Israeli air strikes today killed Lebanese Army General along with two other military personnel
from Beirut and Perez-Generat reports. The Lebanese military said a Brigadier General, a captain and a soldier were killed in the air strike. Lebanese state media said they were killed by a drone attack that targeted their vehicle on a main road in southern Lebanon.

Lebanon's president condemned the attack as a violation of Lebanese sovereignty. The Lebanese Army has been tasked with disarming Iran-backed Hisbola, which Israel is fighting
“and is key to the ceasefire plan agreed by Israel and Lebanon.”
