President Trump is in Turkey, the arrived in Ankara Tuesday for a NATO summit where

Trump has to deliver remarks at Turkey's presidential compound and a few hours after meeting with Turkish President Richard Beardamon and NATO Secretary General Mark Ruta.
Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, now among those calling on Graham Platner to withdraw as the Democratic Senate nominee in Maine. Sanders isn't independent who caucuses with Democrats who are withdrawing their support for
“Platner following sexual assault allegations.”
Here's him, purest Barbara Sprung. Platner denies the allegation, but said in a video statement, he's taking time to reflect on the best path forward. That reflection comes with a ticking clock. The deadline for a nominee to withdraw is July 13th.
If Platner decides to suspend his campaign, the Maine Democratic Party will administer a process to select a new nominee by July 27th. If he doesn't suspend his campaign by the 13th, there's no option to select a new nominee. The Maine Democratic Party is pushing for Platner to exit as soon as possible in order to begin the new nominating process, which they've said they want to be open, transparent
and inclusive. Barbara Sprung and Pair News, Washington. Kentucky Republican Senator Mitch McConnell remains hospitalized as questions emerge about his health. And Pair's Claudia Garassalus reports that McConnell's office has shared few details since he
was admitted for care weeks ago. Top Senate Republican leaders said they had lengthy and substantive conversations with McConnell by phone this week. Senate Majority Leader John Thun, who succeeded McConnell in the jobs, said they discussed national security while Senate Majority Web John Brasso said over a 20-minute conversation
he and McConnell caught up on Senate races, the July recess, and a defense funding bill. The 84-year-old Apolio survivors not been seen or heard from since his June 14th hospitalization for unknown reasons. Public safety scanner traffic posted by streaming platforms captured a medical call to McConnell's D.C. home.

Far right leader, Marine Le Pen says she will be her party's candidate for President of France next year after an appeals court ruled that she is eligible to run. It appears on her Beyoncé reports the appeals court suspended the five-year ban on her seeking political office. Le Pen spoke in an interview on the nightly news several hours after the verdict.
She too was. I'm very happy because the French people have been given back their right to choose. She said, framing it as a win for democracy. The appeals court also reduced her original prison term to one year with an electronic bracelet. Though it upheld Le Pen's conviction for channeling several million euros from European
Parliament funding to pay salaries for political activities in France. Le Pen says she's innocent and will again appeal the charges. She said she'll run for President as a team alongside the party's number two. Le Pen touted their strong partnership and convictions and said they would reverse the decline of France.
Eleanor Beardsley and Piano's Paris. This year's Sand for a mean festival in Pamplona, Spain coincides with the 100th anniversary of the publication of Ernest Hemingway's novel The Sun also rises. The book published in 1926 put Pamplona on the map this year's Bullrunning Festival kicked off on Monday.
