Hello and welcome to DSR Daily.
hooray, Minnestine is back. So we're all here. We're at full strike. We're ready to take
“on the world. Is anything going on in the world? A few things. Just a few. Yeah, everybody's”
like obsessed with Natalie Hart. What's that about? Are you obsessed with Natalie Hart? Not yet, but maybe I will become obsessed. Riley, do you care about Natalie Hart? I don't care at all. I mean, they're all obsessed and they're like, oh my god, he's got an aide who's really loyal to him and I'm like, yeah, okay, it's weird. But on the other hand, I'm worried about the other loyal aids like Stephen Miller and Todd Blanch. Yeah, you know, the who are obsessively loyal to him
and are doing horrible things to our country. And she's like running across a golf course. But
of course, there's this subtext which and I'm gonna say it and I got a lot of shit for saying this
on the Twitter verse the other day and I actually took down my post because I got so much shit. The whole Natalie Hart thing and I'm glad John Osaf said what he said. I love John Osaf. John Osaf is the man. Let him be the next president. That's not what I'm saying. The whole Natalie Hart thing is incredibly sexist. It's just like, oh, yeah, she's a woman and she's got blonde hair. So she must be having sex with the president or he's interested in her
for period reasons. That may be true. But you know, I thought we were beyond turning every story
“about a woman who had an important job into a story about sex. Am I wrong about this, guys?”
Well, you're wrong in a sense that we're too big or too good to do that as a society. Well, I don't know that we are as a society, but just as, you know, people as individual people. I don't know. Riley's remaining silent because he doesn't know. Yeah, I agree. I think it's like the least troubling of all the things that's coming out of this administration. And I'm not really sure why it's become a fixation. Yeah. Now the fact that there was a story yesterday that she
does it have security clearance? You know, and she's spending all this time around the president. That is an issue. The fact that the rest of the administration can't control that's an issue. When I think of how many people in this administration probably don't have security clearances like Jared and Ivanka did not last. And that worries me. But you know what worries me less than Natalie Harp? And I'm telling you right now, if anybody comments on this on my social
media feeds, I will block them. I know you want to get to your story, but you know what troubles me less? Prince Harry and Megan. That you're going to say that troubles you more. You're very worried about them going back to England. No, I see. You're all over that. You won't make this. Yeah. No, it's just like, why don't people care about these people? I don't, I mean, I don't, I don't Riley doesn't care. Look at his face. He's like, I don't care. I don't care at all. I don't care about
any of the British royals. I don't. Anyway, okay, those are about Taylor Swift getting a new haircut. People will read anything. Well, Taylor is a national treasure. How dare you? How dare you go after
Taylor Swift? Now, I'm kidding. But the, the reality is the reason I brought up those two stories
is that everywhere you look this morning, those are the two big stories. Now, Mina and Riley, you guys are going to talk about substance because you're nerds, but those are the two big stories. Anyway, unleash the nerd onslaught. Well, you can be the judge if you feel like this is more
“important than a new haircut or moving to back to England. So you let us know if this is more”
important and if not, we can go back to covering those other things. Yeah. President Trump announced an aggressive economic campaign termed economic day against Iran, threatening major consequences for the country and any foreign entities offering it financial or logistical lifelines. The move follows escalating frustrations over stalled negotiations and the continued disruption of the straight forward moves with the administration seeking to enforce severe economic isolation,
stop oil smuggling, swap lines, action transfers. Okay, I don't care about that as much as I care about Taylor Swift's haircut. You know why? I don't really care about Taylor Swift's haircut, but at least if she gets a haircut, it's real. Okay, you think Donald Trump is going to do this shit? No, this is just part of his onslaught to look like he's actually doing something about this worries started, which he is not because the people that are driving American policy makers
The most crazy because they're providing support for Iran are who?
the ones that drive American policy makers the most crazy because of their support for Iran?
“Could be anybody. Could be anybody, but it isn't. It's China, the U.S. government”
freaks out about China doing anything. And so do you think that Donald Trump is going to impose sanctions on the Chinese for providing stuff to Iran? Answer, no, he's not. Is he planning to host the president of China here in the United States the next few weeks and celebrate him and give him a big dinner and kiss him on both cheeks? You bet he is. You bet he is, as he want to do deals with the Chinese both for the United States and then on the side for
you're going to Trump enterprises. You bet he is. He's not sanctioning them. You think he's going to
sanction the Russians in a big way for dealing with the Iranians? It's all bullshit. It's all bullshit. So, story number one, bullshit. What's story number two? Driven up by escalating defense spending entitlement program costs and rising interest payments, the U.S. national debt surpassed a record of $40 trillion. Milestone is reaching just five months after hitting $39 trillion, underscoring a rapid fiscal decline as federal expenditures continue to outpace tax revenues.
“Wait, I thought Donald Trump was going to fix all this. Yeah, you remember the days when”
conservatives were deficit hawks. Yeah, I remember. It wasn't that long ago, but it was like a long time ago. Well, for you to remember, it couldn't have been that long ago. But, you know,
given your use. But the reality is, of course, they're not deficit hawks. They blow up the deficit.
If you look at U.S. economic history, who blows up the deficit for Republicans, who reduces the deficit, Democrats, who creates jobs, Democrats, who does the less good job creating jobs are actually loses jobs, Republicans, who presides over stock market increases, Democrats, who presides over stock market crises, Republicans, who presides over economic expansion, Democrats, who presides over most recessions, Republicans, that's not bullshit. What I am saying, go look it up, all those things are true.
And yet, if you go out to the average American, it's like, well, who understands, you know, what we should do up for the economy, don't say, oh, Republicans, because they're close to business. Not true for the past 50, 60 years, not true. And this is just another example of it. And, you know, the, you know, I saw Republicans yesterday go, oh my god, the deficit, you know, and then, you know, somebody said, well, did you vote for the big beautiful bill, which expanded
the deficit by massive amounts of money? And they're like, you know, Biden, Biden, which is like their nervous tech. They have like Biden Tourette syndrome, where every time they get nervous, they shout out the word Biden, Biden, you used to be Obama, we're making progress. Surveillance, giant, flocked safety has developed a new AI software OS investigate that allows law enforcement to track drivers, identify potential witnesses, and map personal associates based
strictly on vehicle movement patterns. By integrating licensed plates scans with police case files, dispatch logs, and commercial databases, the tool can transform location history into detailed personal dossiers, including home addresses, social security numbers, and relatives via pre-written or custom prompts. While privacy experts argue the technology enables warrantless blanket surveillance that violates constitutional protections, flocked maintains the software is still in development,
and will include safeguards like automatic lockouts to prevent misuse. If you're enjoying this

has done in the past, including, I think, there, you know, some of that 40 incidents where cops
“used it improperly to track their spouses. But there's going to be more and more of this,”
there's going to be a camera and every corner, just like there is in the UK, just like there is in China, just like there is in places in the Middle East where people are, or Singapore, where people are being tracked all the time. And, you know, the old notion of privacy, it's over. And, you know, add to that that they can use your GPS and, you know, they can use your
search history and all these other things. The reality is, people are on camera, or in the realm
of the sort of consciousness of the government all the time. So, let me ask you, Mina, as a zoomer, you're zoomer, right? You're not an alpha. Yes, we got that young. Yeah, okay, I don't know, because I like read our comments and people think you're in middle school, but, um, don't get big media.
“To start this video lies, yeah. Yeah, exactly. But do you have any expectation of privacy?”
No, do you, Riley? No, I'm so enamored. Do you assume you're on camera? So, I think that's the, the generational thing that people don't get here is that if you're under a 40, you just don't have
any expectation of privacy. You assume you're being observed all the time. And as much as there,
you know, there's this floppy movement and there are all these people, you know, spraying over flop cameras and tearing down flop cameras and doing all this other stuff. And, you know, there will be push back on it in some places. This is irreversible. Every time you use an electronic device, every time you connect to the web with some device in your home, could be your refrigerator, could be your, you know, your household generator that's on a network to monitor it's used.
It could be anything. All that stuff is available, physical, in the system. And then these flop cameras, they're going to be everywhere. And, and they're just going to, like, in Montgomery County, where I live, which is in Maryland, just outside of Washington, they're starting to install cameras on stop lights, um, that are both speeding cameras and red light cameras simultaneously. So they can maximize the number of tickets that they send out. Because this is a revenue source for these
places. There's a stretch out in the street here, but, literally, if I go out my front, you, you know, drive way and turn off the street. Within a couple miles in either direction, there are three different speeding cameras. Um, and they're just proliferating, proliferating, because they make money off of them. It's open. Privacy is over. You, and you may hate it. You may think there's some kind of constitutional right to privacy. There isn't. And you may think that there will be a big push back
against these surveillance systems. And there may be some pushback. Um, but, you know, then there will be a crisis. And, you know, Luigi Manjoni was caught in part because of images of the vehicle he was using, going across bridges and going on highways and stuff like that. And people will say, "Oh, no, we need this." So, privacy is over. Forget about it. Follow, be like menna. Be like Riley. Forget about it. Not being okay. We're not expecting privacy is different than being
okay with it. I wouldn't necessarily say be like menna. I mean, I'm good. I don't expect privacy, but I'm not like on board with that. Be like menna. Give in. Become a tool, a drone in the top.
“On the big brother's state. That's what I'm saying. Okay. I go on. Liberia's government has agreed”
to accept up to 1230 country deportees from the U.S. over the next year receiving five million
dollars in U.S. support to manage the immigration program. According to Liberia's information minister, the vast majority of these individuals hail from Latin American nations such as Cuba, Venezuela, and Colombia. Although these deportees often obtained illegal protections against being returned to their home countries due to risks of abuse, they will arrive in Liberia as guests eligible to seek asylum or leave at their discretion. Look, I don't understand why, you know,
Chuck Schumer, who's a dynamic powerful leader in the United States Senate.
if you cooperate with the U.S. government on these programs to illegally kidnap people from the United States and take them in and mistreat them, you will suffer consequences when political control changes. You will lose support from the United States. Democrats, you know, I mean, they have the ability to speak out and save your going along with this shit we are going to penalize
you for. And there's a million examples of it yesterday heard of another instance where Mexicans
who were being deported from the United States, despite the fact that Mexico said send them back home, we'll take them are being sent to Central America. For no reason, you know, but there's deal with Guatemala, there's deal with Honduras, there's sending them there, and somewhere, and, you know, Steven Miller's twisted brain, he's like, how this is a deterrent against people coming to the United States of America. It's also probably a violation of U.S. law, probably a violation of
international law, and we only hear a few examples. Yesterday I heard of an example where the,
I don't know, I think the assistant catching coach of the San Diego Padres was from Venezuela,
was visiting his family and he got arrested and they're going to deport him. Even though he has the paperwork, he just didn't have it on it. It's very, very dark times, very, you know, just to go
“back to the prior story, if you don't think you live in a police state, then you need to go and look”
up what a police state is. Okay, they're keeping people out of the country for what they write on social media. They're taking people out of the country wherever every right to be here. They're doing it without due process. They're violating your right to privacy. They're trying to shut down TV networks that have content that make them uncomfortable. All this is police state stuff. And we're, you know, we're, we're zombified as a nation going, oh yeah, it's, it's Thursday.
That's what happens in America on a Thursday. It's crazy. Well, speaking of another thing that just happens on the Thursday in America, our last story today is on another multi-million dollar DC beautification project. And instead of reading the story, I thought it would be more fun to have Trump read the story to you instead. Is he joining us? Is he with us? Yeah, no, via video from AP News.
“And the hella fan, I think it would be very excited to see. It's really something very, very special.”
Come on over here. This is a path leading with the same exact granite, very strong granite.
You'll never see a crack in this granite. If it's a very strong stone, it will never break.
It will never leak. It will never do it. This is the highest quality stone you can get, and especially for something like this. It's got it's rated a million-year plus. That means it has a million-year life. Can you imagine that? It's 35,000 pounds per square inch. If you look at hard concrete, hard concrete is 5,000 pounds. This is 35,000. So nature is stronger than what the human can produce. It's really pretty amazing. Doesn't he have anything better to do?
Doesn't he have a job? Isn't there a war going on? Isn't our economy circling the toilet? Does it, isn't he involved in a hundred lawsuits? I mean, isn't there something better
“for this guy to do than to vandalize the White House and walk around taking credit for it?”
He took a half an hour yesterday, everybody, to walk people around. And you know what he said at every turn? We have the best granite. This is the best grass. Anywhere, provided by Scots, I listened to that. He said, Scots turf builder has provided us with this grass. And it's the best company. And it's a really good company. Like go invest in the company and oh, by the way, they donated to my campaign. I'm not making it up. You actually noted that they donated to his campaign.
Did he get a permit? Did he get, you know, oversight group approving, adding a giant hell of work on the south lawn of the White House with the presidential seal in the middle of it? No, it's the same guy who's vandalized the east wing of the White House and the reflecting pool and those statues that he wanted painted gold that is, you know, vandalizing, you know, semi sacred piece of grand next to ground next to Arlington National Cemetery. He's going to put up a
Giant arch, a triumphal arch for no reason.
Minna? And, you know, this is going to be the main of your existence for all of your trips to
“Indiana and whatever. The Metropolitan Airport Authority here proved Trump's $22 billion plan”
to renovate Dolas Airport. And, you know, when it's going to be done according to the plan, which means, well, after this, 2034. So, for the next seven years, ladies and gentlemen, because work begins next year. Dolas Airport with sucks with a capital Z, sucks. It's going to be a disaster. All of this, because Trump thinks they'll then name the airport
after it, which they won't. That is going to be Barack Obama International Airport marked my words
just to drive him crazy and boy, will I be there with glass champagne to celebrate? Just the idea that it's driving him crazy. But the idea that he, this is what he has to do is to wander around the
“south one of the White House and talk about the construction materials that are going into this.”
And don't, don't, don't start with me and say, oh yeah, because he's a, he's a builder and he understands this shit. If he were such a great fucking builder, he wouldn't have gone bankrupt running casinos. The, the buildings that he built wouldn't have had the people vote to tear his name off of them front of them. The stuff that he built wouldn't be noted throughout the world for its tackiness, its ugliness, its bad construction. He wouldn't be known throughout the construction
industry for somebody who never pays his bills or who went bankrupt multiple times. This guy
is a failure at that business, too. He just doesn't want to do the job. He doesn't want to be president. I hope you understand this. He just wants to be famous. He wants to be respected. He wants to make the cash that goes along with this kind of thing. He wants people to come up to him and call him surr, apparently likes being called surr. He wants something that his parents never gave him. And we are paying the fucking price. Say I thought it was a slow August day and you guys have
worked be, it's very sad. Okay, so we got a lot going on. There's words matter coming later today and of course we've got the need to know, the, we've got a cool need to know and what's going down with, you know, the defense department and then we're going to have a very good, deep state radio. It's going to be done tomorrow rather than yesterday being done on Friday and we're going to look at tech and the future of the defense department. It's a really interesting cool stuff
there and then of course you can do the public. And then tomorrow on Friday at 3 p.m. we have our sub-stack live version of this show. I'm just saying that to all of you who are listening to this, because it's not noon tomorrow. It's 3 p.m. and of course if you're a sub-stack subscriber, you'll get an invite, you'll see it. But be there at 3 p.m. where we wrap up the week. It's already the highlight of the week for us and for others. And do we have a guest, Riley? We sure do. We have
a Wajahat Ali joining us this week for. And that's cool because watch has got strong opinions.
“And if you want to ask watch a question, join us. You want to ask me a question, join us.”
You want to ask one of these characters a question. I think only one of them is going to be there because of the way sub-stack works. Who's there tomorrow, Riley? I've got it tomorrow. Right. So you want to ask Riley a question? You want to talk about men of behind your back? Join us. 3 p.m. tomorrow. Anyway, so please be there for all these things. We look forward to seeing you. And please under no circumstances, bring up Harry and Meghan. Because if you do,
we will block you. We will silence you. We will not tolerate that. All right, bye bye.
