Pakistan's Prime Minister is urging President Trump to extend his deadline for Iran to
“reopen the Strait of Hormuz by two weeks, Trump has warned that a whole civilization”
will die. If Iran doesn't capitulate by 8 o'clock eastern tonight, congressional Democrats issued a statement calling Trump completely unhinged and asked lawmakers to be brought back immediately into session to end the war. Iran says and is Rayleigh Airstrike has destroyed a synagogue in the Iranian capital and
appears at Jaina Raff has more. Iran's mere news agency linked to the Iranian government, says and is Rayleigh Airstrike destroyed the Rafi Naya Synagogue in central Tehran. The President had threatened to quote "destroy the whole of Iranian civilization," if the state of Hormuz is not reopened. In a statement Archbishop Kokely writes, "I call on President Trump to step back from
“the precipice of war and negotiate a just settlement for the sake of peace and before”
more lives are lost." Jason Derose and Pyrenees The benchmark price of crude oil in the U.S. is climb to its highest level in nearly four years and Pyrenees' Scott Horsley reports on the economic fallout from the war. "That disruption of energy supplies caused by the U.S. war with Iran has pushed domestic
crude oil prices to their highest level since 2022," following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Gasoline prices rose another two cents overnight, Triple A's as the average price of the pump is now $4.14 a gallon. Orders for long-lasting manufactured goods fell 1.4% in the month leading up to the war, that was largely due to a sharp drop in orders for jet airplanes.
Not counting transportation products, durable goods orders were up in February. In activists investor Bill Akman wants to buy universal music group, Akman's offering
$64 billion for the label, which is home to ask including Taylor Swift and Bad Bunny.

John Deer, tractor-maker Deer and company has agreed to pay $99 million as part of a settlement to resolve a lawsuit accusing the farm equipment giant of monopolizing repair services. The manufacturer has faced a handful of right to repair complaints over the years.
The company was accused of withholding repair software and conspiring with dealers to force farmers to use their services for repairs. Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill allowing state officials to designate groups as domestic terrorist organizations, W.F.S. use Tristan Wood reports. The legislation allows the state to target groups, freeze funding, and penalize people
who support them. Students who support those groups on college campuses could be expelled, and those attending on a visa would be reported to immigration authorities. DeSantis says the legislation will target Islamist extremism.
"We'll do millions for public safety, millions for education, but never one red set
for Jehaid." Groups like the Council on American Islamic Relations Florida worry the measure unfairly targets Muslims and could limit first amendment protections for all Floridians. Air Florida says it doesn't expect to receive the domestic terrorist designation under the law, but would sue if it does.
