President Trump is at the annual G7 summit hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron this

year in the French Alps, and PR's Eleanor Beardsley reports Trump is fresh off a deal

with Iran to end the war and reopen the straight of Hormuz. Commentators in France noted that Trump is only fixing what he broke and the world is simply back to where it was before he started the war 107 days ago, but French President Emmanuel Macron expressed cautiously optimism. "We need to see the consequences of this agreement," he said.

"It's support for Lebanon, the reopening of the straight of Hormuz long term, and of course on agreement on Iran's nuclear and ballistic weapons." France and Britain have promised to secure the straight once the fighting stops, as well as help "design the body of water," the leaders of the world's seven largest economies will also discuss artificial intelligence, immigration, global trade imbalances and the

war in Ukraine. President Vladimir Zelensky will attend the summit, Eleanor Beardsley and PR News Paris. "Iron back to his bubble, his welcome the agreement between Iran and the United States, which calls for a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon as well, but his MPR's Jain

"We're going to be looking at repeated grounds of heavy rainfall potentially impacting Southeast Texas, including the Houston metro areas we go through the middle of the week with

some potential for heavy rainfall and flash flooding." Lindsey says tropical moisture from Mexico is feeding into the storm system, raising the risk of severe weather not only in Texas, but across much of the southern U.S. This includes part of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. A media giant is making major moves to reach more people on streaming.

The Fox Corporation is buying Roku in a multi-billion-dollar deal.

And here's Kristen Wright reports, the agreement reflects a real shift in how some audiences get their news and information. Fox's CEO calls it a defining moment for the company. It proposes to buy Roku in a cash and stock deal valued at around $22 billion. The acquisition would bring together Fox's news, sports, and entertainment content with a major

streaming platform with a vast audience. Fox would have access to Roku's $100 million household globally and the chance for more advertising dollars in the race to gain streaming audiences. It's a shift from Fox's reliance on traditional cable TV. Fox says it's streaming service to Be will operate separately alongside the Roku channel.
