Hello there, Dreamer. It's me, Derek. Welcome to Little Sleepers, Big Dreamers.

Tonight, we meet Suzy, a kind girl with a bigger imagination, and a very determined, little sheep named Daphne, who dreams of something quite extraordinary. Before we start tonight's story, let's take a moment to feel calm and relaxed. Take a slow, deep breath in and gently breathe out. Our story tonight is Suzy and the sheep that wanted to fly.

Suzy lived behind a hill, covered in soft fluffy grass.

The perfect playground for her favorite friend. A small white sheep named Daphne.

Daphne wasn't like other sheep. While they were happy munching grass, Daphne would stare at the sky, watching birds swoop and glide. Hi, wish I could fly too. Daphne whispered. Her woolly tail, wiggling with hope. Suzy knelt beside her. Well, she said kindly, maybe we can try. Daphne's eyes sparkled. Really? Of course Suzy smiled. Dreams are allowed to be big.

And so their adventure began. First, Suzy and Daphne tried jumping practice.

Daphne took a running start, hop, hop, hop. And with each hop, she felt closer and closer to the sky above. But still, she didn't quite lift off. Next, they tried floughing Daphne's wall, so it felt light and airy, like a floating cloud. Daphne shook herself proudly. But that didn't work either. They even built a tiny pretend runway using sticks and leaves. Daphne trotted along it with determination. But again, no lift off.

Daphne's ears drooped. Maybe sheep just can't fly. Suzy sat down beside Daphne, and they stayed very still for a moment. You know, she said quietly. Sometimes dreams don't look

how we imagine them at first. Daphne looked up at her. Suzy smiled and pointed towards the very

top of the hill. Let's go up there. Together they climb slowly and carefully until they reach the very top. The sky felt wide and open. The grass was cool beneath them. Suzy sat down beside Daphne. Ready, she asked. Daphne nodded. And then, together they gently rolled down the hill, round and round, laughing as the grass tickled their noses, and the breeze rushed past. And they rolled until they came to a stop at the bottom. Safe and smiling.

Daphne lay on her back. Steering up at the stars. That felt amazing, she said. It felt free. Suzy smiled. Sometimes flying isn't about leaving the ground. Daphne nodded. I didn't fly, she said. But I felt brave. And dreamer, that's the magic of

never giving up. Believing in yourself and having good friends by your side.

Now let's relax some more. Say these words gently out loud or softly in your heart.

I am brave. I am kind. I believe in myself. Let's say a few more.

I can try new things. I keep going. I am proud of who I am, and a final three.

I am safe.

Good night, Dreamer. May your dreams be filled with peaceful skies. Kind moments and happy thoughts.
