They've been asked to decide if Lindsey Clancy is guilty of first-degree murder, second-degree
murder, or manslaughter, or if she's not criminally responsible because of her mental state. Her defense argues she was experiencing postpartum psychosis and was not in control of her behavior. The prosecution says she deliberately planned to kill her children. They were five years old, three years old, and eight months old at the time."

Chuck Edwards rejected the allegations taking to the House floor to urge his colleagues to vote
against censure, and while he apologized to the two female staffers at the center of the probe, he said he should be judged on the quote "facts." Mr. Speaker, regret is not an admission of sexual harassment. However, the 65-year-old congressman ended his reelection bid after the panel shared its investigative findings, the House Ethics Committee said Edwards created a hostile work environment
