I have been working with quantum mechanics in this invisible space of healing...
And now with AI, I am actually making a short movie. It's just like a short little thing.
“Yeah. So I have been able to visualize what it looks like when I'm doing a healing session on the inside of your body.”
Dr. Lauren Pirra is a compassionate, holistic, and forward-thinking doctor of natural medicine, and the founder of her eponymous wellness practice. Anchored by her deep expertise in nervous system regulation, she helps individuals balance their physical structure and safely release deep-seated emotional tension, empowering them to heal from within, and setting a new standard for integrative health, everyday resilience, and lasting mind-body harmony. I have this guy came to me. He had severe PTSD from 9/11. He was a police officer and firefighter.
Okay. And was there when it all happened? Yes. And he would come and see me, and it was able to move and shift where the trauma was being held.
People are finally waking up, like they are ready, and I feel now having conversations with people that they're like, "Yeah, yeah."
And they know about the necklace, and they know about the beads, so I feel people are ready, and that excites me. Because that means that I'm not the only one doing it anymore, that everyone else is coming into the conversation. It spans the globe, like a super-highest cold in your day health. Today, Apple is going to reinvent the globe. It's not over! I'm telling how we're...
The living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy. And it's extremely dangerous on the world. Oh, that is sensational, too. Open! She'll come up with the lead, you say, "Well, in response is not on the ground. You can live your dream." Hi, and welcome back to another episode of Living Your Legacy Podcasts, your host, Jason Langen.
And we are here in beautiful sunny Miami Beach. We've had some rain, but it's back to being sunny. The flowers are out. It's really pretty. I was taking photos on the way to work today. Because it's so pretty right now. It's beautiful.
But we have here a special guest who's been through an incredible journey with just finished shooting.
So introduce yourself and tell us what's important. Tell us a good stuff. Jordan, hi, I'm so happy to be here. My name is Dr. Lauren Pira, and I am here for Mom Prenores. I am a doctor of natural medicine. I specialize in frequencies and bioelectric medicine. But also the entrepreneur side is I have an AI acquisitions fund.
And I have built an operating system, is RXOS, that blends natural medicine and wellness with financial health. Okay, okay. Wow, that's a lot to take in.
“It is a lot. Let's take a step back first. Where are you coming from?”
Well, so I lived in Miami for 15 years. Oh wow. My first two children here. I had my girls here. And then we had the blessing to live in Hawaii for four years. Okay. Wow. So I had my third son, Rocky. Which one do you like better? Miami? Hawaii?
It's super different. I love Miami. Yeah. I do. I do. I do. Super different. But I'm sure the water over there is cold. Here it's nice and warm. Yes. I love the warm water and I listen. It was beautiful living out there. I don't think I would do it again. Okay. No. So if that says anything. So now where are you? Okay. So now I'm in Sarasota.
Sarasota. Okay. Not far then. Yeah. All right. So you drew three hours. We drew over.
“Yeah. Beautiful. Beautiful. Okay. So wow. A lot to take in. Do we want to handle the doctor or the AI acquisitions?”
Sure. Okay. So yeah. Tell us a little bit about it. Yeah. I mean, you know, having four kids, right? So we'll put that out there. I've got the four. I had the two girls here and then I had my two boys. So this is capital Montprenores with a capital. This is four kids. You know, you don't hear four kids often that today. But right. And I would be interested watching the rest of the episodes.
How many kids the rest of us have to so I can see more. So I can see more. Well, keep it a little chart now. I want to be able to support them because it's so important that we find that balance. Yeah. You know, because my first job is mom. Yeah. Okay. That is hands down and everything that I do. The first four jobs. It sounds like. Yes. And it's like beyond full time.
Yeah. But I have amazing support. They're their dad's very helpful.
But, you know, mom first and then everything I do builds on that. And so moving into natural medicine. So my father is a doctor. Okay.
His father was a doctor.
Not cool. Right. So I went into natural medicine. Okay.
So I, okay. Natural medicine is great. But I hear I read a little bit about your background and you have an incredible journey that you went through.
And I'm kind of confused because I hear your grandfather was a doctor, right? Yes. But I read in your bio that you a kind of experience homelessness for a while and gone through some some crazy times.
“I had some hard times. Yeah. So how does a child of a, of two a grandpa or a father like how do you, how does that happen?”
That's alcoholism in addiction. Okay. Yeah. And so I, I was sharing in the big interview.
And we touched on it a little bit because it's not, it's not the big thing.
Yeah. No, I'm just a little bit. No, because I was shocked. I was like, okay. Wow. And again, I am proud to talk about it because I recover out loud. So if anybody is watching and they're struggling and they need help, like you can call me. Okay. Like, and I, I will keep it anonymous and all of those things because I want people to know there is life after struggle.
“But I was also adopted. Okay. And so I think the genetic piece of that we didn't know, like when my parents adopted me,”
I don't know what you're going to get. Yeah. When you're doing a baby and so I think that there was the genetic piece. And, you know, environmentally had a beautiful life. Yeah. I was in private school. So I was a ballerina. Wow. I was a tennis player. It happens. I had the best of everything. And it just happened. And I also share this over there. I have a genetic mutation, which is called MTHFR. Okay. I don't know if you know what that is.
I have never heard of that. And so I don't detox properly. The way other people do that don't have it sugar and alcohol because alcohol is sugar.
Right. And so when I would drink, my body couldn't get rid of it. So we like, oh, wait an hour, you know, sober up and then you can leave the party. It would take me hours to get it out of my sister. Okay. So having the MTHFR, maybe having the addiction from my birth parents, we don't know. But those two things put together. Got a little hairy for a little while there. And I have had to sleep in my car, sleep in places where nice girls from the country clubs should be sleeping. All right. So I see the basis of a movie here.
I know. I know. I would love to do that. I have had people ask me and I love to do that.
“Well, I mean, life is such like when you grow older, you get to appreciate everyone's story, you know, especially working here where I get the honor to talk to so many amazing people, right?”
We've all had so many different roads, you know? So, and sometimes it's those hard time to become our kind of badge of honor, you know, our armor as well. So you grew, you, you actually, you got out of it, right? You worked, you worked your butt off, went to, went to doctor school and then studied neuro something. It was actually a little backwards. It was different. I didn't get my doctorate in national medicine until much later. I actually went into addiction first and I went college for therapy and counseling and I specialized in addiction
because I had survived it. So I wanted to give back. So I worked in the hospitals, the detox centers and the rehabilitation centers. So I was in that space first and then from there, I was realizing how limited the healing was and that there was so much spiritual work that was not happening in there and then I went into quantum medicine. Okay. And that's when I started working in, you know, energy medicine and so I did that for years and years. Okay. And that's what I did first and then I was like, that's so interesting because I speak to a lot because we just started America's best doctors, right? I show here and I have been speaking to a lot of doctors and some of them are into natural medicines and one thing that our system kind of doesn't do is focus on the natural side of the healing side is spiritual side.
All the natural things. Yeah. I mean, so when I was in college, I studied sociology, right? And we talked about mung refugees coming over right and then trying to put them into our medical system right into our hospitals and to these Western doctors. And all they needed, right, was was to sacrifice a chicken to some kind of spiritual stuff and then honestly, they would do these studies and it really helped them, you know, it's like, but until they had it was like, okay, well invite the shaman in, you know, let's cool off on the sacrificing of a chicken for now, right, maybe a little later outside, but it did it did help them, you know, that is the end goal, right, that there is not one size fits all.
Yes.
Yeah, here's a, here's a script pad, you know, sign it and then pop it. Yeah, and I'm the opposite of that, you know, moving into natural medicine and and frequencies specifically, okay, you know, in the world of frequencies, there's no drugs, there's nothing you can become addictive to. It's non-transdermal, it's not actually going into your blood. So it's such a tell us about the world, the free frequencies and medicine, I guess, or yeah, I mean, it's a really beautiful modality of healing because
there's no side effects. Okay. There's nothing that you could get addicted to. So if I have some of that comes to me and they're like, they're on oxycontons and they're on porcusons, you know, I don't know if I'm allowed to name medications, they're not. Sorry, I don't know if I'm allowed to say that.
“I think our viewers are a little older here. We can handle there. Okay, I just want to say appropriate, you have these things in A, you're having a side effect to it. So if you're taking a pill for something, then it's giving you four other things.”
Yeah, versus if you come and you get specific frequencies, you can tune it in dial it in to what you need, you're only getting that. Okay, is this like, is this like I see least these kind of like
little little things that you put on your chest that have like a low tone frequency that like activates the vagus, never something like that. There are those. Yeah, I mean, some is junk and some is good. Okay, so you really have to do your research figured out because what has happened unfortunately in the wellness world is everyone is trying to just buy stuff off of Ali Baba and write their name on it and white label it and sell it as other things. Really have to do your research to see what's good and what's not good, but yes, tone is one kind of frequency, but the frequencies I'm talking about that I use you cannot hear it is right frequencies by electric frequencies and you can tune and change them to your specific needs, but they work on bacteria they work on pathogens. Okay, I'm sure the research is so interesting.
So cool, it is so cool. That's like, you know, when you get older and then you're just kind of go down the rabbit hole of some of this stuff and you're just like, wow, because when you see kind of like, you know, what the frequencies does I'm really into music and sound and all that stuff. So they play like different bass frequencies and then they show the pattern that it makes because they put like all this sand the sound of the bass and the by neural beats and so there is music and I do use that frequencies in my RXOS my operating system.
“I have generated my own music tones and my own meditations and behind those, they're specifically formulated to get you into data. So you can you're playing like a neural sympathy.”
That's the symphony of tones that we can't even hear, but it's like, you know, so in the guided meditations, you can hear those and they'll take you into theta and low alpha.
And then there's words behind it to guide you in and down. Like some ASMR kind of stuff. Totally, my daughters have the long fancy nails and they walk around tapping on things all that love it. OK, wow, very cool. And so what kind of people find you like what kind of people are looking for this particular thing.
“People that find me are sick and tired of being sick and tired. The people that are overwhelmed with.”
No, listen, I don't want to come across it all traditional medicine is bad. If I have an infection, I need antibiotics. I'm taking it. Yeah, I know, I know one of these crazy like I swear off everything and all I do is eat, you know, like raw spinach.
Yeah, there is amazing science out there.
We need people that are just waking up more though, you know, a lot of information is out there. So people that just be more careful because there's a lot of. Like it just seems like the tiny print of what you're taking is getting longer and longer. Yeah, you know, at the end of the commercial. The commercial is only like 10 seconds now. And then the fast speedy fine print that they say at the end is now like 30 seconds. I don't even watch those anymore. I just turn it off. The people that look for me have tried most other traditional things and it hasn't worked.
Yeah, or it kind of worked, but then something else happened. Yeah, you know, and they're either scared nervous about going back to a traditional route. Now, listen, there's only so much I can do. If you need surgery, you need surgery. If you have you do spine, I can't do that, right? But what I really try to do is prevention, right?
So when I was getting my doctorate, I specialized in natural oncology. So a lot of that is prevention.
How do we say is healthy as we possibly can to ward off cancer as long as pos...
Yeah.
I also took specific quantum cancer courses. So if it does come online.
Quantum makes everything sound so much cooler. It is so cool. It is cool, quantum everything.
“I mean, hello, how many people can say that they've taken a quantum cancer course?”
Yeah, I know. Yes, and I'm sure with AI now, everything just must be like, I don't know. As a creative, right, the AI anxiety of stuff coming every week. It's a new tool, it's a new technology, and it's just coming at you so fast. I am, I'm totally here for it too.
I'm here for it too, but you get that anxiety of like, it's coming too fast. Oh, it's so then breathe. That your nervous is that you can only hold what you have capacity for, right? And then you're feeling, how is the AI coming quickly? And is it, how is it? Well, talking about the quantum piece, right?
Let's go to that, like how cool it sounds for years for 20 years. Yeah. I have been working with quantum mechanics in this invisible space of healing. Mm-hmm.
And there's no way for me to articulate how that actually looks.
And now with AI, I am actually making a short movie. It's just like a short little thing. Yeah. So I have been able to visualize what it looks like when I'm doing a healing session on the inside of your body. Oh, well.
So you can see the cells repairing. Okay. You can see the blood flowing.
“Wow, because these different tones have different effects on the cells and the microbiology.”
Yeah. But even not even using the frequencies, even when I'm doing it from my consciousness. Because that is body talk, that is quantum heat. Yeah, yeah. So I even need the frequencies of my brain.
That's just, yeah. Yeah. I just had actually someone that here that was talking about hypnotism, right? Yeah. And hypnotism is rewiring your brain because it's like, if you keep on telling yourself something,
then the pathway gets more kind of like a beaten path, right? Yeah. It turns into a path into a road, right? But if you stop telling yourself that and telling yourself something else, you stop using that pathway and it kind of gets worn down again and you form other major pathways.
Right? So you can like actually rewire your brain that way, you know? Yeah. Is this something similar that you're talking about? Yeah.
There is, and I have studied NLP and things like that. And we just want to make sure when we're making major shifts, though, I find that my work holds better when my clients are awake and consciousness. There's a piece that gets lost sometimes.
“So it's good for like if you need to quit smoking.”
And like things like that, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's all important work and it is all in the same space. Sorry. So what do you most excited about in your field right now?
Oh, my gosh.
I am most excited that like you said, people are finally waking up.
Like they are ready. Like it has been a lonely road for me. And like, has been, you know, we started this, you know, quantum medicine and frequencies. The educational piece of trying to explain to people what it is. They'd be like, you know, like no one's home.
And it was very difficult. And I feel now having conversations with people that they're like, yeah. Yeah. And they know about the necklace and they know about the beads. And they know about the beads.
Yeah. So I feel people are ready and that excites me because that means that I'm not the only one doing it anymore that everyone else is coming into the conversation. Yeah. So tell us some some success stories.
You know that that you've had of people coming into your office. You've done that you've done this. Oh gosh. Let's pick a good one. Well, let's do okay.
So I have this guy came to me. He had severe PTSD from 9/11. He was a police officer and firefighter. Okay. And he was there when it all happened.
Yes. And he had extreme pain in his back. You couldn't even put your finger on him. Couldn't even touch him. And it looked right like this.
Yeah. And the not sleeping and the flashbacks and all of the things. It couldn't even take a back scratch. No, no, no. My job.
Yeah. Whatever else it was. But, you know, I'm talking about frequencies and doing these work. And he would come and see me. And it was able to move and shift where the trauma was being held.
And I would have to go back in my notes to look. But his trauma was specifically in, you know, his C7 vertebrae or his L5 vertebrae. Yeah. I can go in there and remove those pieces. And to see a grown man break into tears and release all of the trauma.
And not just like couch therapy. Like we're sitting here talking about it. Yeah. So he's releasing that piece. But I am releasing what was actually stored on a molecular level.
Whoa.
And it's all shifting. Yeah.
And then you could touch him a little easier.
Yeah. And like session after session. And he was like, can you explain that to the the muggle. Right. You're like the wizard right now.
I'm like the muggle. And you're saying you're kind of removing that. Removing that on a molecular level. Right. So for me is you know, I'm thinking like, man, right, you're going in there.
And you're just shrinking yourself and you're like, do whatever. But it's not like that. But that's how I feel. Okay. But that is how I feel.
“And that's why I'm making the video to show that.”
Right. So in the consciousness pieces. And it's something that I call psychic surgery. So like if you're looking at my fingers. As if there are energetic extensions coming out from each of my fingers.
Okay. So I have all of these protocols memorized. Right. And so there's just hundreds of what body part is it in, what essence is it in? Is it nerve?
Is it bone? Is it blood? And then I get the directions. Here. I get the directions.
Yeah. And gives me want to do. And then I go in with my energetic right with the consciousness. And in energy and essence. And can move and change and manipulate what's going on.
And you clear and release it. Have you ever had rakey rakey. I was just thinking about that. I've never had it. But I've had people tell me like that weren't believers.
And then they did it. And they were just like, oh my god. Yeah. Right. And so it's rakey is energy healing.
Yeah. I also practice. I'm also a rakey master. And I also practice medical chigong. Okay.
You know this. I've heard it. I had a friend that did try gong. Yeah. She gong.
It's medical chigong. So it's all the same. And you're holding energy and essence.
“But with what I do with the quantum side of it.”
I actually have. The program and the protocol. Wow. To know where to go. So like rakey and chigong is more like in essence.
And what I do is very specific. Like down to is it DNA RNA? What is it? Yeah. Wow.
So so many. And just real quick. Before we end things. Tell us about the AI acquisition company. Yeah.
Yeah. That sounds really exciting. Love it. It sounds like you're at the forefront of what's going on. And you want a piece.
I do. I do. And I want to talk about that. And then I want to talk about the other side of it too. Sure.
Which is kind of like the dark side. Right. But it's important to me. But you know blending wellness and natural medicine. I have a platform which I call power pleasure and profit.
Okay. And what I have is built out. And I have. Power pleasure and profit. I have the protocols.
And then orgasm Rx and exit Rx. Okay. And I have all of those housed under Rx OS, which is a whole operating system. Which helps people get healthy. Move into making money.
Yeah. Then once you make money, which I can help them do with AI, then I have my high ticket offer on the end. It's called reach grid. And reach grid is the name of my AI acquisition firm. And that is when you're ready to beef it up.
I put in the secretaries, the robots. Okay. All of the things and we do all of your marketing.
I've never been like that.
And it's not just an agent like I have a team of 50 people. Oh wow. That I work with. Yeah. Yeah.
So it's not just like we're putting in like some kindergarten shenanigans. It's like I have an entire team that works for me. But I want to talk about how excited I am. Yes. To be in this field.
And this is why you know over. I think we almost two years ago got certified to be AI. And like I keep leveling up in it. Because I think there's a bubble.
“I think that there is, you know, you have to get in it early.”
Learn what you can. And then there's only going to be so much. Yeah. But so I'm staying in front of it. And we've seen so many of these internet bitcoins seems like it's almost kind of reach a little bit.
This bubble. And then it's got of course got a bounce back. Yeah. Yeah. But yes, this this one seems different.
It does. It does. So technology. The others couldn't. Kind of.
Inhumanity. Well, so I feel with that though, you know, like technology is not going anywhere. Yes. You know, like if someone was say to you right now, you're not allowed to use your cell phone anymore. You'd be like, what dude, right?
Yeah. I mean, everybody needs it. But we know that it emits. EMFs, right? So you ever see those little stickers that go in the back or talk about the pendants, right?
That you can protect yourself. So you stay healthy because people give me a lot of crap sometimes. They're like, how can you be a natural doctor in years, but you're still doing AI and like the water crisis, right? Do you see all of this stuff that's going on in the news and Aaron Brockovich and she's doing the whole thing. And it does concern me.
Yeah. I am not turning a blind eye to it. I have started researching. Well, what are the solutions?
And there are a lot of really amazing companies that have been working on cooling self cooling chips.
Recycling water, not using water at all to make sure that we're using AI and building things.
With respect to the communities.
Yeah.
I don't want to hurt people.
Like, that's the opposite of what I do. Of course. I also understand. And it's not going anywhere. Yeah.
So how do we use AI but do it ethically? Thank God. That all has to do with getting to I'm going to I'm a sci-fi nerd. No.
“To get to a what is it a type two civilization or a type one civilization is when we can use all the power of our planet, right?”
Right.
And then yeah, type two would be using all the power of the sun.
So if we can, you know, have AI and not be so wasteful with energy. Right. That leads us towards a type one. It's true. But it's, you know, the cell towers also.
I mean, it's all technology. Right. Google, Google, they already have data.
You know, centers everywhere.
“It's just AI is the newest one and getting the most attention.”
So, you know, I do donate a part of all of the money that I make into research for ethical practices for AI. So I feel really good about that. I am doing it right. I'm trying to do it right. Yeah.
Because like, you know, I'm doing both. Lovely. Yeah. And how do people find you? So you can go to my website as easiest is my name.
Yeah. So Dr. Lauren Pira.com. That's easiest. My reach grid is reach grid marketing.com. So you can go there and all over my socials.
So you can just find me Facebook. Amazing. Ted talk. It sounds like a fantastic episode. It's been a pleasure to meet you and talk about stuff.
And this is just a tip of the iceberg, you know.
“And that's why I can't wait for her episode to come out.”
But thank you so much for joining us. And have a safe drive back to Sarasota. Thank you so much. Thanks for having me. Awesome.
All right. Cheers, everyone. Thank you for joining us. And stay tuned for the next episode.
