of kingdoms. Tiffany Williams is joining us today. How do you feel? Very excited. You look exciting.
Wow, thank you. What an outfit. Make up gosh. Yeah. Thank you.
You finished filming your episode for, uh, kingdom creators or legacy makers. Whatever we want to call it, fill in the blank. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Yeah.
You filmed your episode today. How do you feel? Amazing. It was such a great time. Such a blessing.
It was, I was nervous, but then, I mean, coffee just made it so relaxed and just such a great experience, so much fun. Right, hon. I was reading your show notes because I do that sometimes. I read.
Um, I first question out the gate was God fearing parents.
Let's start there.
“What was it like, having told that you're going to help?”
Absolutely. Don't do that. You're going to help. Oh, well, I have to honestly say it wasn't that tight. It wasn't that tight.
It wasn't that tight. But, um, yes, we were aware of how, but mostly with the, the hell on earth, the stick, the spanking, the things like that. Yes. It was, um, beautiful.
I had a great family. There's, there's four siblings. I mean, there's three other than myself, there's four of us and we're about three or four years apart. Wow.
So we're not necessarily close in age, but we were the way that we were raised, you know, going to church and loving the Lord, but also very much about getting to experience all the things as a child. My parents are really hard at every possible angle to provide for us to make sure that we were going to do something.
We weren't ever going to be able to be lazy. We're going to be doing something, but something that we enjoyed.
“So I mean, they're from, I think I was skiing, biking, I mean, water skiing, sourcing,”
tap dancing, piano lessons, singing, and I know that sounds really overwhelming. We didn't each one of us do all of those things. Sure. But it was introducing us to things that, you know, maybe that's our God Game and Talent.
Maybe we're going to go down that road and like that and, you know, do that.
So we're, we're folks, your parents always aware that you had supernatural powers as a child.
That did you actively do, did you speak backwards? Like, what were the tall-till signs that you're a little, a little different? A little different. When I had not excelled in sports, I mean, they're okay in sports. Don't give me wrong.
No, okay. But I'm not. I was one that was really interested in older people and listening to their stories. I was weird. I loved history.
I love that. So that was definitely something. Yeah. Definitely also. So I often would go and just down to talk to people, I know if I know what's
the story. No, that I'm going to do my notes. Can I have my head? That's back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back.
So basically, that was what sent me a part and then I loved to sing.
I loved to mimic people. Ah, that's where I came from. Yeah. I'm quirky. I'm a little off.
I was the shorty and the family.
All of those things made me a little bit unique and it was just one day.
I was singing on the playground and it was like, oh, she's talented. Let's explore this. Right on. What happened? Did you just break out into a musical?
So there was a musical Annie and I saw the movie and the song tomorrow came out. And Annie to me was like my life except for being in an orphanage. She's quirky, spunky, dancer, tap dancer, all the things that I was loved, older people talking with them, you know, getting to know, making them feel comfortable. And that song just inspired me and it was the sonl to come out tomorrow.
I mean, that's my theme today, you know, though you have a bad day, it's going to come out tomorrow and the Lord's going to carry you through it. Right on, talk about your relationship with the Lord and your personal ministry, what's your day to day like your daily affirmations?
“How are you building your kingdom, brick, literally brick, day by night?”
Right, right. Sorry, my nose. I have a routine and I stick with it.
So I'm a lover of books too, the best one thing, the Bible, but my first morning is when
I wake up. I read the Bible, so I have my own devotional. And then after that, I do. I have a vision board. I do have a whole entire list that I pray over, including my clients, including everything
that I have, and I dedicate some time and prayer. I work out so that I can be physically fit and then after that, pretty much I'm constantly because we drive a lot in real estate, so we're driving all over. I think group put 55,000 miles on our car in two years, so that tells you how much and so calvety-draps are doing this.
So we're in a car a lot, so I listen to a lot of podcasts and some great books of people who've just spoken into my life in such a great way that help bring out the best in me.
“So I can honestly say, God has just, he's been putting the right people at the right”
time in the right place. And my journey is crazy. I've been all over the place, I've done all types of jobs. I want to say probably 15 different jobs in my life and performing was one of the biggest
ones and then what I do now is the second biggest one is in real estate mortgages.
So real estate mortgages, which talking about performing in acting, and full theater, how's business? How are things? It is great. So I came alongside my husband in 2016 and joined and grew our business.
And now we're investing and we're doing other things and we're helping empower basically our goal is to help everyone that we help for a lifetime build a generational wealth with the kingdom impact. So that means we have delayed gratification, we have patience, we have everything that you can imagine where the world right now is saying instant instant instant.
So when you ask how it's going, it's going very well. But there isn't that it's a lifetime, it's an investment in a lifetime. Just like I do in the women that I help counselor and bring up and after they've been through a fall, I'm in it for the long time. They're not just for when they rise, but after they rise and help them to grow and to
have crisis-centered relationships and families and business. For folks that are unfamiliar with Christ, and you know, you can be an entrepreneur and also be a Christian. Yeah. Talk about some of the values and some of the secret powers that being a Christian, you
that add the extra flair to being an entrepreneur in a falllier. Well, when, truly, when you accept Jesus Christ into your heart and he lives inside you, I would say everyone has a void, everyone's trying to be loved.
“I think that's the biggest thing that everyone wants in life is to be loved and right”
now probably to be wealthy. When you, when you fill that void and know you're not filling it, that that's the Lord filling it, there's this peace and there's this freedom that comes. That I, it's hard to describe to someone who's not a Christian, but what I can say is and seeing people come to Christ, their life completely transformed.
Because it's not about them, it's not about this earth, it's about living well being good stewards on this earth, but it's about heaven and living for heaven. And what happens afterwards? So, and how you, I mean, I love, I love, Chan has this big, Francis Chan has this rope analogy, and he has a big long rope, and he says this little part, and it's like colored
black, is the life on earth that you have. And the legacy that you leave and how you can impact the ripple effect to make the world a better place now for the eternity is the forever rope that doesn't end. And if I can describe that is, there is this sense of hope with Christ, there is a sense
of fulfillment that you've never felt before, and there's this freedom.
You're not, you're not, you don't have to, there's no condemnation, you're not ashamed. And we will all do crazy things, and no matter how far down that road, no matter what you've done, he loves you. He died for you, and he takes that completely off, and I off of you and has taken that on himself when you truly surrender to the power of who he is.
You can do anything, literally, as he says, through Christ to strengthens you.
People who are not believers, I don't think they understand that power.
There's power in the name of Jesus. I've seen it happen. I've seen him heal people by just praying, literally, immediately healing people, family members of ours, I've seen him answer prayers over and over and over again in the mirror close.
It doesn't mean the life's going to be easy, but it means that your Savior, he's got you. And when you have that, there's this peace that just comes over life, and that surpasses all understanding that I don't know how to describe it except for it's bliss, joy, and freedom. It's hell, gosh, it's really funny when you start talking, and it's just like, I can
just feel my heart, I can really feel teary. Like, that's the Holy Spirit, just your conjuring it, like when you can hear or someone talking about your Lord and Savior, you're just like, it's a magnet, a talk about that, and how you relay that energy and focus that energy into your business, like spiritual wealth.
Well, I'm so glad that you said that, because I'm so glad that it touched because
“God, Jesus is all about love, and so within our business, that's what it's about.”
It's investing in the person to make their lives better, no matter what you're doing. For us, it's real estate mortgages, but also women who've been through divorces for me, personally. But no matter what you're doing, it's not about you. It's about the effect that you make, and you leave on people.
When you take your focus off about your lover of Crohn's book, he's like, it's not about you.
The first phrases of a purpose driven life.
If you have a purpose, you can make the world a better place, I'm not just saying that, oh, make the world a better place, but I really do mean the ripple effect that you have on people. When you have Christ at the center, and when you take the time, your bent and your business is when you have Christ at the center is not about profit, it is about the person.
Now, when that'd be really great, if everything was truly about the person, and truly about making the world a better place, and making their lives better, and leaving the legacy legacy, that's where the Holy Spirit works every single day with every transect. And let me tell you, sometimes there's really difficult transactions out there that we have been on our knees, praying, and he has carried us through, and you just have to trust in
his will in his timing.
“How are you, how are you, how are folks receptive to the word?”
How, for folks that don't understand how to listen or understand how to tweak their antennas to be receptive? What's a low-hanging fruit, huh, solided there? What's a easy way, let's put it that way, that's to get you get kicked out of the garden here.
What's an easy way for someone to go, you know what, that, that, that, that podcast, I listen
to on the drive to work, really motivate me, what's the first easy thing someone can do
to start practicing what you're preaching? I would say to be open to it to, is to first read the word, that's the first thing. I can start a genesis, that's a spooky sport, it's like why would I agree with you? I would start in the New Testament personally, because he can, it is so applicable to today, it's so much more understandable, and you get to see the life of Jesus, and as the Bible
says, the way to God is through Jesus, so I am the truth, the way in the life, and he was in the beginning anyway, then he'll take you to Genesis. But if he start, he's just reading every single day, just a little bit to say, what's this, what's this about? Then the Holy Spirit will move in you and will open your eyes to reveal the truth of the
word and how it can be applied to your life, and then get around people who are Bible-believing people, and to hear from their experiences, but I would start with there, and then I would pray. Now, you talked about, you know, a mantra, or I know, vision boards kind of freak some
“people out, but I think it's important, I think everything is important, as far as every”
single one of our senses, to be aligned biblically, so that is, if putting up on a board people you're praying for, or putting up on a board and seeing the cross, it affects people. So I say, yes, do your positive meditations there and all the things that God is done
for you start looking at the things that he's done, but if you start reading first, the
word will be opened, you know, and I can honestly say it does take practice, but eventually there'll be a change, and praying, asking the Lord just to come in my heart, it's so simple, but it's transformable, you just say, just come into my heart, Lord, and then my biggest one that I love is help me and my unbelief, because there's a lot of unbelief, and we're not perfect, and we don't have it all nailed down, even, and even Christianness, as they
got it all figured out, I would, I might run out. Well, that's why the angels were like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, what come, they can question things, we can't, and that's another podcast for another day, I would love to talk to a lot as well, there's so much deeper meaning than to the word, as a matter of fact,
When you spoke about, I'll start a new testament, I'm like, well, that's prob...
Lucas started with a new hope, and that started with that episode four, a new hope is essentially
just a new meaning for the Messiah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like, I'll put all George's look as I saw it, I did there. Let's talk about the word, how it's literally everywhere. Like I just brought that example. Like, because in music, it's poetry, it's quite right underneath our noses and like again, back to if you're not receptets, what you're going to ignore it. What do you think is happening today? You turn on the news, you're open up your phone, your doom scrolling, and emphasis on doom scrolling. There is no hopes scrolling. What is happening? Is the devil really winning?
No. No. If you look for that, you'll find it, and that's what's what's trying to be put in front of you. Does he want to distract you and take you away from from what you're meant to do? Because each and every person was meant for great things. I mean, God knew you and created you in your mother's womb. He knew you, and he wants you for great things. And there are joyous things. He put those wills and people's hearts for his purpose to be used in that way. He's not sending or going, oh, oh, baby.
My rules and then, no, it's, I gave you these gifts. I gave you these sounds because that's in your heart, what I put on your heart to enjoy the life here on earth. And then I get to be with you and heaven. But I really think right now, we're getting this, I think there's a revival, actually. Yeah, I think that people are starting to see that, hey, if I'm wrong, and Jesus is not rule, then we're all real, then we're all going to hell. But if there's a chance that I'm right, when you want to take that risk, you know, when that risk just be a little bit good. If, if, you know, if chances are, this is all real and he's right. And we're going to have it together. When there'd be a beautiful thing and living forever instead of like, I don't, I'm just not going to believe because I just don't know, I think take your chances because I know I've seen people, I'm sure you have do that have miracles of heaven, right in front of your eyes.
“Or you've heard about some that have, you know, who know, have seen the other side. And it's real. It's beautiful. It's glorious. I know it. I, I just have to read it and I believe it. And it's glorious.”
So some some some gatekeepers gatekeepers. I'm sorry. Some kingdom creators are gatekeepers and they're not really open to sharing, I would say, the power.
Yeah. Oh, what are your thoughts on, you know, where taught us Christians that we bless companies, we bless opportunities. We, you bless your job in real estate. What is the difference between you and someone that isn't blessed? And that, that's on bias, of course. But I really want to emphasize that as a Christian, there's a certain way of of your work now. It's held in a different light, if you say. I'm going to tell you it is the honest truth is the truth. I'm going to be honest. There's a lot of businesses out there that will sell you a lie.
And when you have Christ at the center of your business and you're praying over the people and over yourself and how you're going to react and how you're just to give you the strength and the power that comes from that can only be good.
Oh yeah. No matter what, if you speak the truth, if you were trying to help someone and you're of a servant's heart, which is our business of a servant's heart, nothing can go wrong.
There's nothing. I don't care. All the forces out there that are going to try to and they are, there's the he's out there. He's real. The spiritual forces right now and the heavenly realms are at battle.
“That's what you're talking about in social media. But we know who wins at the end of the story. So, but I will tell you that it is having, being held to that power,”
to see not only the power of prayer over people's, the clients and businesses, it sets you have this higher, I want to say, higher standard that you must live under and we can't go to sleep at night. We won't if it's something that if we've said or done something that wouldn't help someone. So being held to that higher standard and by the way, that's why that's the measuring point that keeps us in line to make sure that we're serving a client at each and every day. Make sure we're at our best and we're in excellence. We have internal excellence because that higher purpose is, is our meter.
And if we are living up to that every single day, then we know that we're doing what God's work. We're doing what he has put us on this earth to do. No matter what it is.
“But if you do it excellence and you have her held to a higher standard and a higher purpose, then you will thrive and you do well and you're going to see people's lives change for the good.”
Yeah, we're nights in his name. We have a standard to uphold. We have a way to rule. We have a way to teach. We have golden palaces waiting for us in the sky. We've got lakes of fires coming up. We've got the thing and we've got an entire choir of angels at her command. Oh, my goodness. I love it. I love hearing when I hear a big stadiums singing, you know, it's like that's must be what it's like. Yeah, yeah. And but also putting on that full armor as you're saying, you have to put on the full armor of God. I mean every single part of that armor is for a purpose and one of them is speaking the truth and that is and the truth.
You know, right now the standard out there is my truth, your truth, you know,...
So I understand that those who don't know that and are not open to receive that it is their truth because they're living for themselves because it is about them.
When they realize that it isn't about them, that this life isn't about them and they change their perspective. It opens up the Bible in a whole new way.
“But when you think life is about you and your world and it's your, it's your world. Everything is happening to you and it's all about you.”
Then I can see that would be that would be tragic because you're, because you're true. The life of loser for how tragic, what are you just, you just like, I mean, go to a moose.
Because you're true. It's not everybody else's truth. So you have all these people running around with their own truth. And that's why there's a lot of budding heads in that way. And we should be able to to share our faith and other people share their faith and have wonderful beautiful discussions and grow.
