like what excites me the most if it doesn't happen Yeah, just being in a golf court like the GoPro like there's so many things. I want to ask them Yeah, you know, there's so many different routes and tear Lebron Yeah, like yeah, there's so much that just go down with them, but yeah, I think that just would be so cool

I think there's the accessibility thing is huge. That's why we might have been talking about it

I really want to get people on the channel that really haven't been on YouTube much So Ron, you haven't seen them so that's a big thing also the demographic of people who follow him that might not know YouTube golf

The amount of clips like whether or not the video would go crazy, which you p...

Oh, you're like ESPN and different like demos that would connect people who don't even follow YouTube golf to like, okay

Who are these guys? It would bring a whole set of eyes to what we do like more than what we do If you're a huge little space if you're a huge Lebron fan which millions and millions of people are there'd be like if they have no idea about golf YouTube will have to be like I get to watch this guy for an hour Yeah, just like be around the GoPro and chatting and mic'd up like who the fucking text of us after our first tiger thing And you were like it's a big thing for like YouTube golf

Yeah, it's true when that when these people that you don't get to see at very often come into our world It's big for everybody. Well, bra was on your guys channel YouTube golf is through the root That's just, that's a little bit of what we're doing. It makes it real right like the biggest star in the planet wants to do it Okay, now we go. Yeah, it's why hot. It's like why I show like hot ones is so big

It's because like you get right these massive people that never have like long-form conversation

So I Rogan so big. Yeah, because you hear from these people that you only see in their little Control moments, right, right Lebron James play basketball and he controls everything that he ever does, right? Or whoever it may be and it's finally like just yeah, we're playing golf, but it's just an avenue to like have someone show someone themselves a keegan Keegan's a perfect example, right. That's the one I bring up to people all the time and like Keegan's the intense dude on the golf course. It's side-eyeing his pots and doing all these things and he comes on our channel

All the comments like didn't realize how much I love keegan Bradley like you guys the man. It's like because we gave him four hours on the golf course Just be himself

Goes a long way. Yeah, I think that's what we all do in our spaces. It's just that car can that go pro the car like that's the might be the biggest camera

We have yeah, I had a great hot ones idea and Sean Evans couldn't have fucking big time this more I was like we'll do a golf video You'll be on the green and if we don't succeed that Challenge with that hole we have to do like a hot one thing and like as you go on it gets hotter and hotter and hotter Well all be sponsored about hot ones Brendan Jones found a way to get in contact with his person sent an email

It's just a big old no We just did a hot ones challenge without Sean. Yeah, yeah, we got all the sauce on the pack One line up we did it we did the bomb we did all of our heart is the but I love that show So I was like it's selfish. I just wanted to go do the lineup It was taking it was doing them then he took the sauce his home with them afterwards to eat it by the saying right I mean bomb is hot

Yeah, bomb is hot Yeah, they weren't as bad as I thought that they would be though. Okay. It wasn't or we also were like tossed like they tossed them That's yeah, we were just like dabbling on there Yeah, that's it. Yeah, we were getting our tug but not like the lip that the lip things huge Yeah, that sauce here. It's like

Dude I got I had that hot chip once back and barcel off this and it ruined me for years Years I did that like your stomach like everything Dude, I was in the fuck I was in my parents if you type of like Frank would drive my ugly on Instagram

I remember that and I went home. I was living my parents the time I and my now wife

She was my girlfriend at the time we're upstairs in my room and you got so bad I had to let I was shoving Crescent moon shape ice cubes at my asshole. Oh my god. I had I had a cold shower running. What dude was hotter coming out than I was going in And going in was bad I did it on the podcast. It didn't affect you. I

Killed me dude. Got my eyes. I think for about five minutes. I was a bit my dude

I did Jerry dude on the brilliant. I'm showing me first started me into like get the stick after and so he does it in the pop

I like the cowboys Yeah, yeah, he's gonna be in there Finally, I don't like it we do. I can't we got to have All right up there. Oh, I've got it We got a match to film what we do. I go to the air trap in the fucking rain

You know, we had like neutral site at quail launch and we did a little Arizona We're doing a little bit of Florida It's nice for doing a homes neutral site. It's been like yes. It was awesome Yeah, our boys. Thanks for coming on all the sports Really dump show. Unbelievable. When were we on your show, by the way like your podcast

Really don't show was that like six years ago remember you have a lot of all I remember that before we did the quail

We got it through you a probably text. Did you? Yeah, yeah, I remember cracking had a son like hey I got my relations with the sky. We're tied up family wise a good friend of mine He's hilarious. He wants to have us on the show. We're like, yeah, of course, and you like had the three of us on the show

What are you running it was happy when you run it solo?

Break it was like Frankie was like his voice is fucking hilarious

I remember the videos of you like chow and down on like we have everything while they're
