has an alcoholic or an addict, right? So I had to pull myself out of a hole that I built for myself.

Joining me today is quite, quite a legend.

Jimmy Rios, I'm going to introduce you as an author, Jimmy. He's the author, the coding, the mystery of business credit. This man right here has got quite the story. Jimmy, gosh, where do we start man? We just finished filming your legacy Makers episode. How do you feel?

Oh, man, it was amazing. I mean, but be honest with you, everything that I read about and how professional you guys are, it really flows, and it was nice and just happy to be a part of it, it was great.

The legends are true, dude. What are we to learn about your episode? Give us the preview.

Well, it's about, you know, what, what does it mean to be a legacy maker? You know, what it was, what exactly is building a legacy. And for me, it was more than just, you know, a product or service, I think there's many people selling that, how can you go and transcend into something that is going to go down for generations for sure. So our family and hope others help themselves through what we built, that's different. Because anybody can go get alone, anybody can go get insurance or this or that. But the way we built it in a system to be able to get you and your family to a better scope in life, that's different.

That's where we differentiate ourselves because nobody's doing it the way we're doing it, you know, and that program called the I love at a high level.

That's what we did that we built it, the company's real business funding and real business advisors as your guide. But ultimately you need something that's going to catapult you to the next level.

And we give you the tools to do that. And not only do we give you the tools, many people can do it by themselves. So we lead you inside of that journey so you're not walking by yourself and trying to, you know, get to that next level. Jimmy, I got mad respect for you, especially after hearing your story, but this is I'm just setting you up. This is again, I forgot to tell this is just 15 to 20 minute podcast, but most folks will listen to you what you said, listen to your story, read your book. And they're afraid to say what I'm about to say, sir, your full of shit.

A debate me, why do people go, this is too good to be true, because sometimes it is. So Jimmy, where are you so full of shit? I actually hear that a lot, you know, so think about back in 1918 when the Wright brothers were building this carcass of a machine. You're going to make that thing fly. Yeah, get out of here. Well, all I did was take 25 years of struggles, right, and in the lab trying to work through all these things blowing up in my face. And the lab called your life on a way.

And by doing so, I found that there was better ways of doing what was already being done. So for me to do it and for me to avoid going through bankruptcy and, you know, the struggles of alcoholism and addictions and all the negatives that come with that to be able to regain all that.

When people say it's also good to be true, I said, well, you have to look at me as the person walking talking about it, doing it. It's not just me, but my wife and my brother and all these people that I've touched, right, in their life.

When they can showcase, right, what I did to help them and how they did to help themselves through my program, then it becomes believable.

I don't tell you the mechanics that go behind it because it's like an enginee...

But you know the plane flies, right? So if you can see me as that plane, right, that's going to get you from point A to point B in a lot of time, that's what you need to believe.

If you don't believe that, then you're going to keep doing what you're doing and you might get there eventually, but you don't have a pathway. And we built a blueprint for success around that. So it's not get rich quick of any kind. It's none of those things that you see on TV. There's work to be had, but guide you and we do it in a way that is achievable and attainable. So if you don't have, you know, all the money that many places require, you don't need it.

You know, that's why we built it from Iowa to high level because if it was from high level to even higher level, then they're going to say, well, you need to be an accreditor investor.

You've got to have millions of the bank that unattainable for the majority of us. How do we work together to get you there? That's my goal and my passion. Walk me through this. Where are you currently right now? What where is your home base? Phoenix, there's Anna. And you are transcending across the country. Yes.

And you're very much transcending in this studio and with my story, which I'm sure you all have all heard because folks have been watching or listening to his podcast.

I speak to a lot of folks like you that come from different tribes, different energies, different north stars. And I'm always kind of like, maybe this person can help me, maybe this is going to mean.

And I even have this conversation with Rudy, but Rudy's like my kid brother. I'm like, you're on your path on my and I've got stripes he doesn't, you know, you know, you know, it goes. But listening to your story, I'm like, dude, you, you really, you, you, you scraped through rock bottom for DUIs. Yeah. And you've turned all this negative energy served your time. Yes. And you've turned this negative energy and then how do you get the right back and helping us folks like myself and your and your and your tribe and folks are watching your episode, listen to this podcast.

Talk about some of the your demons, your darkness and have you turned out into diamonds and and other adjectives that start with D. Everybody's judged unfortunately and, you know, when when I was building my business, I was being judged in so many ways. Obviously being an addict and going in that route, it didn't help everything I was doing because now they were judging me as an alcoholic or an addict. Right, so I had to pull myself out of a hole that I built for myself, right, and even in doing so there was still, again even now, right, it sounds to get to the true and full of shit.

There's nothing that's okay because the reality is I have two choices.

I can quit listen to everybody else and, you know, just go on in my merry way or I can make a change.

And for me building this legacy and building this business and what that the what we did is a true testament of not caring what others think, focusing on what I believe, right, my beliefs and everything that carries me forward in the positive.

Not in the negative because in the negative we live in the negative too and that's not going to get you anywhere, right, we've talked off of camera of being in the negative. Being the antagonist and your pro tag in the story. So I choose to not live in that fashion. Every problem is a solution went into be found. And so I look at things that way and so when people say, well, yeah, it works for you, but how is it going to work for me?

I say, well, everybody's different. So I'm going to look at your story and like a puzzle put it together. It's not making it to be like the other person, even though they got there in X amount of months, you might take you twice that. But if you're willing to go on the journey together, if I tell you, hey, there's this beautiful mountain and a river over here on the side. But all you see is like, you know, the concrete jungle of the city, you're not going to believe that until you go on the journey with me to get to the other side.

All right, so why is this any different?

I mean, when I started this, I was facing bankruptcy, right? Now I'm not, but I, and that was in the scope of a year and two months, right?

And the reason why I asked where your home base is because we're filming this in Miami, I'm born and raised in Miami. And as beautiful as Miami may be, I very much know Miami is the land of fake frauds and thieves and phoenix, that's the cadence there, fake frauds and phoenix. There's particularly nothing wrong with that, but for folks that that didn't get a chance to leave Miami or or like myself that left and came back, folks are driving over that causeway and they're seeing Miami evolve overnight.

But the city, the people that live in it are not evolving quickly enough, you essentially have carved away to get you out of the efficiency and get you into a home and then have you turn that home and monetize it and get your second and third home and start building your empire.

Yeah, because Miami needs you, sir.

Well, I think the whole world is complaining about rising interest rates and you know affordable housing not being there and so what's the solution?

If we don't make a solution towards it, if we're just sitting and walking about politics and all these other things that you can't control the variables you can't control. So what I did was I said, no, nobody knows how much they really spend on a weekly monthly basis. Nobody knows the the true power of compounding in your life when you put money to work for you. Oh yeah, if I can because they don't teach it in school. I'm 42, I'm just not learning through experience through. I mean, folks like you, I just be hanging out with reading and just having a absorbing but I've not asking questions is now I'm starting to ask well and then a part of that is fear.

Absolutely fear of them. People will sit and wall in their sorrows instead of doing something about it. Oh, yeah. If that means, hey, Jimmy, I want to jump in your car and we're going to go on this right together, then let's go and let me drive right because I've already done it. I already know the pathway to get there.

They're self because of ego because I think I know all of it, you know, I've tried to do things myself too.

Yeah, sure. miserably lost a lot of money, whatever, right?

But there's people that know how to do it.

So I go with those. And so I surround myself by those that know and that's where real business advisors came from. Experts in different fields that I could rely on and say, hey, I want to do this, this and this, how do I do it? I want to do this isn't this and then in the process, right, like when I met Brian my partner, we build the island with a high level from his high level tactics in hedge funds. I hadn't, I was wanted to play in that arena in that sad lot and didn't know how, right?

So he said, why don't we do this and we brought the island with a high level program as an idea of bringing a form of leveraging to the regular Joe that doesn't have a lot of money. How am I going to leverage if I don't have any money? Where we get you good credit or credit has credit doesn't have to be good credit. Bring a credit, leverage leverage and we use a percentage of that and we put it to work. And this money starts making money, not just in the stock market.

Yeah. That's 140 plus different markets that we use. We use an AI platform that we build that goes in and can take out the process inside of 10 minutes twice per day. So now you compounded for that day. We do that 20 days in a month.

That amount can be stupid. And I think about it.

I always think about it as interest rates is annual percentage rate, right?

12%. Well, that's 1% per month. What am I giving 20 or 30% per month? What is that per year? Yeah.

Yeah. For sure. Well, or 120? Sure. Yeah.

I'm just going to not spend my whole house. People don't understand them because they're not in that world. So they think it sounds to get to be true. But if you're at the high level, those guys are doing it day in and day out. Yeah, it's going to be through.

Arbitrage. The concept of arbitrage is buying something. This book. I buy for $18 or 16. I think it's on Amazon for $15.

$14. If I turned around and I was able to saw this book for $140. It's quite the book. I'll just text 10x in my book, right? Look, you go a card dome.

I can't do the 10x inside of our life, right? With 30. We just don't know how. But what if I build the system to do it? Well, if you've got the systems, sir.

I'd be more than happy to be one of your loud loudest evangelists. Because I do enjoy the journey of the life hack of the... Yeah, I did that, but I did this. The thing in the dang, like the tin for the tie. Talk about how much of your journey is authentically real

and how you've converted that into a lifestyle. Give us the yink to your young, the before and after. Who are you now? No, the before.

Yeah, the Jimmy Reo's was always...

I've always been very true to myself.

And who I am, I love to travel, I love my family, I love to do things, right?

And I emulate that side of the equation. I work very, very extremely hard to get those things, right? You're working right now, I'm sure there's a thousand things. Oh, wait, there's a thousand things. Yeah, but there's also a thought process that I want to live better, right?

I want to set myself up inside of a system where if I wanted to go to Miami or like I told my wife, I said, "When the kids go to college, we're going to go 12 months, one month in a different place, and live in a different place for 30 days, for the first year." And I already mapped it out, right?

Why not? Why can't I do that?

Because I've set different things in place to be able to.

I don't have to be tied down with the golden handcuffs

that are telling me, "No, I can't do it." I can do anything. So, that's the difference, is that now I'm forward thinking, right? Because I was reactionary to my surroundings. Oh, scared. Oh, no.

Now it's like, "Well, by the horns, you say I can't, I say I can. Let's go get it. Let's go figure it out." My technique a while, right? My goal is when they graduate, but what if something happens, then it happens.

Then we pivot and adjust and maybe it'll be next year or six months. But the thought process is there. You plant the seed so it can grow and make it happen.

That's what I'm doing now. That's the difference.

Is I'm very proactive? I love how you've created the desire. You've created your funnel. You've sold me, clearly. But I'm a little biased because I'm getting you in the flesh. You like, "Oh, that sounds a little a proccative.

They're a little scandalous."

But I'm getting you face-to-face with what I'm saying. The energy's in the room. How do you transcend that energy through your team, through a virtual call? And how do you avoid it being a sales pit, as opposed to you?

The coolest thing about what we do is that we don't sell anything. I mean, literally we don't sell. Because when they come to us, they have a problem. Sure. All we do is ask them what their problem is,

and then we start formulating solutions. So when we present them with a solution, and we could take away the barriers of entry for that solution, because most things cost money. But I'm able to get you in on a contingency base.

Where I get paid based on my results. So now you don't pay me until I do my work and show you. That's a big difference.

So now people are basically saying, "Well, I'm not going to lose."

I mean, what's the worst that can happen?

When we talk about investments, the biggest few people have is loss. Warren Buffett says, "Roll number one, don't lose your money." Some people stay away from investing. But what if I ensure your money? Well, the money that's going to come into our program, that capital is insured.

What? Doesn't lose that capital. I can't tell you what. I don't have a crystal ball to tell you what percentage we're going to make on it. But I can tell you from my trajectory that it's going to be high.

In our contract, I say 10x, because we're going to get you to an exit of 10x, whatever that is. But your original base, so you started with either I borrowed it. You know, either we borrowed, through borrowed funds leverage or your own money. That money is protected. Well, so you don't lose your money.

So you don't have that very event you have, I'm scared of losing my money. No. You have things to lose. Right? And that's a big plus.

Because now you're two things happen. You have to build a bridge of trust. Sure. Right? Now I'm doing that because I'm giving you an insurance policy here.

I'm showing you what I'm doing, right? In terms of working with you every month, I'm going to give you your performance. Review and you're going to have a choice to take that money and do something with it, or be guided to do something with it. Right? So it keeps growing.

So that in 60 or one year, six months or a year, are where we are. And then things happen. That now we didn't just buy you your house.

Now you need to do an estate plan, a will.

Now we've got to make money make money for you. Right? Now we're thinking differently because you've been educated over the course of time. So you get more with me than just a product or a service. Right.

You get the full, the full everything. Wow. You know? How does everyone get the full everything? How do people find you and start the journey of discovery?

Let's let's pretend that the discovery. When reality, they've already been traveling through your phone for the past three hours. So people are funny because you give them a number. You give them a book. They don't call.

Right? But you don't want to on a website or a YouTube social media. And then they come out and start asking questions. So I've availed myself in all the media channels. I could be able to do that.

Because you can ask any question as XYZ999. Later on, you're going to come out and say, I'm Jimmy Reos. Right? Right? Now in social media, it's like 999.

Ask away. Right? Put it all out there. And I'll ask all your questions. Cool.
