Because they don't know where to start, there's just so many things that you have to do now that it's not an easy task. We come right in. Like I said, there's 30 many conversations. We forget where you are. You know where you want to be and we get you there in record time. What you think is going to take you two years? We can get done in probably a year. Jessica Mott is a resilient entrepreneur, author, and the founder of Professional Development

Drawing from her journey of overcoming adversity and rewriting her own story, she empowers professionals to advance their careers with confidence while inspiring others to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and success. Value was not an option for me. I grew up poor and I didn't want to be poor. So in life, you are faced with obstacles and it is your due diligence to move on and figure life out.
“You can never be limited. Never. You should never be unapologetic and you always become unstoppable.”
And that is the only thing that gets you where you need to be. podcast for those who live to leave a legacy. Welcome to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast. For Insights Excess, I am Regusieras. Apparently you can take escalators. You can take stairs, but I am sitting next to the elevator of success herself, Jessica Mott's or just a Mott.
Jessica Mott? There it is. How does it become the elevator just a success, Jessica?
Well, it's pretty easy. It says it's a 30-minute conversation. So basically, just call us up.
One of my colleagues will actually take all your information. We kind of figure out where you're at right now and where you want to go. So a lot of times, one of the major problems is with adults wanting to continue their education. They can't because they don't know where to start. They have
“no idea what's next and there's just so many things that you have to do now that it's not an easy task.”
So we take all that bullshit right out. We come right in. Like I said, there's 30-minute conversation, we've very out where you are right now, where you want to be, and we get you there in record time. Right on. And we do it cost effective too. So we do paying the plans with people. We also, like, if you think that you need this class or this class, we're here to tell you, no, no, no, you can actually bypass that and just get this and you're going to save yourself,
you know, $20,000 in the long run. Yes. So we're an investment, basically. You know,
for both of my corporations, both of them are investments. Right on, before I started worrying for Rudy, it was actually entertaining the idea of stacking clients. So we're essentially, I would essentially be running three different versions of myself and it would just be VA's running everything. And I would just pop my head for meanings and then the VA's would take care of everything. Is that something you kind of provide? I would say a shortcut, but an optimized way of saying
a set of 15 months. It's essentially a 15 weeks. How do you compress time? So we can, we save you so much. Yeah, you're compressing time. So yes. So so as far as compressing time goes for us, what you think's going to take you two years? Yeah. We can get done in probably a year. We're just going to go in. We're going to, we get all the busy work done for you. I mean, if you have some classes that you actually do want to focus on, sure, go focus on them. And you know,
or spend time with your family or because a lot of times when you're continuing education, you can't do both. Yeah. You know, and no one does expecting you to have a family life plus a work life. And then, oh, here's your school life at night time. Yeah. You just, you let me
“handle that. So banana, as I think 12 hours ago, I was talking about this idea of doing what we're”
doing right now, but at night and call it night school. Yeah. Yeah. Because I did a lot of my video
editing in high school until like, late hours. And then it'd be like the second round of students
and to be all the night school adults. And I'd be still editing a video. And here we are talking about this very same thing. But in a modern way, a lot of folks are going to hear this and be like, lady, it's the year 2026. See how did that? It's a future. Hey, I is what you do. I'm like, no, you actually have the human touch and you come from experience. You literally could have this website about doing someone's homework. Yes. So we do the, we believe in the human only, like,
no AI schools are cracking down on AI. They're implementing new systems to be able to tell
If you've used it.
Yeah. So it's just a thing itself. Exactly. So like the way that we do everything is is completely 100% USA experts. I love it. USA expert is only reading me. It cannot actually go in and say, okay, so you're going to need your MBA. You're going to need this. You're going to need these courses. That's where I come in. Right on. Yeah. Very cool. Let's talk about some of your, your, your back story, your, your lore. You actually helped college kids get through a college, entrepreneurs get through
college and optimize their workflows with an amazing website, which is what really sparked this
million dollar journey. Who talk about that? Okay. You, you want to know, like, from the beginning, like, from the get go, you and your husband at the time. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yeah. You're literally having your husband do a homework for someone else for money. Yes. Yes. Yes. He was the, he was the original expert. So yeah. And he did a, he did an actual, like a Homeland Security was was the actual, of course, that he took and he ace it. He was a very good expert. He got a little burnout. So you
know, he had to hire people, but because I can't have him working around the clock. Sure. Sure. Yeah. But so how it all began was he was actually just editing a couple of papers for a local
“college that he attended. And I looked at him and I said, well, why don't I just make my own website?”
Why don't I just, you know, this was brotherware. This would have been 2010. Okay. So this is back to the day when when website making was not very easy. There was, there are things called like, HTML and all those craziness and I knew nothing about it. I've built my first website in
1995. Did you just say you did? I did. How did it turn out? Amazing. It was a Star Wars website.
You'd click on things in Darth Vader would pop up. You did that was kind of like that. Yeah. Yeah. I got your answers. You know right here. Right on. Yeah. Well, look at me building my own funnel. That was part of the webbies. It was 95. Well, 2010. Oh, yes. Well, later on. Yeah. So my website cost me $20. What does your website cost? You? I don't know. Mr. Shamanka's time. I don't know. Since I've sent it to that top. I have no idea what an Apple 2C and was a 28.8. It was really
telling your age. 42. Yeah. Exactly. So tell me about this dream weavering that you're doing within Wix because Wix is amazing now and if you all use Wix, but so different back then. That's all, which is what you get. You just click and drag it. Yeah. If you like your drag and then not only that, there was there was flash. So like when you came on to the website, there was lightening going across the front of it and I was like, that looks cool. Yeah.
You know, and then. And then as soon as I launched it, you know, I kind of laughed at me.
“It was like you're really going to put this out here. Well, I think Wix gave me like $20”
to towards like advertising. Right on. So like, yeah, let's throw something out there and figure it out. It wasn't even three days later. There was three grand in my car. And then it just it grew and grew. And for it's then I kind of figured out like, there is a real need for this. Oh, absolutely. Because college is just expects so much of you. And 80% of it is bullshit, busy work. And it's like you're trying to go to school to become a scientist. Well, why
are you going to take home back? Where did you come in? Well, I got to warm up some beakers. Why? I'm going to warm up a beaker too. So for me understanding how frustrating that was for
first student and like we don't do high school. I mean, this is all college. And real students,
you know, you know what's crazy to me is people don't even know how to enroll in school. Oh, wow. They don't even know how to pick out a school. And they don't know how to do like all of the, oh, what is that? The applications and the process. They don't even know how to check the email to figure out. So it's like when we came in, they were like, yeah, we just want you
“to do it all. And I'll never forget my first student this said that to me. And I said, what do you mean”
all? Well, what are you going to school? Oh, my dad just really wants me to go to school. I don't really care. I'm just a rich kid once go, okay, this is virtual classes, right? This was yeah, there it is. Yes, there's the back was all virtual. But the great thing about it was we actually have schools designed that are proctor free. Really? Yes. So the schools that we, I know it's great. So we go in and we can get it. It's then mobile with a school in the middle. There you go. There you go.
That's my new idea. You didn't say it. I said, like, so it's memo with a school somewhere in the middle. I mean, it's it's insane how it all works like that. But you know, and people love it.
Oh, love it.
create. Yeah, and then everyone else can help you do your homework to come. So when I did that,
“everyone was like, that's a great idea. But what I did not foresee coming behind the fall of that was”
there was going to be 30,000 more companies that would come and try to replicate what I have done, but scam people. So now I had to do this big huge, I have to become credible. Okay. So I'm like,
how do I become credible? So now I'm happy to give, you know, assignments away basically for free,
so I could prove to you. Yeah. I had to put a load to get offered. I'll load to get all. Yeah, come on. I'm going to serve you up some homework, you know, like, yeah, that was, that was life in the beginning. And now, you know, people know my name and they understand that, you know, yeah, oh, it's just come up. She's definitely going to air beer. It's free. I love the philosophy. You just don't like flip a switch in the student is like, an ace. You gradually grow from a
deed to a sea to a bee. Give us this master plan when you're on board when you're on board of students. Yeah. It's kind of like we're little clones. We're little clones that come in and is in has to sit there and look through all of your grades and as we're, as we're looking through your grades were like, okay, I'm sorry, you're Sam, but you're a D student. You're a D. D. D. D. And then all of a sudden now, we cannot come in and just start getting you a. I'm sorry, dude. You know,
that's a red flag all around. So we've, we've got to come in real easy and be like, all right, next week, you're going to get a beat. But you know what, in the meantime, Sam, you go tell me you got yourself a goddamn tutor. There you go. It's just not going to work if you know, and you're casually, I've started dating this you girl. Oh, it's a tutor actually. Just be kind of bad. Yes,
“and you really, you become an actor. You know, because you have to become Sam who can't even spell”
his name. And you got to become the person that, you know, they can't figure it out. Right. You know, so it's like, it's like become an actor just to get them through. Yeah. So Sam's still an actor. Is he still alive? Is he even a real person? Well, he's going to say, does he, does he, do, do you ascend to your clients? Well, you start them off at college and then you get him
like the first job and it's like shit, now I'm going to dent us. Not what. Yeah, I'm going to go go for
you. You look at him. He shocked it when they actually get the time to go to school for what they wanted to go to school for and not have to worry about the busy work. Yeah. The grades for them just go through the real. Yeah. And everyone's happy. The school's happy. You know, I'm I'm paid. You know, they're happy. So at the end of the day, it's kind of like, you know,
“that kid could have actually just said, I'm stressed. I'm done. I've had it. Like, I can't get through it.”
All I have to do is keep trying and trying to do math that I can't do. It doesn't come easy to me. So eventually they succeed. They really do. And then what they do in the future is they contact me up and they'll say, hey, well, now my job is saying that I have to have this certification. Yeah. Okay. It's like like real estate. Okay. Real estate is kind of a joke. Oh, gosh. You said that. I didn't say that. I said it. I don't know. I'm on a net. We don't really say folks here.
You would be surprised at how many real estate license I've had to acquire for people because it's bullshit. You don't use any of that. Yeah. It's all show floor. It's all show floor. And it is like, I have people in California go, can you give me my certification for for real estate? I'll have it. You know, week. Wow. Like, it's ridiculous because they expect you to do all these things. And that's another thing for people to get money. You're okay. And then it doesn't come easy to
then because they better do all these things. Anyone can be a real estate agent. Well, that's true. Well, yes. My real estate lawyer is very aware of this. You're really going to argue with all of this on Tanya. It's quite hilarious. Leticia. I'm really listening. I hate to do this and
rewind a little bit. But you have such amazing vibrant energy. Yeah. But that vibrancy came from
a very, very dark place. And Ted, can you just kind of just give us a preview of of that darkness and how you've written a book. And well, walk me through here. It really took me a while to write this book. This book for me was very emotional. This book starts out from the ages of five to nine and and predators coming into my life and help predators, disguising themselves to help my family and a time of need and then helping themselves to meet. And then pushing me off
Then selling me, selling me weekly.
times I was molested and hurt, it would be over 800 times in four years. So when you are at a point in your life, when you are that low and you are that abused, most people stay there. You know, the darkness, the darkness didn't taste me as swallowed me whole and I had to get out. So I fought very hard and failure was not an option. I'm getting a little, I'm sorry. But failure was not an option for me. You know, I grew up poor and I didn't want to be poor and I didn't want those
people to continue to do those things to me. So in life, you are faced with obstacles and I pray to God that none of you are ever faced with the obstacles that I was. But you are faced with obstacles and it is your due diligence to move on and figure life out. You know, every step of the way
“you can never be limited, never. You're not limited to nothing. You should never be unapologetic”
and you always become unstoppable. And that is the only thing that gets you where you need to be.
That is it. That is a that's a phenomenal way of following up that stat which is the damn positive affirmations. You've you've taken this message and put it on paper. You actually have your colleague here that's your author. It's been quite the journey my friend. He's off camera, hi. You want to hand us over the book. This is a work in progress. Talk about the cover. Okay. So this character, this third fourth person perspective. See here. So can you see this?
Like I said, yes, we can. This is the new book. This will be out December 2025. The ringer's cross. The age. The age. The age. The age. Even where is is when my best friend.
“And I actually have been asked many times by authors, by other”
docu-series, if they could write my book. Say my book. Absolutely not. David knew to paint in the light. So he knew how to. Well, basically he's going to kick ass in this book and he's going to take some fucking names. Yeah, yeah, fucking love it. Yeah. And so there's that there's no more dark anymore. So, but so we are actually doing something a little bit different with this book, aren't we David? So when we do the actual, what do they call that the audio, we will be reading
ourselves. Wow. So you will hear the despair in my voice as we had a meeting and an hour ago. And I couldn't talk. I couldn't speak. So you're going to hear those things. And what what I want that to to bring to the listener is that I still keep reading. I still keep going. So can you keep reading it? Keep going. And hopefully my journey and what I've gone through, sparks in Ignite and you and like that, you can actually be able to maybe one day look at your predator
and be like fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you. Was fuck you today, right? Give me a high five. I love it, capital F. That's a word. Capital F. That's where I go away. I was going to say, I just, I just did a jeopardy answer to the question with an answer. So what makes you a legacy maker?
You're looking at her. I like this much saying about that. That's amazing. Good for you,
dude. Hell yeah. I hope that folks listen to this on the car ride and they're stuck in traffic and be like shit. I thought I was having a crummy day in a home girl just lifted my spirits up.
“That's good for you, dude. That's what I could that's really what I want to do. I mean, yes,”
you know, I cheat for living. Okay, what? I was just going to say what happens now are like is the TSA of curriculum out there? Like is someone going to rush it? Is this legal? Like, you want to leave? No, it's crazy. It's actually, they actually like it because, you know,
here's the thing. Oh, little Johnny, you're still failing. You know, I mean, how does it look? How does
it look? And that's cool. That's true. You're right. I'm up in your graduation rate. You're like, you know, thank you. You're welcome. Yeah, that's the reason why I was making weapons. And it's not, it's not a legal, what I do. It's a moral. You are actually putting the, giving me the keys and just telling me to drive the car. I'm only parking it for you. You do what you want to after that. How you want to pull out of that drive where you go or it had, but
you're giving me the keys to, to give you the success that you need. And it's quite amazing because that's what entrepreneurs thrive for. They basically want their tribe to basically be an extension
Of them.
my core team where it's like, just micro versions of me. Yeah. So what I'm having a conversation with
“myself 30 seconds in the future, I already have a response 60 seconds in the future. I like make”
my decisions much quicker because it's, well, a lot of stuff is going on. I'm sure you can tell us.
It's like a lot there, right? Yeah. Yeah. So gosh, where I love how can folks continue their journey
of discovery with you? How can folks find you? What are next steps? Okay. So my original website,
“which is, uh, pay me to do your homework to come. So that is basically if you just need like a”
dissertation, right? And if you need a small class, take a, the just the easy stuff. Or if you've got a question on your, on your exam, you're like, I have no idea how to get to this, you know, solution. That's fine. You use this for that. Our morally is a professional development help.com.
“Right. This is where your continuing education, you're already in your field, you know,”
your boss comes to you and says, unless you get this, this, this, you're going to, you're, your, your cancel, and I'm bringing in young Joe over there. So, so that's, okay, no, I can't have that because I'm supposed to be, you know, retire here soon. So, so yeah. So then I come in and, you know, here, you just hand over those sort of vacations and we'll take care of you in record time. And then the last thing would be the justgamotstory.com where all of my book and future books that were
active, it will be for questions. You know, I have been doing this for a really long time. I have been a millionaire for a really long time. Now I want to be, I'm onto my next level. I guess, you know, like that next, like, this is my way of kind of giving back to, tell these women in these, these
predators too. Fuck off. Fuck off predators. That concludes a gosh, such an amazing episode of
the Living Your Legacy Podcast for Insight Success. That is Jessica Montz or Montt, and I am rigged chairs and we are Insight Success.
