Hey everybody, welcome back to The One's Ready Podcast.

You're in the team room. This is your daily drop.

For the first of April, and I promise you, I'm not going to do any of the stupider.

April Fool's Jokes or anything like that. It's not really my jam. But what I will say is hit over to tastygames.com to get yourself any creating gummies. These are right here for kids and they're fantastic. Now, I have a couple different panks.

This is the one that I'm saving for ad reads like this, but I've had to hide them from my son because he... He really likes them a lot.

No promo code or anything like that.

Just head over to tastygames.com to get yourself some creating or pre-workout or whatever. We'll kick things off with the army. Army helicopter crews, suspensions, lifted following the Nashville incident. Defense Secretary P. Hexeth lifted suspensions placed on army helicopter crews who flew over the swimming pool of the music and kid rocks home in Nashville.

Sure, you guys have all seen the video Apache flying over. Got that nice, kind of like infinity pool deck thing and he saluted in all the kind of stuff.

I think the, anyway, the crew, crew members of two army helicopters seen in the video are no longer facing

disciplinary action after the review.

The decision results. It's internal personnel matter without further administrative consequences to the crews. As it really should be because even if they did not to freaking dose your cat or party be or something like that. Like they're just doing a training mission. They're doing a fly by freaking whatever. Dude, I get it that it can be sensitive.

I think maybe everybody just kind of needs a relaxed little bit and realize that those Apache pilots are just having a good time. They're still training. They're still doing a training sortie and all that kind of good stuff, but like let's relax a little bit. Anyway, I think the way everything out rescinded though was through secondary eggs. I'm sure there were some back channel stuff as well. Obviously he engaged with the commanders directly in the army.

But publicly came out on X and I think it was X and said, hey, you know, basically these guys are free and clear.

No disciplinary charges going about your day. So I'm glad that's happened. I don't want those guys to get in trouble. I mean, because then you start thinking about like all the all the football games, all the NASCAR events, all the NBA games where they start, you know, promoting military people and stuff. Not promoting, but putting military people out and saying, hey, you know, whatever team supports us. Like it gets a little bit, it gets a little bit messy at that point.

So just everybody, chill out and relax. All right, next, the army reduces frequency of mandatory cybersecurity training. The army cut the requirement for mandatory cyber training, cybersecurity training rather from annual to once every five years under a policy that took effect. At least late last month commanders are now individually responsible for ensuring their personnel receive appropriate digital defense preparation. The change streamlines training from training while shifting accountability to unit leadership.

Dude, I would love to only do cybersecurity awareness or annual training, except not do it annually to do it every five years. That would be amazing. Is that rough to take 30 minutes out of my day to do it? No, but it's always at the most in opportune times. Like, you know, and of course you're ignoring the pop-up as soon as you log into your computer. Hey, you're, you're, you're, and it tells you, I don't know, 30 days out or something like the every single day you log in. I don't care. I still ignore it.

So it's just, it happens. Then all of a sudden, your cast lock out, and then you got to get with the comms folks to get everything unlocked. Yeah, it's great. Next, Pentagon considers anti-droning lasers at Fort McNair, sightings of drones around the Fort McNair. The Army installation in Washington, D.C., where Defense Secretary P. Hexeth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio reside.

Have prompted consideration of deploying anti-droning laser technology.

I think, yeah, I think that's a good idea. I think it should probably do that. I don't know why you wouldn't. So, yeah, we need force protection, especially in our senior leaders in Americans in general, but especially senior leaders in our assets. All right. Next, at the Navy, the USS George H. W. Bush, Departes Norfolk for deployment amid Iranian operations, the Nimitz class aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush, and its strike group departed naval station north for a regularly scheduled deployment.

Just like we talked about with the Marines, a lot of this stuff is regular. It was going to happen anyway, whether we were doing stuff in Iran or not.

So, just because more forces are deploying, doesn't necessarily mean that things are escalating. A lot of this stuff is already on the books for years to come, especially with these fleets. They know years out when they are deploying, going underway. The movement occurs as part of the ongoing support to Operation Epic Fury and the US-led campaign against Iran and deployment bolsters, naval presence in the region during the heightened tensions. Next, Navy revised high energy laser weapon system for military exercise.

The US Navy spent at least six months resurrecting a high energy laser weapon that had previously been installed on a warship. The system was brought back into the service for a major military exercise last year.

It was recently disclosed that effort highlights continued investment in direct energy capabilities for future naval operations. If you haven't seen with some of these high energy lasers or direct energy weapons can do, not just like in terms of destruction but neutralizing stuff or in-campaign. It was a decapastating for whatever. I'm having a blight, but incapastating rather. People is pretty wild, but anyway, on to the next, chief of naval operations expresses confidence in Middle East mindsweeping capabilities.

The chief of the naval operations stated that the US Navy's mind countermeasures package in the Middle East is a very good capability amid potential Iranian mind threats. The assessment came during the discussions of Operation Epic Fury requirements.

The forces remained prepared to address any mine warfare challenges in the theater. I may have to help on YouTube at some point because I'm curious unless there's any Navy dudes out there. I'm just curious how they do that kind of stuff because those things, it's not like they're always floating like they're, you know, some of them are mutually buoyant and that kind of stuff. And it's just, you know, I don't want how do they find them to, how the hell they get those things, you know, decommission those things without them exporting or maybe they don't. Maybe they allowed them, you know, they get far enough way and they set out a remote debt on them.

I'm just more curious because I don't actually know. Last one for the Navy is the USS boxer amphibious readiness group arrives in Hawaii in a route to possible Middle East mission up to 2500 Marines and three Navy ships of the USS boxer amphibious readiness group arrived in Hawaii after departing San Diego last week.

The group is positioned for a possible mission in the Middle East as part of the ongoing Iran related operations. The movement supports rapid reinforcement operations in U.S. Central Command.

All right, on to the Marines. Marines announced ice presence, that's right. I see E immigration else yet. Yeah, whatever ice stands for something something enforcement immigration control enforcement. Oh, I don't know, presence at Paris Island boot camp out in Bufra, South Carolina. Citing increased force protection measures Marine Corps recruit depot Paris Island South Carolina warned that federal agents will check visitors lawful immigration status during boot camp graduation and family days.

The announcement was posted on the basis official web page the policy applies to all events in South Carolina at the South Carolina installation.

Okay, that's a wonder if they're doing that at all the bases though, not just Paris Island because I don't know why you would just do it at Paris Island when you have Fort Jackson, which is also part, you know, Fort Jackson is in Columbia, South Carolina. And that place has a boot camp as well for Army and Army is way bigger than the Marines, so I'm not sure why you'd have it at Paris Island and not at Fort Jackson. Maybe they do and maybe the Army just isn't reporting it yet, but I mean, that's unusual.

Next, Marine and Dieter for stealing and selling a javlin missile system and ...

District Court of Arizona charges alleged the items described as so lethal that the public cannot legally possess them were sold.

The case involves weapons that are restricted for a Soviet ownership.

I mean, the only incorrect or the wrong part here is the fact that he stole it from the military. You know, I wouldn't mind having a couple AT4s hanging around, to be honest, I don't really have any for a javlin, but I mean, I'll take some AT4s.

If you've ever fired one of those, they're fun.

Next, 2500 Marines with the USS Boxer and Thibia's readiness group head towards Possible Middle East. We actually are just talked about this for the Navy, so I'm going to skip into it. Before we get into the Air Force, so you guys aren't tracking nationals coming up at the beginning of May.

Lots are still available. Got an amazing facility staying indoor on turf, in a gym, and then 50 meters away is the indoor pool, all in the same facility is incredible. Great ownership out there.

We're going to have Taylor starch absolutely destroying your hips, but also teaching you how to run, well-going to teach you how to rock, set up your rock, and then we're going to take into the pool and do 10 to 12 hours of instruction. In the pool, teaching you how to be the most efficient on underwaters, your wall pushes, mask and snorkel recovery, treading water, bobbing, buddy breathing. We'll probably do some alternate watercolon as well. It's going to be a great time. You guys can sign up at OperatorTurningSummit.com.

All right. Yes, today I was dealing with this. F-35 crashes near Nellus Air Force Base, the Air Force F-35's from Nellus Air Force Base crashed north of the base near Las Vegas, Nevada.

The pilot saved the ejected and took only minor injuries before receiving treatment. The incident occurred at the training complex around in the base, which is up at the Nellus Test and Training Range. This was one of our guys actually, and so I won't get into details of who he was or what we just know that he's safe. He was doing everything right. So yeah, we'll see what happens with the investigation once they get all the parts and everything like that back to see what was actually going on, but it's not like the way I understand it anyway.

It wasn't like it was uncontrollable and he had a bailout. I'm guessing that things weren't within the right parameters, so his confidence level of actually being able to lay in this thing, or without being auto ejected, because he has 35 auto ejected you. He decided, hey, this is, let me get over a good spot where nobody's going to get hurt on the ground, and then I'm easily recoverable and let me eject, so doing a controlled bailout. So we'll see what happens with it once the rest of it comes out.

Next, first, fifth generation stealth fighters arrive at Masala, a contingent of fifth generation stealth fighters, as in F-35s, have arrived at Masala Air Base in North and Japan over the weekend, the aircraft represent the first permanent replacements for the F-16s long station there. I'm sure this is correct, and I'm sure the F-16s, but I thought they also had F-15Cs, but I could be wrong. Anyway, this is just part of the long-standing Air Force commitment to modernize the fighter presence in the Indo-Pacific.

Sorry, guys, I'm still coughing, but I don't think it's the sickness anymore, I think it's actually on the crap that's in the air.

If you didn't know, Las Vegas actually has a lot of allergies, whatever it is that grows out in these, I say, fields, but out in the desert, it messes people up a lot, and I think that's what it is with me right now.

All right, next, A10 Thunderbolt fleet in Middle East poised to double, but I thought we were getting rid of the A10, I thought that the Air Force didn't need the A10 anymore, and didn't want the A10 anymore. Like, so what are they doing to pulling? I just, I don't understand. US Military is pull position to double its A10 presence in the Middle East as the closer support aircraft plays a key role in operation epic fury, no shit.

Additional A10 squadrons are crossing the Atlantic to combat Iranian boats in...

How could this possibly be? We're supposed to be getting rid of the A10s. Well, with any luck, the Air Force decides to keep the A10 around for another 10 years or more, and starts funding them correctly in manning them correctly instead of trying to kill them by death by a thousand cuts, because that's what the Air Force is trying to do, because they're too scared to actually go, "All right, we're just cutting this thing."

Probably because Congress is going, "What are you doing?" Not on my watch.

All right, Air Force reactivates in Q9 Reaper Drone Squadron at Creature Force Base. The Air Force reactivated the 42nd attack squadron at Creature Force Base Nevada, which flies the InQ9 Reaper on manned aerial vehicle. The unit was the first in the Air Force to operate the Reaper beginning in 2006, and it came related more than 180,000 combat hours over Afghanistan before becoming dormant in 2020.

The reactivation returns the heavily armed drone to act as status, "Hill, yeah."

Space Force supports NASA Armadist to crewed moon mission launch today, and before I got in here, I saw that everything's a go, so when what something else happens, they are in fact going to launch today. And I think it's six something Eastern times or three something Pacific, so space launch Delta 45, which oversees operations at Cape Canaveral, Space Force Station Florida, is providing rain shape the security and weather monitor for NASA's Armadist to missions scheduled to lift off on the evening of April 1st.

The Space Force's role mirrors standard launch support, but requires the additional personnel analysis and security measures due to the mission's high public interest and crewed nature.

Officials emphasize that the support ensures a safe and secure launch environment. I've got to be that there's guys in girl. Man, it's pretty wild. They're about to go farther from Earth than any human has ever gone. So, if you're not excited about it, what's wrong with you? This is massive. Love it. But I'm also a big space geek nerd too. I like space. Let's see, Secretary Defense, Secretary Defense, PXF makes secret trip to the Middle East during the Iran War. Defense Secretary PXF revealed that he made a secret wartime trip to the Middle East to meet with American troops fighting an operation in the Epic Fury.

The visit occurred amid escalating U.S. Israel operations against Iran. Hexth described the trip as focus on supporting forces engaging combat. Next, Defense Secretary will not, says that the U.S. will not roll out ground troops in Iranian conflict. Defense Secretary PXF said neither he nor President Donald Trump will rule out the option of using U.S. ground troops against Iran. So, the 80-second airborne division and additional Marines are already heading to the Middle East. Hexth emphasized that all options remain available to achieve military objectives.

Of course, do I think that we should put ground troops on there? No. However, I do believe in being poised and ready to do whatever needs to be done to meet the objectives.

I don't want to do as half-ass kind of operations, and then you never actually achieve your goal. You may say you achieve your goal, but you never actually do. You've got to go all the way in.

I'm not saying that you should go all the way in on the ground. I'm just saying that you've got to be prepared to.

Let's see here. Next, Defense Secretary describes Pentagon role as pressuring Iranian detox. Defense Secretary PXF stated the diplomatic talks to end a conflict with Iran. Our gaining strength in the U.S. military job is to – sorry, I lost my place – job is to maintain pressure on Tehran to compel a deal. He described upcoming days as decisive in the campaign. And the assessment was made during the 31 March news conference. Next, Secretary Defense is scheduled to testify before Congress on the Iran War. He's slated to testify before the House Armed Services Committee.

At the end of the month, this will mark his first public appearance before the panel since the U.S. Israeli War, with Iran began.

And the hearing will address the ongoing military campaign. Next for the sect of prioritizes bunkers and force protection for the Middle East.

He identified fielding more hardware shelters as a top Pentagon priority to p...

Enhanced force protection measures including anti-drone systems are also under consideration. Everything should be in a consideration to make sure everybody's protected the most to the best possible.

Next, going on to the President of Trump criticizes allies over support of the Iran War and straight-of-war news security. President Donald Trump lashed out at allies unwilling to do more to support the U.S. War effort against Iran, telling them to secure their own oil and stating it was not America's job to protect the straight-of-war news.

The remarks followed U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites and Iranian attack on oil tanker off the Dubai coast. Trump emphasized the United States should not bear the full burden of regional security.

Agreed, we don't actually get that much oil. We don't rely on the straight-of-war news as much as the rest of Europe does. This is actually their problem to solve. President Donald Trump suggests Iran War could end within two weeks. President Donald Trump suggests that the war with Iran in soon noting the national average price of gas.

A gallon of gas has risen above $4. The commitment was made amid ongoing U.S. Israeli operations under Operation Epic Fury. Trump indicated the decisive progress.

He had not achieved in the month-long campaign. If you remember, at the beginning of this whole thing, they said four or six weeks will work four weeks in now, and he's saying, noting that it could end within the next two weeks. That is on timeline, but we'll see what happens.

All right, move it on. The operational stuff, U.S. forces conduct record number of Tomok strikes and intensify 18 operations in the Operation Epic Fury. The U.S. military has fired more Tomok missiles, because I think they were at 850.

Fire more Tomok missiles during the month-old Operation Epic Fury than any other campaign in history, according to a thing tank analysis. They turned on the bolt.

I need his voice to double in the Middle East. We just talked about that. A U.S. Air Force radar plane was damaged and we aren't talking about that as well. You guys know the AYS got wrecked. I did see a cool AI video with a bunch of duct tape on it and they duct tape the tail back onto the body and then duct tape the radar dish onto the body and took it off.

I couldn't help to think about my maintainers at that point. They're out there doing great work. That is it for today. Do appreciate you guys doing this. If you don't mind, like, subscribe, hit that notification bell, leave us a comment.
