I thought this was really weird So apparently Mike Feldman ended up going to the today show and talking to her team like her colleague And page six reported on this and they said that it was emotional, but he thanked them for their support

Work with these people, but he showed up at her job to think her colleagues I heard this she was like sending them emails and updates and thanking them herself like just you know

Brian and 10 so yes, it was yesterday the day before yesterday There were reports that the images that we had of the perpetrator on Nancy Guthrie's porch Like the same person on different days or likely multiple people Unsur and so Brian and 10 is reported on this as well. He's saying that he stands by his sources that claimed that these were Images taken on two different days. I'm assuming his sources are with the FBI because it's only sheriff nanos that's disputing these

I don't know but apparently the reason there are no timestamps on the images is because I guess There was no subscriptions because there was no subscription. There were no timestamps and tributed to the footage But it's also weird like I need to know how like what and how did they get this footage and is there footage of Nancy that night?

Can we is there footage that proves that she really did come home? Do we see her walking by I mean it's kind of hard if she didn't walk with in range of motion

Her sister and so it would make sense that if that was part of the reason Ashley got caught out cut out and she's Known Hilary and Hayley for a while it would make sense why she would then still have more of a relationship and abandon you know Situation with Hayley if they're you know values and politics are more aligned than hers with Hilary and the other celebrity moms that Traditionally Hollywood leans a little more liberal leans a little more towards the left

She's not my favorite interview with her and I got so frustrated during this interview Because like if you're gonna interview somebody and you're gonna get the tea out of them or you're gonna have a real conversation with them

Then you're gonna ask them the real questions and what I find so frustrating about Alex Cooper is she asks such like benign Love surface level questions. She doesn't dig any deeper. It doesn't appear. She knows her guests all that well Like she doesn't appear very well researched in some of her things like if I interviewed Hillary Doff I would be like I would know all the talking points

I would push out as follow-up questions like I would be like let's have a real conversation

“Because like the audience wants to know these things right at this point Hillary's already talked about”

We don't talk anymore being about Haley and yet when Alex asks her about it She's like, you know There's some rumors. There's you know this song Because we don't talk and like some people think that they think that it's who it's about So like what like what do you have to say about like who the people think that about like who it's about

Why you know and like get into it be like what you know There's so much people loved your relationship with you and Haley and we have noticed that there has been some distance You obviously have opened up about you know not talking to your sister anymore Do you hope that show respond? Did you guys have a falling out like what like you know I mean my god, she's a great producer, but a really bad interview exactly like she's a great producer

I agree, but my god is she terrible at interviewing like ask straight questions don't dance around even I know how to dance around certain topics. You have to massage the eagle a little bit like I haven't even done a whole lot of a whole lot of Interviews recently, but like even I know how to dance around delicate questions and you know make my guest feel safe enough like I feel like that was a talent that I had when I was doing more interviews on the podcast

Was I knew how to get my guest to feel safe and to open up and to share and part of sharing is you then like the audience feels more connected to at the end of the day My

goals with my interviews were always to make sure that the audience loved you by the end of it and part of loving you is either getting some tea from you

Getting the different insight into you, you know making you seem more relatable Especially when it comes like the more polarizing people like Stossy Shrown, I loved interviewing Stossy right after her cancellation. I loved interviewing Erica Jane. She was the first real like unfiltered hour that I got With Erica after her Tom Drawdy, you know legal scandal with Drawdy Kease and the imbezzlement's can't like it was just Alex Frustrates me as an interviewer because if she dances around the questions doesn't ask any follow-ups

Like kind of just like touches on it, it's like okay, she's like kind of she gave us a word or two and that word or two can make a headline and Like the quotes are just so stupid But Hillary does say in this interview that she felt used she's a name actually specifically, but like obviously We're talking about Ashley the fact that You know what's her name didn't even bring it up Alex didn't even bring it up was annoying

But whatever Let's see. I don't get the fascination with color daddy I did at the beginning when call her daddy was like a big cultural Like it had a really popular Like cult following when it was with bar stool and it was a solely sex podcast and then there was the fallout with Sophia

And I feel like that fallout with Sophia is what catapulted call her daddy into like The zeitgeist right like they really

And she was able to strike a really solid deal with Spotify and it was like a novel deal right like Joe

Rogan had a really incredible deal with Spotify and then Alex Cooper was the next one to sign that level of deal

That ultimately then catapulted her into just a different category of talent And then once the show became like super mainstream and once it became about celebrity interviews That's where I feel like it kind of just fell off, you know And I just Not the biggest fan of her her celebrity interview. So I just feel like they're a lot of fluff

The podcast didn't become successful because of interview and celebrities exactly it was successful for other reasons and it had a cold following for other reasons Now I feel like I don't get the following of color daddy either. I feel like a lot of the color daddy Like the daddy gang. I feel like they're still very loyal to Alex But I don't know if they have the same love for the show that they used to have back when the show was different Before it evolved into this celebrity interview style show where again, there's just not a whole lot of

Anything that comes out of these episodes now. There's not not a lot of depth. There's not a lot of I mean Maybe occasionally you get like a good headline or something a good singer, but for the most part I just Zach, I would love for you to interview Brian Benton. Oh my god, that would be amazing

We're forgetting what that era of pop culture was It was snarky like this was the peak era of celebrity snark hello This was the era of Perez Hilton this was the era that berth Perez Hilton who was drawing Dix on celebrities faces Okay, so listen good on you Kelly Cotron because at this point I do think it's a bit hypocritical

Granite I do think Tyra was awful. Okay. I think she was a diva. I think she was doing anything for ratings I think she was willing to exploit anybody in any situation as long as it delivered good ratings good for the network all of that right Sharey Shepherd actually defended Tyra really well and she's just like listen nobody was giving Black women opportunities like that at that point. You know she's like I'm sure there were decisions that were tough For Tyra to have to make but she'd had to make them to keep her show on the air and again

Watching this we all were complicit in that culture right you watched America's next hot model You lived for their reads you wanted to see what crazy thing Tyra banks made the next girl do What she got a gap and she made her closer cap whoa She made her shave her head whoa She's making them walk in these crazy high heels whoa. Why do you think it made it that long on the air

Why do you think it was as successful as it showed as it was for that long because you were watching it You liked you lived for the drama That's what the culture was we've learned we've grown we're not there anymore, but don't say here in act like you weren't watching that show week after week And you weren't obsessed what was going on and you didn't watch it because oh my god It's so aspirational and I wanted to see the girl become a model

Because we and I say we because I was complicit in that culture culture as well during that era of pop culture We watched it because we were oh my god did you see what oh my god did you watch oh my god That's just what the culture was and so I think it's a bit hypocritical for them to all come out and drag Tyra Like yes, she was awful at that point like and I'm not saying that she wasn't awful

That's what the modeling industry was it was so critical of women's bodies. It was so critical and picking people apart

And part of it was like this pecking order right the people that were on top that made the decisions They were mean but they were mean because there was something some insecurity in them some Bully you know was mean to them in school and so this was their way of getting their power back But that was reflective of what that industry was at that time and reality TV was crazy It was the wild wild west back that and that's why we watched it because it was crazy, okay?

Maybe there was an element of that but that's not the main reason you were watching it. You were watching it because it was entertaining Now to tie or push the limits absolutely, but they all push the limits including Jay Manuel including Miss Jay Including Janice Dickinson. I don't remember Was it Nigel? I don't remember him really doing much. He was kind of like the nice one that kind of was like let me keep the piece right And also to that same credit

Same goes for the people that signed up for these shows. They were hungry They wanted the fame. They wanted the TV time like they were hungry for it's like housewives now

When you see someone of these housewives that joined these shows a lot of them don't join like the real money

And the real people that like have that affluent. They're not joining reality TV anymore You only joined it if you're thirsty and you want it or you need the paycheck You either want the fame or you want the money and in some cases a lot of these rich ladies want the

“But you also know that there's a cross you have to bear right?”

They wanted to be in modeling that's what the industry was in modeling so it's not like anything that the judges were saying was Anything unique to what they would have been said on a casting call Everyone was willing to go on these shows. They were all willing to make a deal with the devil and then they get pissed when it didn't work out in their favor But that's the gamble you take when you're making a deal with the devil right that's how the game worked That's how the cookie crumble is you knew that going in and you still signed up for it because why you wanted to be famous?

You wanted to be notable you wanted to be somebody in the industry You knew that if you became famous You would be ripped apart by Perez Hilton and at that time that was like a badge of honor for people that wanted to be famous during that era of pop culture Right, it's different from like child stars like Britney Spears Lindsay low hand like those were kids that didn't have a choice their parents pushed them into that of the young age and those

And they've been very tragic stories looking at Amanda Bines tragic stories that's very different from people that were Signing up to be on reality television right these were adults maybe some of them were young Maybe some of them were impressionable maybe some of them shouldn't have been joining the show. I agree with all of that But at the same time the shows on the air you get to see what the show is you get to watch what the show is Season after season after season or cycle after cycle you saw the way the judges were picking apart these girls

You saw the way the judges were tearing down these women. It's a competition I'm sorry not everybody gets a trophy on these shows and that's the way it was designed and you knew that going in Like I don't believe that all of these people were that naive The shows are on the air. It's not like a job that you know nothing about with the boss that ends up being terrible Because you sign up for a job and you thought it was going to be something in the ended up being something else

You know why because you could fucking turn on your TV and watch the show and see what Janice Dickens was likely to say about you if They're saying that about every other girl on that show You're gonna tell me you're gonna be the lucky one that comes on and gets out unscathed Come on or even when it comes to like oh well I thought that it was gonna give me a booming modeling career. I'm sorry you joined on cycle seven

Look at the last six cycles before you did any of them have this big booming career that you wanted I don't know if they did like you're a grown-in a person to make a decision you signed to deal with the devil And this is just the game this is the the result that you got By taking that gamble right if you watched America's next hot model you knew that there was a chance that Tyra Banks was going to rip you apart or Janice or Miss J or J Man you just like American Idol
