U.S. striker Flynn Balagan was shown the red card in last Wednesday's match against Bosnia Herzegovina, the referee at first declined to call a foul of any kind, but a video
official stepped in after reviewing the play in slow motion. Normally a red card would mean a suspension in the following game. In the phone call, with Infantino, Trump wanted to understand why the red card was given and why a suspension was necessary, according to an official with knowledge of the call who was granted anonymity to discuss a private conversation.
The news of the call coupled with FIFA's decision to allow Balagan to play has ignited a huge response in the soccer world. Belgium's football Federation said they were astonished by the decision and would pursue any path to recourse.

Monday. In Paris, temperatures are expected to reach the mid 90s this week where the large majority of buildings and homes do not have air conditioning. France had its hottest June-on record this year and recorded some 2,000 excess deaths caused by the extreme heat.
That's an increase of 30 percent, deaths rose by 62 percent in the Paris region.

activist Charlie Kirk, 23-year-old Tyler Robinson is charged with seven counts, including aggravated murder, Kirk was killed while speaking at Utah Valley University. The Angel Studio Playbook hasn't changed.
Young Washington also has its best numbers in America's heartland. It's top theater as Utah's megaplex 18 Thanksgiving point midway between Salt Lake City and Provo. The studio has already announced a George Washington sequel called 1776 by Mandelo NPR News. The eSports world cup gets underway today in Paris and features professional gamers competing
