Florida's newly minted Republican nominee for Governor,

Congressman Byron Donalds is calling for a United Republican Party. >> My administration will be guided by three pillars, making Florida accountable, achievable, and most of all affordable. >> Florida primary voters advanced Donalds to November who will face Democrat David Jolly for the Governor's office.

In Florida's Democratic primary for a U.S. Senate seat, progressive state lawmaker Angie Nixon scored an upset victory, and will face Republican Senator Ashley Moody this fall. Moody was appointed to the seat once held by Secretary of State Marco Rubio. In Alaska voters advanced Democrat Mary Peltola and incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan,

and a contest at Democrat C.S. key to their chances of winning control

the Senate in the mid-term elections. >> A federal judge in Oakland, California heard opening statements Tuesday and a lawsuit brought by four state attorneys general against a meta. Rachel Myro, member station KQED reports. >> The state's claim met a deliberately designed Facebook and Instagram

>> President Trump said Tuesday that no talks with Iran are in the works,

and he insisted the state of her moves is open to shipping. Trump's remarks contradict Iran's assertion at the straight remain shut down. Iran backed militias in Iraq, which have previously attacked U.S. targets in the Kurdistan region,

The U.S. and Canada have reached the last minute deal that

averaged President Trump's 50% tariffs on $20 billion worth of Canadian imports.

Trump announced a deal on social media hours before the import taxes were to go into effect, saying he is pausing them for three days. In a social media post, Trump added that the controversial keystone XL pipeline could be revived. He did not provide details.

In Myanmar's largest city, health officials say hundreds of people have fallen ill and an outbreak of cholera. And B.R.'s Dury Biscarrot reports that monsoon rains have displaced tens of thousands of people in the engan area as floods in and date, villages along river banks. The cute diarrhea often caused by cholera is a recurring issue during Myanmar's rainy

monsoon season. The country's social affairs minister said that 500 people were hospitalized with diarrhea in Yangon last week, almost 150 tested positive for cholera. Local media reported that health officials suspect the outbreak is tied to contaminated water or food and asked street vendors in the city of Yangon to close over the weekend.

Two years ago, more than 2,000 people were hospitalized in a diarrhea outbreak during the monsoon. 15 people died, Dury Biscarrot and Pernus, Washington. NASA has released before and after photos of the crater created by a SpaceX rocket that slammed into the moon two weeks ago.

The Falcon rockets upwards stage plowed into the moon after drifting through space for more than a year. Scientists say the new crater appears to be 60 feet across and less than 10 feet deep.
