to defeat several war powers resolutions. Vice President J.D. Vance chimed in as well, saying Brad had one of the toughest jobs in the administration, and delivered for the President at every turn. Brad will leave in September as the White House begins to prepare for a post-mid-term reality.

million to over 19 million.
Among men, rates of cannabis addiction rose from 7 to 9% during this time and about a quarter of men reported using marijuana in 2024. Among women, rates of cannabis use disorder rose from 4.5 to nearly 6%. The researchers note that cannabis has also become more potent during this period with increasingly high levels of the psychoactive chemical T8C, which raises the risk of addiction,
