We are ripped away from our families, we truly are.

And if you talk to any of our parents,

they will tell you we never come back as who we love.

But I will tell you that the one thing the military does do, they break you down all the way down, so that they can rebuild you. And so that's so for spec that you have. Patricia Gallagher is a Marine Corps veteran,

holistic health strategist in pioneer and root cause wellness. Through her work, she empowers individuals to take control of their health, uncover hidden barriers to healing and build lives, rooted in resilience, vitality and purpose.

In front of you, 53, but my metabolic age is 26. You can age bathrooms.

And that's why when I say I want to lift 1220,

I want to take as many individuals as I can. I can't take crippled. I can't take you with mental health issues. And I can't take you with baggage. So my goal is to build a team, internationally,

that believes that at the very forefront of who we are, is who we want to be. [MUSIC PLAYING] It spans the globe, like a super-highest coal, internet Elvis, ready to fire from here.

In today, Apple is going to reinvent from fall. It's not over, I'm telling how we're-- The living your legacy podcast, for those who live, to leave a legacy. [MUSIC PLAYING]

[INAUDIBLE] Oh, that is sensational, took. Open. [MUSIC PLAYING] You can live your dreams.

Welcome back to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast, for Insights Success. I am Ray Gutierrez.

We are moments away from filming her episode.

Joining me today is Patricia Gallagher, or Pat Gallagher, filming her episode for Operation CEO. Gosh, welcome, Pat. How are you? I'm fantastic.

How are you, Ray? Fantastic. Thank you for asking quite an amazing energy. Love your ink, love the shoes, love the armor. Talk about what it is to have this armor,

and what it's really protecting in the inside. We're going to go deep. First, question about the gate. Yeah, well, I mean, if you're talking about protecting about the inside, we're about to--

I'm cover all of that. Right on, right? I've got a very thick armor, for sure, as most military individuals do, but I hold myself to a much higher standard

being a female in the Marine Corps.

Once a Marine always a Marine, a Marines are not developed.

They are born. So it's something within our fabric of ourselves. Black and red, red standing for the blood shed, and black, we operate under the cover of darkness. So right on.

That is why red and black. There's always, like, you know, you watch movies, like, a scalaverer, and a keen Arthur, and it's just like, all these big fantasy movies, like Marvel, but if they're really celebrating folks like you,

and I always love having conversations that folks have served are serving or veterans, because they're designed in a such a way are born into a life of service. And it's not just a BUPU service.

It's the vineservous where there's a connection of what's really happening in the war that we call, but there's much more going on going on there. Would you like to talk about that spiritual warfare, what you really see in human psychology, what it comes to.

Absolutely. And so most of your military recruits are coming from areas of trauma, lack of being, lack of connection.

And I think all of us kind of enlist looking for that connection.

And as it pertains to marines and the Marine Corps, if we don't follow orders, people die. But we take a lot of that into our fabric

as who we are and it never leaves us.

So even as you transform out of military into civilian, that Marine Corps mentality never leaves you. And that grit and not ability to stay alive in the areas that are not meant for survival. Correct.

They help you steadfast in many evidence, entrepreneurship, and one, parenting is being another, transforming, and learning a lot about yourself in that process. Because we are ripped away from our families. We truly are.

And if you talk to any of our parents, they will tell you we never come back as who we left. Wow. And that bond is broken, but it is litified in something greater. A larger family, a family of choice.

And this is certainly a family of origin. And so at the very basis of that to I am who I've always been. And so that life of service continues, right? Because we take life, but we're also giving life. Correct.

Same time, and you've got to know the perils of each. Correct. I hate to get a little dark here, but it's year 2026. And there's a lot of noise out there.

If you catch way, meaning folks like yourself

are either celebrated or they're villainized. What do you feel as someone that has experienced life that way you have and are sitting in this chair? What do you really think is happening out there? A lot of misconception, a lot of untruths.

We have certain individuals in the military that have gone through an inept amount of turmoil. And they don't grow through that. And so that's kind of the mental health aspect of it.

And I think in our country, currently, we are seeing that much more

manifested inside of the military, right? But I will tell you that the one thing the military does do, they understand that mental health breakdown. Because when you go into basic training, as it was for myself, they break you down all the way down so that they can rebuild you.

And so that's so for spec that you have it never

leaves you, right? And where you may be going through dark times, there's always a silver lining. Yeah. And nine lives, we have way more than that.

Oh, absolutely. 100%. Yeah, especially if you're a Leo. [LAUGHTER] Sorry, that was self-promotion, excuse me.

I'm a Leo, awesome. Really? Oh, my God, I found that. That was literally me just doing what I do, my prophetic podcasting. I had no idea, I'm also a Leo.

That's probably all we have as a cool ass bond. So yeah, leading with fire, your red shoes and your ink

now makes absolute sense.

So now that we understand that noise that's out there, what are you doing

within your pride as a Leo to fortify that and create your tribe?

Or it's like, all that noise, but that's being transposed into a clear message within your village. Talk about that. Sure. At the forefront, listen, you've got to listen.

Oh, yeah. Let somebody speak, stop interrupting them, stop trying to lead the conversation. They will tell you exactly where they're coming from, and if you were empathetic and you're listening,

the amount of help that you can provide someone is multitude, right? It's never ending. I've got clients that I've had for 30 plus years, and it's from that reason alone.

They've watched me grow and go through things and loss and excitement and recognition. But at the same time, like you're saying, a Marine doing this sort of interview is unheard of. We don't open up.

We don't double-inch, right? We held great pride, but a lot of grit as well. And so we need to feel that if I can share my story, I truly do believe I was left on this planet for a reason. Right, and who much has given, much has required.

Therefore, I know that my experiences as hard as they may have been provide the foundation for others to grow through that. Correct. And to know that there's so much more available to you. Oh, yeah.

And you've just got to know the means by which to grab it. It's crazy. Back when I was in high school, back in 2000, 2001, ghost injuries. I mean, you see, right?

By the way, these recruitment videos

to join these programs were always action figures.

Like, be the Marines, be this. And gosh, if people just spoke, like, you speak today, I go, there's a deeper meaning of what's really happening here, because I'm an only child, my grandma raised me. So I've always had a troubled reality where it's like,

I want to be a part of a tribal family.

Why can't I have a Danny Tanner or Uncle Jesse or a save by the bell?

Like, I grew up watching Americana West Coast television. And Disney, and to grow up into a reality where it's like, no, no, that is real. And it's like, damn it, I shouldn't have been a Marine, because I was stuck playing Halo anyways.

Right? I was still playing Call of Duty, like, damn it. Right? Damn it, Danny Tanner. So what do you tell to folks that are in high school going,

fuck, is TikTok really reality? No, it's not. No. How do you tell folks that are just like, well, TikTok made me do it.

Like, no, there is actually life out there to serve a greater purpose. We Americans call it the Marines or the Air Force of this. It's tribal crameronomy, like, hurrah. There's a tribal spirit, you know? This is something that's been falling us from millennia.

We were designing to be lovers and killers. Literally. Yeah, literally. Yeah. So how does one go from the love of killing to now to the love of life?

How do you help folks transpose from one mindset to the mindset of, you can live life because you deserve it. You did. Sure, inner study, inner reflection, quite the noise,

Get off of social media.

I mean, I can't say that enough.

If you even tried to find me on social media right now,

I mean, you know, and we'll get into this, but even the pictures you guys saw. I mean, that's, that's me 10 years ago, right? I don't live online, I just don't. I live in the face of society in the perils of people's angst

and the way that they have been disregarded in this country. Marines are a few in far between. And women, marine are even fewer, less than 1% literally. If your Marines are 1% of the military, then your women, marine are even fewer.

Then when they're lios, whew. There you go. And you can't guard it. And I think that's needed. Oh, fuck yeah.

That's needed. Oh, to present rip, right? Like, that cannot be beaten. I will not be beaten.

I will stand, and if I can't stand, I'll crawl.

But I will not, can see. Yeah, yeah. It's crazy like this mythology of like, I grew up watching James Cameron films. I'm like Linda Hamilton just putting up a fight

with a T1,000 right now. This is like masculinity and femininity. And it just blows my mind. That's my world. That's that is your world.

Then it's just like, you can have like a giant eight foot man that's a Marine, but come a woman. That's just clever, like not conniving. But clever, sharp, and just is playing four-dimensional chess versus checkers.

Talk about what it is. We also have another show called women and power. But you are all of these legacy makers, women and power, now, operations, so you'll talk about this trifecta, the holy Trinity of what it is to be you and this vessel.

Sure. So on that oldest to five. Nice. Right. One brother out of all of those.

Poor thing. But he's a sergeant major in the army. Wow, okay. So he and I brought the two of the broke out of our family. The downside of that.

We no longer have a connection with that family. Yeah, it's much. We just don't. We hold our family as family choice. Those that we've gone into battle with those in some cases

have trusted and yet have abused that trust, right? But it's a bigger band. And you could say, Marie and Jixie Armie, you could say Air Force, but when it comes down to it and there's an altercation,

we all are a band of brothers, which really are. Marines don't see male and female. We see green. Right.

Across the board, a women and power support, right?

100%. So they get on the bus, right? We don't see male and female live. They are by the green, right? And so that knowing that going in, that they were willing

to accept all walks of life, different sexes, different belief systems, take them all in. And in the course of three months and one day, they can totally transform that person that could be 17, 18, even up to 25 years old.

Yep. They can tear away all of those shapples. They can tear away all of the negativity that they have sustained up until this point. Because if you think about it, we recruit a lot out of our

far reaches of the earth, right? They have the same things, the same things available to them that most people do in your big metropolitan areas. But still, I turned down four full track scholarships to go into the Marine Corps.

I was disowned for it, but because that polling on me, I knew exactly what I was called to do. Wow.

And that is something that can never be argued for sure.

But it's on a piece of paper, whether it is my battle wins, whether it is all the things that have been handed to me that have brought me to this point, right? This has been 30 years in the making. Wow, wow, no, absolutely.

A lot of stuff you and I are going to talk about has been buried 30 years. Wow, this is going to be good for you. Oh, yeah, no, I'm going to be in the room before. Yeah, this is going to be great.

Gosh, what do I think this conversation now?

I got a little spooked here. No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. So I'd like to-- we're going to find out more. What will we learn about you?

So give us a small preview of what we'll learn about you in your episode of Operation CEO. Depending on how far you've got, you go. Yeah, OK. All just to five, I don't have a child.

I was the oldest to five. Alcohol, father, detached mother, not really love in the house. There were support. There was then providing under the worst of circumstances.

She was one of nine. And so I would say a transition of just cyclical behavior. Yeah, generational trauma, like right there. Right.

And to be able to recognize that and break out of it, right? Was huge. However, I lost siblings in the process. I've lost kids in the process. Oh, boy.

Right. I was married 24 years and nine, four years divorced. So there's a lot that goes into the mental capacity of that.

If you've ever been married and been divorced,

that is a part of your life that is now dead. It's died, all right? You don't get that time back. However, I do plan to live 220, therefore. Absolutely.

That was only a portion of my life. Is that crazy? And every experience has brought me here. Everyone, every door closed, every door opened, every trip, every fall, and then every negative thing

that's happened along with every positive thing. And so as we uncover all of this through our talks. Nope. There will be people along the way that have seen various areas of it, not one person has seen it all.

Except for me. Of course, it's environmental. Wow. When you realize how you excited to tell these stories, are you nervous or are you concerned?

They're stressed. There's a lot of bodies that are going to be unbearid. There's things I'll talk about things I can't talk about. Sure.

There's things my kids have never heard.

Well, I don't even think that an ex-husband who never believed I served. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Wow.

So he does not understand that fabric of me. That is a huge-- Which inevitably ended that relationship. Of course. Because once I determine this is no longer what I want,

I won't make a plan. Sure. Oh, absolutely. And it's crazy because as a woman, you're supposed to be like, either, I'm going to be an entrepreneur,

or I'm going to be a housewife. Like, it's not that simple. And you clearly are a testament of that story that it's not that simple. It's far, far more dynamic.

Not complicated, dynamic, if you will. Then that I'm really curious to learn more. So how are you serving today? What is your goal today? You're getting out of bed and the first action you do is--

How about others? How are you helping others? Multitudinal plays. Start it out, transforming bodies. And in the process of transforming their bodies,

transforming my mental health. So psychology, the psychology of a training client is super, super important, right? That leads you down a different avenue now with them. You're engulfed in their family life.

You're engulfed in what their true why is.

Because that's what it comes down to fair.

Why are we connected? What is the why behind it? What was that innate connection? What drew you to me? What drew me to them, right?

And so I help people on the mental health front. I help people when they're dealing with our health crisis in this country as it pertains to mental health as well as their health overall inflammation, right? And so through DNA, which is what I do,

is I get to the very root of who they are at the creation, because we all die from the moment we're born, right? Oh, yeah, yeah.

We are always trying to get back to that point, right?

And I think at a cellular level, you can, which is why I said, front of you, 53, but my metabolic age is 26. Wow. You can age backers.

And that's why when I say I want to live to 120, I want to take as many individuals as I can. I can't take a crippled. I can't take you with mental health issues. And I can't take you with baggage, right?

Yeah. So my goal is to build a team internationally that believes that at the very forefront of who we are is who we want to be, right? - Oh, yeah. - Strip away all the noise,

all the misinformation, all the miscommunication, right? And know the individuals that are out there that are willing to go to war with you. - Yep. - To get back to your homeostasis.

That's what it is, our happy place. - Yeah. - And so to me, that is what I do. That is my mission, right? - Right.

- Speaking into someone that light that they have sensed in. - Wow. How does one find that light? In other words, how does one find you is it through social media, through an ad,

a phone call? How does one learn more about it? - All the ways, all the ways. - What's the ways? Who did his podcast?

- Yes, 100%. - Right.

- Rudy and you guys, that's why I'm here.

- Right on. - Is to be put on that stage. I've deviled in all the different social media outlets. I mean, currently Snapchat, right? I'm in the UK, I'm in Dubai, I'm in all these other areas.

The problem is though, I need to find their network

in those countries that believe in that cumulative thought. - Absolutely. - Of homioceses. - Right, not throw meds at it, not throw case in point, right? I'm wanting me to get into it with the GOP ones.

They are at the forefront of my fight. - Wow. - Right, because it's given to the wrong individuals for the wrong reasons. - Sure.

- I mean, regulatory, anything else. - Wow. - They're telling people this what they're doing. - Oh, for sure. And they're profiting.

I'm sure, yeah. - 100%. - Oh gosh, is there a website? Is the website profiting fine job? - No, email only.

- Love it.

With that, would you like to say a nice outro for us?

Pat Patricia, anything?

Anything positive, a reaffirming, a good way

to tease out your episode?

- Sure. I may come across as somebody who is, you know, don't all the work and gotten to this point.

And it may seem like it's unattainable by others, right?

But what you have to do is strip away everything you're seeing here, from, you know, anything that may be visual, right? And silence and noise and listen to the conversation and be willing to take pieces of that conversation

and want to further that conversation. That's what I hope to do through this.

And if I can help just one person through this,

it was worth it. I don't.

- Because it's one person I never would've had access to.

- Right on. - Otherwise. - Well, I hope that that one person,

but I'm pretty sure there's gonna be many,

many more after me. - I'm sure there will be. - Pat Patricia, thank you so much for your time and energy. Yeah, I'm Rhae Gutierrez. And this is Patricia Gah, oh no, Gah, Gallagher.

I'm so sorry.

I always do that I have the memory of a fish.

I'm Rhae Gutierrez and this is Patricia Gallagher and we are inside success. (upbeat music) (upbeat music)
