There are a couple of stories, and I gather, together over the last couple of days, in fact, there is a, a, a, a, a, not a story out of mass, a chusets goes on tight, that Democrats there have a lot of influence, and they, they only send, uh, mentally ill Democrats to Washington to represent them, which, you know, might be, uh, perfectly appropriate as a representative Republican, and, and they, uh, mentally ill people send mentally ill representatives through Washington, because they represent them.

Now, here's the Fox News headline, "Mess out chusets homeowner, stunned after town warns fourth July, fourth flags threatened and dangered birds. They threatened and dangered birds. You can't have an American flag up, because the birds will crash into your American flag, and they'll be killed. This is what the Democrats are saying, and they love birds, and hate America. That's because they share a brain, uh, with birds. The town of Newbury denied it was, in any way, attempting to interfere with the property owners' rights.

Now, that's because they're stupid people and their liars, and they cheat at everything they do. Uh, residents of a coastal mess, a chusets town, say that they were warned that flying flags on their own property could violate, and dangered species laws. Sure, sparking outrage in the community just days before the nation's 250th birthday. Now, plumb island homeowners, sounds very nice, doesn't. Plumb island homeowners recently received a notice from the town of Newbury, warning that, listen to this, quoting now.

They had become aware of the use of devices and materials intended to deter protected shorebirds from using a local beach-dune system. The letter listed Mylar streamers, flags, and reflective materials as examples of such devices. Of course, if you've got a transgender flag or a rainbow flag or a Ukrainian flag, I think those are okay.

May be viewed as harassment or disruption of normal feeding, nesting, or migratory behavior, which is prohibited under state and federal endangered species acts, and listen to this, quote,

and carry significant regulatory and financial penalties. So they're saying, if you're flying your American flag, that it could be a danger to birds who are only looking for sand dunes, and that there could be major financial penalties for that. The plans may result in state or federal enforcement actions, and thus, the town urges residents to comply with applicable state and federal wildlife protection laws.

“This is a notice that people receive there. Isn't that amazing?”

Hmm, because they're going to state and federal laws and can't have a flag because a bird might fly into it, hence bird brain, long time residents of the beach community were stunned by the letter, interpreting the inclusion of the word flags as targeting their independence day celebration for the July coming up 250th birthday.

Mark Sarkady, who has lived on the island for over 30 years, said he was outraged. Are you serious?

Sarkady said recounting his reaction in an interview with Fox News digital, you're telling me I can't fly American flags on my property to celebrate America 250. That's right. Sarkady said the area features roughly 10 miles of open beach, completely free of houses where birds can freely roam. It's a nature preserve, he said. So to us, it's like folks come on, be reasonable, but they're banning its flags and there aren't tons and tons of flags, but there are a bunch of American flags because the fourth of July is coming up, and that's why the town of Newberry, they timed it this way.

The town officials told Fox News digital, they're not prohibiting patriotic displays. Newberry, town administrator, Tracy Blaze, said that the town is not in any way attempting to interfere with the property owners rights to use their property or to restrict their use of their property for ordinary and patriotic purposes.

Sure, a lot of Bushwa. According to Blaze, the town merely agreed to a request from the mass wildlife mass chooses wildlife to help spread the word about protected and endangered species.

The letter merely recites provisions of the law and threatens people with financial penalties, and the town is not asserting any threat or legal liability. It's right there in the, notice you put up, merely reminding property owners that they live very special place, which comes along with certain responsibilities. Sure, town residents were free to celebrate America's 250th and denied that the letter indicated otherwise.

“The town is not asserting any right or control, but maybe you should read it, maybe you should read the statement that you put out.”

I think the town's letter is pretty clear on that point, she said, she hasn't read the letter apparently, so they're just ridiculous and don't fly fly because birds, maybe you guys should look at the windmills that you're fighting to put up. Maybe that should be a part of the discussion because, you know, your windmills are equation arts and the sky that kill more birds than the Purdue chicken factory, but never mind that. Now that one's kind of fun, but hang on because it gets it gets crazier. The homeowner's association, they call H.O.A., homeowner's association, threatens American flag flying homeowners as they fight for old glory before the nation's 250th birthday.

San Marcos, homeowner's, refused to back down after a homeowner's association order, and flags removed from their homes, moved from their homes. As Americans prepare to celebrate the nation's 250th birthday, homeowners at an upscale southern California community say they're being threatened with fines for flying old glory.

“Democrats are, it's not enough just to be un-American. Now you have to be anti-American. You can't just be anti-Israel. Now you have to be an anti-Semite, you know, that's the Democratic Party thing.”

Residents in San Marcos, whose townhome community is governed by the, listen to this, governed by the ambiance owners association, the ambiance owners association, are refusing to remove their American flags displayed outside their homes despite notices from the homeowner's association.

The notified one homeowner that sports flags were prohibited while stating that the American flag is the only approved flag to be hung on and within common property, it's not common property, it's my property. And you know, these HOAs sometimes get pretty out of control. By May of 2026, however, the homeowner's association issued Amy and Chris Cook, a violation notice, alleging the American flag mounted outside their home, violated the associations flag policy and directing them to remove the flag mount within 15 days or face enforcement action.

“And here is the couple and it is their home, their town home, it's two or three stories high, and they've got an American flag is about five feet long and three feet high, pretty normal American flag.”

And it's not on a big flag pole in their front yard, it's on a six foot flag pole that is mounted to the like where your gutters go along the roof line of what looks like their garage. So they've got a little flag put a normal size American flag.

Neighbor Terry Collins also received a violation notice over the American flag displayed outside her home and said she's prepared to fight the HOA, the homeowner's association along with the cooks.

And here's the lady and she's looking riled up and she's wearing an American flag shirt, she's got an American flag flying outside her house and the Democrats want to tear it down because they're communists and they're malagested to the world in which they live.

“The journey has been long and hard, but we are ready to put an end to it once and for all Collins told Fox News.”

Now, any cook told Fox News that the controversy began after another resident attempted to fly a San Diego Padre's flag.

They're in the greater San Diego metropolitan area prompting the homeowner's association to revisit its flag rules. Hey, wait a minute, both American flags have been flying around here for decades without issue cook said the fact that it's about the American flag distinctly.

“Now, that's kind of big deal cook said she laughed when she first received the notice from the homeowner's association and they said they considered her American flag to be in violation.”

So they obviously have Democrats living in this this homeowner's association realm.

And then they're always politically active and want to become the head of the homeowners association and members of the homeowner so they can make rules so they can you know, maybe a few more rules.

And they're very dramatic in the way they do these things and so they say hey the fourth July's coming up at America's 250th birthday let's ban the American flag from where we live that means you're a fascist you see and and they're okay with that. According to cook flag is flown the garage door frame for more than 20 years in honor of her husband's grandfather who was killed in World War II while rescuing fellow sailors he was posthumously awarded the navy cross and of course a purple heart. But I tell you it doesn't have to be because of your grandfather that fought in World War II it can be because you're an American and you have rights and we're in America and not North Korea.

Maybe that should have something to do it cook contends the homeowner's association has repeatedly failed to explain why it considers her garage door frame to be a common area rather than an exclusive use common area under these associations governing documents. The exclusive use it's common area my rumpus okay and a June 19th letter to the homeowner's association the cooks requested a board meeting board meeting minutes adopting the flag policy they want records supporting the homeowner's association interpretation of the properties common areas and the authority it relied upon.

But this is pretty typical of this is typical of democrats.
