"Li," from NPR News, I'm Lakshmi, saying, "We've just learned that a California

jury has unanimously voted to dismiss all claims in Elon Musk's lawsuit against open

AICO, Sam Altman, and other open AI leaders, and funders. Musk alleged Altman and others breached their duty to open AI's nonprofit mission, and unjustly enrich themselves by building a for-profit company on top of it. The jury found that Musk had not filed his lawsuit within the three-year statute of limitations for making a claim of breach of charitable trust.

This is an advisory jury meeting their decision is non-binding." The U.S. and Israel may soon decide whether to resume their full-scale war with Iran.
