fancy apartment buildings in New York City they're mostly empty because they're rich people who bought apartments as a way of hedging their bets it's like I used to live in briefly added apartment in Miami Florida big mistake but in any event I just want to be more like Mina and have you know that Florida connection and I and in this apartment building I walked in one day and I you know
the first four floors of the apartment building were garage and my car was in
their someplace and so I went down to find my car and it was astonishing kind of cool for guy likes cars but Ferrari Ferrari Ferrari Lamborghini Ferrari Lamborghini Rolls Royce Ferrari Lamborghini and I was like why not to somebody I see what's going on here are all the people in this building super rich and they said no

thumb on the scale of this they don't try to change public opinion on these
