South Carolina holds a primary election Tuesday with statewide races for Governor- Attorney General and U.S. Senate. Five Republicans are challenging and incumbent Senator Lindsey Graham for the Republican Senate nomination. Monday night, Graham held a tellerally, President Trump called in making it clear that Graham

has his support and Trump also thanked Graham for backing him with the U.S. is really war against Iran.

I think we're winning that battle, but you're really going to win it over the next

two weeks when we declare total victory. It'll be a total victory. It'll happen very soon, and oil prices will come tumbling down. Three Democrats are seeking the Senate seat. Dr. Annie Andrews is considered the front runner to secure the Democratic Party nomination.

Five Republicans and three Democrats are running for Governor. A pause in fighting between Iran and Israel appears to be holding after the biggest test so far of the ceasefire agreed to enable. The two countries exchange fire before announcing a halt to the attacks on Monday, but the violence has continued in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese health ministry said is really strikes killed 14 people on Monday. Half of those after Iran threatened to attack Israel again if continued bombing Lebanon. From Jerusalem, here's the BBC's Middle East correspondent, Yolanda Now. The latest flare-up between Israel and Iran was triggered by events in Lebanon. Open AI, the maker of chatGPT, says it's filed confidential paperwork with the securities and exchange commission to begin a potential IPO. And PR's John Rudicz reports.

Open AI's plans to list shares on the stock exchange have been an open secret for a while now,

but they've taken the first steps saying they submitted confidential paperwork, joining

a wave of blockbuster IPOs this year. The move comes after competitor Anthropic, which makes the Claude AI models filed the same paperwork about a week ago, and Elon Musk's company SpaceX, which does rockets satellite communication, social media, and AI, is poised for its own initial public offering of share to the public later this week.

Open AI says it has not decided on the timing yet, and says it may be a while because there are things the company wants to do that are likely easier as a private company. The filing it says gives it the option to go public sooner if that ends up being the best thing. John Rudicz and PR news.

The San Antonio spurs one game three of the NBA Finals Monday night. The final score, San Antonio 115 New York 11, game five is Wednesday night in New York. It's NPR.
