About 20 years ago, I was a maid here, so it's really kind of ironic.

It all is a culmination of what you become, right? I was like, you know, carrying the paint cans around, doing the touchups on the walls.

It's always been a climb. It's always been a steep climb and a hard climb,

but that's the magic of success, right? Barbara McBane is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and global wellness advocate, who has built multiple businesses across beauty, medical aesthetics, and education. Through eternal beauty institute and her growing portfolio of wellness brands, she continues to create new opportunities for professionals,

while pushing the industry forward through innovation and training. I've never cared about having a fancy car or fancy purse or anything like that. I love animals. I want to help people with addictions, mental health. For a lot of people to go, like, there's no way this can happen.

But, you know what, I believe that, you know, you believe in them possible.

The one thing I say with all my teams is, like, I'm here to serve you. Like, I'm here to serve. What do we need to make your lives better? And that's the thing is that... It spans the globe. Like a super-highest coal into the mountains. Today, Apple is going to reinvent football.

It's not over! I'm telling how we're... The living your legacy podcast for those who live to live a legacy. Welcome to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast. For Insight's Access, I am Regusiers. This is quite an amazing episode.

I've got... Who do I have here with me? I have Barbara McBane. She is quite a visionary. She's... I asked her politely to give her, give us that one company. She listed out eight, and then other ingredients of badness.

Yeah, I'm so embarrassed. You're on McBane. Please welcome to Miami, welcome to the show. Gosh, who the hell are you? Well, you know what? It's not my first time in Miami.

Actually, about 20 years ago, I was a maid here. So it's a really kind of ironic. Right on. Now, here on a podcast, but you know, it all is a culmination of what you become, right?

Were you at the Marlin down the street because of Marlin's been here forever?

I lived in Coral Gables. I was helping a very wealthy family. They actually had a whole monkey enclosure in their house. It was a little weird. They were Cuban fabulous. But over the top wealthy.

It's fun that you thrive the man you're early on, but in such a very quiet, unannounced way. And now you're here very announced. Yeah, I mean, I learned a lot from my time, right? Because I was like, you know,

carrying the paint cans around, doing the touch-ups on the walls, grabbing Cuban coffee at three in the morning. You know what I'm saying? Up for like three days straight after said Cuban coffee. Yes, exactly. But yeah, it was just, you know,

my humble beginnings. I loved it. But yeah, now here I am. Right on, welcome back. I'm sure it's been quite the journey. Tell us how have the last two decades treated you?

Really well. I mean, nothing's ever easy.

So it's in retrospect you're always looking back

and you're like, what the fuck, right? And so now I'm here. But it's always been a climb. It's always been a steep climb

and a hard climb, but that's the magic of success, right?

I love it. Canadians are so beautiful. What is in the water in Canada? Like, I grew up very much with, you know, the Pam Lanterns of the world.

I'm just going to mention the elephant in the room. But it was essentially what beauty was in the 90s and 2000s. Still very much is. It's wonderful to see her come full circle, not where they make us. Oh, she's fabulous.

Well, and she's been she's reinvented herself thousand times in this and not an invention. It's her authentic self. And she's William Neeson now, which is a great partnership. Yeah.

She's literally with a Jedi. I know. Seriously, right? You can listen. She looked at her. Her cycle of life and be like, oh, she wasn't her tummy. Err, she was in her mom era.

What era are you in? In the Barbara. Like, pain. You know what? I'm in the save of the world era.

You know, yeah, for real. I mean, I'm at that point where I'm just tipping the scales to be able to utilize my wealth, to do the things I want to do. And that's a magical place to be.

I've never cared about like having a fancy car or fancy purse or anything like that.

I love animals. I want to help people with addictions, mental health. So everything that I've created or I've been creating. You know, it has there's a method to my madness.

Of course.

And hopefully, it all links to, you know, each propagation of my businesses,

being linked to these healing sanctuaries in each city. So I mean, it's a lot for a lot of people to go, like, there's no way this can happen.

But, you know what, I believe that, you know,

you believe in them possible. You make it possible. When you mentioned sanctuaries and when these, these places that you come and visit, what, what was it like before you created this?

Was, was there a, in abundance of them? Was there a lack of resources? What was the problem that you saw? And you said, I'm going to fix this and give it my twist. Hmm.

Well, I guess, you know, growing up with a single mom growing up. Yeah, she's right there. She's filming us. You know, not having a ton of resources seeing how difficult it was for my mom. And also the extension of, you know, a little bit of our family background.

A lot of addicts in our family, you know, really tough stuff like that. Sure. And growing up with that and, like, why, why don't the systems help?

Why aren't there things to help?

And, you know, it's great to, like, be a keyboard warrior or stand on a soapbox and say, like, the system is broken, but fix it. Yeah. Like, we the people, right? Let's get up and fucking fix it now.

Yeah, for sure. No, I love the resilience and the tenacity there. You're, literally about to film your living, your legacy. I'm sorry. Uh, your legacy makers episode.

This is the living, your legacy podcast, which we're currently filming.

What are we going to learn about you in your episode of legacy makers?

Oh, my goodness. You know what? I am, I think I would say I'm the ultimate comedian. Um, when I was a little girl, Whitney Houston song, I'm every woman came out.

And I think that was about, like, seven. And I thought that's a good idea. I should just learn how to be every kind of woman. And I actually, like, kind of embodied that. Like, I was a dry waller in high school.

That's all I did construction. I now own a ranch and a cowgirl. I'm also kind of fancy, but then anybody that knows me knows. I'm super down to earth and all the fishing. And I'm also a sea captain.

And I own all these companies. And I've gotten into medical and education. There's just, like, I like to touch it all. Yeah. Like, not in a creepy way.

You know what I mean? All of it's stuff. And a creepy way. So let's talk about your outfit. Like, it takes quite, that doesn't take a courage.

But it just takes a, this is a trickery of knowing that we're actually wearing, not our, our Bruce Wains. We're wearing our bat costumes out in public. Talk about your outfit. Talk about who you can body or your avatar.

Yeah, absolutely.

Um, again, like, this isn't necessarily always how people are going to see me.

I have a lot of videos, um, you know, online. And I have a podcast called Inspire me 3602. So I've got, like, literally thousands of videos as well on there. And people will see that I'm always dressed very different. Cool.

Um, but yeah, I mean, I, I feel like diversity and creativity, um, in always is magical. And you know what, just being yourself, like, who cares? Judgment is like the root of all evil.

For sure. The minute that we project judgment onto to others, we failed. Yeah. You know what, start with yourself. Love others, unconditional love.

And, you know, that's, that's how we put the pieces of this world back together.

Yeah, it's, it's quite the contrary. The folks like we'll take a look at my stripes or your dress and be like, "Oh, that first, that person could take the heat." Like, they're designed for attention. So I'm going to still, you know, bananas and apples at them.

They can take it. No, we cannot. It hurts us. It really does. Yeah.

Well, and I think sometimes, um, it's also like, you'll dress a certain way because, and I don't know if this is true for you. But when I'm out in public, it's funny. We're just having, having fajitas and the guy says, "Okay, I take a picture of you.

I think you're famous." Yeah. Now, like, I'm not famous, but sure, you know? It's just, it's bringing your light. We all have a glow.

We all have a special thing, whether, you know, we have blue hair one day, or, you know, the other side of the spectrum. Yeah. Maybe we have, uh, like, a robe up to here. And that's our vibe.

Yeah. And it's the kaleidoscope, um, humanity and the extension of that. So all of the creatures on planet earth that make this life so crazy. Awesome. I feel like what he recognized was what your was radiance.

So it's like, you must be famous. Of course, yeah. What's something that has that radiance? It must be famous. So it's right around the corner.

And it's just like, the days of the celebrity of the Hollywood artists are long gone. It really is about the influencer. You really can create your own tribe. You really can be your own movie artist.

You really can just pick up your own camera and tell your own story. And however we like, here at Inside Success, we, we like, you know, thumb up our chest being like, we're for, for entrepreneurs. We want to tell the, the gritty dirty stories of what it's like

to live as very lavish life. Yeah. Besides the lavish. What are, what is your multitude of projects that you're working on today?

Yeah, absolutely. And I would like to kind of put a caveat to that. My life is anything but lavish. And my mom will attest to that. Hi, Mom.

My philosophy is, you know, be the soldier, you know, you're the captain,

You don't really want anyone to know.

You're the captain. So what does look like this? Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. This is full of you. I'm sure. I'm sure.

I'm sure.

But, you know, like, I'm the first to scrub the toilets.

I'm the first to check out the trash. Like, I, though, the one thing I say with all my teams is like, I'm here to serve you. Yeah. Like, I'm here to serve.

You know, what, what do we need to make your lives better?

Mm-hmm. And that's the thing is that like, I've hit a zone where I certainly don't have to work for the rep, like ever again. I don't need to. But I go to work every day because I absolutely love all of the individuals that I work

in conjunction with. I'm not their boss. I am, you know, the captain of the ship. Right? And we all have a role in the ship and we're all steering it towards a certain direction.

And that's fun. Oh, for sure. Yeah. Rudy calls it a floater. Like, as long as he's floating and like, this way,

Rudy, this way, this way. We just gear the energy and we're like, the floating is fun. This is actually me dressed up. I usually wear a cape. So if you catch me watching, walking around with my cape,

it's because I'm just pulling a Kylo red.

I'm just very, very obnoxious and gritty. I love it. It's because I'm an only child. Isn't that right, Mom? Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. That's the best Mama in the world. Right on. Please adopt me.

Anyways. So what do you do today? Like, I need to know. I want, I'm sure folks are watching this sitting. They're like, I love our energy.

She's very bright. But how can they support your cause and return? You know? Bill thrives together. Yeah.

So how you can support the cause and it's not my cause. It's, the cause for planet earth is to love yourself. The minute we love ourselves, we don't project anything on to anyone else. Because we are just so filled with love. And so I think what the world needs now.

I'm not going to break out into a song. But I think it's a no. I was like, oh, you were going to go. What? I'm going to be there.

What if there's a kick out of like, Here it comes the musical. Oh, it must be. It must be, it must be when 30 on Monday. That's when the musical starts.

It does happen. I, you know, actually make my staff dance all the time. You're one of those on Monday. One of those. For always tick talking.

So it's fun. But yeah, I mean, essentially, when you love yourself, when you see your own light, and it doesn't matter what level you're out, because everybody starts from the bottom. And when you can just see like, I'm a special entity. And I have special gifts that are unique to me.

Oh, yeah. And there's a progression. And it's not about wealth and fame and luxury. It's about just enjoying the moment and the interactions. And I mean, interactions, it's like with other people, with other animals,

with a butterfly, with a plant just enjoying that. And so, again, it's not my cause.

And then, you know, if you want to synopsis of my day.

You know, I have a ranch. I'll get up, you know, five in the morning. Make sure the house is all clean. Jump in the truck. Jump in the Danali, you know, race towards Calbury from the Rocky Mountains.

You know, arrive at my colleges. Get everybody prepped. And then basically work like a dog until about, you know, three pm. And then my little dog, I have a weiner dog. I have better.

Oh, I got a weiner dog. I got a weiner dog. They got the kid is so cute. So she's a little, why are you weiner? And she, her butt wiggles like that.

She's old. She's 12. And she's missing most her teeth. So we call her little snaggled. She's got a few teeth. She's a real boss.

You're just staff. Oh, for sure. No, for real.

She's always like, you can't do nothing.

If you're, if you're at a line, she's going to grow. Oh, I love it. So she comes to work every day with me. And then usually it's like walk the weiner dog. You know, go to the gym.

Go for a snack. Have a nice. I'm obsessed with capuccinos. Have to have a capuccino in the afternoon. You know, with my little cinnamon.

And then a raw sugar on the top. Love foam. I don't know what it is. It's the small batteries. I love foam.

Oh, yeah. Oh, foam is fabulous. Especially a little, a little. A little, a coffee cone. Itches here.

Yeah. Or it's like a triple express with that foam. It's nice. It's, it's heavy. And then when you like whip it with like a baked Cuban bread with

Cock. Oh, yeah, with butter. Yes. My mouth is salivating. That's what I need this afternoon.

After we'll go for one of those after after. And then I do like a night shift because a lot of my other. A lot of my other companies are based overseas.

So then, you know, you have to be up when the world is up.

And so you don't do a night shift. Are you constantly on zoom calls on the phone? What's your, what's your distortion field? Like a lot of zoom. A lot of online.

Yeah. That part. I don't love. Pizzumes. Because they also, you know, when you have multiple little men women on them.

And then everyone's trying to talk. And it's like. Yeah. You know, it's just not the same as in person interaction. Because you don't have that body language to like.

I hate the chitchat.

Like, you know, this is your full point.

I get to the point. Oh, small talk. Yeah.

Well, and I think that's not to perner thing, right?

You, there's just so many things that you have to get done in a day that you lose the capacity. Unless you've had a few drinks since after work to small talk. Yeah. Yeah.

And it's got to be a Friday. Yeah. It's got to be a Friday. But I come from PR. It's like video gaming.

And it was a place station. So it was a really good job in these booths. Oh, that sounds fun. Yeah. That's a terrible terrible discussion to have you.

That was a great time. Well, I feel we don't talk about those days anymore. That's awesome. The days come by, right? Right on.

So how can people find you in support your journey? Like, you can't imagine these multi-verses. Yeah. Talk about the verse that you're in now. Okay.

Sure. Sure. Sure. So, I mean, I have, you know, my little YouTube channel inspired me through six months. Massive YouTube channel.

Yeah. It's, it's little.

It's, you know, it's a, it was like a pet project, right?

So I just needed an outlet. I have so many students. So we work with foster kids and, you know, indigenous kids and all of these kids from the system. And it's like, how do I help to take a child that has had not the proper upbringing and no infrastructure and try to, like, give them some hope. Well, I can't see every single one of them.

So it started just recording these videos of, like, how to, like, transform the, the self. So, I mean, that's kind of, again, one of my little pet projects. So if you, you know, like, my vibe and want to tune into that, it's all about kind of mental health and also self love. So how to create from the bottom, how to work through that infrastructure of the mind, also my background. I went to university for psychology and abnormal psych.

So I have that. Oh, yeah. I'm not totally brain dead. I do, even though I'm in a crazy purple suit. I do know a little bit about what I'm talking about.

So I, I, I've glad you landed on that. Because a lot of folks look at us and we'll, like, these are just a bunch of jokers.

And we know, dude, like, the most important reason why I work for Rudy's because he's the men and red.

So like, once you understand why we're dressed the way we do and, like, we puppeteer through this reality, you start to realize, well, we kind of comprehend that we are operating in the fifth dimension, speaking to the third dimension. I cannot stress that more enough. Everybody's going to get that?

Of course not. They're supposed to. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. I'm in the crazy people.

All the crazy people get, you know, the fifth sixth seventh eighth dimension. Yeah. Isn't that right, mom? She's, mom is over here on the eighth. She's chill.

Oh, yeah. She's just, like, my, uh, spirit animal over here. She's just, like, yes, calm down. Good. Exactly.

She's calm. I remember being young and she was, like, and I was dancing and the laser tag. I remember it. And I was, like, bust and I'll bust and I move. And mom just, like, tone it down.

Calm it down. We do not it was all that sill down now. Sill down now. You don't have to be so creepy in front of all of my coworkers God, you know creepy. Mom how many engagements has she turned down how many hearts has she broken? Does it? He has quite a bow. Sir roadmirers. I'm sure a lot of buyers Yes, they're like standing out the door already. I can't sure. Yeah, it cool

Right on as it should be yeah, I don't I don't go out. I don't I don't I don't party because if I party I'm the one creating the party So I only invite the people I know

But you'll never see me in a club because I just it's too much for me. Yeah, only when I DJ I can tolerate the club

Only when I'm working. Yeah, we've been in your behind. Yeah, and then I control the room There's like a conversation nothings by accident. I clear the floor on purpose because of the club needs to make money Like I love club culture when I'm the DJ Standing there going like this no Oh, and I get it. I actually took a DJ class not that long ago really I wasn't. Oh, good

Well, it's not that he's I'll give you DJ class. Oh hard. It's not can you count the four? Oh, yeah? Can you count the eight? Yes? Can you count the 16? Yes? Can you count the 32? Of course. There you did you just DJed It just for yeah, count the four times every four something changes Every eight and then once you catch the changes just drop the lives of the love. It's just math. I don't hear music I see layos. Yeah, yeah, I'll visually teach on DJ with that once before we launch your DJ career How can people find you?

Oh, I'm not sure I want them to find me, but I mean they can they can definitely like I said They can go to inspire me through 60 on YouTube There's inspire me through 60.com My new tech company is radiant laser dot c a on my colleges are eternal beauty institutes dot com and the my medical centers Uh, eternal beauty medical centers dot com. So yeah, that's amazing. There's more, but I'm just not gonna list all of them

And hey, I've got a charter fishing company, too. If you want to go come fishing with me in tamarindu

Papi chulo. Papi chulo. I love it. Papi chulo. Um, well, have you ever make your way out here to Miami again? I'm sure you'll you'll thrive and do very very well So so I look forward to your feature video coaching sessions and retreats in Miami and back in the grove
