Independent military news outlets report that sailors have attempted to jump from the carrier and PR has not confirmed those accounts, but in the statement tonight, the U.S. military did confirm that one sailor fell overboard earlier this month and was quickly and safely recovered.

The judge says the cases are too isolated and episodic to prove a persistent civil rights violation. The board of the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. has voted to add President Trump's name back to the facade of the Performing Arts venue and move forward with a two-year closure. It sets up a test of a federal judge who ruled Trump's name was added illegally and blocked
