I think that's better than most, how about this?

And it's better than most, better than most. [MUSIC] I expect anything different. [MUSIC] >> Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the Not-Lang-Up Live Show,

presented by Titleist Sully here. We have so much golf to talk about this week. Join by my guy, Mr. DJ Pi, hello, Pyman. >> Hello, Sully, good to be with you. That's it, man.

>> That's, that's a golf. >> That's all day right there, that I'm buzzing. That was great stuff. >> That was fun, T.C. is here, hello, T.C. >> Greetings, gentlemen.

A lot of anchoring disgusts tonight. >> Oh my God. These are bad bad bad people. >> No, don't worry, you can enjoy T.C. on a lot, don't throw me at all that would quite yet.

Let's have the discussion. >> We can have that discussion, you guys are bad people. If we learn nothing from the rules pod, T.C. Call it in. If you, if you really do believe it,

>> I already have, sorry, I already have. >> And what if they determined? >> Uh-huh, I didn't do this, we'll get there. >> Listen to that pot, I feel like we need to have Neal be the final arbiter of this.

>> We keep getting emails, you guys here, you get three options.

>> We need to have rules pod, like you should have an expert on it.

Like you guys are putting misinformation out in the world. >> Sure. >> We corrected it, we corrected the record on that. Guys, a lot of golf talk about from around the world. Here are your winners, Okshay Betea,

Wins the Bay Helmetational Ricky Castileo, Wins the Puerto Rico, Open Dan Bradbury, Wins the Joburg Open, Doc Redmond, Wins the Astara, Chile Classic, Han Rom Wins Live, Hong Kong, and the Four Aces, claimed the team title, Meekang Lee, Wins the Blue Bay LPGA,

Isabella Fierro, Wins the Atlantic Beach Classic. I don't know if there's a week that has that many tournaments going on all around the world all at one time. >> But, we're all just kidding.

>> We never do senior tour shoutouts in here,

but yes, Zac Johnson also won in his Champions Tour, take a few teasing on a dark day for golf. >> It's closing in a thousand likes on X the Everything App. I think that's a bigger number than anything that champ stores done in months, maybe years.

Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that it's Ryan Ormer's day view today, too. The mules are arriving in mass champs tour. >> I'm sure the Champions Tour is greatly appreciating the engagement you're giving them.

>> And as interesting stat, you know my data guy I'm a throw stat at you right from the jump. 65% of players using a title golf ball on the PGA tour adds some kind of marking to their ProVie1 or ProVie1 X golf ball to help them with alignment.

Of course, not just the pros players at all levels line up to their target on the greens with a marking on their golf ball. That is why whatever title golf ball model you play, there's a unique alignment integrated

marking design available to help you. For ProVie1 family models, you can choose from two designs. There's a single colored line with aim performance and an extended three line side stamp

designed with aim enhanced. Just last week, title is launched launch new AVX tour soft velocity and true feel aim golf ball models. So you can check those out as well.

Title is done a lot of research on alignment tendencies. They found that Amter golfers using aim designs were up to 35% more precise in a lining their ball to their target than with a standard side stamp or with no line at all.

So if you line up your golf ball on the greens, you want to make sure that line is pointed right to where you're looking go to titleis.com

to learn more about what golf ball you should be playing

and explore new aim offerings across the entire titleis golf ball family. We're going to start at Bay Hill. Of course, going live, you're shortly after the finish of this one DJ won't you take us

on a summary if not everyone caught that one live.

- So I thought you'd never ask Daniel Burger.

It's been too long since we saw our guy Daniel Burger. He took a one shot lead into the final round over Oxet Batilla trying to go wire to wire at Mr. Palmer's place. He was leading my five at the halfway point today,

which is, man, I would have lost some money if I was putting on putting any of it down on how that was gonna go. - But halfway point of the tournament. - At the halfway point of the tournament.

- The halfway point of the tournament. - Sure, sure, sure. That's right. Well, as he was up by four though, at the turn today, I think. - I think that career four, yeah.

- Yeah, it was a big lead today. In saying ball striking numbers for Burger all week, but through those first two rounds for sure, Oxet Bird is 10 and 11 to get within three shots today as was Ludwig Oberk T.C., interested to talk about

the great man's flash of a return there. And an interesting shirt, we can talk about that.

Got interesting when D.

on 13, interesting play, some good audio capture by NBC as he's trying to figure out how to extricate himself, how to play away from the hole, how to work, get one up and down just to say bogey as Oxet rolled in his fourth birdie in a row.

To cut the lead to one there on 13, D.B., T.C., five in a row was in play at that point. Stayed that way until Oxet bogey, the 15th hole, and Oxet proceeds to almost make it two. On 16, hits it to three feet, six inches to set up

an eagle, kind of a half eagle on that little microphone. - Oh my God. If I, if I may, burger three-puts 17, great shop by Oxet into 17, almost makes a birdie there as well. And they're tied going to 18, burger mix from over 13 feet

for par to extend it to a playoff a little bit of jawing going with maybe some people having some fun in the crowd. I heard a lot of no pressure chance. I heard a lot of, just strange. I don't know who's yelling at D.B.,

who's trying to get under Daniel Burger's skin. - Kick those guys.

- Take in a while, I think that's what it was.

- Well, maybe that's true, too. But we get to a playoff between him and Oxet, and Daniel Burger makes bogey is not able to two-pot from what 600 feet there on the other side of the boomerang green.

- That's just some dissension with his caddy. - There was a couple, yeah, a couple. Very interesting caddy discussions, certainly in those, you know, the last little regulation

and then in the playoff, and Oxet taps in for his third

PGA tour victory, solid, let's start with Oxet. Obviously, what do you see from your beautiful boy out there today? - He was electric, he was all over the place, a little bit shot two over on the front nine,

but a back nine, 31 that had a bogey as well. Made four birdies and an eagle on the back nine was quite lucky that ball stayed up in regulation with that approach shot into 18. - There was to the rough there.

- We're very, very, very thick strip of rough there. I don't know if I, I think that shot's hard enough as it is. I don't think a, I don't necessarily, not all strips of rougher equal here TC,

for the risk reward drivable 15th hole, a travelers that's 280 yards, I think that ball should not stop. 18 at Bay Hills, one of the hardest frickin' holes I've ever seen.

- Rock should be higher. - Yeah, TC and I had some proprietary stuff. You can't, we're gonna copyright a lot of that stuff that was in Slack, some of those ideas. Build that rock wall up higher, more rocks,

take away the rough, we got some interesting, I think, design, boomerang green idea, it is sick. - Did you shave it all the way back? - Yeah. - Just break it back in other 30 or 40 yards.

- It was of course the hardest hole today. Also the 16th hole was not even close to the hardest hole, or the easiest hole at Bay Hills today. So you can take that half a year, you go back,

and you have to have to have 4.74 in scoring,

so not even-- - Only only a quarter of a shot on your par, okay. - I mean, that wasn't even, the fourth hole was, you know, I might have been the hardest part five out there today

if I looked TC, I think it was. So anyway, you can take that back. - OXA is, I feel like I've been writing for OXA, a lot, you know, privately, but amongst you guys, most definitely,

and publicly as much as possible, of like a huge believer in this guy's talent. This is clearly the biggest win of his career. I was a big fan of the path he took to getting here by passing college and basically just, you know,

if you're new or to the game, newer fan of the game and don't remember what it was like following OXA through the early phases. I mean, the guy was just, he would grab his clubs and go play

anywhere where there was a potential spot available. Monday, qualifiers on Cornferry, when he was 17, 18 years old all over the place,

and I always respected the faith he has in himself

and the belief he has in his game, and the lack of fear in his golf swing, I think makes him exciting to watch. And third, went all in playoff fashion. I was a little worried when he'd let loose a big fist pump

afterward after what happened at the Laro last year, but the biggest win of his career, I heard people there, of course,

don't remember. - Yeah, don't think I win as far as Randy

say he's going to be the next great master's champion. Next great master's lefty, but I'd be curious. Let's ask this question. "Does OXA win a major?" What do you guys have an answer to this one?

- Man, I don't know, it looks pretty tidy, it looks pretty fearless right now. If you're putting me on the spot to say, no, or yes, again, it's mathematically, I'll just say no, 'cause most people don't, but it wouldn't shock me.

How's that for a fence it? I'll say no, I'll say no. You can say, you can say "OxA is all over you." Next time, if he does win one, that's fine. I'll happily sit on that side of history.

- You asked this last year, I don't remember what I answered, but I asked this on the June 30th, 2024. Two years ago.

- At the NLU record, this was the first thing we ever put

in the NLU record, actually, was our answers to this question.

So, do you think he wins a major, TC?

- It depends on if they want to-- - Yes, you're no question, yes, you're no question. - Yes, you're no question. - I'll say yes. - So, you are officially changing your answer from 2024.

You and DJ were the loans pulled out to say that OXA would not win a major. And two years later, we are changing that prognostication. Neil and Randy were in the YES category, of course, I was as well. So, it was Scotty looking vulnerable.

Scotty's era might be over as well. I might open up some of these majors if we want to start giving some of these away. We got cautious there for a while, given away majors.

I think it's time to get reckless again.

- Yeah, I love it. I'm proud to see I had some consistency for once on that. That's great. Now, I'm going to triple down. So, I quibbled with your word electric

that you used on Slack, it was electric. Coming down the stretch, thank you. Shot in at 16, the shot in the 17 was awesome, even though it doesn't look as sexy. Shot into 18 in regulation was,

I mean, I don't know what other word you have for that one, other than just, it was half, yo, what are you doing? And half, that took some stones. That was electric. That's what we're looking for.

Very happy for Joe Griner. I'm buying into all of the, the lefty's a caddy, they're seeing the same shots. Stuff, I think that's great. I love that, that tidbit.

Joe seems like he's having a blast out there with him, speaks very, very highly of him and who he is, kind of on and off the course. So, it's a guy, I found myself weirdly gutted for Daniel Burger today.

I don't know why I was so, I got so into him, different shot maker, different guy who plays a different style of golf. But OXA fits that bill too. I mean, he was, he was hitting all kinds of shots.

He's driving it all over the map on the front front nine. And then really, like, got the t-shots under control when it mattered. And where did he say played with some anger out there, saw like, that's, that's exciting.

So I don't know, it was, it was great, man. That's just, I feel like Bayhill kind of crept into, it started to approach like slaggy, snoozer territory three, four years ago. And, you know, Scottie winning a couple times,

like that helps, Rory winning helps. But I don't know if this was, this was a good one. This was kind of as good as I can remember. You have a reason to be gutted for Daniel Burger, who was led the field in Stroke's game ball striking,

and was 12th in putting, like, you win when that happens, especially when OXA was negative 2.4 Stroke's game ball striking

this week, but first in putting, first around the greens.

I mean, he just, I don't know what that says about Bayhill.

I think we're gonna have some nice things to say about Bayhill

eventually, but you just rarely see somebody win a golf tournament without having their long game, really in any former fashion. And, but OXA was, was that good around the greens and that good on the greens?

And if I don't know if you guys want to take that lob to throw anything out there, first in anchoring too, yeah. No, I think OXA, like, it seems like he, like, having played with him, what last year at the BMW. Yeah, did you confront about the anchoring

when you play with him in the pro-am? Oh, I was looking closely. Oh, make himself part of this story. Yeah. But he, he, he works his ass off.

That's for sure. And like, that's been the case. Ever since he was on AJGA, he was just a range rat. Um, you know, so I, I think that's, like, it's, it's, it's very much a lebron thing.

I respect the guy's career. I don't have to like it, though. Sure, sure.

So, uh, no, I think the, I think the burger stuff,

like, I think it is understandable that you're gutted for him, not winning the age of like, I don't know, like, live from has been really good all week. And Rolfing, this was on Friday. I think Friday or Saturday.

Rolfing was talking about how, it was funny. He said, like, I don't want to say that Daniel Burger was cocky. But he was very arrogant. I was, I think this was for the same things for all. But it works.

Yeah.

Um, but he was basically he was like, the Daniel burger

that showed up on tour this year is a completely different person as far as just owning his career, owning his game, being really humble and self-fulfacing. And like, you know, kind of, um, I don't know. It just seems like he's, he's been through a hell of a lot

with his, like, he had that herniated disc. Uh, I think he broke his binger, like on them. He's not cool. Um, and just, yeah, just generally, I just, I love the way he plays golf.

He sees shots. He, like, he's got to have better drives on 18 there, both in regulation and on the playoff. He fell in love with that flight of driver. And it was working for the majority of this week,

but it let him down twice there, uh, especially because not only was he not in the fairway with it. It was, it was so far back, you know, and then, I don't know. Like, I loved him talking, talking his caddy off of it.

Like, they're up the left side on that second one.

I think the one in regulation was was a little bit concerning to

Of, like, great awesome put, like, great put to,

to take it to a playoff. But the layup just felt a little bit safe. Like it felt like they could have gotten a lot more out of that layup, and you know, gone farther and farther up the left.

Um, and we just, but I guess angles don't matter, right?

Well, I don't, I don't know why, um, because they're, when they're talking about it in the playoff,

they basically burger said, like,

like, it is either going to get on the, near the front of the green or short of it, uh, or in the bunker as in, like, all right, we're, we're, we're, we're trying to hit this in the bunker. And that, that's a hard bunker shot, but in, you know, in theory it is, but like you just got to get it kind of rolling on

that line, it's going to roll downhill to that cup. But, but why in regulation would you not be trying to get that in the bunker, then if you were, if you were, if you were fine to do that from the left side, there wasn't that much added risk. It didn't look like from the lie being as good as it was.

I get not taking seven ironing going right at the flag, because you go long of that pin into the back bunker, your toast. Like, that's not the play, but I guess I don't, I think it didn't in a matter because he didn't make it in the park. But we, but we would be sitting here kind of questioning that,

that layup at Burger, basically does call him off of like not laying

back too far again, because I don't think you wanted to try that again after going to that the first time. Yeah, it was a great first party hit, but yeah, it just didn't make any sense to me. He's catty saying, like, you know, basically, hey, I like you laying up here. And he's like, man, like, it's a playoff.

Like what we're going to do, like, not go for it here. And actually sitting in the middle of the fairway, 170 yards out, he's going to absolutely go for broke and go at the pin. You know, you got to play the win.

I think I don't know if I'd like to see Burger with someone more aggressive

there. Bad time for a rogue tracer from NBC. I don't know, it's probably not their fault with the tracer, but the tracer, I don't know, they got the divider what, but it looked like actually shanked that ball and it shows up in the middle of the green,

easy to put.

Burger, I mean, Burger, like, too, like, that was one of the

better ball striking performances I've ever seen. Thursday Friday, like the Thursday around in the Friday, around, like he was all of his parts that he made when he shot that low score Thursday, we're inside of like 10 or 12 feet. He was just flagging it.

Meanwhile, like he was 12 or 13 under. Meanwhile, everybody's complaining about the greens being dead. And the golf course being too hard and everything. Like, that was, he was kind of like, wanting to say, I don't know, man. Well, I think those two things are kind of related because I think the golf course

being the way it was was what made Daniel Burger so fun to watch this week. Especially with how in control of his iron was especially yesterday. Like, I had a blast watching yesterday's round, even on, you know, when the greens get that firm in that fast and that, you know, the line gets that thin between a great shot and a just occasion.

It just makes you lock in so much more on every single shot and being able to see Daniel Burger executing over and over and over and over made it so fun to watch golf. And it made it, if made it fun to watch, like I said, kind of every shot. Somebody hits it in the rough and you're immediately like, oh, can they hold it on the green or not?

You know, a shot that otherwise would be like, I was going to check my phone or I'm not really paying attention here. It's just heightened every single one of those shots.

And so it's, you know, I think players like buy in large.

There were, there was some complaining. So I don't know how much you want to take this after me. But I read like more, how is quotes and burger and a lot of the guys that were up there were just like, no, man, like, it's a hard test. It's supposed to separate.

It was playing good for who's not. And that's exactly how it felt watching it. It's hard. It's uncomfortable because it's a golf course condition that you can't simulate really anywhere.

You can't really practice for it. And it'd be probably too much of golf in general is like, you can simulate so much stuff on the range. You can practice your, but you chalk lines and do all, master all your putting techniques, you just need to get there. So get your speeds down, you know, exactly where it's like, to JT's comments, which I know

we're going to come up was like, he misses the cut by a mile and says, like, you know, yeah, I would like spend the weekend practicing. I'm not going to come out here in practice because there's no greens anywhere in the world, like this, they're, they're already dead. It's like, I would do that as a totally fair comment.

I don't think he's complaining. I don't think he's like, they were every single person that has talked about that they're dead. Burger said they were dead. Right. They're not dead.

What was Burger's comment? He said, yeah, Scotty said they were dead. He said, when you put it down, the putter just wants to slide. It feels like there's a US open. There's no friction. More a Kawas said there's, or JT said there's zero chance they're going to be alive on Sunday. More a Kawas said they're getting brown and they're going to be very,

very brown, if not purple by Sunday, it hits, have some rain hit Saturday. But like, that's pushed, they pushed those greens about as far as they could, which good on that. Like, that's a good thing. You're like, like, healthy and alive. Yeah, but like, that's just normal for you, man.

I don't know.

Like, the torque can only challenge you on like three or four courses a year as it is.

That's, like, you know that going into this event.

And I don't blame somebody like Rory for WDing and basically like, hey, you know what?

I'm going to go into the players next week for ash. Like, speed had some comments after the fact of like, yeah, like, like the like, like, KPC saw grass used to be able to do this in May when it was, you know, not overseen it or whatever, but there's really not that many opportunities to do this with the greens. And there's really not that many opportunities for the tour to actually challenge these guys.

And I think I think these guys need to make a decision whether they are okay being challenged. A few times a year, this is what the tour has to do and get it up to that line. Or they need to be okay with golf ball rollback or equipment rollback, right? But who who who who said it was on nobody said it was unfair. Like, the guys are commenting, we want guys to talk about conditions.

They're commenting on the greens being especially difficult and they were. That's where I'm like, oh, there was some itching on Thursday and Friday. Like, if you if you listen to live from the brand hole and roll and learn or like those guys were like, oh, yeah, they're grumbling all over the place and I mean, Scotty's attitude was just a trotious on these greens.

Did you use frustrated? He was frustrated. I don't know if like, I'm a little more towards where Sally is. Where it's like, I don't know if he was walking off saying like, this is unfair.

This is Mickey Mouse. I think everybody was like,

no, it's it's hard because I think it's like worth pointing out if you're just, you know, not following a super close or like, what makes the challenge is not they're not just like firm and they're not just fast. It is when you get that little that weird combo of dormant brimuda at those firmnesses is where you get that like lack of friction where your putters not you're bending down to all of this is sick. Everything about to say sick by the way.

Good bending, bending down to read a putt and your putter kicks out from under you. Like it's it's great. Speed had some great stuff to about how you can't like your eye sees what the break should be, but you can't hit it hard enough in order to make that break happen. So you just kind of fade away jump shot out of these pots. You can't hit it high enough because if you do, it's just going to you're going to gas it through the line. It's just is like such a minefuck.

I have to imagine for these guys where to even like keep the ball online because that's the other thing is when there's so much less friction like that. It just kind of wobbles and sort of just like drifts rather than taking like an actual line, which as I'm saying that out loud, I'm like, was that like the greatest test of skill? I don't know. It's interesting. I had a good time watching it. It seemed like the best putters still potted the best, but it was yeah, it's just a totally different

test than what they see week-to-week. Well, it was truly an approach play test too. As far as like

like Paul Paul had a great point in his signature scroll newsletter, shout out to that. Basically

about how most tournaments are driving and putting, seemingly in this one is like very much a

this is an approach play fiesta. That's what makes OXA's performance that much more impressive.

Putting lies because it's like, well, you know, well, the all the anchoring notwithstanding is because like that's yeah, it's hard to put on these greens, you know. It normally bay hill is like about 37% of the variance comes from approach play compared to like 34% on tour and this but this week it was down to 23. Like this week was putting separated more than it usually doesn't around the green play separated. Of course, I've got a great course insights tool that you can live, look. It's

funny to like watch how this golf course changed day by day in terms of favoring bombers versus favoring accuracy off the tee. But it this like back to when I was saying about after pebble of like the shots around the green were like easier than like the gas gorilla. This is more of what I'm talking about of like, no, that's just freaking hard. And every time this has happened to me at the gas gorilla, I've walked off being like, fuck, I wish I was just better golf man. Like I wish I was better

at control in the ball. I think this is an awesome test of who's in control of the golf ball. And it's I think the comments about it like being really difficult were fair. And I I read them with a little bit more optimism. Maybe than you do TC have like I didn't view them as complaining. I think you go to bay hill. You know what you're going to get. Scotty said he'd seen the conditions like this before. Scotty's a one on this golf course when the conditions have been like this before and been

classy and and totally ridiculous. And I prefer to watch the putting like this versus just fill it up from from 20 feet and then with easy hold locations and easy cuts that we see too often on tour. So hey put me in the camp is supporting this and I guess I actually just felt like guys were

were relatively, relatively cool with it. And if you're not, you're playing for four million bucks

and on the PJ tour, like just fucking hit the ball guys. That's I'm with you. If it gets to that

Level I just didn't feel like it did.

stick up for JT and it like he was just saying hey I'm not going to stick around and practice here

because it's not a representative. Yeah. Being for me for the next couple of weeks after this. But yeah, I don't know. I just I felt like yeah some of these guys like when they're actually challenged and punched in the face a little bit they get pretty defeated, pretty quickly or some of their actions are are kind of speaking louder than whatever they're saying after the round and I thought like even from from from an approach play perspective the margins were so thin. Like just

how to you know I mean you saw it on some of the part three's guys being fooled by the wind. It was it was also an interesting thing where yesterday when it rained it dumped on the back

nine like quarter of an inch didn't rain at all in the front. Yeah that's why it was just stray

shower but like basically it was just shots had consequences and and like you had to and you know

what some good shots even still had consequences right but you had I know there was there was just there was that sense of fear and danger in the air and like that's what makes it fun to watch when it's these big events these I wish they could do this more often. Totally. When you get the guys looking you know some of the lag puts like it starts to look like curling or something right where it's just, I mean, they're barely, barely touching it and you're just like, it looks

like it's gliding and drifting for the last 15 feet and it just keeps going. Some of those chips like behind eight more a call ahead when back there where he's just, you know, they're chipping straight downhill and one hop, you know, from five feet off the green, they're one hopping it onto the green and just like, oh my god, it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's

just it rules, it's it's so fun. And then you get they extra, you know, you get it all compounds, right?

Because you get the X like the approach shots are harder, then you get like the harder chips and then it rolls out an extra of five feet and so now you have seven feet coming back and you get down on some of those worm cams and again, like the ball doesn't roll, it just kind of glides on top of that like weird surface and it just is really hard to make parts and burning. It was it I still think Bay Hills and atrocious golf course, but when it's set

up like this, it it's entertaining and it's good golf because good to watch like imagine if they get Chinacauca like this this summer, I I'm going to lose my mind. Like Chinacauca's a great golf course and if they I need the USDA to be able to push a golf course as much as the PGA tour is willing to push this one. I think that's that's a fair ask. I'll be team Randy now and also it makes like oxhase performance around the greens this week, that much more special. I mean,

Justin Ray had the stat out there that the most strokes gained short game around the green and putting in a PGA tour winch shot link era is oxhase best of all time and then Patrick Greed 2020 WGC Mexico. So literally he's gained 16.3 shots around the greens compared to the great man P who had 15. It's it's insane. And he missed a couple of shorties too. It's it's really impressive. But I thought Sam Saunders joined live from this morning actually and he had some really good

stuff to say as far as the golf course like so I know you're going to talk about some of

shortgrass and spots and bringing that back and Sam was basically saying how and like really

eloquently about how you know hey we want to challenge the best players shortgrass does that make some think especially if they miss a green and saying how during COVID they just didn't have the manpower or the labor to to keep some of these areas tightly moan. So it turned into rough and he said they basically went back and you know outline everything and said all right this is everything that was tightly moan before let's get it back to that and I thought it played played great

in that regard and then I think the only complaint that I would have is which I think is sick like but if I was a player I think there's probably some rightful complaining to to go around with some of the bunkers as far as the sand like burger shock getting plugged in the middle of that bunker was a wedge that kind of fucking not totally like Keith Mitchell got stuck in one of the on the side of one on Thursday or Friday night like 17th hole and the thing that's supposed to

obstruct you yeah yeah yeah that should happen more it was kind of like a jacks each or like there wasn't a lot of slope next to the whips which I'm like honestly like all right more of that yeah can I give him the map of the green can't believe we're at the part of the program given massive shoutouts to Bay Hill but putting the two trees in that bunker at 14 because it's got a big hell yeah for me when I saw that world-ever world ball gets stuck at a

tree at a bunker on a part three it was like yeah and signed me up for that that's what I'm talking

about here is the like hate on these golf courses where what I hate about the thick rough around the greens is when you get out a position and you can fly it through the green and it's

Just stops close to closely behind the green in thick rough and a marginal mi...

end up in the same spot and I didn't watch a ton of golf like early part of the week but I don't feel like I saw any shots this week where I was like ah that got a way better outcome than it deserved and that is bothering me I just it just didn't seem like that so I don't know if it's I know they're adding the short grass areas but it just kind of felt like the shot value in a lot of the spots was there this week again even if it it helps I pace myself this week guys I didn't

watch golf Thursday Friday Bay Hills not I I can't do a four day week that's where that's where I'd be bit bitter bitchy sawly on a night like tonight and I was just the appropriate amount of Bay Hills for me and I'm I'm ready to turn the page I mean those those old pictures of Bay Hill

I got posted this week I'd never seen those somehow I'm like yeah I could see how the

how Palmer thought this place ruled like Dick Wilson orange groves it it was all it looked I've

never seen those either I believe all credit to I believe it's the golf balling Instagram account

yeah so there's come across my feed as well it was all scruffy looking and all just like a lot of the bunkers didn't look like they were you know out of gold and tea it just was like it looked like a golf course looked like a rugged cool golf course and now it it looks uh the way it looks so yeah that that I don't think it's a tough look for orange like I see orange legacy yeah I think of course architecture like it's a disaster it's really bad but

Cody's shown some of these photos and like there's some comp courses that spring to mind here that I don't know if I'm willing to say out loud but you could draw in you could draw the conclusions for yourself you know there's some big big names I'm thinking about throwing out here in comparison to some of these photos do it I think it's new I mean someone looked like pine valley

someone looked like a gusta like it's crazy right like you know I see it DJ Pie headline

Bay Hill equals a gusta but yeah it's that that really really took me back I hope what I hope that this this week and the setup the way it went and the golf band is good as it is and the positive feedback like precludes for a great week here we're not gonna talk a lot of players we love a preview out tomorrow but the forecast looks good for players and it should be really really

good and no matter the forecast you can live like the sun's always out with high noon high

noon is made with real vodka and real tequila unlike other popular Meltzer and hard tea brands delivers a clean finish and a refreshing taste it's available in vodka Meltzer to Kila Meltzer and non-carbonated vodka iced tea all under a hundred calories with crisp delicious flavors for every occasion under the sun pear is one of my favorites and today was a really good day I try to correlate the whole not my favorites for some of the the best days of golf and that was that was a

good one I'm gonna have to do a power ring as my favorite highnoons what are you waiting for texture friends make some plans and pick up a pack of high noon on the wave is at highnoonspeer.com to find high noon near you high noon sun's up T.C. at our public's done the shoot they're on sale right now and I got I got three eight packs today I got a tequila I got vodka and I got hard tea and they're all all discount so I picked up some lemon flavored vodka today that's my love the

lemon okay you can have my lemons that's gonna be a but the bottom of my of my power ranking spit what where is it time for the Scotty combo just got a part of the pot

guys tell me I think I feel like I've been having it are we talking the attitude are we talking

you're starting about the game generally all right let's talk about the attitude because I want to head this off T.C. what's the second sentence of the attitude conversation because this is attitude like bitchy and he's throwing golf balls and as he look kind of like unpleasant yes then what is it like are you saying he's a danger to himself and others are you saying it's just unbecoming man it's not pleasant at all and it just looks so entitled anytime he misses a pot at

all it's like just so demonstrative and over the top you know looking over it head and all that it's just like loves that one yeah it's like dude you're not gonna make them all like you sometimes they don't go in kind of not sometimes you don't read it right sometimes you don't have a good one yeah he's just you might just be adjusting to being a normal human for a couple weeks I'm just saying he's a generational talent he's unbelievable like he's one of the best golfers of all time and he's

better than acting like that in my opinion that I like it people always say you know tiger tiger

act it not tiger got pissed at himself or you know usually directed inward I feel like Scotty is

Blaming everything else beyond himself and he it looks like he's entitled to ...

way and every hot dropping it's kind of where I'm at I feel like I saw more of that in previous

weeks than this week it just just seem like golf balls into the woods you seem like frustrated

with himself this week more than more than anything else I mean the ball's clearly not going where it's supposed to be going right now and it's I'm concerned I mean again we he's up against the crazy crazy crazy high standard I thought he would bust out of this week I thought he would win this week to be honest and I'm not going to back off I still think he's going to win the masters

but this is the first week where I've had doubt that he's going to win the masters like I was

ready to say some outrage to Augusta like willing to wager more than money that he was going to win the masters by multiple shots and I'm doubting that a little bit right now I still would pick him over the over anybody else of course but the approach play has fallen off greatly and it just doesn't seem like he's in great control of it and it it just it's not going off the planet but he just seems short on patience and I don't I again if I'm reaching to like diagnosis but I know he has the

second kid on the way here very soon I would assume and I just seems like a person that's a little on edge right now and not in control of their golf ball and he's got some some going on his life me the review only period last year something else is going on currently like it's not nothing and I I don't know I guess I could have thought he would have snapped out of this quickly and I am I'm just doing a little back of the napkin you know on the fly trivia stuff here but

Scottie lost strokes approach this week which is jarring right that's I'm back to back starts no he was plus point one six last week but yeah you're looking true shows game data golf

I think the technical on PJ tour I think he was I think he lost strokes last week but

it adjust for field strength on data two weeks ago it's gone well going off of what data golf has because he's going to lose either way he was like negative a lot this week negative 2.7 approach this week the he has only done that one other time since 2022 if if my eye is correct here that's insanity so on one hand I would say outlier comes to comes to mind yeah he's probably going to figure it out on the other hand like

alarm bells for sure in that this never happens never happens that's it's wild especially on

the week where you know you kind of need it more than ever putting has been you know the story the quite story 46 out of 50 players just by the way in approach play this week like that they made the cut yeah not a good putting week putting has been like a quiet super power of his you can throw that out of these screens or anything else that's true yeah man I don't know again it's a little bit like the attitude thing is like what's the what are you saying by saying

it's not good you know you're saying I don't think he's going to turn it around this is the end of the Scotty era like I don't think it's saying that but I am leaning forward a little bit on like what happens next I'm curious you know was he your master's pick preseason teach probably I'm sure I'm sure would he be your master's pick today isn't it fucked up that he might be for sure is that crazy that this is what I did last year I talked myself out of him for the PGA

which was silly talked myself out of him for the open I picked him to win the other two majors that he

didn't win so I'm not just I'm not I'm gonna not win the fall for it we're skipping the first

majors the only thing next week yeah players it's true it's a major god he probably is my pick still

right now which is plus I don't know if I can it's gonna take a lot to get off that get off that stock I feel like he's plus 370 for the master's Roy's plus 850 he's the next closest sheet so I'm gonna go I I'm gonna make it a point to go I'm watching play golf this week here in jacks I know that I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna take note of any I think this is a really interesting week form at TPC where like he's really good at working the ball both directions he's really

good at hitting non stock shots both of those things are very much required at TPC sawgrass and I'm hoping like like he said saw it the we dodged the rain tonight for the most part like we had

Some storms rolling through town it should be pretty dry and like pretty you ...

not they're soaking the golf course less than they have in previous years I think I think it should

be one of the better tests we've seen since it's moved to march this week it it would be a great

opportunity for for relapse takeover of like if you want to talk about product like the players should

not have ball like me amateur player playing the night before the the tournament starts hitting balls out of the rough that are backspinning that should not happen at this event that you want to call a major like the bar to clear here at a major yeah like it's it's it's it's it's got to be better than that we know that and I don't know if they're gonna get it it's really hard to get fully right in march I think and I don't know enough about agronomy you know to to to explain to you how you get

overseed to play firm I just asked them to care less about it being green and and care more about how it actually plays we're just letting you know if it's not if it's not firm or somewhat firm or they don't push the whole locations it's gonna be a turkey shoot this week yeah it's sunny all week there's no wind it's gonna be perfect a little bit of wind it looks like I mean in the in the

low teens it looks like um which is enough to have enough to make it not you know 62's daily out there I think

but yeah I can't believe we're just letting we're letting so many good days go by not adding uh the overseed though the overseed though too to the soundboard I mean this is the part of the season that we needed at most or just letting we're like so many days go by we need to it feels like it could be a big week for that uh players right I had this thought today and I was you know I started to read up a little bit I've kind of not I've stopped falling formula one nearly as much but I've been

reading back up on it with the car disaster they're having now and everything and I you know it's catching up I didn't watch last year what look at the standings look at you know who won last year and and how it went race by race and I'm watching the golf and I'm like man this kind of stinks that this ladders up to nothing in terms of now that they've gotten rid of the staggered start of of the tour championship and how it used to again have a point space system you have

me for a second no but you you can hate the staggered start as a whole and that's fine is it very

silly sure but at least it like made and I don't know nobody I know nobody actually cares about who wins the FedEx Cup but like you need I'm having 30 and one be the same when you get to the end of the year is so silly it makes like the play I for the for the championship whoever actually wins that playoff mean almost nothing because first and second or you know in a signature event you're probably both likely to make the top 30 and then it's a free for all at the very end

it's just like Tommy one it it needs to ladder up to something and I maybe the only thing I

can think of is they wanted to make the FedEx Cup like championships such a joke at the very end that they could scrap it and start from scratch to really build back better because they can do that anyway but this is the worst version of all of that I think and that they just have a random free for alternative to the year to decide the championship. That's awful the playoff's in general is stupid. It's bad but it went from bad to worse with this format it's my take here is what I'm saying.

Yeah it went well. I know you don't want to agree with me but I know you know I'm right maybe I think you're right in spots. I think you're right if I'm taking it part by part I think you're right that and this is like maybe the biggest problem in pro golf and this is what I think the

roll-ups and SSGs of the world are trying desperately to solve is the first point you made

that it ladders up to nothing is tough. I mean it ladders up to the majors and there are four of them and obviously this is going to lead into the other conversation that we're going to hear a lot about next week probably but it is tough that there's not like a one you did it it was your season type of a type of winner. I don't think you can do that with the staggered start like I still don't think you get there maybe you're right maybe you're not that it you know it got us closer

with with the staggered start. You gotta be wise heading into match play. I think it's got to be hand-in-hand from that of course yeah of course this is still worse than what it was or hit me today and because I the Genesis of it was F1 is like well why isn't just like the last event of the year just a banger and to your point Tron like there is no there's no playoffs you just go wind them and then you have three you know two or three cool big events to end the year and you know

that's you see where your points race is at I know they're trying desperately to reverse engineer and manufacture like the last three holes are going to be the most exciting thing you've ever seen but I don't know man I think we got like 20 years of data that that's really hard to maybe impossible

Yeah I don't know I just keep thinking about like what if pebble was just the...

event and it was just like I don't know Scottie already locked it up just like

you know the F1 champion may have locked it up or the Premier League champion may have locked it up or

like any of that stuff but that might just be an American fallacy that they can they can build a super bowl of golf because I don't actually thought the F1 was decent last night like I don't really like the whole battery thing and I don't think that was a good track for the battery stuff and recharging and all of that anyway but there was more racing and passing last night and the first few laps than we saw at all last year so you know and listen I am I am a Mercedes I'm a total wolf

sim the reviews are not good right now on on F1 but it's just going to go down the board

I'd love to I thought you would never ask I'll give you a shout to our friends at sofy the ultimate

finance app for sponsoring today's down the leaderboard segment with Mr. TC you can go to sofy.com slash and I'll you to learn more about how you can get your money right with sofy plus

let's start with Ludwig I think Ludwig's back guys bottom line period point blank

couple pots I wish we had back coming down the stretch there I think he still would have finished one shot out of playoff but he's back the approach play was great gained like five and a half shots prox play this week you said lasers off the tee like you just pound in the ball so I think he's back you know putting seems like it's improving but the most part he left a couple of pots short down the stretch there which he was kind of gasing him by for most of the week this week so

more to come I think I think Ludwig wins other players or memorial like he wins one of the next career for big events in addition to the masters as well so um I think I think I was going to throw in no I mean you know maybe maybe the you know BMW went work or something but you're a Cam Young playing well play a nice golf really nice golf I've mentioned you see if Cam Young is going to make an appearance in the fedora five are we getting a fedora five tonight we are getting a fedora

five tonight interesting but Cam Young he maybe he should start anchoring as well and I don't understand why we can't just do the cock thing on the end of can you explain that just put a piece of chalk on the end of your your long putter and if you have a chalk mark on your shirt to it you're disqualified for the record you shirt your shirt can touch the pot you got change the rule not to get the rest of the rule there for sure it's a problem man I don't know call more Kawah good week

66 to start 71 70 70 the last three days I think the guy that got his money right today

was saith and this goes back to saith got the Charlie Sifford exemption into the Genesis Harley that he 22 or something Harley is that into getting into this event and finishes T6

and it's basically set himself up for the rest of the year now feels a win 100 me seven hundred two thousand

dollars with this week's finish those I tried I went and dug to find a way to argue that one and yeah I couldn't get there with that one those on the one hand great to see him playing well like a lot of it you know great iron play great you know a awesome greasy stuff around the greens but the process to getting his money right maybe a little achy so a little bit of the I mean the the Charlie Sifford exemption of it all is is different but it's kind of the Adam Scott playbook

from from last year right the let's maybe give a sponsor exception to this guy who's on the board and then he you know finds form and plays his way into all the signature events for the next year is oh look at that T11 Adam Scott Adam Scott Anne wouldn't speak that he's passionate to this as well listen if you're going to get an exemption you might as well finish T11 okay to him yeah go get the guys he should be there hey T-C are you going to join the the Harry Hall

respecters we'll get the all right so T-C let's just cover off on the T-Six guys Russell Henley T-Six continue to just be in all the guys career minimally solid you haven't even to say there you finish T-Six he's on a really good run right now whiffs of some proper golf from minimally and 72 holes of it like the you know we we've had issues with him you know it gets in contention does a lot of good stuff and then it it blows up spectacular relief players championship I think we can all remember back to that one

On a on a test like this one I I'm I see you player you have earning my respe...

by little still a bit of a ways to go I think but some more of this and and you're going to keep climb my board and it's not just here T2 it pebble T12 it riv he's he's playing really nice golf I I have yeah I've been as much of a and a joyer of the spectacle of the unstable compound is as anybody but yeah I seem like he's playing some proper golf you love to see it those were soft like that that that that we're out that's where I'm like this one doing this one was kind of like

alright I've seen player I see Rick medium dick Rick minus eight T9 this week he's got a weird

stretch it along I think he might win the players sure is it lovely going to win yeah I love

he was going to win yeah we'll see we'll see Harry Hall teach he hadn't done much up into this point right

not I mean he's just been solid for for a guy that has you know some weird we always like to

put out the weird sponsorships I don't know if he's still with wasn't like a legion air like hard rock cafe or something like that that's all that sort of strange hat yeah exactly I don't know it just is it's a it's a static you don't see out there a lot guy could absolutely roll his potato you know and it's just he's just been playing solid golf T6 at Sony and then T24 at AMX T24 Pebble then it's hot what top 10 this week so yeah get him on the TTC yeah yeah for mentioned Adam Scott

and and Blink's Master George finishing T11 I didn't realize Jordan and Zander are the same age Jordan and DB straight vibe and in the same age species is me August he's lived like he's lived way more lifetime he should be wiser right you think you would think but that might be the project Harry did you know in a sense versus experience thing they cut to him at one point and one of the answers like yeah talk to Jordan he said he's really

close to playing good golf like that is nine straight years we have heard this yes anyways here's

speed look at first ball with 55 other people underneath the tree which was a shot that I saw this week

I listen I've said this exact thing pretty much every week okay I'm just starting to I'm starting

to be suspicious as to whether or not it's true yeah well listen positive signs I think you might

win the player yeah no I didn't go that far I don't think he's gonna win soon his record at the players bacon tweeted this today is so bad he did really good finish in 2014 the rest of it is a complete disaster I don't think Pete died in Link's Master George get along let me see he's had some good finishes at at harbour town speaking of someone who I think might win the players Billy Horses will be more fun

Billy played well kind of a tough tough Friday for him but Pete 13 there see who Kim he's fallen out of the fedora five another solid uh performance from him but Bill rounds into 60s so that's uh Matt have T13 Vic Ryder Cup lock Sepshtraka you know so that that's sort of

thing Foxy played well T24 for him all right T24 of a 50 man cut I feel like Huck a couple more

up at the buzzer wrap it up wrap it up the weekend Rio he's falling out of the fedora five as well but T30 30 for him quite well. Peter Pendereth I wanted to shout him out he lost he lost 10.66 shots

to the field this week just on the greens potting it was truly incredible he was second in approach

play and he lost you know over 10 shots to the field this week potting so and then yeah Tommy Tommy finished 49th made the cut didn't really play well overall we're monitoring it okay we're officially monitoring it as far as uh miss the cut Ryan Gerard uh how tongue Lee he put it out of a bunker this week that was it guys saw that uh Shane Lowry miss the cut hope we got a a food this place from him uh Sam Burns miss the cut Patrick the hammer can't lay miss the cut team rose 70 80

it's like hmm don't like that that's concerning uh and then the postman 75 81 so uh what you guys make a rowie's WD let's we'll get there but for from now you can you can go to sofi.com/NOU to learn more about how you can get your money right with so five plus uh yeah we can do that now if you'd like to see very mackle Roy warmed up uh this was said he was warming up in the gym pulled something in his lower back when straight to the range hit some balls said it's no good

uh and as with draw a with true uh after Friday he touched one 94 ball speed on Friday which uh

If you guys will remember that's for bracing uh hit the famous drive over the...

uh the lake on six was a 194 ball speed that's what Roy's gotten up to in just five years uh but yeah

next day pulls out uh with a little bit of a back injury uh what anything the level of concern is here

might be like I think he was based crafts maybe like one of those spacecraft coming in the

app is that you just start breaking down you know like pieces are starting flying off when you hit that speed uh yeah I don't know I hopefully nothing obviously I mean it sounded like facts had some uh some stuff on the broadcast drove back home and you know got some treatment some anti-inflamms uh as uh and uh so hopefully it's hopefully it's not much I mean TC I'd like your your tin foil hat theory that maybe it was just like this is not helping me with next week I

need to get the fuck out of here uh that's an interest that you know a theory that I I'd love to hear more about this yeah could have been a business decision but yeah I don't know hopefully not too

much but it always been pretty injury uh resistive man ever with draw ever in a pj 12 do you

do you remember what the other one was oh god what a great question uh that one here was the two yeah it's at the same rate through it's who is iron in the water in the way that was bay hill that he threw at the water iron in the water uh that was the twenty thirteen year then he did it at the rail one year to the rail that was the rail it's what I'm thinking yeah yeah yeah and trump had him fish it out so the trump could give it back to him on the range

uh I'm getting worthy he also withdrew from the 2009 net bank with uh the flu and food poisoning which that was amazing but the twenty thirteen that was the first year with Nike that was the disaster season he totally just bitched out and went home from there but uh uh that's a wow to go 13 years between having to withdraw from tournaments and of course what other I know he had the ankle injury but had a twenty fifteen open uh the ring did he miss a lot of time with the rib if I remember

right the rib was kind of offseason yeah yeah I was like a November December January kind of saying yeah I think that's right uh yeah it is very I know well hopefully it's yeah hopefully it's not the start of uh catching up everybody of that catching up with him hopefully it's uh it's not much because total speculation you think he plays the players this week that seems like it defending

champ yeah it seems like I would think no matter you know you have to play a pro I am with this one

either like you know even if you need to take the full three days off I feel like he'll give it a shot come Thursday yeah but um you guys want to do a little birdies and bogeys uh from from this

past week at Bay Hill yeah uh just to deach once you go first got any birdies for us yeah I had uh

you know what there's a massive birdie uh in the bogeys section a couple weeks ago T.C. you mentioned the signature scroll we had uh this we had we took some shots at the sign-up flow you know they're making if you wanted to sign up for this great newsletter all of the signature events they were making you get a bunch of emails from partners uh just lumped in with it we we rocked them and yes we can we wrote our calligraphs of it uh we made our voices heard and I can receive word

this week that this the sign-up flow has been fixed that's a birdie for the PGA tour congrats

I think you had to can we chalk that up to a creator council dub uh no I think it was just

us bitching on the podcast gonna figure like oh yeah we do need to fix that I think that was it yeah T.C. uh I've got one did you guys see the alligator oh it's uh in awe in awe in this size of that thing look like a block mess monster made with a dinosaur it was freaking awesome thing was huge absolutely there's the picture for those watching on YouTube yeah this is going to see a ricky roach on X the everything up um yeah just just a big creature there it's the big central floor

alligator I like it looks like floor to man ricky fowler stepping in there for closer look too he had an interesting aesthetic with his uh it's been a Arnold Palmer themed kit uh it's all you have any birdies and bogies you know me to keep going yeah I got one a birdie I feel like the coverage was a I mean usually bail coverage is a complete disaster uh I thought it was better not not great but an elevated portion was the drone stuff

um especially the moment like we're on 13 and just like hovering over that image and showing just like just how screwed he was and how uh you know the water behind it and just the color of that green in that moment uh then they used it for some pots too like the you know actually had a put on that hole and uh just a drone cam view uh and see how much the pot was breaking on that line that was I added elevated add a little layer to to bay hill which can be a little

Little flat little mundane and uh that was just continue to embrace the drone...

it was uh it was nice to see and then yes this this shot of 15 just makes me laugh every single

year just like shout out the reverse farms just using a t-box from a completely different hole hitting over a road uh because the golf ball has not been uh controlled it's just it makes me laugh every single year and like they don't even comment on it ever it just like yeah this is the D on 15 it's just totally normal yeah yeah I had the drone stuff in my uh in my birdies as well so I had the uh they got a little kinetic with it at times too like even like sprinting out

ahead of the leaders kind of you know dipping down and showing where their lies were and it was just yeah it was very additive uh and some good graphics and stuff too I like the graphic on six uh that they had for burger that was kind of like the through the fairway you know on the right like here's

if he hits it 322 it's gonna go through the fairway here he needs a three 22 just to cover like

that kind of stuff was uh was great um can I could I do could I do one more birdie which I believe

we have the asset for this uh to support as well as uh live golf which we're gonna talk about here that also had some really innovative drone uh drone usage uh this past week I don't know if you guys saw this one uh in totality but uh I'm I'm dead serious crashing a drone into into a tree that's good to you and that baby yeah that's that's you're not gonna hear any glass houses comments here I think you know we're not casting any stones on flying drones into the tree I know I know

what that's like if you're not doing that once or twice the season technically you're not pushing you're not pushing yourself 100% uh I don't I don't know how deep we're gonna get into it I'll throw a bird a macro birdie uh just over blanket over the whole thing to the Puerto Rico open I didn't watch any of it uh but the leaderboard was sick you know so we can get steelio uh blades brown T.C. I can't wait to talk about that uh Luke Clanton in the mix Gordon Sergeant in the

mix Zach Blair in the mix uh just a John Daley the second in the mix that didn't even

make Trevor was in the mix for a while Trevor just a uh I don't want to let my mouth get ahead of my brain on this one and that like I would have watched if it was somehow available to I'm obviously not gonna watch it at the same time as as Bayhill but uh this is one of those like man if you could have got if you could have given me this I'm like a Tuesday night or something would have checked it out but uh you know just I I hope there was a tinge of me that was like

who I kind of would have like to watch more of that yeah with so I've got no friend who was caddy and down there this week and he said that they were sitting at the quote unquote old guys veteran's table and there were quite a few guys who hadn't played golf yet this year right. Hey we need some more we need more starts for these guys. Deeds we got to get you with a two TV set up man it'll change your life yeah it just makes me feel like so far I've

then I just don't watch anything then I just watch half of two things yeah watching the replay of the James Hardy Pro football Hall of Fame invitation or I know hoppers in the house. Especially get baseball season going man you could put a big ending up on one screen birds down the other that's probably you're probably right uh I feel like do just on the Puerto Rico note real quick like congrats to Ricky Castillo it blades Brown probably should

one this turn ready made a triple on 13 after he took the lead uh I feel like we are we can we love attention just triple to just like blow past like he's not 19 yet he's 18 years old and it's threatened to win two different PGA Torvents and it's it's early March it's pretty darn impressive what he's been able to do and I'm following this track in this closely like this is this is an OXA route and I just found that to be somewhat you know what's

the word there. Cepadico maybe of of OXA's big triumph and and blades almost getting it done six years younger uh on the other beach at Torvents. I just think I was a little bit outrageous end of last year in the beginning this year. Can we do a little bit of scenario planning to see

if what would what would you have said first thing off the show of blades Brown was the

winner of the Puerto Rico open the night. I would have congratulated him and I would have welcomed him to the funeral five but he didn't he made it that he made a triple on 13. We did get you uh right letters like Mr. Palmer used to do to some of these guys. He'd be meaningful uh

any meaningful finish you should write a handwritten letter. blades congratulations that you're T3

the Puerto Rico of it. I was watching closely on some of the YouTube replays and I just was really impressed outside of the track. There's two shots ahead of Clinton. You got to try to respect him for that. Really a risk not Clinton? No. Seems like you're thinking. The asking if I was nervous. Yeah. The TC's not not nervous at all is this playing well in Puerto Rico. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm super nervous that my claim that he's not won the 10 best players

to not want to major isn't going to shake out well because he played really well down in Puerto Rico this week. That was that was quite close. I mean you know what you know else played really well down in Puerto

Rico right before he went on an absolute heater.

Blink smash. Yeah. Just check the tape on that one. I have a long shave. He should have won that

event. He got 74 on Saturday. I can't have it back. That I have to I hate to say there's not many of them that's a guy. I'm not familiar with this game. What is it just a clear question? Why would it be blanche? Is there a risk? It's not just blanche. It's blanche. I've been deep into some ideas. I was reading Doctor Redmond's bio. Oh my gosh. That was crazy. You said that over there's all kinds of little wrinkles in there. Massive. I don't know why that would be. No I bet a little

is asking why would that be? He's from Florida. Okay. Blanche. I had I mean we kind of mentioned this but I

had Zack Johnson in my birdies. Just because I think yeah I just think it's good for content. I think

that's I think it's a net positive. I think my my day was better. You see you had a fruit with my point looking at that photo. My day was better because Zack Johnson wanted me to David Ruff because Zack Johnson, one of the champions who are. TC, you kind of alluded to this earlier but this was it my birdies section. Brandl on live from was trying to be clever and say that you know the guys I'm not going to say that they're using a word that starts with B. But he accidentally said

I'm not going to say they're using a word that starts with Bitchick. It was live on the air and it was

just great. Everybody absolutely rolled it. It gave a bunch of shit afterwards. As always it remains

a massively pro-brandl house even when we you know we violently disagree on things. That's it. We're taking the bad rollback stuff this week. Sure and you're going to that's going to happen. Absolutely going to have it. Now I thought Ruff was awesome on live from all week. I thought live from was was

great. They had a great great thing going. Learner was doing a good job and I think from a bogey

perspective I would say like yes the drone shots are really a really good. They also it seems like they're maybe over-aligned on them to pick up what's otherwise a completely rotted this broadcast. The you know the tracers sometimes they have them sometimes they don't the probability tracer

that shows whether it's going to hit the fairway or not continues to just be one of my least favorite

things in golf. I think they went to a five-wide booth this week. Oh currick there. I mean Furik was pulled the goalie. He shouldn't have been in the birdie. He should have been in the birdie. Of bar control Kevin was going to step aside. Yeah that could have caught me up. I don't know. Congrats to the four play guys. But that was like I didn't think you'd be like four play and the lead aim was for him to see. That's like that was going to be one of the other. I guess no.

Yeah. I saw the one around him. If him telling the story of of the thing about the course set up at Bethpage and how he as we're aiming in the rough and it was kind of like told like it's a funny story like oh my god. I was like yo you were an assistant captain to this and let this happen. I don't know if this is that funny. Somebody really should do something about that.

Yeah. Why do we they just keep making more pods guys? I don't understand it. I think in all

seriousness though like more Furik. Furik was great. Furik was I was learning stuff from him. He was saying stuff that wasn't just like evident on the screen. Whereas I think Kizner just tells you exactly what's happening there like oh he just hit that one six feet by like yeah I know I'm watching. Yeah Furik is going to be in the players mix this week which should be awesome. golf course he's probably played two thousand times and knows all the players knows all the golf

course that should be a great fit. I'd be a big fan of this end up ends up sticking for MBC. I mean I'd be curious what he wants to still accomplish on the champion store and you know from a player perspective and he's had these battles him health stuff in recent years but he is just an excellent, excellent commentator on golf. I've loved the time I've gotten to spend with him and if you'd ask 25 year old me I would say that guy's the most boring guy in golf and I feel very

different like 15 years later. Champion store might be I mean the the line might be out of the cage. Now the CJ's out there is like well what's the point of showing off? Oh I should back up their tank guys I think CJ in you know that like CJ shouldn't be allowed to be out there because he's got hair plugs. He's got the most egregious like mop of hair now and like if you're not cool with being

Bald you shouldn't be able to be on the champ store.

I'd take a what's that further. Also do you guys see Tom Gillis on George McNeill's bag this week?

No. I like that. I didn't have too many bogies. The foodies and fairways program T.C. I don't know if

that's a bogie necessarily it's just a name that I'm like I don't think I'm I think I'm pretty allergic

to the the word foodies in general and I don't eat foodies or fairways together. That was just one I had. The other one I think maybe we save this probably for the preview but the is the players a major conversation is already already a little tired I think and even seeing them like drum roll police I can't believe we get to release the featured groups for the players next week I was like oh that those are the featured groups like that's not that exciting. That was just kind of a I don't know that

wouldn't hit like a bit of a wet fart to me but just can't get you. I did not see that. That commercial. That's up there. That's starting to get up there with the the Omega commercial. My a random bogie for me and this is not me piling on and this is just me just commenting on this. This is a guy that has fallen off that we've not really taken note of that a lot of people wanted on the Ryder Cup team to also cap in the Ryder Cup team last year.

Keegan Bravis 2026 season has been quite a struggle. It is MCT43 T49 cut cut. Those last two cuts and last year. Those last two cuts were in signature events that were kind of the fake cuts and the two made cuts were also it was a signature event he made the cut at the farmers and finished T43. Optimistic cut at Sony. It's been a very rough start to the season for Keegan. And we're just chips. Yeah. Yeah. You're good as all. We're having almost got there.

I should have gotten there. We're got great for everybody. I don't want to say can you argue that it wouldn't have been more successful if you would have been playing. They could have been more successful if he was playing last year. Sure. Yeah. That sounds that's very in line with a lot of

the arguments I heard in 2025. I think it's been bad but I would just maybe get into the

record that none of those conversations were like I bet Keegan Bravis going to be in the top 10 and the FedEx company 2026. I'm not saying you want to kick with that this year. I'm just saying he's falling off and nobody's talking about it. It's just I'm just noting this for the record. But you get him some sponsoring assumption. I do want to give a shout out to our friends at Holderness and Born. The 2026 spring live is spring line is now live on hbgolf.com. It features

a bunch of new colors. Nectarine, Dune, Maidstone, Cabernet, Cascade and Tudor. They got new pattern polos. Something in your face. They got the bull and bear, Griffin, Darts, Cocktails and horseshoes. Got great new layering options with the full zip of Swenson jacket. It's got a lightweight technical four-way stretch. This is an hb pullover I've got on right here as well, which is all the favorites. I got some great great colors in the soul of this spring.

They're first real gym short. The Saunders joins a bunch of new Aeration t-shirts as well

and the all new active wear collection. The new colors and the popular hardwood short as well. So if you're looking for something maybe a little bit more buttoned up in polish. They got the new swing knit collection. It features a bunch of off-course performance buttoned-downs. It gives you a polished look of a dress shirt with the comfort of your favorite polo pairs perfectly with chinos or jeans. For office days, casual get together as weekend travel. No dry cleaning

required. That's very, very, very, very important for the folks that go into an office. I hated

dealing with dry cleaning. It's easy care. It's great. They got hbgolf.com. You can use code NLU10 for 10% off. They may ever mind you all. This is the only discount code on the market for

oldeners in board. NLU10 for 10% off. It's an incredible, incredible line of stuff they have there.

And we greatly, we've worked with them for like a decade and there's a reason why because they make just the absolute best stuff. One more shout out for the hardwood short. It's kind of the season to stock up on shorts. I cannot recommend that one enough. Any other notes you want to clean up here from Bay Hill TC before we get to some other golf. Really from A Hill. I had some Puerto Rico stuff, but I just thought the field ruled and it was fun.

It was fun to see the surge playing well. At one point there were seven guys projected for the A on swing five on there, which you got there. Yeah. Well, gosh, is that like, is that the fedora five music right there? I mean, is that where we got to get through all the golf? We had to get through, you know, that's a good point. That's a good point. Except for you get there. Good point. But any other, you have some listen, give some PGA to our notes in here ahead of the week to become.

Yeah, we got the roll-up pressure on Wednesday.

that inside the mode this year. Kind of a view. I think they're just trying to make it feel elevated, right? It's like it's all thanks from the from the J. Just, you know, hunched over in front of

the microphone there and the press center and kind of looking to shovel, like it's, I think it's going

to be a whole new, whole new era there. So I don't know what he's going to announce. Here's going to get a lot less abroad on these players. These players live shows next week is Jay's Taylor.

Always used to get a lot of negative bird from T.C. in the fast. Speaking of Taylor, there's

some awful merch sightings already from the fan shop at sawgrass. There's some cool stuff too. Some of the local, the far stuff is awesome. There's some, there's some really good stuff, but man, there's some pretty reprehensible pieces as well. So, you know, there's more. Early part of the week can give you a little bit of a budget to bring, bring what you can to the show. It's in those receipts, though, just in case. Anything that's interesting.

I think we need to get eyes on. Hopefully they have a Fidora. Yeah, that'd be good. Yeah. Do you want to take us to Hong Kong, T.C. Oh, I thought you wouldn't ask, saw, we had dudes flying in from Dubai. How about that? Get wrong, I guess they, uh, per person reporting from golf.com, Alan

basketball, uh, dudes flying in from, I think they went over to Oman and flew out from there.

The original reports that they walked across the border and walked like a mile with all their stuff that got changed. They got in a bus to cross the border and then flew out of, I think, a man to get there, but uh, John wrong question. Why did Ron have to send the PJ? Like, why just couldn't live? I've done this. Like, that does not seem like wrongs. I get they're not paying the fines anymore, but I, you got to get to get your players there to play. I don't know why they had

like, they wasn't staged PR for Ron, possibly to, to take some heat off. I think there was some staged PR for Colin. It bail. They don't have some live from it could be something like that. But anyway, Ron who's not in our slack, TC, you might be to elaborate on that. I don't take he does. I don't take he does. I mean, live from when out of their way, they're so cold going over to just a couple little kids. And then when we go 11 o'clock in the morning, nothing else is going

out at the turn of it. College shaking his hands with two, two kids. TC's like, this is bullshit. This is staged. I could feel it. It was a kind of a master class, uh, just to get right up. You know what, we didn't say, I really enjoyed some of Colin's quotes this week. I thought he

had some good stuff to say about like, uh, basically being okay with making bogies and trusting that

he's going to get him back and just not getting his rattle. It was just it was some grown-up shit that

he had to say. And I appreciated some of his thoughts. How far he's evolved in the last year?

You know, he got called, got it called both ways, TC. Back to Hong Kong. Ron Wins says it's a huge, you know, huge weight off his shoulders. He wins in the in the face of of all these haters and, you know, internet trolls like solid going after him for, for not paying the fines and, and I did get a kick out of him saying that if it was just teeing it up and for DP World Tour events instead of six that he would absolutely, he would, he would sign

tonight, but that the fact that it's six is that's, that's where he draws the line. That doesn't make any sense to me. He, uh, he didn't like that the, the, the rules changed, uh, which, uh, all of a sudden he's concerned about the rules despite habitual being habitual line step around the rules and regulations to the DP World Tour. So it was, uh, we can talk a little bit about that. So there,

but for, Ron's first win in five hundred and thirty nine days, um, shot a final round

sixty four to win it by three. Which is a bummer because it was something, uh, a little bit funny, a lot bit funny about the, the simmering just like this guy keeps finishing like T2 every week. Uh, it just can't fit his worst that like fourth that he can't fit his better than second and, uh, he did break through. You got, you do have to hand it to him. You do. I think this is a fun golf course too. I watched a little bit of it the other night and it's, it's, you know, it's, it's not a national

open kind of thing. You know, but they do have the Hong Kong open there as well. And it's, it's, it's an interesting spot. Um, big week for the aces, the aces one, uh, this is after p's departure from the aces, uh, Thomas D. Tree finished second, Thomas Peter's finished third, Barnard finished fourth and Matthew fifth. Harold Barnard, fourth. Yeah, I, there you go. Uh, DJ

Could not even be well swiss on the team in 2023 when they won.

That was not me. I also don't know if I could have named it, but it was a captain and also good not could not name it to you. I mean, you know, there's so many, there's so many guys in out of that locker room. T C. It's a hard day. Hard to keep track. Uh, we had AK T 31. Uh, he, he wasn't that locker room. He's, he's an ace, uh, Blandy finished T 14 as his custom. That was going to be a very effective, but I love that. I, I could not have taken that one. That's so ridiculous. How does

you always do it? String a few or three. Cleaks. Cleaks for, like, they, they, they went ham on Sunday,

they were like, 19 under on Sunday. Uh, Kimer cannot put four rounds together and, like, he's

officially on notice. Uh, I think the Cleaks are on the verge of some pretty good golf. I think they're

going to rise up in the in the midfield around 11th man. They're, they're 11th out of 13 teams. Well, they finished 10th this week. I know, but they had the low round of the tournament on Sunday. So, anyway, Lucia, I'll be turned up for plies. I know. I know. Do you know anything when I filled WD? He didn't make it, he didn't, that was, he didn't make it out, they'd make it that way. Gotcha. Yeah, I feel, uh, but he, he didn't make it that way, but, but, uh,

save off shore was up, like, 70%. Yeah, we don't, we don't know exactly what's going on with the fill situation, but it is just something to keep keep an eye on there. I thought you were going in this direction with that. It's not good. Uh, but yeah, we were going to need a wrong stuff. Yeah, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's a while ago now. I made a little video and put it out on social kind of reacting to at least a part of this of, uh, I did take the social media kind of like doing

those stuff like that. Uh, he said a lot of things and I'm not going to play, uh, the entire clip, but, uh, amongst his quotes, they said they're asking me to play a minimum of six events and they dictate where two of those have to be amongst other things that I don't agree with. Uh, so if you're not followed the story, the D.P. World Tour has made a proposal to the live golfers and said, uh, amongst other things, and I'm getting on paraphrasing and summarizing, we, you can

pay up your fines. There'll be no fines going forward. If you play, uh, the required four events that

you need to play plus two that we stipulate what they would be, uh, basically saying, um, if you're

going to very consistently break the rules and regulations every time you tee it up and live event, you, you do that and you are supposed to find, but it's a reach across the aisle to say, here you go. If you just do this for us, we'll no longer find you and we can move forward with this. It's proposed to nine players. Eight of them said, yes, John Rom is the only holdouts. Uh, he said, I did tell them to lower that to four events. Like the minimum says and I'll

sign tonight. They haven't agreed to it. I just refused to play six events. I don't want to. And that's not what the rules say. Uh, I don't know what game they're trying to play right now, but it just seems they're using our impact internments, finding us and trying to benefit both ways from what we have to offer in a way they're extorting players like myself and young players that have nothing to do with the politics of the game. So I don't like the situation and I'm not going to agree to that.

Again, this would very easily set the scene for Rom to be a part of the 2027 writer cup. If you retain this membership in good standing, it's already gone to an arbitration court in 2023, which ruled that the D.P. World Tour has the right to uphold their rules and regulations to not, you know, when you're playing in a conflicting event that does not, uh, that you do not get a release for in which, of course, the live players do not get releases for playing those events.

Rom had a pretty bad non-secular in this podcast or in this interview as well saying,

"I've never needed a release to go play on the PGA Tour. Never, never asked for one ever."

You don't need one. If you are with the strategic alliance between the PGA Tour and the D.P. World Tour, at least it's a at minimum is not something that has ever been required or requested from players in terms of, it's not in force, I should say. Basically, you have free run to go play, as long as you meet your minimum for events, it is a completely different arrangement if you go and play and live golf. I just had to throw that in there to just to try to confuse people as

to, by this was happening. Despite it being incredibly clear from the absolute jump, exactly how this was going to play out. And the fact that the D.P. World Tour is reaching across the aisle and saying, "All you got to do is give two bonus events, two bonus events and you get to play

in your 14 live events, collect your $300 million dollars." It's all you got to do is play in two

more of these and not pay the fines. I think you have to pay the fines that didn't know more fines.

It's a settle your fines that are open and then you will not be fine going forward and you just will not add the two events. It doesn't like that. Why should I have to play out a tour than I'm like, "Well, yeah, why should I have to play on this tour just to be a member?" It's kind of what I think it boils down to a little bit.

Which I don't know, man.

why fight one more battle? Why don't you just go play two more events? And I don't know.

I don't have to do this every week, I know, but I just found that the comments were super disingenuous

of asking to reply to Rory's comments about it and he's like, "Well, that's easy for him to say. We're the two that have to play." The two that have to pay him and hadn't referring to and the other ten guys don't have to pay him. It's like, "Why is that John? Why would that, do you have a reason why that might be?" I just think he's getting some really bad advice, like really, really, really bad advice and you could make part of this go well. Like,

you look at the way Kepka did things in general from the jump and I'm not even talking about him leaving live. Like, he'd left live in a classy way, didn't throw them out of the bus, he left the PGA tour in a relatively classy way when he went to live and yeah, P is not said that bad. Like, there's just a way of doing this that is going to lend, like, all of us

you want to root for Ram in some way and it just becomes harder and harder every single week

that he pulls another one of these things and it was just a very, very, very tough press conference I thought. Sorry, watch out. You're going to have my guy Dean Burmester Tracker, "Dap Boy can golf 69 coming at you." On X. A lot of people came after me. None were debating any of the merits of the case that I laid out of, like, why this release thing is very, very, very, very, very different when talking about PGA tour events and DP world tour events. It's just,

they just, they can't, this group of people cannot stop saying things that are just so remarkably wrong that is like, are we supposed to just let them go? Is the battle I fight every single week of, like, do I just let this in? Obviously, untrue statement live out there and, like, people to believe it or do we have to acknowledge this every week? It's just a very strange way to go about life if you ask me. You do have to admit that Ram did win this week. He did win. I, I, this is nothing to do with his play.

This is nothing to do with his play. It's a play here. This is nothing to do with it.

Like, I think I passed rooting for Ram at this point. I feel like I, but I still wanted to be

involved in majors and now I'm kind of like, did I don't know why I'm rooting for that at this point. If you're going to be, like, if he's, if he's actually going to miss the Ryder Cup over this, I, like, I don't know how any European player could support him ever again. Or European fan, I should say, couldn't support him ever again. He's like the great man, Savvy. Savvy, did this. He, he said. I'm a Ryder Cup. It's a Ryder Cup. It's right. Savvy sat out a Ryder Cup. That was, I believe more

based on appearance fees. And, or aesthetic, or regulations. Yeah, the end of the day. It's not well, it's kind of talking about anyways. Yeah. It's, I don't know. It's, it's interesting. So I, I'm still dying for, for, for, for Rory to like move to Wentworth next year and then get

guy kittings and, and, and, uh, H E in the same room, uh, and basically say, you know what, like, let's do a

world tour around, world, around national opens and, you know, just kind of, do his own thing and, and, and say, hey, yeah, like this is sanctioned. It's sanctioned by the D. P. World Tour. You know, I'm going to do it. Feel like Roy, that could be a very tied up in the future of P. J. Tour Enter Process. In golf pass. Of course. Uh, anyways, we're on the Singapore. Uh, anything else from the live event? No, can we talk Joe Berg, please? Joe Berg was kind of lit, guys. That was kind of,

that was a fun morning coming around on the D. P. World Tour. What does that mean? What does it mean me coming around? That's my question for the mission. It can be fun stuff to watch on, you know, in the mornings. I don't think I've ever debated this. The course was delightful. There was some big slopes and the greens. It was, uh, little bit slower greens, but with big slopes and some really interesting pins coming down the stretch, like really like dividing line wedges. I got

Casey Jarvis almost went full Tommy Manski back to back to back. Uh, and I'm finishing second

missed out by a shot. Uh, part of it was a bokey that he made on the 17th hole with a short iron, but it was such a cool little pin position. And then our guy Brandon Robinson Thompson hit just the filthiest flop shot from long of that green. Look like he was in a way where spot, uh, then Jarvis was, uh, but then playing the group behind him, our guy Dan Bradbury took care of business great up and down in the 18th hole. Jarvis had an unbelievable five iron into 18 as well using the

slope and, uh, unfortunately missed the put, uh, that would have eventually put him in the playoff. But it was, it was, it was electric viewing. That would have been, uh, the clean Africa sweep for Casey Jarvis and said he just goes first for second. But the clean Africa sweep would be the Africa sweep. Yeah, the win the net bank later on in the year. That's true. So it makes it even harder.

That's been grand slam.

Uh, I got at the beard with the earring. He had kind of a Bryson look to him, which made me think

Bryson needs to get an earring. I feel like that's kind of the kind of only thing I think he's missing.

So I'd like to send a flashy wide universe. Yeah, I've really, really dug his, his vibe. Yeah, I was glad you guys were, you guys were just glowing about this tournament. I was glad I flipped it all this morning. It was great. It's been banger after banger. We had the magical Kenny open. We had this. They go to take the week off this week and then, uh, I think they go to the water about China open mission hills and then they go to DLF after that. Which it's like, we're right. We're right in it.

Right now, Kenny, due class is totally bottled this thing. He, that's, he's making the habit of this.

Unfortunately, and it is the same guys every single way. It's really funny. I've looked up,

they're like, "Casey Jarvis again, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?" Uh, pee finished. Booked, but T10. Hand as well. Yeah. I'm going to see a little bit more out of pee. I'm going to see a little bit more. These, these fields are not very strong. Uh, I saw bacon picking to win the masters. I'm not sure. I'm just not so sure about that. Uh, I didn't see a little bit. Well, he already won the masters this year.

Exactly. He won the Codder Masters. That, they should get a trophy for that. Whoever wins the most masters in a year should be like, it's own little sprint. Well, there's the Portugal Masters. European masters. Let's see. Yeah. He's mega. TPU. There's four masters. Codder Masters, dumb masters, the British masters and the Omega European masters. The masters grand slam, of course. Yeah. Yeah. Um, I think it's, I think that brings us to the end of Men's Golf

for the week, which I think means it's time. Do we have the signal? Do we have the flair?

Is it time for the fedora five? Wow. Um, gentlemen, can we hear? Who was in last week's? Well, we didn't do it last week.

It was in the last. So last one, I should say. So the first one was February 8th. We had P.

Gauderup, C. Woo, Team Rose. I'm going to tie for fifth with Calam Hill Ryan Gerard. Yeah. Where was Calam Hill this week? Uh, I don't, I don't think he was not in the field. Only you played well. Um, next after that, we had, uh, P, the weekend, Ripper GC, a tie for fourth between Jackson, Corbin and Scotty Schaffler and AK and fifth. Right. Okay. This week, do you want me to go, if the, uh, your first, you know what? First,

I'm going to do, you can just do random order if you want. Just throw them up. The practice squad. Oh, God. God are up. The aces. T.C. You know I'm leaving. It's like, this is against the spirit. This is against the spirit. These guys are getting invited to the practice session. They're, they're all against the spirit. I need you to give me five. Dr. Redmond. But on your five, uh, Dan Bradbury, Minwuli and Daniel Burger. They're, those are on the practice squad.

Burgers, caddy is keeping him from being on the squad at this point. Next, Oxia is an eligible for the fedora five due to a variety of factors. Uh, as pace of play, they should have gotten placed in the clock today. They didn't play any faster coming down the stretch. The anchoring is actions in San Antonio, legend for the alamo, uh, you know, in that playoff against against any McCarthy and then declining all media for like a year plus and getting, and getting

crowned by that strip of rough today too. So, uh, tied for fifth, we have Ludwig and Moracala.

This is a future looking index. I think Ludwig is, is absolutely Ludwig's common guys. He's, he's

in routes. Uh, unlike anything we've ever seen before. Akawa, he's, he's tied for fifth as well. He's all speaking for themselves. He's seen some evolution there. Fourth, can he do plus this? Like you said, Zali, it's the same guys every week. Some believeable. But this is a good version. Uh, this is going to, he's going to keep doing it. I mean, I bet he does it in China a couple of weeks. What about China?

Uh, next, we have Ricky Castillo. He finished solo fifth at the cognizant last week and then one important week. He's been playing very, very good golf. Can I? And, you know, he, he finished T4, T3 at the farmers T44 at the American Express T31 at the Sony. So he's made all of his

Cuts.

he's like the mini version of Scotty 2 as far as data golf, you know, you call Scotty like the

Pentagon because they all five traits are just above average. Castillo has got a little bit of

that going on too. Not a, not a, not a bomber, not a, you know, it's not just like a crazy pudding thing. He just, he's just a very solid, good golfer. It's a Department of War. Yeah. He also seems like he might be the kind of guy who would wear a fedora. Possibly. Yeah. He's got that pukish on necklace. Um, Casey Jarvis number two. I'm hoping he'd be there. Yeah. You know, I had, I had to put him on. He busted down the door. Uh, he's what 22. He's, he's doing it, man. And then

so number one. Yeah. Well, I was going to say we've got a couple of, uh, a lot of directions

we could go here. Saw his playing good golf, camey hung's playing good golf. Uh, it's, I bet it's

camey on. Um, been released playing good golf. I just don't, don't, if you can put any of those non-winners. Uh, I don't know. You tell us. Hey, oh, of course. Yeah, tied for 10th this week. He just keeps, like, that's a bad week for him, tying for 10th. And I think he, he should be, he should keep the players this week. Uh, you know, I think Casey Jarvis and Pete at this point, like, either of them wins. They get a battlefield promotion to the PGA tour. We need to, I see.

We need to institute that. Yeah. Immediately. Uh, that's great. That's great. I can't, can't quibble with anything there. I'm going to ask you to have some pride, TC and no more practice

squad. This is, this is, you got, you got to still your list down. We can't not have a running

honorable mention on this. I can't, I can't have it. You already have six in the Fedora 5 every week.

That's, that's pushing it. See, that's what's pushing it. Yeah. I, I didn't put the aces on there this week.

I mean, talking to that, I had like eight on the Fedora 5 last week. That's true. Ripper. That's sure. That's a good point. Uh, we can probably get one after the players. Love it. Probably, but not promise. Thank you. The conditions are right. Exactly. Uh, on the LPGA tour and mecan Lee wins the Blue Bay LPGA. She went out in 40, a 40 with two birdies on the front nine overnight as well. Then shot three under on the back nine to beat out a

charging wayway. Zang, uh, but the three under on that back nine with the conditions that they go off the highlights from this one. If you haven't watched this one, it was absolutely whipping calm down near the very end of that back nine. There was some legitimately extremely nearly impossible hold locations. Uh, like that down, everywhere downwind hole that was like it's like a back pin over a ridge downwind. Uh, and everything was just running directly off the back of the green.

Uh, she, the wedge she hit in the par five eighteenths, she's tied for the lead with wayway Zang. Uh, it actually jams between the hole and the lip of the cup and popped out. Uh, she went over to tap in for the the one shot victory. Uh, this was, I didn't watch any of this lot, but the highlights were excellent. Oh, excellent. Do I state up watching it last, I was I had this and the F one on at the same time. And, um, Hygen Choi had two eagles, she, she got five and ten

both par fours. Uh, hit outrageous hold locations for this. Like it was there was so many Norfolk Island pines out there, too. Uh, they're at this coastal resort in China. And the foliage was unbelievable. They had these crazy kind of bulkhead sleeper bunkers as well. And conditions were kind of proper. Yeah. It was just good. Wayway Zang should have sort of run away with that thing. She, she bottle it down the stretch. So, uh, but just a bleak field, bleak, bleak field. Like this

is by far the worst field of the year for the L PGA. And at some point it's like, all right, like they need to fix the schedule. And I know they're, I know they're working on it. They need to fix the schedule. Yeah. That one's like, that one's a commute for, for a lot of those players. Uh, even like, some of the ladies that, that played the other Asian swing events didn't stick around for this one. These bounced. I don't know if I could nail this one on map on, uh, map tap, uh, DJ. Have

you played this game yet, TC? I have. It's good stuff. It's been a disaster today. Kind of running today. It's a morning ritual, but I don't know. I don't know exactly where they're going for this one. And hey, more on the schedule coming. We got an interview coming. Not this coming week, but the week after players will have a little bit more insight into some of that stuff.

Oh, we got a week off. And then back to California. I think that's exactly right. They will be back

uh, state side for the founders. Um, it Austin Kim and a DD Ashok and Rio number T3, Rio

De Cata was T5 with Eugene Choi, Elam Kim, and you Lou as well.

to shout out. So, uh, first win in like seven years for me weighing, uh, she's playing completely injured, like has a, a horrible shoulder right now, uh, which is hard of the issues that she had

on her, or starting nine today, going into it. Ruth, she ended up with that 40, but, uh, incredible

for her to battle back. But, you know, you guys talked about the field. Not only has it been like four weeks on the road for all of them. They are have LPJ tour has a week off. Next week, though, on the ladies European tour, it is the Australian open. Uh, so that's where the, the vast majority of people who had who had been playing, uh, everything on the Asian swing. They took this week off to get down Australia, uh, hoping to have a pretty strong field there. Um, and again, we, we'd press

the interview coming out in a couple of weeks, uh, pressing on that more national opens, more uh, unity on the, uh, LPJ, LET side. So I'm excited. Amen. Thank the, uh, God, Adelaide must just be buzzing right now. You got the all sorts of sport going on down Adelaide. That's sport. They love

the sport down there. Um, hey, we got almost 2,000 people in the chat right now. I never do this.

Why, can you hit the subscribe button on the no-laying up podcast if you're watching this one live? We would love, uh, love to kind of keep building our subscriber base on, on the tubes, uh, and I greatly appreciate everyone that's participating in the live chats here as well.

But, uh, guys, guys, why should you teach you how this week?

Yeah, Sally, I want to, I want to, I want to preference that by, uh, Cody, can you put up Sally's message from Tuesday leading into TGL? This is, this is lifelong Jupiter. Did I subscribe to this? Did I subscribe to this? Uh, he said, jupelinks is subbing his, in, back in for a

winner go home match tonight. I am doing this franchise. Every time I think I'm out, T.C. They pulled me

back in. T, it kids was actually okay. He did not, he did not do a vintage kids performance, uh, for our franchise. I, I'm so back and forth on TGL, man, I really am. I, I do, I still do not think it's a point of television almost ever. But when it's good, it's good. And it was legitimately good on Tuesday night. You couldn't throw all the conspiracy theories out there that you want, but Jupiter links down to their last breath. Those might be a feature, not a bug. They can screw. That's very true.

Uh, two holes to play. They throw the hammer prior to the, there's short part three, 14, Tom Kim throws it past the hole and spins it back into the hole for a hole in one. Like, it was, it was electric. It was extremely electric. And they went on the win to get into the

playoffs. And I, I think it's kind of a joke that I'm rooting for it, but I found myself invested in it.

Like, kind of getting upset when they would miss puts. And I had so much fun watching on Tuesday night. I'm, I'm not embarrassed to say it at all. It was a lot. So, there's no part of my being. It believes that that false spinning backing of course not wasn't of course. You don't believe that. Like, I think that's written into the code. Matt Barry, like, as soon as the ball lands beyond the flag, they'd know it's happened twice now on that hole. I think there's a lot of people for

so many years that you start to know. It's like 16th August. You just see, no, it's going to be good. You're just the man your team didn't make it. Tom Kim, those game quotes were outrageous. I don't know who my team is. I'm trying to be a bay fan. I think I'm actually an LA golf fan unfortunately. Oh, yeah, give me both. I don't know how we're doing this here. I just want to one thing, just as a TC representative here, he's talking about the TGL team,

not the LA golf company who is having financial hardships. Okay, I just want to clean my gap point out. Yeah. I mean, Tom Kim's quotes afterwards were outrageous. He said he was thinking about the TGL match all day when he was at the cognitive end. I mean, yeah, he was what like T40 or whatever in that. I don't blame him at all. Yeah. I woke up at 430, so I've been up for almost 20 something hours, but my last 18 holes today was preparation for night. That's all I focused on

serious. I promise you, there's a long day of a gosh. The whole round I was just thinking about the match tonight and how it's going to be and how I wanted to play and how the prop was going to go. That's marvelous. What more of an endorsement do you need for TGL? If you're going to do it, you've been as well as I'll be in. I got a bat to get a rainy chasticking. I was going to big kick

out of the videos of cat celebrating the whole and one or I mean, that's what you're looking for.

That was that was great. Did I need to watch three hours of that just in case I happen to glimpse that live? I don't think so. But the clips after the fact where we're lovely.

Somebody said this, you know, replied to one of my tweets and said like, "It'...

basketball game is a banger. It's a good point. It's an unrealistic expectation for the TGL to be a

banger every single night, but it's really hard to argue against like they're good nights being

you can't say they're bad. It's fun, interesting competition. Yeah, if I miss a match completely and it's not that close of a match, do I feel like I missed anything? No, and I don't know how you make it a employment television, but when it's good competition, it's it's it's really action. Yeah, it's action. It's cod candy. It's it's there's there's some fun to be had. Do you see you want to take us? You had a great one to put you put this while I assume you put those at the

age. Yeah, there's a 42nd hourglass filled with sand from season one that where was this for sale? Was this for sale on pull what was your site from I wasn't in Casey found this with. Oh, how was it? Oh, the auction site, the real something, the real and the list, the real. I don't know how was on there or not. Let me see if I can track this down. But yeah, this is, you know,

it's basically an official license thing from TGL. It's 42nd hourglass for $50. $49.99 and

this was basically like, yeah, like we need a recession. We need to shrink the game. It's on, it's on, it's on phonetics. There we go. Which, I know, I know Michael Ruben's your boy. I bought, I like phonetics. I'm sure. I'll actually call phonetics. I bought a Jags shirt, T.C. And I have unsubscribe to their email chain, like 18 times and I cannot get rid of them in the inbox. There you go.

Yeah, maybe this will help. We got it. That's what our platform is for. We got it. We got to get

these, these inboxes protected, man. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a war zone out there. I hate doing a box. As fun as the TGL match was the Jason Kelsey thing from this past week was too much. It was, it was,

I think I was the Kelsey brothers. Yeah, it just, it was way, seemed like a last minute Hail Mary

heave. I don't know what was the vibe. I didn't, I didn't see any of it. I mean, it's just like be zane Jason. He's wearing like a Hawaiian cutoff shirt and like going up, you know, going under the action, the, the putting green show in the actuators and going up in a crane. And it was just like Johnson Magnron and steroids kind of kind of vibe. It would be very clear. Johnson, we're pro Johnson. This is a pro Johnson. Correct. And I have no reason to believe he's on steroids, they're just

to be extremely clear. He's working out of that one shaft commercial. Yeah. So, yeah, Kelsey's seem available. They seem like they're, they're down from whatever, which is impressive. Yeah. Speaking of it down for whatever, L.D. It's too tall. It's down. Could he go like 10. That's the thing. Yeah. The, everyone's assuming this is his last. Like, why would this be his last? Why would he keep going? Can you do five? I mean, he was a great

question. Do you want to send a rookie captain on the road to, to Hazel teen?

It's a great, what has to do with fourth one, right? I mean, the system should work that, right? If he's, if he's, all he's doing is implementing a system, then, you know, anybody should be able to take over after three. Yeah. It seems like, I don't know, I would assume either Francesco or Team Rose would be the next stop. Yeah. Right. Or, or the great man Dodo. Sure. That matter. Yeah, I don't know. I'll be seeing another one. I'll be sweet. I'm so, so you know

it. Three is, if he, if he wins three, man, that's like, no, I just like, wrong should skip. Like, we don't need L. D plus like a home game plus rom and roaring time. Like, rom should skip. Let's just make it. Try a mercy rule. Let's make this at least a little bit into the right now. It's like involved. Pooch. Pooch. In what capacity? Playing David Pooch. Oh, David Pooch. You're talking about Pooch. Like, from vibration.

Playing what? Like, you're happy. Yeah. Happy birthday. No, David Pooch. Yeah, it's been on the team. I thought we were going to need the video. I did it the very end of our final 2023 writer cup pod where I looked into the camera and was like, this is for you, Solie, in the future, four years from now. You're not allowed to pick Team USA. You're not allowed to do it. Like, you're going to want to do it in Ireland. Don't do it. And I have, I don't think there's anything

that happens between now and this time next year that would make me pick the US to win in Ireland. Like, there's not one out to be in the police. I get to go into J. P. McMahon. This is a little fun house. And there's already a dareman. There's already got good toiletries. If already got good yeah, linens. I'll be happy. What's looking into? Exactly. Very point. How do you think the, who do you think the American captain is? Is it the cat?

Seems like he's, he's got his hands full with the future competitions committee.

I don't know. I feel like I keep seeing Stewart sink pop up and stuff. I don't know if he's if it's not the cat, it's got to be what's do sink or snack liquor. I don't know if you guys yeah, I wonder, I wonder about snack liquor, just with him doing the the president's cup

this year, but that's what I'd heard was the likely, but I think it is like if Tiger wants to do it,

obviously they're going to, they're going to do the Tiger thing. And it would be a very P. J. of America thing to do the Tiger thing. Like I am not one of the people that has convinced all you got to do is make Tiger the captain and all the stuff's going to fall into place. Like I think the US team has a lot farther to go than just, I don't think that's a magic card you can play. They didn't pop into the the president's cup that Tiger captain and told

they were they are all jet lag for the first day or two of the competition. Yeah, that one was

not going great. Also Tiger can get off the top of your head. Do you know how many winning Ryder Cup teams Tiger was a part of? Not one. Like one or two? Yeah, 99. One. It was on losing team in 97. He was on losing team in two or four or six. It was not on the team in 08 when they won losing on 2010 losing team in 2012 was not on the team in 14, but they did not win. That one was not on the team of course in 16. But they won. Was on the team in 18 did apologize to P for playing

poorly and hasn't been on one sense. All right, do you think P is on another Ryder Cup team?

I'm open to it. You're open to it? Hell yeah. They were closer with evolution. They're closer with P than than whatever they had going. He might need to be the captain. Can you imagine Lady J is the

yeah. Imagine the outfits? Yeah. Incredible. It's like an alpha.

P J of American absolutely needs to do that. He and P and Lady J don't array. Seems unlikely. All right, let's move towards wrapping of course players championship week on the PGA tour this week. Live is on to Singapore. LP J tours off DP world tours off. Cornfair is off until March 26th. We had a great, I thought it was great if I may say a great video posted to our YouTube channel this past week from our little trip to Jacksonville, which happens to be

our TC and I live. DJ lived here for quite a few many years. That's over on the no-ling of YouTube channel. If you've not already peeped that one, please please do. I got a lot of great feedback on that one. They appreciate it. Yeah, turned out to you. Do you have anything to say as far

as standing in front of P on a VJ club? Saying we're here in Jack and South Jacksonville Beach?

People were upset about that. It was just TC. No, that's it's fair. It's right on the edge. I always

forget kind of where the line is granted. It is called P on a VJ in club. So I probably that should make it pretty clear, but I always feel like the South Jack's beach line is a little farther down than I I always think, but yeah, I'll apologize for that. That's on me. I apologize. I mean, I test thing. I apologize. We didn't go harder at Deli Combs coffee. I apologize that we didn't we didn't go harder at, honestly it was in there, but we should have gone even harder at

Southern grounds to move it in right across street from Bolbine. That was as I said in the video pre pre eft up. You know, I want to apologize for anything else other than that. I think if I noticed right, the the the line that I said about like, you know, I felt the urge, the instinct to take a picture of a bird the other day that started the whole bird craze from you guys. I don't think that made the final cut even. I've got literally just had one sentence

we're walking off to get caught. I think we can go back and cut that and put that up. That's literally the the thing I was like, man, you know, no, I'm getting old. It's like I saw a bird the other day. I wanted to take a picture the entire I still have every single every single day I open up my Instagram feed somebody sending me the same bird watching video and I've just made it eight times worse. I realized that I appreciate people. People that was on the I think it was on the fourth hole

of the valley course. We were talking about that. It was a high park. It was a high park. It was a high park. It was an eastern blue bird that kind of came into frame there. I would say listen to some bird it's good bird watching stuff on the on the trap draw, which is recently as well. The trap draw has been blocking big randies back from paternity leave, which was great. Did a great trap draw chop session with TC this week. We got our Oscars pod coming out this week with

myself and Randy and our guy Big T Tim Simon's all kinds of content flowing. Randy's going to be back on this here pod. I think what tomorrow probably players preview. I believe so. I don't

Believe so.

Unfortunately, that was very, that was a very, very, very not fake since gotten new batteries

put into the golf. Not only was it real. It was not even close. It was like

I mean, that was far away. We pushed that cart a long, fucking way like a really long life. Also, like there were some people that were getting honest for saying, hey, you guys didn't really this was more Jacksonville beach pun of each of beach in Hyde Park. I would say yes,

show them some of two to his and there's 80% of Jacksonville that I've never even been to before.

Hearing stuff foot in. Yeah. And a lot of like, you know, we, we didn't have, you know, not know Jack's beach and there's things we've done like four videos of Jack's beach. You know, Jack's trying to spread around. Yeah, we have we have the Jack's beach content. It's there if you want to go check it out. We're going to go live, Cody. Sorry. No, I'm just going to say if you guys want to clear something up like the part of me doctors pretty electric in it and nobody really does

like an introduction of like who he is. I don't know T.C. if you want to give a quick like,

oh, this is my friend. Yeah, he's a party doctor. Yeah, he's like one of my best friends. One of my fishing buddies golf buddies. I remember the Blue Man group. It just, yeah, just a generally jolly, jolly fellow and, and like he's not a party animal or anything,

but he's always like he's always got gardening or sake on the golf course. That's what we call

the party doctor. Neil, Neil Blostom is that years ago he's like, man, he's always feel like you're in a good mood. You're just like, he's jolly, he's ready to party. So he starts calling the party doctor. And he is a doctor. So I did, I got, I got text about that. I need to know more about this party doctor guy. We are going to go live tomorrow for our players championship preview, 330 Eastern time on the this year channel right here, the no-ling up podcast, YouTube channel.
