We talked to a lot of entrepreneurs here, you know, and a lot of them are not...

I lived in fighter flight for my entire life up into that point, just because of how I was raised, my parents kind of had, they never had their nervous systems tuned to safety.

If you have a next level, you want to achieve. Say you're at, you know, multiple six figures in your business and you want to get to 5 or 10 million.

If your body, your nervous system, doesn't feel safe at that 5 to 10 million, you won't get there. And you will actually push it away. Allison Anna Lentini is a transformational, resilient, purpose-driven cellular rewiring coach, hipnotherapist, and the founder of Live Limitless. She helps entrepreneurs and high achievers overcome subconscious barriers, rewire limiting beliefs and unlock lasting personal and professional growth. I had to do something for myself and, you know, standing in my power and including my job, and I put the investment on a credit card.

But I knew I could trust myself and I knew I was very intelligent, and I ended up going through and healing all of my trauma from like birth to now. Yeah. And it has been absolutely the biggest catalyst to my growth. So to all the naysayers, you think hypnosis is just like this voodoo, you know, it's, it's really sounds extremely powerful. Yeah, absolutely. And I would say,

"Internet Elvis." "In today, Apple is going to reinvent the phone." "It's not over, I'm telling how we're..." "The living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy."

"It's extremely powerful, though, yes."

"Oh, that is sensational, too." "To open." "She'll come up with the latest and call in the boxes, not on the planet." "You can live your dream." Hi, welcome to another episode of "Living Your Legacy Podcasts."

"And I'm your host, Jay Slangen." "Here in the beautiful sunny Miami Beach studios." "And we're here with a special guest." "Someone that I'm very interested to learn more about." "But yes, please introduce yourself, and what do you do?"

So I'm Allison Lentini. I am a hypnotherapist, cellular rewiring coach, and I'm the founder of Live Limitless. "Live Limitless, have you ever seen the show Limitless?" "I feel like I have, but no, I can't believe it." "Okay, it's where they take this future drug.

I think it's got Bradley Cooper in it, and it just makes their -- it opens up their brain

where they're just able to learn at a super speed and kind of remember everything." "Oh, wow." "Okay." "They live limitlessly, right?" "That's so funny, there are some similarities in that in the work that we do, but probably not superhuman."

"Yeah, and then it goes into bad directions where it's like, "Okay, well, then they start going into politics, and then they start using these powers, but then, yeah, anyways." "Yeah." "But unfortunately, it didn't get continued." "So, yeah, there was a few seasons in a TV show and then a movie, but then it just dropped

without knowing the ending." "Oh, okay." "But what about yourself?" "Live Limitless, is that what you said?" "Yep."

"And so you had just finished filming, how did -- how did it all go?" "Hey, we're in great. I'm super excited for it. I've been waiting to get this message out to people on a larger scale for several years now, and I have a big story that is very impactful.

A lot of people have told me personally that they have had their lives changed by just my story alone, but the mission of Live Limitless is much bigger and so I'm really excited to share that. And, you know, help change lives." "Right." "So, hypnosis."

"Right?" "Tell us a little bit about that, because when people hear hypnosis, the stereotypical thought in their mind is some magician on the stage, and they snap their fingers, and then, I guess they don't remember where they are, and then they snap their fingers again, and then it's like their back-to-reality."

"Yep." "So, the picture that people have in their minds of hypnosis is not how we do it.

And a lot of people think that it's more of like a woo-woo thing, right?

That some might even be a little scared of. But the thing to remember is hypnosis is actually a normal state of the human body. "Okay." "So, we go into forms of hypnosis every single day. They are, you know, they're there for the natural processes of our body.

So, when we go to sleep, when we wake up, those first couple minutes, like drifting in and out, you're in a hypnotic state. You know, when you're daydreaming in the car, you're like thinking about, you know, whatever your brain's thinking about, that's a form of hypnosis.

And so, there's a lot of powerful things that can be done through hypnosis,

that you can't achieve unless they talk therapy or other forms of general therapy that people may go to.

So, we're actually healing things from the root.

That's the biggest thing with hypnotherapy is we're not just talking through them

and, you know, kind of going surface level and what's going on with you. "So, there's no snap?" "There's no snap." "Yeah, man." "I mean, I guess, yeah, you could, but it's not in that way."

"So, we're not taking people fully under either." "Okay." "You totally self-aware." "There's no spinning, black and white pinwheel." "No spinning, black and white pinwheel."

"Okay." "That might be cool. Maybe I should come out one time in my session." "Yeah, yeah." "A big pain will, and see what happens to no."

"So, to get someone in that hypnotic state, right?" "You know, set the scene for us." "Yeah." "So, you can think of it as, as if you are laying down or sitting in a meditation.

That's as simple as it is. You're aware, you know, the entire time. You are not fully under. So, you would hear me guiding you through just like you are listening to a guided meditation, where they take you through, like, let's go to a river and a special place.

You know, but we are guiding you through what we call neural linguistics programming. So, it's how I use words to connect with your brain and help you change patterns in your brain, essentially. So, kind of like when people are, like, rewire your train of thought and your mental kind of state in order to get to another state

or maybe just daily manifestations to help rewire your brain. Exactly. Yeah, that's a big, big part of it. So, you can think of neural pathways in the brain as, like, streets, roads, or highways.

And so, the negative neural pathways that we may have that say, you know, I can't do this. I'm not worthy. Those are, I don't want to say they're the same as the positive ones, but they're the same setup, right? They're the same.

And so, all we have to do is use the old one less, and natural physics says that it will shrink, and then use the new ones we create more.

So, the shore we reinforce the, the mind will always go

down the path of least resistance. So, whatever's wider, whatever you're playing on more, that's what you're going to, that's what you're going to use more. Okay. Even though my neural pathways are more like probably mountain bike trails.

Well, I can probably help you with that, too. I can figure that out. Yeah. The off the beaten path. It's like, oh my god, they're all off the beaten path.

I think that's normal though for people to feel that way, right?

Yeah. What do I follow? You know, what, what do I wake up and think this day? We have a million thoughts every single day. Yeah.

So, we want to guide them on the right path. And then, I guess it makes sense because, I mean, so, I live in Thailand for a long time. You know, I spoke pretty fluently in Thai,

but then when I came back to the states, right, you don't use it. You know, and then maybe you lose it. If you don't use it, you lose it, right? Exactly. Yeah.

Exactly.

And the powerful thing is the neural pathways that you create.

And what you're thinking all day is actually what creates your reality. Okay. And so, this is very interesting because once you make this connection, and you start to pay attention to what your thoughts say about the world, and what your thoughts say about yourself,

and kind of dig deeper and say, "Okay, I see why I am where I am in my friend now." Yeah. And then there's a certain of self accountability. Yeah. It's almost like there's like this meme of this kid,

where it looks like he's hanging onto this stick in a river.

And he's like thinking he's going to drown, you know?

Mm-hmm. And then he's like screaming for his life, and then the mom just comes over and just says, "Stand." Like, you know, it's like below his waist, right? And it was all just like this mental, you know, just to think of things differently.

It was all in his head, right? That he wasn't safe, you know? So maybe like mentally you kind of can put yourself into a cage by just thinking negative and negative thoughts where you kind of making your own reality.

Is this kind of like the thinking behind it? And then if you think positive thoughts, right? Kind of rewrite, right? The negative things by not using them, and then rewire them with positive thoughts, and then you can change your life.

Yeah. A couple of things you've said in there that are really big. The first one is safety. And you know, we have our nervous system has three different states. We have fighter flight, many people live in fighter flight, and it's a crisis right now that's going on.

And then we have dorsal vehicle shut down, which is freeze. And these have been our-- So briefly explain fighter flight to the listeners. Yeah, yeah. It's really good to know. That's like a lizard brain or something, right?

Yep. So fighter flight and the shut down, dorsal vehicle shut down, is those are lizard brain.

So those were our primitive ways to survive, right?

They're built into our nervous system or into the human body, you know, for centuries. They're ancient to the human body. So they're not going anywhere. We can't avoid a fighter flight, but fighter flight,

what it looks like is feeling like you are literally fighting or running. But instead of us being chased by a tiger, like we would have been back in the day, it's emails, it's deadlines, it's the pressure from our spouse. It's run.

Run, run, run, or we're going to fight it, right?

So living in that state, though,

is not the state of connection. It's not the state of being able to take risk. It's the state of regulation.

So the third, the most newest state that we have found,

which was discovered in about the 90s, is the state of safety. And this is where we can form genuine healthy connections. We can take risk in life. We can do bigger things. We're not afraid.

In fighter flight, we're making decisions from fear. It could feel very anxious. You know, you're running from one thing to the next.

You don't know what you should focus on.

No clarity. For in safety, we have clarity. We are calm, we're grounded, and we're making decisions that are in alignment with where we want to go.

Although a lot of entrepreneurs have to kind of just take the jump, right? So they're not really, sometimes they're not really doing it in a safe place, but they're just having faith in themselves.

I don't know. The whole entrepreneurial, we talk to a lot of entrepreneurs here. You know, and a lot of them are not in a safe position when they are like, "I just got to do this."

You know, so, I don't know. No, that's a very good point. I wasn't either when I jumped. And in fact, I lived in fighter flight from my entire life up into that point.

Just because of how I was raised, my parents kind of had,

they never had their nervous systems tune to safety.

And, you know, they were always in that position as well, like blue collar trying to make ends meet. That'll put you in fighter flight as well. So I was raised that way. I started my business that way,

and then when I started learning about these things, and actually I was clearing beliefs, limiting beliefs that were holding me back through hypnotherapy. I started with my own practitioner.

She had introduced this thing of safety in that if you have a next level, you want to achieve. Say you're at, you know, multiple six figures in your business.

If you want to get to five or 10 million,

if your body, your nervous system doesn't feel safe at that five to 10 million, you won't get there. And you will actually push it away. So it's a really big thing for entrepreneurs,

people doing big things, to understand what safety is. And then also start to tune their nervous system to safety at that next level they're going to.

And then also regulate in the daily stuff too,

so that they can like be clear and make the decisions to get there. So what kind of, what kind of people come to you? I mean, it just sounds so interesting. Is it?

Because once again, you think hypnosis, you think the smokers, you know, that they're trying to get out of that habit, right? I guess rewiring your brain couldn't work for that.

But I mean, there just, is it, is it people suffering from childhood traumas? Is it people trying to think? I'm better than what I'm achieving today,

like tell us a little bit about the people that come to you. Yeah, that's a fantastic question. So usually people come to me because they want to get further ahead of life. They have something they want to achieve.

That's kind of the realm I've been, you know, playing in,

at least networking, making connections there.

And people are looking for that mentor, the next best thing to kind of help them get there. But when they see that the benefits of hypnotherapy can take you so far in success, they want to try that, right?

Also, we do have people that come to us, and they're like, I'm struggling. I can't, you know, mentally, I can't get through depression or anxiety, etc.

But what we find out is no matter what it is. Also, we live in such a drug up time, you know? So I'm on this. That, you know, these tech bros that are just like wired up.

So like, yeah, I mean, this might be a natural kind of, what do you call it,

alternative to that? Yeah, as sort of as going to say, people are looking for something else to help them. Yeah.

They're looking for something other than this therapist, they've been with for 10 years, and it's not helped them. If I, you know, a long time,

or this medication they want to get off of. Yeah. And hypnotherapy is often stigmatized as something that is negative or something that, you know,

don't, don't try it. It's actually one of the most holistic things you can do for yourself. And once you heal something, you can't and heal it.

So that's the cool thing. When you heal it from the root, it's not, you know, you're not putting a bandaid on it with medication.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. The other thing we find is when people come and they say, I want to achieve this goal, I want to get farther ahead in life. We do end up unraveling their trauma.

And so that is essentially what's holding them back. So very nice. Yeah. And then you said you had this great big story. Can you kind of give me a little synopsis of it?

Yeah, absolutely. So, started from a young age. I was a sensitive kid. And I felt the world really deeply.

I felt emotions very deeply. I felt the emotions of others very deeply. So I later learned there's a term for this. I'm empathic or a highly sensitive person. But in dealing with this,

it led me to some very dark paths. So I ended up as like an early teenager with a lot of pain. A lot of emotional pain. My parents didn't really know how to help me navigate this. I thought it was a massive weakness,

but it's actually my superpower. And it allows me to help people, you know, do the things we're doing. Yeah, you don't really think of too much empathy as a place.

That's something that will leave you into dark areas.

Yeah, you know. So it's like okay. Wow, too much heart. And then. Yeah.

A lot of people with addictions or who fall into issues with really like unworthiness. They're empaths and highly sensitive. And they take on everything in the world. Okay. If somebody, for instance, if you grow up in a really angry home and you're an empath and you can feel those things deeply,

you're going to feel all of those emotions and actually take them on more. So the basic for empaths is boundaries.

You have to have boundaries for yourself.

But as a kid, I had none. And so it led me to, you know, using substances as a teenager, making tons of bad decisions. I was a 4.0 straight A student growing up.

And, you know, very smart, very intelligent and beautiful, and then all of a sudden, I'm like losing my life basically.

And, you know, I was in different juvenile centers, different rehabs. I managed to graduate still a year early with like a 4.0 GPA. While I was struggling through all of that. And then at about 19, I was in really bad relationship. That got physical.

And, you know, it almost took me life. And so after that, there was this point at 19 where I had nothing. And I lost all friends. My family gave up on me. And then I just decided that I still had the one thing that no one can take from me, which is my brain, my mindset, my intelligence.

And I was going to pour that into, you know, learning. So back to college. And basically just started building one step at a time. And then in my 20s, you know, I brought babies into the world. Started a family met my former husband.

And was working full-time, going to school full-time. And then my kids were one and three. And so through that, it was, I think that was one of the hardest times in my life. Because I would see my kids maybe 30 minutes to an hour a day. And I wanted to be there.

Yeah. And I couldn't quit my job. I couldn't stay home. All of those things. And so I had to find a way.

That's how I became an entrepreneur in a nutshell.

You know, but I started business. It was a hefty investment. I found my mentor who teaches women how to start a Facebook ad agency.

So my first business was marketing agency.

It's still running. It's been going about five years. But until the massive leap of faith, we were living paycheck to paycheck at the time. My former husband was not too thrilled about the idea.

I was terrified the investment, all of that. And I essentially, it was a moment that I was not going to ask for permission anymore. I had to do something for myself and, you know, standing in my power. And I let him know you're going to have to trust me. And I'm quitting my job.

And I put the investment on a credit card. With three months to make income and start the business and get it going. Or else I was going to have to go back to a job. So I did it. And, you know, it was rough starting out.

I did that's where I started out in fighter flight. I started out like, I'm going to have to pay my mortgage in three months. And I have no income. You know, but I knew I could trust myself. And I knew I was very intelligent.

And then that's when I had met my, my hypnotherapy. Early in that first year. Okay. Who really helped me grow and expand and become the person I am today. I'm in complete 180.

So I had a lot of trauma to heal from. She was a money mindset manifestation coach. Okay. So I came to her like, I want to make a lot of money. And I want to end it up going through and healing all of my trauma from like birth to now.

Yeah. And it has been absolutely the biggest catalyst to my growth. Excellent. So to all the naysayers, you think hypnosis is just like this voodoo.

You know, it's, it's really sounds extremely powerful.

I mean, it's helped you kind of rewrite your mindset and put you on a path of growth and discovery.

And yeah, kind of taking back your super powers, right?

Yeah, absolutely. And I would say, you know, it is based on science. It's based on neuroscience. Yeah. It's based on quantum physics.

And so there is tons of research and science behind it. For anyone that's skeptical, I would just encourage them to start there. Because a lot of people trust science. Because I think you showed there's tons of studies and research and time and effort put behind that. But yeah, what we're rearing is heavily based on science.

It is absolutely magical at the same time. Yeah. And I'd say to anyone out there who is kind of lost and looking for something new, like away from medicines or away from. Maybe therapists that you've been going, I'm not saying, I'm not saying, get away from your therapist.

Because I'm just saying, you know, try something new, right? Do, you know, both at the same time because it could. Sounds like it could completely change your life. And yeah, you can start making and just taking back your powers, right?

Yeah, absolutely.

And yeah, I will second that as well.

I think you should definitely stay with your, you know, like health professionals you've been seeing.

I have a few mentors. One of them is a business mentor. One of them is my hypnotherapist. One of them is an EMDR more clinical therapist. Okay.

And so I am still constantly doing work on myself. But I do have that more, like, you know, like, okay, have the talk therapist that I can conceptualize things through and get an unbiased opinion. And then I have my hypnotherapist who can help me go underneath the hood and help with subconscious things. So I think they really were great together as well. Yeah.

I mean, there's such interesting stuff coming out of, like, you know, brain studies and pathways and everything. I mean, just with with sound different vibrations. I heard you say the vagus nerve, I believe, and there's kind of, like, you know, these little things that you put that are, like, a low tone, which kind of helped to activate the vagus nerve and, you know, that's kind of stuff. I mean, there's, there's just so much going on.

It's just, we're starting to tap into this, you know, bigger and bigger thing that.

Yeah, there's a couple of different tips and tricks, hacks. I guess if you will, that can snap your nervous system out of, um, fight a flight. And I'll share some of those because some of they're very quick, they're easy. Some of them do involve the vagus nerve. And one of them is, like, holding a nice cube.

Believe it or not, if you hold a nice cube when you're in fight or flight, you take some deep breath while you're holding a nice cube. Or splashing water in your face, it does activate the swimmer's reflex, which will drop your heart rate instantly. And then essential oils, essential oils reach the lizard part of your brain to immediately, um, if you just take a essential oil and in smell it, you can kind of snap out of whatever that state of your nervous system. It is to move back to. Got you.

It's like mine hacks. It is. Yeah. Essentially, it's attacking the mind, um, with very natural things, you know, there's nothing we were scary about it. But interesting you say about frequency because I was just talking to somebody yesterday that I've met.

Um, here, while I'm traveling, and she's from Russia.

She's got a lot of information, you know, we shared a lot of these same, um, Informations. By the way, a lot of this comes from, like, Eastern, uh, medicine. Yeah. So, you know, it's, it's very popular across the world.

A lot of people across the world already know these things. Yeah. And they're being, you know, um, would it however you want to conclude that it, you know, what the information that comes out to us here in the Western China of the world. But she was telling me that her son runs in orchestra. And in that orchestra, people leave the orchestra with their physical illness as healed from the music alone.

Okay. And one orchestra can heal up to a thousand people. Trust in the music, right? This is great. Yeah.

Trust in the music. The frequency. Yes. Be careful. You're listening to you, too.

You don't want to put. Just make your frequencies in there for sure.

Uh, I think, I don't know if we can escape that.

I try to escape that all the time, right? Yeah. I mean, there's the thing about, um, I don't know what they call it. It's, um, the, you shouldn't listen to too much down throughout the day. It will, um, interfere with your thinking and clarity and focus.

I guess that that background urban sound that has just, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's at a certain frequency. It's a certain, like, you know, um, but what's next?

Are there like group therapy sessions retreats or you just kind of continue? Like, um, do you have plans? Yeah. That's a great question. So it is we, I am growing it massively, um, to be more available to the general public.

Um, and I plan to have different tiers where it's easily accessible to anyone at any income range. Um, but that will be done through group therapy. So that's the way that I plan to scale it. And I don't want to say group therapy. It's more so group coaching.

Um, so the hip no processes and things that we do. We can do them virtually. We can do them through, um, recorded trainings for people join live. They do the process. They receive it in a class of 20 or 100 people. Um, and then, you know, it gets sent out as a recording as well, you know, into the course that people buy.

So we're having some cohorts coming up. Yeah. Yeah. The next one I'm launching is going to be around fall time on August or so. Um, and then, you know, there's, there's tons of big things.

I mean, I want to hire other coaches. You got to, what about international retreats? I'm sure going out to Costa Rica would be already a safety spot. You know, where you kind of have them lined up, you know, to kind of receive the teachings and be in that mental state. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So my current focus is on getting it out to as many people as I can through the virtual aspect. Next year in 2027, I want to do more public speaking and get into the retreats as well.

Um, I cannot wait for that.

I think the human experience in person is so much more powerful.

Um, but also I recognize there's there's just this huge need that many people need it. So I'm trying to balance those two sounds very exciting.

Tell people how can they find you where you from and yeah.

Yeah.

Um, so I'm from a, I run again from a rural small town in Indiana.

Um, I am looking to move away from Indiana to somewhere warm very soon. Um, but I do travel a lot. I do business kind of all over and with it being virtual, it can be done anywhere.

Um, so if you want to reach me, you can go to.

Um, live limitless.com. Um, and then also for the marketing agency as well. I haven't talked a lot about that, but we do Facebook and Google ads.

We specialize in that for really any size of business.

So you can find that as called a wake and marketing at a wake and marketing.com. Look at all these great business names there. Oh, wake and marketing live limitless. I'm already sold. You know, the marketing in the names like, yeah, just.

Thank you. Make a mental note of that.

People, the names are great.

Yes. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. They were intentional.

You know, for, for who I want to reach in the good that I want to put in this world.

So yeah, a wake and marketing live limitless. Um, and then personally, you can find me at Allison, uh, official Allison. Anna on socials. And that's two else in, in Allison and two ends in Anna. So official Allison Anna.

So find me, watch my content and get in touch. Well, there you have it. Thank you so much for joining us, Allison.

Uh, any kind of thoughts of where that warm location is and any initial ideas?

Yeah. So I would be moving, um, my family. And so I'm kind of, uh, dealing with some different, um, you know, like, not legalities, but um, just agreements, logistics around that. Okay.

We've narrowed it down to Texas, Florida, and then possibly Tennessee. Oh, sorry. Yeah. I'm a warm. All right.

Well, thanks again. And, uh, that's a wrap. Thank you guys for joining us. And we can't wait to see you on the next episode of Living Your Legacy.
