disclosures. That means making public incidents where artificial intelligence models do things that people don't want them to do. triggering a tsunami of concern about human control over AI. And a statement posted online open AI acknowledged the incident involving the German website, but did not give details. It said its misalignment disclosure practices need to expand for this, quote, "new phase of model capabilities." And it's working on a framework for when and how to report when AI goes off script. hour. It's carrying sustained winds of 120 miles an hour. It's expected to skirt the archipelago, but forecasters say it may bring as much as 14 inches of rain in some areas, four to eight inches of rain are expected on Hawaii's big island. Officials are concerned the rain and winds could cause flash flooding in landslides. The National Hurricane Center has issued a tropical storm warning for two of the islands. “A senior Iranian official says Tehran is planning to announce an exclusion zone outside the”

By now pay later, let's consumer split payments on everything from furniture to clothes. The credit counts in company money management international says it's seeing more clients with by now pay later debt. Ted Rossman is the group's consumer finance analyst. He says these newer by now pay later companies are not as willing to offer debt relief. Like credit card lenders are often willing to work with us. We can negotiate something like an 8% rate over four
or five years. The by now pay later companies are often not willing to make the same accommodations. By now pay later does have lower delinquency rates than credit cards. But Rossman worries with the growing debt those delinquencies could rise. Stephen Bissahah and PR news.
