There's no place to escape to this and is the last talk on the left side stor...
That's one of the cannibalists I started. Side stories. Yes. Rumble, young man, Rumble. What we got here is the new sheriff in town.
When it comes to Legos, and honestly, I'm really happy that you came so hard at this branch. Well, you didn't even, I don't know if you even understood that you were coming at the Mormon church directly. Yeah, I feel that later, I was surprised I found there were more men because I thought Mormons are supposed to like steal and lie, you know? You'd be surprised. They also fuck little girls.
Really? Yeah. Oh, yeah. They, they, they, they married super, super young. Yeah, you're right. They do marry very young like 12 they go over to Nevada because it's illegal there.
“One of my cousins is Mormon and I remember they got married like their teens I think.”
Yeah, it's very, very young. So they can have sex with each other in the eyes of the Lord and begin chronic out their Mormon army. Hey, they knew Lupos too, I guess. So, you remember the poop hole Lupole? Did you ever deal with that as a child?
No, I never, I wasn't raised more men, but I've heard about it, yeah.
It's not real. Oh, it's not good. No, the poop hole Lupole is, it's not Lupole. You're getting done with the butt. So no, it's just as easy.
No, it doesn't count and you got doesn't see that as sex. God thinks that's fine. Wow. Well, I'm glad we have that. I'm glad we have that on camera.
So we have here is this guy. I love this fucking guy. You've done such good work with your channel. I'm, I'm like, I've been following you since the McKenney manner story. And what you did over there was fascinating.
Honestly, it was extremely, it was necessary.
“And you're doing it in a very flagrant way, but I think that's why they call you reckless men.”
Yeah, I can't just, like, pull stuff up on a butt and then like, maybe this will work out. No, let's try it, you know, and we just try random stuff and just document the experience. That's the whole channel, basically. Just let's come with the stupidest ideas we can think of and try to act about in real life. No, but doing it for good, you know.
You know, Ben, it's like, do you feel that when you, I think that is interesting. Is that, were you searching for stories like randomly? Or is it really is like something that inspired you? Like, what got you into the whole thing? What started your YouTube channel?
Um, so I was looking to my car across the street in my friend's house. And he lives across the street from Scientology. And I was going on a lot, so I was like, I wonder what goes on inside. Like, I know all these billionaires pay money to believe in a alien. They're science fiction writer wrote about some Googling it on a lot.
Like, what goes on inside Scientology? And like, there's like rumors of what goes on. But I was like, I don't want to believe some rumor. Like, I want to see it for myself.
You know, there's always conspiracy of what goes on inside.
But like, I just, like, just show me what goes on inside. So then I look, I start watching these, like, Scientology documentaries. So I'm like, I can finally, if I watch these documentaries, I'll find out what goes on inside. And no, the documentary show what goes on inside. I'm like, what, the, the, it's definitely like a million dollars.
These guys couldn't figure out what the answers to Scientology. So I was like, you know what? I'm homeless in my car right now. And I could even make a better documentary than, then all these documentaries. So I call it the world's best Scientology documentary.
We made it with a $50 budget. And I was homeless. I had no video experience ever in my life. And I still made a better documentary. We found out all their secrets.
And with that, all their secrets. But we found out a lot of their secrets. And it's, it's fascinating. Because we've also, did you find yourself on the bat end of Scientology? Um, yeah.
They tried to do me like a million dollars, I guess. They did that one. Yeah. But then I made my own religion called the Church of Scientology sucks. They got approved by the IRS.
And now I just believe that everything I'm saying in my documentary is, I just believe that Scientology sucks. So they can't sue me for what I believe in. You know, or else that's discriminating me against my religion. And that's how I got out of that one.
Dude, it's funny. Have you thought about getting a law degree? With this stuff that you're talking to a lawyer or like, you know, getting a law, like, you've got your lawyers at this point. Have to be so tired.
Um, no, I've never used a lawyer until like a couple weeks ago actually.
Um, so that everything I've done my entire YouTube career has been without a lawyer. And I think if I had a lawyer, I wouldn't be able to do the stuff I'm doing. Yeah. Exactly. Like two or three times I've ever talked to a lawyer.
“They're like, that's the worst thing in the world.”
If you go through with that, you are screwing yourself. And then I end up doing it.
Then it's like always working out.
Well, you're doing lawyers have always just been wrong.
“Well, you're really, I think you're harnessing, obviously, is this, I mean,”
the power of the people. Like, you have a, when people watch and have a mandate or interested in it. And everybody is, I kind of like, that that's kind of what brings us to this story. It's just how many people are interested in you know, this level of, it's low level corruption that fucks us every day.
Yeah. And if I follow the lawyers advice that I won't get the people on board, because then there's not the entertaining story, you know. So if they buy disobeying the lawyer, I get the people on my side. And by getting the people on my side, I take out the company. So by disobeying the lawyer indirectly, it kind of takes down the company.
You know, I don't know. It can. It just, I'm just worried about you, bro. I don't want you to get yourself into such insane trouble that you can't get yourself out of it. Yeah.
Yeah. I always try to read that line, you know,
like how close can I get to like crossing that line without actually crossing it. And I feel like I get like this far away from crossing the line every single time, which is my favorite thing to do. You know, it's always like how close can that to that line can I get without crossing. I'm like, okay, I've actually screwed myself.
But this story, so this story is like, you're just a recent video that just came out. It's like already at like 5.5 million views. Like, I don't even really want. Oh, yeah, bro. It's fucking huge. I want you to know, like straight up our audience, go watch the original Reckless Ben videos. If you don't quite know what we're talking about here about the bricks and minifig story,
go watch Reckless Ben and go through that whole line then come back. Because I do think it's important because I don't want to start from zero with you talking about this subject.
“But you stumbled into, not stumbled. Obviously Brian Mansell approached you, correct?”
Uh, yeah, why put a feeler, I was like, hey, if anyone has like crazy problems that the police can't solve, like, I'll solve it for you, you know? Yeah, and I've probably got like 10,000 emails and that was just one of like the 10,000 that received. So who's randomly you to know? Do you just chose that randomly or was it just like one like you were going through and you're like,
Oh, we'll get to more and this is the one that came up. Well, he was telling me that this corporation was telling him that if he sues them, they're going to drag it out and court later. Like, and they're going to use every legal loophole they can in order to like,
basically destroy his like dad who's in poor health and
I don't know, just that that story seems like super compelling. I was like, one, I used crazy legal loopholes, you know? So like if they're using crazy legal loopholes for bad and I used crazy legal loopholes for good, this will be the perfect battle, you know? And so that was my thinking going into it.
But did you, did you even on bad did it seem like when you were entering to this? They would get this extreme. Um, I don't know. I just tried like 20 or 30 videos all at once and about half the videos. I would, I thought there was a big super extreme.
We know that I show up and then I'm like, okay, let's take on these bad guys. And it turns out they're like not bad or like there was a misunderstanding or something. That was about like half the videos and then like this was just one of the ones where it was like, I showed up and like, okay, let's hear their side. You know, like, let's just go in the store and be nice with them.
And within 10 seconds and be being in the stores. Get out of work, call in the cops like, I don't know if you want your leg goes back. Like, oh, like they're harassing us and it was.
“So like I tried to give them an opportunity to be the good guys, you know?”
And they didn't take it. They could have, I could have just moved on to a different video like all the other videos, you know? But they, it seemed like they wanted me to make a video on this by the way they treated me, you know? Yeah, they expanded this into this hole almost like up. Malady.
They were giving me as a YouTuber. They're giving me like the perfect content. Like that's exactly what I want for a story, you know? Oh yeah. It seems like by the way, the acting, it's almost as if they wanted this to happen, you know?
How was the jail when you were in jail? How was that experience? That was pretty fun. Yeah, they're going to jail before. So, um.
I like your positive attitude. Like it's awesome. This would be devastating. Yeah, I'm scoring two years old. I really leap on a cop, man.
I'm fucking proud of that. Because, well, I was only in Utah for like four or five days. And we had all these like cool things you wanted to do. So it was a little sad being like just sitting in a jail for like eight to ten hours, just being like, well,
well, but I guess I spent all this money on all these props, you know? And I guess I can't do this, these ideas anymore. So I was sad. But like the actual jail part was like fun. Like it was like a cool, like I just like doing things I've ever done before.
Like like trying something new every day, you know? So it was like, yeah, something new. Um, I guess if I was in jail for like five or six days and that would suck, because it's like, okay, now I'm not doing anything new. I'm just doing the same thing over that would suck.
Yes. But the fact that was only there for one day was like perfect. You know, it's like, oh, I get to try a new thing and then.
Oh, yeah.
I just learned something and I'm leaving, but it's like, did you notice,
“like in your travel and your travels and all this kind of shit?”
Like when you bumped into the sort of like Mormon hand of the police, what was the distinct difference? Like was there a difference between, like when you wandered in the scenario, like does it, because to me, Mormon world is its own universe. They don't really like to have us go inside.
They don't want us in there. Yeah. Yeah. It felt like, oh, I'm able to verify everything with evidence, but they don't like the fact that I'm here.
And I want to say Mormons and like the fact that was here. Everyone happened to be Mormon that didn't like the fact that I was there. Whether or not that's the case tonight. I don't know. Um,
What I find is that they whitewash quite often when Mormonism is involved because of how much money. I'm also white, too. So. Literally, I think that they cover up when Mormonism is involved in criminality.
Like they specifically, I've noticed, every single time I've covered cult leaders, murderers, family annihilators, they're all happening in Mormon.
They always kind of leave that out.
And they kind of like, Yeah. Because they're so funny. It's weird. Yeah.
Which is so weird because Mormons are supposed to be nice. And there's actually, it's crazy because a lot of Mormons are actually, I'd say the majority Mormons are on my side actually right now. There was a Mormon protest, and I showed up in disguise. And I was like, how long can I last before people realize so I am.
I mean, but they did a whole Mormon protest against the police for what they're doing. So. And a bunch of like very nice Mormons showed up who seems very reasonable, you know, that we're like, this is not what Mormonism stands for.
And, but it is so strange that so many Mormons, too though, are defending this. Like, I'm not going to like, too much in the details for like, Prime Minister reasons. But one of the guys that was at the raid,
his wife might be divorcing him because like, the Mormon police are against him. And because of that, he must be doing something bad even though. And she won't even watch the videos because all her Mormon friends are like, don't watch this.
This is anti Mormon propaganda, you know? And so they can even watch my video. And so they might be getting a, he's not Mormon, but she's Mormon. And so like, it seems like they're getting a divorce because of, he got arrested by the Mormon police.
So because of that, it's like, oh, well, if the Mormon police are against, you must be done something bad. And she's like, we'll just watch the video and explain everything.
“And she's like, why can't that's anti Mormon propaganda?”
And he's like, he's like, no, a bunch of Mormons are actually like, loving this. Like, look at this Mormon podcast. He was like, the Mormons are praising this and she's still like, no, it's anti Mormon propaganda.
That's kind of funny though. That's what happens, man. It's weird. It's weird how it creates these blinders. I went, so now to they had created a way out, right?
Wasn't there a way out of the situation for a hot second,
where they were going to try to, there was some kind of settlement and then they, and then it just, not had didn't happen. Correct. There was like, probably at least like 35 to 36 ways out by now I'd say.
Right now, I am starting to make the ways out slightly harder. So right now they're way out. There's now they have to do the chicken dance. It's just harder than before. It was just give back to Legos.
Now it's give back to Legos and do the chicken dance. I think next month we're going to upgrade it to. The American forks police has to rename American forks like reckless Ben town or something. So each month.
So we're starting to give them ways out. But each month is just going to get slightly harder and harder.
“You know, so it's like if you want to get like do that stuff now.”
It's the easy way. It's just going to get harder and harder the longer they wait. You know. So they put a gag on order on you. They've arrested you.
They've searched you. They just said, and they are still. We are still at point zero. So they finally took the gag order off. Our lawyers contacted their lawyers.
And we're basically like, hey, like, if I'm not able to talk. Like they told, like, I don't know what you're all just saying Netflix. But they said I was going to bomb their bills. Yeah, you were in the park.
And obviously I never said anything like that.
So basically we said because you lied to get me silenced. That's like super illegal on their part, you know. And they're going to be for every day on silence. They're going to pay damages. So like we can report a lot of damage.
Like we were going like this. And then the minute my gag order hits, we go like this, you know. So they're acting through responsible for every day on silence. Because they lied to silence me. And we can prove their lies with proof and evidence.
So it's basically a slam dunk case. We have against them. And I guess their lawyers that after that got super desperate. And we're like, like begging the judge, like, please give them a freedom of speech back.
Like we don't want to reach for those responsible for these damages. And so it's so they give us our. So we revise the restraining order. Basically everything is still in there. Just freedom of speech back.
Some of it's still kind of bogus.
But you just can't go there anymore, right? Like you can't go to any brick communities. You can't go talk to those guys anymore. Yeah, I can't take a picture of. I can't, so I can't be 300 feet away.
But I also can't be 400 feet away and take a picture of their building. So that's also a no go. There's just some other stuff. But at least I can talk about them. Which is good.
That's like the main thing I wanted back was like. Just talking about them. So Brandon best in Josh Johnson. Are they still like they're still the main kind of what do you say? I'm not going to say villain.
But they're the main like source still right of the issues. Or are they kind of, or are they out of the picture now? Was it all bricks and many things corporate? I don't know. So bricks and many things corporate would hire Josh and Brandon to do what's called franchise
Turning, which is where you take, have a small business owner built up a franchise. And then you steal that franchise from them and you take it as your own. You screw them over it and now we profit a whole like half million dollars or whatever. You know, it's called franchise turning and Brandon and Josh for the ones that would go and Take over the freight like do the hostile takeovers is what they call it.
And so this isn't even more than once. Oh, yeah, there's like at least like 10 people who've personally reached out to me. Probably more that haven't reached out to me yet. But so but did many things has literally done this multiple times in terms of this this concept of.
I've never heard the term franchise turning.
And this isn't proven yet. So I know I know you're fine. You're claim their franchise turning, but the theory is that this is a big part of their business model is having small business owners built up a business. You steal the business from them and then you give it out.
“That's that's what the theory is right now.”
Got it. Hopefully in the fourth episode we can prove that. I guess that's what we're working on. So to that is, but that's really cool. So when you do stuff like this, so like when.
With your videos and all this kind of stuff, can that actually be used in court after the fact. Yeah, they're using it in court against us and we're using it in court against them. Got it. They're like, look at all the shenanigans they did. That's why they should get arrested and we're standing.
Look at all the evidence we found. So let's take them down, you know. So where is brain mansell now? Like where is this situation as it stands. Just like now.
But I mean, like it's really like. What it where does it stand now? Like in terms of like there's still no. There's no.
Oh, they're doing them for probably $10 million minimum.
They're doing Brian too. Well, yeah, because well, they only got like. What was that collection worth like the high value could have been for like $150,000. That's not enough money for bricks and beef. If they need like $10 million from him.
You think they're going to stop it $200,000? He has no money. From an innocent man, you think they're going to stop it, robbing an estimated $200,000. They need way more than that from innocent people. Tell me about it.
I know I got it. Believe me, I wish I could educate $2 million from every single vulnerable person. I could. I wish I could. But I don't have God's mandate.
Yeah, no, they need way more than that. Like our videos are destroyed. They need as much money as they can from the innocent people they stole from. Yeah, because it's so funny to me because this all comes from the most innocent world of stupid ass Legos.
Yeah.
“Well, yeah, I think Legos is kind of the front of it.”
Yeah, sure. I think Legos is not. I don't think that goes happy about this. Yeah, probably not. They haven't made any comments about it, which is crazy, but they're kind of just staying out of everything.
I think they have the perfect opportunity to capitalize on it actually. I think if they just said that what bricks and beefing is doing is wrong. There's going to be a great advertisement for Legos.
Because now, so many people that have never been interested in Legos are now like.
Interesting. I think this could be like the biggest Lego brand deal ever. You know, seriously. They're just choosing not to say anything, which is a little strange, I guess. Because bricks and many things literally has nothing to do with with giant with big Lego.
Yeah, it's like game stop having nothing to do with Nintendo. You know, they just reselled Nintendo stuff. So you guys, because I know the last video. So the last video came out. It's already like it's fucking huge.
You're already putting out all this like evidence. So like now like. Do is the goal now is like, oh, we're going to the fucking end of the end of the end of this. Um. I mean, probably like it's it's been a net positive for me.
So why would I quit? Totally. It's been a net negative for bricks and many things. So I could see why they would want to do the chicken dancing get out of this.
“But I think I've seen two by some pretty high up people that they're never going to do the chicken dance.”
So it's. Do the chicken dance or destroy your. $400 million company, which ones worse. I don't know. To some pretty high people told me that both options seem equally as bad for bricks and many things.
It does seem. It does seem bad. Do you have like, do you have people come and do free legal work for you? No.
Um, I have been watching.
So actual kind of now.
There's a lot of like wall channels like legal eagles.
Um, there's probably like 10 different wall channels that have been covering this. I could do it a really good job. Um, so I just watched their videos and I feel I can get freely go advice, which is nice. Um, cool. How do you feel?
How do you feel? How do you feel is like a as a dude? Like I know you were talking about you've been travel on like crazy and stuff like has this changed. Your day to day. From before.
Um, No, not really before my day would be like I wake up at it. I go to sleep in like film and then right now I just wake up film and it go to sleep. It's pretty much the same. Got.
I guess I have been I try to watch like one or two videos when I right when I wake up just to see what the new updates are you know. Sure. Because all those channels kind of like dig in and find stuff that I don't even find which is awesome. That's so fun. I watch like I try to watch like one legal video day and one drama video like right when I wake up.
You know. And then. And then besides that the rest of my days the same. So have you tried getting on any other big shows?
“Are you going to be like, is do people want you around like or everyone's afraid or people afraid of the Mormon church?”
Um, no people aren't afraid. Uh, I don't have spend. I've been in a lot of podcasts and stuff. A lot of it was rather than the gag orders. I couldn't talk about them.
But then we just would post it afterwards. Uh, but. Well, you know. Yeah. The Mormon sit on the thing called what they call their rainy day fund.
Which is just about a hundred billion dollar surplus that they see.
Yeah. So for one, Jesus comes back, I think. But my question, Ben, is if everybody's dead, why do they need money? I don't know. I've got more men.
I feel like they'd have an answer for you, but I don't know. Um. Why have this money? Why have this money in a post money world? I feel like the Mormon.
I feel like the Mormons would love to answer that for you. I don't know. Uh, I could just see like the Mormon podcast, I was on a fire inside. It'd be like super excited like I could answer that. Um.
Do you? I don't know. I haven't studied it. I don't know. Did you meet any fine Mormon ladies?
So we're like, please get me out of this and bring me to California. No.
“I think they're all pretty happy being Mormon.”
Uh. I don't know. Um. There was a couple. Yeah, there was a bunch of Mormon girls at the.
They're the protests. But yeah, they seem pretty happy to be Mormon. I guess. Yeah, it's weird, right? Because I do think that in many ways for a man being a Mormon.
It's fantastic. You get really. Oh, yes. You get one of the one of the secret things. Also within the Mormon communities is how if you're a man of a certain standing
with the certain family, you just get a job. You just get, you just walk. They just take care of you. They're super, super. You can see they're very concerned about money and making money and building businesses.
It's a part of their religious. Uh, views is the idea.
“I think that's why some of them will make like scam businesses because there's like such a high pressure for them to be successful.”
That if they don't have the skills to be successful, they turn the scams, I guess. I think that you just hit upon a central tenant of the Mormon mind. Which is the exact thing, which is that you have tripped into this ad. No, it is. It is an entire, is there's such a pressure for them to be successful that if someone's just like stupid.
They can't be successful. There's like, oh, I have to turn the scamming, you know, exactly because it is about that. If there is a celebration of the central patriarch being a business man, a family leader, a lot of pressure. The woman, unfortunately, is like a passenger. She's kind of kept like a pet that's got to make babies, right?
And so on some levels for ladies, they don't get a lot of say at all. The men get all the say, they get all the stuff. They essentially get handed a wife and a job and a whole lifestyle. But exactly if they can't keep up, the rest of them will bury them. Oh, no.
All the things are connected, because that was my biggest question, is like, why would a Mormon lie and steal? But now it's kind of making sense.
It is about, I do think that that's the ideas that it's ordered to look powerful to the others.
And you have arrived as a young man with this confidence into their very, very controlled world. Yeah, it definitely didn't like me showing up serving the court papers or making it go fun. Me, that was a no go for them. I think they have something called crowd fun, meitis, which is what I think they might have. It's basically like the fear of go fun means.
And I think they have that in American fork police. It sucks to it's like really rare. Like not many people have, like almost like no one has it, you know? But it's weird that like someone in a police department. It's just unfortunate that someone in a police department would have that condition, you know?
Well, you know why it's because they sit on a bunch of commas.
And then they don't like anybody being able to catch up.
“Yeah, you know, that's what they would like.”
They don't want you to show up with the ability to defend yourself because they're really used to having total control over the area. And no one goes there. Who the fuck goes to American fork? Yeah, it's just a small little neighborhood. Yeah. Why would you go to everyone knows each other? Yeah. Why would you as a human? Where are you? Can I add like are you, are you L. Are you Calli or New York?
Yeah, I'm a San Joaquin. Yeah. It's also, yeah. It's a weird thing. It's a weird thing. Yeah, L.A. is also known for like, like,
Did fun the police in like, were like, atheists, you know? And that's like what could the stereotype of L.A. So the police officers see like, Oh, this defund the police stuff going on. L.A. These riots and stuff and they're like, Oh, L.A. So much from L.A. is going to come and tell our or high up Mormon friends how to do.
Is it? I don't know. Yeah. One proud man. I'm proud of you, dude. This is hard. But so now the next steps are so what are these next?
I mean, you were just saying you're, you're, you're making continued make videos. You believe that maybe you don't know. But in your next video, we're going to get to some action. Yeah. So the, the first and second video we're like pretty adventurous. I'd like to say, and the third video is kind of more like,
Classroom vibes. I like to call it where you just kind of like learning facts. You know, wasn't, I don't know. I just thought there was much of an important information. It was hard to like turn it into a adventure. And at this point, I was like gagged and stuff and restraining orders.
And in trouble. So I was like, I just want to make a video just getting this information out there. And then the fourth video we're going on another crazy event. I think it's going to be the craziest video in the whole series.
I always like to like end.
It might be the last video. I don't know, but if, if they do the right thing, we'll see if not, we'll just still keep going, which I hope we keep going. But if Brixton many fakes a smart, they'll make this the last video. But I do like to make like, if you watch from my other series,
it's always kind of like, it's good. And then the last video is always like, there's always like a video like towards the end,
“which is like, absolutely bang or that's what this video.”
I think it's going to be the best one of the whole series. This is going to be amazing. Okay, I can't wait to see you, man. So go check out Reckless Ben YouTube. They just Reckless Ben, right?
Yeah. That's what I make sure they know that. I, I support you, bro. I support you from here. Oh, thanks.
You have a satinist fellow in LA that we'll do anything. If you ever need, I will also say straight up. You need information about the Mormon church.
I can give you quite a bit of it if you never want to deal with it.
If you, if you want to know what the hell you're, you might be dealing with. Or if you come close in the future, because these guys are completely insane. That's the thing about them. No one don't think don't understand about Mormons. Also, big thing is massively arrogant.
Really? Mormons have what we, it's a Mormon ego, which is we're above everybody else. I definitely felt that, yeah. I don't know if all Mormons are like that, but the Mormons I dealt with, like the police in the Josh and break.
They're like thieves and liars, but they still feel like, oh, I'm more important. I'm more special than you guys. It's like why, like shouldn't thieves and liars be like below that. I don't know. Well, they're doing it for that.
It's like guys, because they used to have also, they used to have a blood mandate. So they used to believe. There was like a whole section of Mormonism where they believed that if, to save your soul, they can kill you. And absolve you of your sins.
For it's called blood atonement. And then they do it to help you. Dang. Not all of them. That's crazy.
But there's a whole chunk of them. There was like a whole, there was a whole line of Mormons. And then it depends on whether or not it's real or not. They were considered like the heavy proletariat guard that would do fucked up shit for the main Mormons. Dang.
So I, you know, thankfully, I think where you truly were, was very, you were in cute more manity, which is good. Yeah, yeah. I think it's good for you. You were in cute more manity.
And they didn't understand.
“And that's why they're doing all the legal stuff.”
You know? Yeah, it's great for footage. I love how insane this has gotten. They just keep like making up lies about me. And I think it's great because I have all the footage to prove my innocence.
I'm like not scared at all, you know. It's like funny. That's like why I went this without a lawyer first because I was like, I don't even need a lawyer. Like I have all the footage to prove myself. And then I saw how they were like, oh, we can't even watch the footage.
Like we have this footage. Like we didn't watch the footage. I'm like, well, here's the footage. Like, well, even if we do watch it, it's still not credible. Like we haven't even watched it.
How can you know what's that credible? If you haven't watched it. So it was everything. And they're like, yeah, but we, and so I'm like, okay, maybe now it's time to go lawyer involved. So maybe.
So I thought it was going to be as easy as, like, I thought the legal system was as easy as, like,
okay, here's what's being claimed about you.
If the evidence shows that's all a lie, then you're innocent.
That's what I thought.
“But see what they can do is, because what they can do then is because if they have way more money,”
they can just push and push and push.
The goal is to make it never gets to the point where the evidence is presented.
Yeah, what I found out in court is it's not who is right. It's who has more money. That's who wins. Uh, he's innocent. Who's guilty doesn't really matter.
What matters is who has more money. Who has less money. That's what matters in court. Yes. Do you do get access to that go fund me or no?
Um, so right now it's sitting in a legal trust that Brian set up. That's all for Brian. Great. Good. And he's only going to use, well, he's very out of it.
On the fact that he's only once what was wrongfully taken from him. And once he's made a hole, like, he doesn't want to profit from this.
Because he has a job, you know, he's doing well from self.
He only, like, he's, I mean, he's not doing like well, but he's, he's doing good.
“You know, um, he was in the middle call. He's, you know, I mean, terms of money.”
He's okay. You know, he only wants to make what was wrongfully taken from him. He doesn't want to profit from this. He doesn't want to become famous off of this. He doesn't want to make money off of this. He just wants to go back to before this even happened. You know, like the situation he was in before this happened.
That's what he wants. You know, yeah, I get it. I get it because this is no any real Mormon doesn't like all the drama. They just want to go back to their lot. They just want to have a nice life.
Most people want to have it. He's not Mormon, but yeah, he's not Mormon, right? He's just kind of living there. No, he's not even living there. He's in Oregon.
Oh, yeah. That's right. They, they went to Utah. Yeah, he has nothing to do with Mormons or anything. He's just fucking poor guy.
He's just a dude. Jesus Christ won't. I wish you luck, man. And we're going to be following the story. And we're going to be following the fourth episode.
We're going to be talking about it. And I'd love to have you back again. The talk shit. Yeah. Next time I'll be more than on three hours of sleep just waking up.
You're almost the opposite. I feel like this is like the highest energy podcast I've been on. And I'm like the lowest energy I've ever been on. Normally it's like on the high energy person. Everyone else is just like super chill.
So what happened with these Mormons and I'm like, I feel like the roles are reversed on this podcast. It's going to funny. That's my job, but I, um, I'm just filled with rage.
Okay, Ben, I'm just filled with the power of pure rage, pure 42 year old band rage. And you'll get there. And when you feel this anger, God help you.
God fucking help you, young man. Because when you're here, you're better be ready. That's why I'm, I'm dead lifted. Oh, nice.
Yeah, so like a punch. My goal is to attack. Dead lifting is with your feet. You can kick with the dead lifts, right? Jump.
Yeah. We mixed. Yeah. That's my goal. Well, sure.
I heard like leg days actually the most important for your upper body too,
because it builds the most testosterone.
“So if you want to upper body look big, don't skip leg days.”
That's what I heard actually. And then it's one of the best pieces of advice I've heard all day. And you could take that because it's true because I love leg day now. I love it. Yeah.
So it actually makes your upper, it builds testosterone, which then in like indirectly helps your upper body too. No, I'm more manly than ever been. I'm, I'm rock card right now. Nice.
That's just because I love podcasting. And I just want to say a regular man, man. Thank you so fucking much for talking to me dude. And we are going to be covering that. So nice.
Sweet. Thanks for having me on. This is sick. Of course. Thank you.
Hell, say it. God bless.
