Do you know what the story is about?

Do you really think about the story? I don't think so. This story is my safe space. Do you think all of them are safe? Yeah, exactly.

This story is the story of the story that you just understand.

The role of the studio, the job or the music. It's hard. I don't think so. The story is read. Save.

With this story. Now it's Red Eye Radio. Gary McNamara and Eric Hurley talk about everything from politics to social issues and news of the day. Whether you're up late or you're just starting your day. Welcome to the show from the Relief Factor Studios.

This is Red Eye Radio. All across America. We are Red Eye Radio. He is there. Thanks so much for being here this morning.

As always.

You know, when we first stopped before we go any further.

We had mentioned. I had the audio cut here. He had the audio cut. Yes. We had mentioned earlier in the show the whole concept of grief.

Yeah. We're the left. Just starting to bring that out again. About corporations being greedy.

And there's being greedy and everything else.

And as we said, When you look at it, Anybody who's a billionaire who's made their money through the voluntary process of the free markets is not greedy. It's all done voluntary. Right.

The people that are greedy. You know, who's greedy? Yeah. And Republicans should point this out. When Democrats say,

We need nationalized healthcare. You bring back and you say any Democrat state could have health care paid by the state government if they wanted to. Well, why won't they do it? Because they know if they put in a funding mechanism. It would require like a massive tax increase in their state.

And it would be a massive negative for them. They would rather put this on the back on the federal level of future tax payers, which is exactly what they do over and over again. They're greedy. Yeah. That's green.

Democrats want nationalized healthcare across the United States because they're greedy. They know that we'll borrow money from our children and grandchildren and they're okay with it. That's greed. Because any Democrat state, any dominant Democrat state could have as we know. We talked about California, Colorado and Vermont.

Every one of them went down the path to a statewide government health care. Every free healthcare. Every single one of them did not do it. Why? The cost.

They'd have to pay for it. They don't want to pay for it. That's greed. Green is not. Hey, I came up with this idea to sell this widget.

Oh, 20 years later.

I've sold a billion of these widgets.

I'm a billionaire. You're evil and you're greedy. I did that in the voluntary free marketplace. Well, yeah, you're greedy. Your evil says all the people who love the widgets.

Right. How dare they charge that much for a cell phone now. Okay. Why don't you, you give the cell phone back. Oh, well, we'll give you your money back.

You give this up. You could just go without a cell phone. Right. Bernie Sanders is the greedy one. Yeah.

AOC. They are the greedy ones to just see. She got the ethics complaint against her.

Oh, on the, uh, she was using campaign money for, was it therapy?

Therapy using the one drug. What is it? I can't think of that. I got my blank here. Yeah.

But using campaign money basically to pay for that.

Yes. That's, wow. Now, can, can the workers that work for her inter campaign get money for those items? If they suffer and, you know, well, that was for her staff also.

Oh, oh, oh, oh. It was academy. It was academy. Yeah. Oh, that this is about getting academy for, you know, her.

I didn't know it included staffers. Okay. Yeah. Oh, by the way. Uh, there should be an exception.

I'm just saying it might be stressful working for that. That's, that's great. I'm going to use campaign money to take care of the person. I'm going to use other people's money to take care of. Something that I want personally.

Academy. How? What is the deal? Well, not, well, excuse me, not campaign money is not tax money. Let me, okay.

Well, I want to take campaign money that people give to me to do something and use it personally.

That's greed.

Yeah.

Bernie Sanders saying that billionaires are evil.

So you'll be more willing to tax them and take money from them.

By force is greed. Just labeling them as greedy and evil. Right. It's, they're not breaking as far as we know any laws. Nope.

Which is why they want to change the law. They want to change the law. You know that you can't have that much wealth. You don't necessarily have to break the law to be greedy. You can put in a law that will confiscate other people's wealth.

Yeah. It's the behavior of what you're doing.

It's saying, you know, greed is not saying, I've got this widget or I've got this product.

You can voluntarily buy it or not. Right. Right. You know, that's fine. That's, you know.

Tired of partisan noise. America's more divided than ever. But independent Americans is adding light to contrast all that. Independent Americans daily news with Army veteran Paul Rikoff. Pressing issues of the day, the leaders who are shaping what America will be in the future.

We're going to bring the righteous media five lives, independence, integrity, information, inspiration, and impact. Join the movement. Independent Americans from believe, follow and listen on your favorite platform. Green laws would be when a hurricane hit and somebody raises their price a hundredfold. Right.

But then again, is it greed if you raise the cost and the product that people need is available instead of being not available?

And an emergency situation in emergency situations. Depend on, I guess, the situation and the cost and availability of, again, the wholesale cost and availability. You know, if the retailer incurred a hundredfold wholesale cost and getting that, then you'd have to pass that along otherwise it wouldn't work. But yeah, we just love what greed is which means. I don't know why, but he's all over the internet today.

Maybe because I was talking about him. Milton Friedman. Let's play an old even goodie here. There's audio cuts we have to play. Okay.

Let me show a lot of economists Milton Friedman back what 45 years ago. Here we go. When you see around the globe, the mal-distribution of wealth, the desperate plight of millions of people in underdeveloped countries. When you see so few have and so many have nots. When you see the greed and the concentration of power with it, don't you ever, did you ever have a moment of doubt about capitalism and whether greed is a good idea to run on?

First of all, tell me, is there some society you know that doesn't run on greed?

You think Russia doesn't run on greed? You think China doesn't run on greed? What is greed? Of course none of us are greedy. It's only the other fellow who's greedy.

This, the world runs on individuals pursuing their separatators. The great achievements of civilization have not come from government bureaus. Einstein didn't construct his theory under order from a bureaucrat. Henry Ford didn't revolutionize the automobile industry that way. In the only cases in which the masses have escaped from the kind of grinding poverty you're talking about.

The only cases in recorded history are where they have had capitalism and largely free trade.

If you want to know where the masses are worse off, worse off,

it's exactly in the kinds of societies that depart from that. So that the record of history is absolutely crystal clear that there is no alternative way. So far discovered of improving the lot of the ordinary people. They can hold a candle to the productive activities that are unleashed by free enterprise. Let's see.

If you see the whole thing, I don't just went on. But he didn't win the air. No, there's no way to. Because he called him greedy. Because I don't trust you or Phil.

I've been saying for the longest time. Capitalism is the original crowd funder. Well, if you look at it. Communism is he up most in greed. Oh, yeah.

Socialism communism is the utmost in greed. Right. It confiscates the wealth. It takes away private property. It doesn't allow you to own anything.

It's the ultimate in greed.

Right. Yeah. It is.

And free markets where people do things voluntarily.

Well, you benefited more than I did.

We, because I invented something that you didn't, I doesn't matter. We all need to be treated equally. Yeah. Well, or the plumber down the street. Who happens to be the new DHS secretary.

But he's working 80 hours a week. And he's making three times of what his neighbor makes. And they work 40 hours a week. But he's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week.

He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week.

He's going to work 30 hours a week.

He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's going to work 30 hours a week. He's putting in the hours. He's probably sleeping four hours a day.

Probably got multiple family members that are helping run the business. Tremendous sacrifice and risk of putting up the capital in order to make it happen. And the left doesn't care about any of that. They cannot. You cannot include if you're on the left.

Ever. The entire equation. You cannot include the entire equation. Well, and the point here and bringing that up is on a number of issues here when it comes to 20, 26 and 20, 28.

How conservatives and how the Republican Party argue.

Now, it's tougher for the Republican Party to argue conservative economics when they're moving away from conservative economics and free markets.

But the fact is, you can bring that back, especially when it works.

Yeah, because the thing about socialism and communism and where the Democratic Party has even going way more, you know, left. The Republican Party is moving more left than I'm happy with. But the Democratic Party has gone so crazy left. You can make the accusation against them.

Don't let Bernie Sanders sit there and say that you're greedy because you're a conservative or you're greedy because you acquired wealth, attack back. Yep, start with the greedy Democrats. The greedy Democrats who want more of what's in your pocket. The greedy Democrats did BSU and say billionaires who work in the free market are evil.

Tests tax the day lights out of them. And then when they move, because you can't stop them from moving, they put the tax on you. Stop it. The Democrats are greedy. The Democrats want to continue to rise. Raise the corporate tax rate and then they lie to you and say that it doesn't affect you when the corporations pass it on to you and it's a stealth tax.

You want greed. There's greed for God. Sakes Republicans have some guts and fight back. It's not even guts. Have some imagination. I've been watching right now with the whole thing where the Republicans, again, they're in charge.

So you can blame them for leaving town with the whole Einstein now.

I did see I think it was town hall that said that the Senate Democrats are going to come back.

And they're just going to vote everything through reconciliation. And then you asked me the question when Democrats are Republicans. Republicans. Yeah, they say Democrats. Yeah, Republicans.

Wow, the Democrats. Yeah, no, no, no, no, the Republicans are going to come back and get everything through reconciliation. Yeah, it's like why didn't they do that to begin with? Sometimes there's no difference, but yeah, that is the Republican. But when you think I saw swallow the other day, they should, the Republican should be picking out

every single Democrat and name them by name saying they're saying to fund ice. They don't want, these are the Democrats that are saying, I shouldn't exist. They don't want any, not even criminal illegal immigrants gone. Can we remind you and you bring back the pictures of masses of people crossing the border? Yep.

Do you want to go back to this again? They want, they want to protect criminal illegal immigrants. Swallow. I saw him up there going. We need to stop the public executions on our street.

There are no public executions going on. No, no, no. You had two people that were obstructing law enforcement. Yes. That's not an execution.

No. And Republicans need to get some guts for God's sakes and argue these points. They run around like a bunch of, you know, scaredy cats. We don't know what to do. It's a free-to-move.

A free-to-move. Well, sounds like John Banner all over again.

We don't like messy.

We don't like messy. Well, it all's messy.

Says the guy who went to work for a tobacco company immediately after leaving Congress.

We don't like messy. You've got, you've got, when you look at the polling and you see, as we brought earlier, some of the statistics from the, you've got polling over the years, Democrats have a huge problem. People look at them and go, you're crazy on the issues.

Prices right now is what's killing the Republicans. It's prices. Right. Immigration hurt them a little bit, but you can win that back again by showing the insanity of the, of the Democrats.

How do we know that the Democrats long-term are not going to work out?

It's not going to work out for them. We brought you all the different facts from the birth rate to where people are moving to the states are going to pick up congressional seats over the years, and their insanity on the issues. How do we know this?

Because lead Democrats, talk about it. I'm going to play this audio cut here. Here we go. From Rama manual over the weekend.

How do you, if you look at it in the 28th or second?

If you're the Democrats, what's the most likely way they blow it? Being Democrats. Wow. That's Rama manual. Former chief of staff for Obama and King of Chicago.

Mayor. And I'm so, I saw this in the Washington examiner. Sorry, no kings. Guy Benson wrote this. Democrats opposed ice itself, not abuses are overreach.

Republicans should be saying that consistently. Yeah. They should be going after them when small welcomes out. And others come out and say we wish to to fund ice completely. We don't want any enforcement of illegal immigrants or illegal immigrants criminals in the United States.

Right.

There's no high, probably there.

That's a fact. That's the fact. That's what sanctuary cities are. Now they are pointing out. And they are pointing out all the murders that are happening.

And the Democrats excuse for that is, well, Americans commit crimes too. If the illegal immigrant criminals, it's nothing you can do about a citizen of the United States. Yeah. They're here. Yep.

A legal immigrant criminals should not be here. Right. It's at simple. Right. They shouldn't be here.

These are people that already have charges against them that are being released. Well, one of the main elements in any crime is opportunity. You give them the opportunity to commit murder on American soil when you open the border. It just gets frustrating because you can win these arguments. And it's like they have no interest in doing it.

And then, well, I'm going to retire because it's going to be too messy. Oh, my God. Well, you haven't done a damn thing. Yeah, get out. You should've got a long time ago.

We are right. I radio brought to you by FPPF fuel power max. Least owner operator should be aware of four common revenue myths. Myth one concentrate on increasing revenue because costs will take care of themselves. Myth two.

More revenue per mile is the answer to all problems. Revenue per mile really doesn't change much from company to company. Myth three.

All you have to do to be successful is run a lot of miles.

In reality, revenue is only half of the profit equation. Myth four. You can tell how well you're doing by the size of your settlement check. The settlement check is only a part of the success picture. Miles Driven loads hauled conditions, mechanical problems, time off, and especially costs all have to be considered.

We are Red Eye Radio. He's here. Crawley and I'm Gary McNamara. Welcome in good morning. Also Republican should pound on Democrats trying to raise energy costs.

You know, and make the comparison to what's going on in New York as compared to Virginia. And then this went here at a terminal board of the Wall Street Journal Democrats revive a Jimmy Carter tax mistake on windfall profits. Fossil fuel opponents aren't letting the Iran war go to political waste. Progressive are using rising energy prices to seek higher taxes on oils and gas companies which would discourage the investment needed to increase supply and bring down prices after the war is over. Plus it will raise gas prices as no right.

So Democrats and you need to point it out because people understand it now.

Yeah, you know it. If the public understands tariffs, they understand how when you tax a company, especially gasoline, they know when the price goes up. Right. The cost of doing business goes up, gas prices go up.

Here are the Democrats again pound on them for their simplistic kindergarten ...

And it's, it's so simple to do. I know. You just have to do it.

I, you know, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them get out the right political message.

[Music] Navigating the Bazarosphere, every night, every currently end, Gary McNamara. Red, I, radio. [Music] And he is there, Crony, and I'm Gary McNamara, welcome in good morning.

You know, I was looking at that, the Washington state tax was looking at an article that I saved it here, or did I move on from it.

The Washington state income tax 9.9% for adjusted gross incomes over a million dollars.

Okay. Okay. And that would hit in 2021. And I was reading already. There was a real estate group that when the legislature passed it.

There was immediate enlistings, a million dollar homes.

Yeah. Yeah. Yep. That, that went up. Let me see if I can find it here. It was the, the center square from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. It shows that the number of homes priced at 2 million or more, despite immediately after the state law makers approved a new income tax targeting millionaires, fueling fears of a growing high earner exodus on March 12. The day after the legislature passed the tax on the governor signed it yesterday, but the legislature passed on March 12.

53 high end homes were listed for sale on that same date one year earlier, 32 listings a 65% increase. The moment didn't come out of nowhere and February 4th. The day after the income tax proposal was first introduced in the state Senate. 16 luxury homes are listed compared to 11 on the same day in 2025 and early signal that a fluent homeowners were already reacting now. I'm not going to take I'm not going to sit there and say that that is the evidence of the percentage of increase based on that one day or comparing it to a year before.

What you do know is when you start telling people that have, for example, income, you know, they're all done with it. They're just a gross income is a million bucks.

And let's say their pain zero in state income tax right now and it goes up to 100,000. And then people look and they say, how will this affect me in 10 years? That's another million dollars. I'm gone. Yep. Yep. I'm gone. No, it's extrapolated. We did the same thing because you had mentioned earlier when Phil Nicholson said years ago. He ever leave California who was building a house in Florida. And he was talking about the fact that, you know, California such a high tax date, he may end up moving and the liberals went crazy.

But you and I actually figured out that over 10 year period based on who what he was making way back then, and it that continued.

I think you heard yourself by going to live. I thought there was a dumbest move for him because he could have made endorsements through the roof. He could have made endorsements 50 million dollars a year for the next 20 years.

And he would have made more than he did in live overall.

But go ahead. We looked at it and it could be anywhere in a 10 year period 60 to 100 million, even though he's making great money, you don't nobody gives up 60 to 100 million dollars.

Right. No, no, just handed over to the state or moved to another state. Now, so according to AI, which sources this out, I mean, they did, you have sources on this. There are roughly 21,000 buyers right now in the state of Washington that this would apply to. Now, if we go by the minimum of again, the household earnings of a million dollars annually, adjusted gross income of a million dollars annually.

By the way, that's if in some households that would be roughly 500,000 mom an...

So we're not talking big big billionaires, but if you apply that at that level, just a million dollars 9.9, which is roughly 100,000 times the 21,000

five dollars, you've got $2.1 billion. How many of those 21,000 filers are going to look to leave? Well, that's if they're all just making a million and I'm sure there's more. No, that's what I mean, right. That's why I said, if we do just the minimum math on this, it's $2.1 billion. Well, not all 21,000 filers will leave, but a great number of them will. Now, the question is because this does it's interesting because they'll start the tax applies to residents part year residents and non residents with any Washington state source income.

That's the case, I think, with every state that hasn't income tax, but so again, 21, you're talking 21,000 filers. So whether they live there, whether they're residents or non residents,

you stop doing business, the business plummet. Now, it's not just about the projected minimum of 2.1 billion in revenue for the state. What about the money in the economy that this 21,000, these 21,000 individuals contribute?

For the residents, it's a great deal money. As you mentioned to the listings, and again, we can't. We don't know if this is correlation, causation.

But if they're leaving the state or if they decide to no longer, if they're non resident and decide to no longer do business in that state, there's an effect on the economy aside from any projected revenue as a result of this new tax.

That's what you have to look at. If they're business owners and they move, they're probably going to move their business too.

Keep taxing the wealthy. And by the way, it will go on and on and on. These aren't the wealthiest people. They may make more money than the average person, but they're not the wealthiest people.

And so what happens next? Inevitably, they're coming after more and more the lower in middle class and hidden taxes. And that's exactly what you're going to see. The property tax rates or whatever it might be, any kind of tax that will be passed along to the lower middle class. And if the state Supreme Court eventually says it's not an income tax, like they did against the capital gain stacks. And at one point, the long-term capital gains tax, if they say it's not, then expect that the income tax will start lowering to lower levels as they need more money.

Yeah, because once you open up, you never open up as we said this, remember the 999 plan? Yeah, right, right. You had it. Herman King. Herman King, yeah. Herman King's 999 plan. And people were amazed when we came out, we said, absolutely not. No. Why would you guys, because you don't open up the two paths?

Right, because it was at 9% income tax, 9% sales tax, what was the other one?

Got with the other one. Yeah, I'd have to look. And we said no, because the last thing you want to do is open the last thing you want to do is say a 9% sales tax and and still have the income tax, you want the income tax gone. So existing corporate individual income and estate tax with a flat 9% corporate tax rate, 9% personal income tax and 9% federal sales tax. Yes, and we said, absolutely not. No, you don't open up another path. That's how they do it. And it finally went down. Remember, because we got flag on that, but it's no, you don't give them a different packet, do not give them if there's one path to tax you on right now.

Or you could say two paths because the corporate tax does affect you. It's a stealth tax on you. Yeah, but so you've got two right now income and corporate tax that's affecting your cost of living. If you're an individual in the United States of that's, you know, at that point to add a 9% sales tax, but say we're going to lower it over here. Well, you've given them another path. You need to live ideas that would have been that the other income tax would have been phased out and it's, well, no, no, it would have to be.

Stop this one when this one kicks in.

Do not get put in that trap of what would be more taxes, but we're going to lower all the rates. No, you open the door for government to increase those rates.

When they want more money. Right. No. So it's going to be challenged because Republicans are like constitutions very clear in Washington state. You can't have an income tax.

We don't care. We think the Supreme Court, hey, they're all Democrats are going to go on income taxes. What we say in income taxes. I saw one Democrat yesterday trying to say that income tax. Well, really isn't property in a way and was that I didn't even make sense. Yeah, that's what's going on. Quickly here. I just want to get to the war against uranium regime. Everything that I hear now, I view this as I don't really get into any type of analysis in my mind because I view it all right now as as wartime propaganda as misinformation going on.

I saw two different stories yesterday. President telling it was lead of the Wall Street Journal president tells his his aides that the straight of homoose does not to may not have to be opened because we need to end the war soon. I saw another article saying, no, we're going to get the straight of homoose. That's going to be opened up. That is absolutely a condition of the there are so many different things that are going on back and forth here.

Right. That I believe it's all misinformation. So the Iranian regime or what's left of it doesn't know what direction this president's going to go in. I think they believe the confusion is the best thing to do.

Yeah, you know, confusing them as the best thing to do now it does give the media here in the United States every opportunity to question everything else and say, well, this contradicts what you said last week or whatever, but I don't believe they're doing it for the press here at all. Well, he's never done anything for the press here right right.

It's so there are according to the Wall Street Journal a couple days ago, this is you to the plan is to get around to either turn over there enriched uranium or we go in and take it.

Which would mean boots on the ground, you would have to build runways, you're going to have several several trucks, a fleet of trucks, and in order to get this done. So they believe that both storage places are in ispahan and the tents. Right. So we're familiar with those with the attack on there on their nuclear sites. Today or last night, I don't know when he posted this, but he shared president shared a video of a massive explosion and Iran reportedly caused by us strike on a large ammunition depot and ispahan and the question would be, all right, do they see the plan of going in with boots on the ground and extracting those tanks of enriched uranium.

Look, they have to be handled in the proper way. Again, how do you make that happen? Do they see that as a know-go? There's just no way to do it. And they're going to go in with massive bombs to take it out. My question beyond that, if that is the case, if you go in and take these sites out, how can you confirm that uranium is gone?

And I don't know. I'm just asking questions, but this video, again, is reportedly in ispahan, the explosion video that President Trump shared.

And so is that going to be the approach? I would see President Trump wanting to do that if it's viable, a viable plan. And they believe they could get the job done and complete the mission long before sending in boots on the ground.

I don't know how many that would that would require. I don't know what we would have to do in terms of troops going in to extract that uranium. I really don't.

So, but that seems to be the goal. Ultimately, we want them to hand it over. That's happened with other nations in the past where they're handed over to the US, but that's certainly not happening right now with the remnants, whatever's left of the Iranian regime. We are right, I radio. Got me off more with Gary McNamara and Eric Hartley. It's right, I radio. We are right, I radio. He's certainly an I'm Gary McNamara. And this all relates New York Post.

New York State Democratic lawmakers are pushing to raise the corporate tax ra...

There's a huge appetite to increase the corporate tax that a source who recently met with both the state assembly speaker and the statement state majority leader both Democrats. It's the most popular of the menu of taxes the city official added, and you know why? Because they can pass it along to the consumer and the consumer pays it ultimately. It's a stealth tax and the Democrats, this is going where the Democratic leadership believes that the people of New York state that both for them are complete idiots that they can say we're punishing the corporations when actually it's a stealth tax that hurts the poor in the middle class the most.

We sit there and they try to make this case where taxing those rich corporations and they're taxing you right New York state Democrats Republicans in New York state know it, but the the democrat politicians in New York state and across the country believe that the people that vote for them are complete idiots and they can stealth tax them.

And they'll continue to say tax us more tax us more please taxes don't keep doing it. Thank you sir. May I have another?
