"Live from MPR News, I'm Jial Snyder.

President Trump spent more than an hour a Monday talking with reporters about the rescue

mission over the weekend that recovered a U.S. airman whose plane was downed in Iran.

Trump also threatened Iran, saying the U.S. will start bombing aggressively tonight if Iran fails to agree to reopen the state of our moves. Here's impures deep a shiver off."

It was the President's first press conference since the U.S. and Israel launched a war

with Iran more than a month ago. Trump repeated threats to Iran that he's been making for days. On social media over the weekend, Trump said Iran has until 8 p.m. on Tuesday to make a deal. "The entire country can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night."

Trump was flanked by CIA Director John Radcliffe, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, General Dan Cain. The President claimed Iran "got lucky" when they took out the U.S. fighter jet a few days ago. It was one of two combat planes shot down that day.

Deepish Ivaram and PR News, Washington. "With President Trump's deadline drawing closer, Iranian officials are urging young people to form human chains around power plants to protect them. Also, Israel's military is warning Iranians to avoid taking trains today, suggesting Israel is planning to target Iran's real network."

Over the weekend, the oil-producing countries of OPEG met to discuss the oil market and

key OPEG members who have been voluntarily keeping oil production down and asked another

boost to their output. That's not likely to provide much relief to oil markets as it appears Camilla Domenoski reports. An influential group of major state-owned oil producers announced yet another boost to oil production over the weekend.

Normally, increasing production pushes prices down, but this is not a normal oil market. The war in Iran is blocking significant amounts of exports from the Middle East, and Ukraine's attacks are limiting how much Russia can export. So instead of hanging on OPEG decisions, oil markets are eyeing the situation in the straight-of-war moves.

Ten ships a day are getting through on average, now the trade intelligence group Kepler reports still down sharply from more than a hundred a day pre-war. Camilla Domenoski.

This is in PR. The government of Congo has agreed to accept a third party migrants deported from the U.S. and the Trump administration's ongoing immigration crackdown impures dual-bright reports. Deportation flights are expected to start this month, but it is unclear how many migrants will be transferred on the de-tempo radio.

Congo's officials say deportees would include third-country migrants who have no connection with Congo. The Trump administration will foot the bill.

It has already spent at least $40 million to deport hundreds of migrants to countries

other than their own, according to a report by the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Some of the money has gone to African countries with repressive governments and poor human rights records.
