President Trump was in Marietta, Georgia, Wednesday speaking at a campaign event after attending the dignified transfer at over air force base for service members who were killed in action last weekend.

it's a tough thing I do of anything I do, I do all the stuff, but I think it's a tough thing I do. >> Trump's speech in Georgia was his first since his prime time addressed to the nation last week, and which he questioned the security of U.S. elections, funding for election security long sought by President Trump.
It's included in a $95 billion budget blueprint that House Republicans passed Wednesday.
Most of the money would go toward funding the Iran war, and there's funding for farmers as well. Trump's vote is the first step in the reconciliation process that Republicans have turned to to secure the funding without democratic support. A special prosecutor in the Louisiana has dropped all felony charges against the state's
attorney general, or accusations that she intimidated city officials in New Orleans. From member station WWNO, Mel Bridges reports. >> A grand jury in Orleans, Paris, had brought 16 felony charges against Liz Murl earlier the
“last month after she sent letters to elected officials in New Orleans saying they could”
be removed from office if they went forward with a special election. But those same officials asked that the case be dismissed, saying it's distracting from the
positive things the city has been doing, and the prosecution agreed.
Murl said she still plans to investigate the grand jury and New Orleans leaders. >> You can't be friends with somebody who wants to picture in jail for 80 years. >> Governor Jeff Landry and U.S. representative Clay Higgins have both called for a federal investigation into the grand jury. >> In Utah flood waters this past week, push mud and trees from the cotton would fire down the state's beaver canyon, forcing evacuations. Mudslides from heavy rains also disrupted travel in Colorado closing portions of interstate 70 and smaller roads. The National Weather Service warns more storms this week, mean additional flood risk throughout
the region. For NPR News, I'm Rachel Cohen in Boulder, Colorado. >> And you're listening to NPR News. The drop of administration has signed a nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia. The agreement could potentially provide Saudi Arabia with uranium enrichment capability
for its civilian nuclear program. Previous administrations have been concerned that such a deal with Saudi Arabia could lead to a weapons program. The United Kingdom is cutting its humanitarian and development assistance funding to many African countries, that's according to a new government report.
NPR's Fatmateness reports that the cuts are part of an effort to increase the UK's defense budget. >> Some of the poorest countries in the world, like Malawi and Mozambique, will lose about 90% of their aid funding from the UK. These funds supported programs aimed at reducing poverty and improving healthcare and education
for vulnerable populations, mostly in Africa and the Middle East. The cuts were originally announced last year, but a recent report details the breakdown by country.
“Some nations like Sudan, Ukraine and Palestine have been designated as geopolitically important”
and will continue to receive aid. But others like Somalia, Selstudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which is currently fighting in outbreak of Ebola, will also see drastic cuts, fatmateness and PR news. >> The Boston Red Sox winning streak has been broken.
Boston lost the second game of a double header to the Baltimore Orioles last night after having
