Provincial premieres from across the country say Trump has gone too far and all with the exception of Alberta say it's time to fight back. They agree, will be tough on Canadians. Jobs will be lost and businesses close because of President Trump's 50% tariffs. Many business leaders, such as the Canadian Steel Producers Association, agree that no
deal is better than a bad deal. Fans at Major League soccer matches in Montreal and Vancouver, booed the U.S. National Anthem Saturday. Many people promised to shut an American alcohol. Ottawa's retaliation begins on September 8, targeting U.S. sectors including steel, dairy,

Though the MMR vaccine is not a lethal vaccine, and it is often other countries that muses in particular separately like in Japan. The MMR shot is one of a number of vaccines targeted for changes by the Trump administration. The Hawke Fire in Western Nevada is continuing to grow at this hour. Fire officials say it is now reached 15,000 acres in size and remains uncontained.
Nevada's governor is declared a state of emergency for the area, and is mobilized the state's national guard for support. Some 42,000 people have been ordered to leave their homes in another 45,000 are being encouraged to do the same. You're listening to NPR news.
A massive pile of garbage collapsed in the West African country of Guinea Sunday and killed at least 30 people, and rescuers say they're still looking for other possible victims who were buried by the collapse. The garbage covered a number of nearby homes officials say heavy rains led to the accident. Local residents living near the land fill had been given a vision notices, but many had
still not left. The open air waist dump is the largest in that country's capital city. California has adopted the nation's strongest wildfire regulations for landscaping around houses. NPR's Lawrence Summer has more in our reports.
California has lost almost 60,000 homes and structures to wildfires in the last decade. So regulators have been looking at how to protect communities. Most wildfires are spread by tiny burning embers carried by the wind. When those catch and dry plants next to houses, they can ignite. Now California residents in wildfire prone areas will have to manage plants within five
feet of their house. Only low-lying plants are allowed or well-maintained trees. The rules were delayed several years of a concern from homeowners about the cost and impact on landscaping. For existing houses, they go into effect in three years, lawn summer and PR news.
