A divided Supreme Court is easing the way for President Trump to limit male invoting

Trump basically called for the Pulsal Service to deliver male ballots only to people
on lists of male invoters that states would have to turn over to U.S. P.S. and Trump has said he issued this order to stop illegal voting by non-U.S. citizens, which many studies and audits have found to be extremely rare, and by the way, Trump himself has voted by Mellon Flora and Piers Hansi Lewang reporting, the U.S. P.S. is the financial supporter of NPR.

Hagger nerds is a start-up that tracks waterfowl with satellite imagery and weather radar to warn farmers of their outbreak risk. Now, it's partnering with all VO technologies, a company that makes rapid tests for poultry. A VO's test is under USDA review, but it's used in more than 30 countries. A VO president, Eric Toro Not, says sending tests to a lab is slow.
We can give them a result in 45 minutes instead of three days. By combining waterfowl tracking data with rapid test results, the companies say they'll build a deeper understanding of how avian flu spreads, many farms only test when symptoms are present, so surveillance testing could be a cost barrier for some.
