I hit a moment where I had to decide am I going to keep doing what I've been ...

that I'm dependent on a product or do I want to go ahead and finding that if I could wake up the

Myocondrian it could start giving myself what naturally needs. My body will produce what I need for

my serotonin and my life has forever been changed. Rachel Boston is a trusted entrepreneurial and purpose-driven realtor in the co-founder of Focus Blue. A wellness company dedicated to supporting mental clarity, sustained focus, cellular energy, and cognitive performance. Through her work, she helps people improve mental wellness and performance while inspiring entrepreneurship, leadership, and lasting personal growth. We all have a brain, we all have that

operating system. So the cool thing is when this product is introduced into the body and it healthy way, safe way with no medications that are going to conflict with it. It's going to help your body become the optimum level. If there was one tip that you could give for success, what would that tip be? I'm a big believer, and don't. It's not over, I'm telling how we're living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy.

That is sensational to open. She'll come up with the latest and Paul is revocers not on the planet. You can live your dream. Welcome back everybody to another episode of the Living Your Legacy Podcast. I'm your host Jason Tyler and today I am joined by Miss Rachel Boston. Hi Rachel. How are you doing? Hey Jason. I'm doing great. It's great to have you here. Welcome to the show. And I want to just, you know, where the were right before we

recorded your episode for women in power. First of all, how are your nerves? How are the jitters?

I'm a little nervous. You know, it's a little out of my wheelhouse. That's totally natural. But I feel like it's gross. Exactly. I'm growing. If you put yourself in situations that you've

never been in, then you're guaranteed growth. I want to give the opportunity for the audience right

now for those of them that don't know you, for those of them that might be just tuning into your story for the first time, give me a little bit of a breakdown of who is Rachel Boston. Well, I am a realtor in North Texas. I'm a living first go Texas. I have been building my real estate career for over the last three, four years. I know it's hard for you to believe that, but it's true. You don't look a day over 32. And I've been working on my anti-aging since I was

24. So we're counting on that, right? Well, it's working. Thank you. And I'm also a single mom and I have a fabulous daughter who you'll get to meet today. And so her name is Lauren.

And so she's even I, for Lauren, she'll be a part of the episode as well. Yes. And so I always say she's

probably my biggest success is having a fabulous daughter. And you know, coming on to the show and

telling your story to the people out there, it's a brave thing to do. So like that's why I usually bring up, if we record before your episode, I'd like to bring up like the nerves to let people know like, hey, it takes bravery to go out there and share your story, right? And so I want to talk a little bit about, hey, you're in real estate, but be we have some product here in the studio. I want to talk about that first. And then maybe we can just walk it back. We can walk backwards from there.

I love that. I'm 52. I know it's probably not politically correct to own it, but I am a lot.

And so I want to say that I like to be proactive. And I have never been able to find like a lifestyle

for health and fitness. It seems like the new fact, I'd try it. I'd be good at it for a couple of months. And so I want to say in the last year and a half, I was really on a search for a lifestyle that I could be consistent about something every single day, but I would see results. It would just help me be living my very best life. That's kind of what my mission was. So in June of 2025, I started seeing Dana Y. Emil Gibson and RFK Jr. Talk about this blue product. And they would drop it in water.

And I'm one of those people. I love to study what I want to know about. But I don't want to just learn because I have to do it, right? So I went on this deep dive into cellular health. And what I found is a product called Methylene Blue. And what it does, it goes into your mild country. And your mild country, it runs 32 trillion cells in your body. It's like a powerhouse. With a T. Yes, with a T. And so I'm reading this going, what? What? How do I not know about this product, right? That seems like

a big deal. It feels like something that they should be teaching you in school, but I've been to many science classes. They never mentioned my feelings. They didn't mention that, did they? So I start going down and researching and listening to videos from experts, you know, doctors. What I found is that when you wake up your mild country, it gives every single cell in your body what it needs.

If you have weak cells, it's going to go in there.

rid of those detoxing your body. And then waking at the cells that are basically asleep,

it's almost like plugging in to the computer outlet to start getting power to your computer. That's

what happens when you wake up the mild country. You know, that's a funny example because I was just, you know, I was watching a podcast with a filmmaker that I really like. He just came out with his first horror film this year. And he was talking about this experience of, this is first for a in filmmaking. And he was working with, he subcontracted a VFX studio, right? And visual effects for anybody out there is very, very CPU intensive. It requires a lot of computing power, it requires

a lot of processing power. And it requires a lot of electricity in and of itself. And he said, it was more expensive for him to subcontract this VFX company than it was for him to actually buy

and create a server farm in his own house so that he could run all of the computational power that

he needed to do it himself. Like it was cheaper for him to do it himself. And so there's an interesting analogy there that like, when you go to a doctor and they give you a prescription for something,

that would be the equivalent of like going to the subcontractor who's going to charge you an

arm and a leg for this thing. There's all of these different, you know, symptoms that you can get from taking these different prescriptions, whereas if I just insourced it, got my body right on my own, I'm going to save a ton of money and I'm going to save a ton of energy, right? Exactly. And I'm just going to be healthier in general. And that was really the source of what my end focus was. I was like, let's get to the root problem. And we all know as we age, you know,

we don't produce what we used to in our 20s and 30s and 40s. And I would say on this each decade, it's just falling off barely at large percentages, right? I just turned 33 and I'm like, very afraid of that. Well, good news is I'm going to teach you about Methylene Blue and you'll be doing really great. I'll be taking some of this product home with me as well. So that's kind of what happened and I had been on Well Beauty for 10 years. And it was mostly for anxiety. I rented a very high level.

Anyone that knows me knows I'm full of energy and I don't need an upper. I need something that

kind of brings me down of it. I just naturally have that. I have that natural energy. I have ADHD brain. So like, I'm very like, I'm all over the place until I like, all right, I create baseline and then I have to level out to baseline. So the myocondria is the focal point of your entire body. It's just think of it as your operating system. It's the powerhouse of the cell ladies and gentlemen. It is. It is. There is a list of medications you cannot mix with it.

And guess what? Well, Beauty and I was one of the medications that I couldn't mix with it. So I hit a moment where I had to decide, am I going to keep doing what I've been doing for 10 years that I'm dependent on a product or do I want to go ahead? And after my research finding that if I could wake up the myocondria and it could start giving my cells what naturally needs, my body will produce what I need for my serotonin. So guess what? Do you know

in 2025 was the last time I took a Wilburton pill? I replaced my Wilburton with the Methylene Blue 1% UPS USB grade. And my life has forever been changed. One of the challenges that I found when I started trying to find a pure product, I found out most of this product comes from industrial China. So we are not really getting a pure premium and effective product. And so I tried through four different brands that were supposed to be rated as some of the

very top on the market. And they worked, but I didn't have that safety. I didn't see COAs that they're 99.9% pure. You know what I mean? I didn't know where they were sourced from. What are they mixing for their binders? And so one of the really cool things about our product is glycerin. We do not use mineral oil or mineral oxide. glycerin is the highest form to absorb methylene blue in your body. And that awesome. You're throwing a lot of science

terms at me. And I'm trying to keep up, but at the same time, I want to touch back for a second.

And you mentioned serotonin. So just a little bit of background on me. My dad's psychologist. He works for the Jamaican Olympic Association. He's worked with you saying Bolt, Shelley Amphraiser. You name him. He's worked with them. And so I hear a lot of these terms a lot. Dopamine serotonin, a neuroprinephrine. All of these different chemicals that your brain uses to basically regulate your emotions. And so if you have a deficiency in any of them, you'll notice that you're more irritable.

You're more prone to depression. Depression suicidal ideations. Things of that nature. What you're saying here is that this product is providing a way for your brain to level out those chemicals. I don't need a prescription to do it because my body is naturally waking up and it's working every cell in my body. So my serotonin is staying level. And that's what I'm after,

Even Steven.

to hide ups and downs. I don't want to cat being crash. This is also a way for folks is for energy.

So this is like the cleanest form of energy. So this isn't just help. This is the list is very long of what this product can do. But what I love about it is your mind, everyone has their own operating system. You know, deficiencies in your body are going to be different than deficiencies in my body. But our mild country is are the same. We all have a brain. We all have that operating system. So the cool thing is when this product is introduced into the body at a healthy way, safe way,

with no medications that are going to conflict with it. It's going to help your body become the optimum level. I like to make a term like I want to be a Bentley, not a Pinto. You know, I'm 52 as I'm getting older. Like I want to make sure that I'm running at that

optimum level. I think that it's a misnomer that people are like, oh, that's part of getting old.

I'm not embracing that. I'm just not going to do it. You don't have to. I want to look fabulous at every decade of my life. I want to embrace my 50s, my 60s, my 70s. I want to be vibrant. I want to have energy going to be fun. You want to mean. And so I really felt like once I found this product, you know, obviously safety is very important to us. We have some of the very best attorneys. We have some of the very best insurance to make sure it's all up and up. There's a lot of companies

that are popping up all over. You know, biohacking is a very big rage right now. Yeah. I'm actually, I just started peptides yesterday. Yes. I love peptides. We can talk about that. I got some favorites. I'm going to just start red at true-type next week. So I just started red at yesterday. I love it. I'm so excited. So funny enough. My appetite has been completely curved. Like I usually eat like a pretty hefty breakfast. Make sure I'm protein heavy

in the morning. Now I'm able to regulate that appetite. And this is only my first day on it,

guys. I can't make, you know, glowing reviews for red, especially because I'm on a low dosage

to kind of weed my way in. Right. But I can say that like, I don't feel the feeling of hunger at any point. And it's what our time. It's almost one o'clock in the afternoon. Right. I feel no symptoms of hunger. But I don't want to spend too much time on the peptides. You're one of, you're actually one of very few business owners that come on to this show and that has multiple businesses. You're not just in this product, but you're also in real estate. Yes. And that requires a lot of

you. Talk to me a little bit about how you deal with the stresses of both. And now, well, one of the reasons I was on well-beatron is because of the stress of real estate. You know, that is a very fluctuate business up and down. Talk about that. A hundred percent commission, you get a deal under contract in the next thing. You know, it falls out of day before closing or the day of very, very high stress. And you spent months working that deal. And now all of

that time goes to waste. You're not getting paid for any of it. I'm telling you, it's not, it's not an easy pill to swallow. It's not. So that was one of the things that kind of helped stabilize me as I had my dependable will be turned every morning. That would help me maintain whatever I needed, you know, to get through the day. I have a passion for real estate. In college, my interest was law, interior design, and broadcasterism. Those were my three things that were

interesting to me, yes. And so I had my real estate license before I went to college for my first

semester. I just don't like to study. I like to study what I want to know about, but when I have to just go take class A, B, C, just so I can check the box. It's just not up my alley. Not a big fan of wasted effort. No, I like to just, I like to, what I want to know, I'm going to go warn it. And I'm going to tease my friends. I'm like a dog with a bone. When I get a new idea or something, I'm going to, and they all learn everything from me. And they said, okay, Rachel, you go get the

information. Come back and tell us what we all need to do. I've got a little discovery person. Every friend group needs one of those. I'm a firm believer in that. As we sort of wrap here, because we could go at length talking about, you know, the ins and outs of running a real estate business as being real estate agent as well as running a startup going into research and development, actually developing the product, worrying about packaging, shipping, all of these different things

that fall under the umbrella of creating a product like this. But if there was one tip that you could give for success, what would that tip be? I'm a big believer on don't reinvent the will. Find somebody who's already successful in what you want to do. And mimic them. I had a wonderful

mentor. And that's exactly what I did. And that's how I built my real estate business.

I went a new two people when I moved to Dallas, you know, back in 1999. And that's not very big, because you know, you're talking about your sphere of influence. That's how you're supposed to build your real estate. So I just mimicked everything that she did. And I built a 98% referral base business in real estate. I think mentorship doesn't get talked about enough. If another human being is done, it's possible for me too. Yes. I believe that if anybody ever has done something,

then I can, I can probably do that thing with a degree of difficulty that's going to vary. But firmly believe that if you see somebody out there that's accomplished the thing that you want to accomplish, you should go out and learn exactly what it is that they did to get there. And maybe their situation was a little bit different. And maybe they had help from a person that you

Don't have help from.

you you're smart enough to figure it out along the way. Just start taking steps. I think action

is what gets that ball roll. It really is. Yeah. Well, that creates momentum. You had to take that

first step. We take that first step. It's like step after step. You get the momentum. You get into the

pace. The vibe of what you're doing. I totally agree. For you guys that are still listening at this
