The FBI is revealing that they got a hold of an iPhone of one of the conspirators. And it shows 23 users in this loop in this loop, so that's not quite two dozen.

So we've got that going, but the explosives laying drones and then in the panic, there are sniper teams would be mascarrying people with rifles. Who did they want to, who did they want to attack?
