Welcome to our one live show, where we go over some of the news of that's bac...

right now and then talk about some other things and we do it with a guest.

Our guest today is our friend, Wajalee, of the left hook, racconter, stir of shit, shit stir, the stir of shit, stir of shit and a man who's got some perspectives you want to hear and of course Riley Fester, who will tee up some of the news stories and we'll

β€œgo from now to about, I don't know, 245 or something like that, but here's the thing.”

Since you guys can all join in to the live chat, if you've got questions, comments, those kind of things, we'll keep an eye on that and try to be responsive to them as they go. Like people say, "Watch, I love Waj, what is that, Waj?" You people paid to join this thing? I do, that is the paid watch cohort, I've been moving, some of the seniors I send of checks

and they're like, "Waj!" and then they say, "It says today, it's my day off, so I'm stalking Waj, like his own Natalie harp." Wow. Wow.

That was actually my, that was violent.

I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or blink twice, I don't think any of us want to Natalie harp in our lives, except all Trump. I'm worried about Natalie harp to pick up on the news, you know, I don't know if you've read the letters that I have sending, the Daily Beast had a couple of them, and I have to say, you know, quite apart from, yeah, it's not a good idea to have somebody around the

president connecting him to foreign leaders who has no security clearance, the other thing is, she seems freaking crazy, and I'm worried, you know, she's got a lot of pressure on her right now. This could end bad.

β€œI'm not kidding, I think this could end badly.”

This is Boyle to Bunny territory, this is Old School Glen Close and Fatal Attraction.

That's, I was on Jen Welch's show yesterday, and Jen Welch refers to Natalie harp as the

Bunny boiler. Yeah, yeah, yeah, because that's a deep cut for us who grew up in the 80s and recognized that old pop cultural trope, that she seems like a bunny boiler, she seems like obsession, but without the wish, like you didn't even need to make the wish, and she's like, no, no, no, I'll obsess over you.

The letters, the fact that she's called the human printer, the fact that she's called the human blinky, the fact that she tried to jump into allegedly the trunk of a car, because the car was moving away, the fact that you haven't done that, not yet, not yet. The fact that she stayed overnight in the locker room, just to be close to him, the fact that she was flagged as a potential security threat for her obsessive bunny boiler ways

by secret service. And like you mentioned at the start, I'm so glad she doesn't have security clearance. And my take on this is interesting that we're finding out about all of this. It coincides with another blonde leaving. There was a Sophie's choice movement for Donald Trump, and only there could be only one

blonde to quote another 80s movie Highlander. And the blonde that was chosen was Natalie Hart, but the blonde that was let go, David was Caroline Levitt. And isn't it interesting, David, that with the exit of Caroline Levitt, we're learning so much about Natalie Hart, just, it's so fascinating to me.

You think that that's just a coincidence. Just a question. Just a question. Yeah. And you know, I mean, five, six people left the White House this week, you know, the, I mean,

it has two weeks, right, you know, the White House Council, you know, Caroline Levitt, you know, the publicly ason, Percy, and a couple of other people. And it, it, I don't think it's quite a coincidence that they are leaving as this story is breaking. Correct.

Correct.

β€œI think, yep, there's, there's some sour grapes.”

You're seeing, I mean, look, it's a cult. The cult still belongs to Donald Trump, but not to jump on any other news items. I don't know what Riley has stored up with the DJ that with the five stories. But you see, they see the same pulse. He's at 33% approval rating.

They see the fact that 10 backed Trump candidates lost the highest number ever. They see the fact that he's older and more cancels. They see the fact that people are ready to go. They've also got that weird thing in his pants. I'm not, I don't know, in the back of his pants.

In the back, thank you. I don't know what you can take that with you, but he's going to come from the direction.

I mean, that contraption or box, the diaper, the diaper, it could be a diaper.

It could be, I mean, you see his knorrled, they did a close-up of his palm that came

out yesterday. It's like, it's like decaying. It's like we're witnessing weak and abernies. You know, and a lot of times, study and can very closely.

β€œYeah, I mean, I mean, I think you love him.”

I'm not, not enough to be his human blanket and printer. But I do, I will confess that sadly this man has lived in my mind far too long because he is after all the freaking president of the United States of America, David. Yeah, there's people here saying, do the voice, you do do the voice a lot. So, now he's the best, David, if you can only be as loyal as Natalie, if you bring out

some flattering, uh, printouts, then I'd, I'd also have you as my human blanket. You might be a little bit more correspondingly, she has soft skin, blonde, 33. Say, you know, you get into that, do his little watch, I'm a little freaked out, a

little, I'm a little freaked out by how much time you're spending and that particular

fantasy. All right, Riley, I, I like that watch has, it has designated you the news DJ. So, give us a story here today. Yeah, give me a few. Well, you guys covered all the salacious stories.

Mine are just lame now, but believe me, watch ladies and gentlemen, watch whatever he says, watch, we'll make consolation.

β€œI'll make that out, I accept the challenge.”

Yeah. Okay, go on. Well, our Dick King, president is campaigning in South Carolina to support Republican Senator Darlene Graham. Who face it now?

Anything.

She didn't know anything about national security.

It was based national security questions during a recent debate. Yeah. ahead of her primary runoff against representative Ralph Orman, meanwhile vice president Vance traveled to Ohio, a great state, to address economic policy and assure voters about plans to manage national debt, bear out on the campaign.

Darlene, the campaign trail, watch, it's not looking good for that. Look, cook report is moving things over. People are now saying the Democrats take the Senate. It looks like the Democrats, I mean, again, you know, we've all been screwed in the past, I don't know, a couple of years past, 10 years, best, 20 years, by polls.

But it looks like Democrats are, at least it's conceivable. They can pick up 35 or 40 seats in the house. And every time a seat has switched in this calendar year, it has been from Republican to Democrat. Zero seats have switched the other way.

So, you know, it's a Friday afternoon. It's a little bit sunny here for now. Are you a little optimistic, much? I am in the sense, if you're asking about the midterms, despite the attempt and it'll be more shameless and naked to rig and juice up the elections, because he's already done

a press conference announcing his plan, which was a 17-page plan that they came up with in February, voila, it's happening in real time. But there's so much discontent. And these poll numbers, David, him at 33%, that means he's losing mega. That's not just the independence, that's just not liberals, that's just not people who

didn't vote. He's losing mega. He is underneath with white, male, non-college voters, Latinos, young voters, economies, and shit.

β€œHe gives the worst answers, because I think, as he's getting near death, the true Trump is”

coming out. I don't care about America's financial situation, affordable housing. What he said by bipartisan affordable housing, big on, and he's getting more gay. If you've noticed, like, literally, he just keeps talking about men and their faces and their not that there's nothing wrong with that, but it's just really interesting.

The most homophobic anti-LGBT administration is probably the gayest administration. I've ever seen in my life and my friends. Well, they did. Look, they ran with YMCA as their theme song. Are you surprised?

Are you surprised? I mean, I'm surprised. No. And I also testosterone shots, right? And then also, I mean, talking about the National Security angle, our National Security

is F, he's openly lying about the straight of hummus, being open when it's closed. The USS Lincoln is coming back because sailors tried to jump off. But he said they weren't there long enough. They said they weren't the nine months, the folks, morale is low, it must become high. And then also, I don't know if you caught this, but a week ago, it was way out.

Seven days ago, Jadey Vance, the vice president, seems to be encouraging the collapse of the US dollar and suggests moving the US dollar away as the global reserve currency. And this coincides with reports of crypto and world liberty financial being given, if you will, the green light rumors that you are a Bitcoin billionaire watch. That those rumors also have me as a moderate Muslim, both are incorrect, both.

The fact that he's made billions of dollars off of crypto.

So have you ever seen a vice president kind of cheer on the demise of the dollar, David?

β€œNo, but, you know, folks, to be serious about this for one moment, the dollars in trouble.”

The Secretary of the Treasury this week is intervening, he is trying to keep interest rates down, it's not working. The world says, holy, macro, the US debt is 40 trillion dollars. It doesn't look like it's getting better anytime soon.

They're going to spend $1.5 trillion on defense, which is a $500 billion increase at this

time of real stress that countries not run by a particularly stable group of people. They like crypto, people are not sure what the motives are of this administration. And on top of that, the entire stock market is being propped up by an AI bubble and there is a big backlash against AI right now. If you take all those things together, you could have this fault as we've talked about

in some of our podcasts, you know, maybe some market trouble. And that would be, you know, you talk about bad to worse. That would be bad to worse for the economy and for the Republicans. If you're enjoying this episode and want to get even more out of the DSR network, you need to check out our sub-stack.

The DSR network sub-stack is the absolute best way to follow deep state radio.

That's DSR network.substack.com/ogist26. I mean, exactly what you said, David, I have long said, and I'm a simple English major,

that I don't trust this crypto or AI to me looks like a big bubble. It looks like a Ponzi scheme, and the fact that the government and the Trump administration and lucknick and his friends are all up in it, that means that they're going to keep funding this Ponzi scheme.

β€œThey're going to keep expanding this bubble, right?”

And then what we're going to get is inevitably, and you're probably seeing the signs of it now.

Wait a second, this looks like a lot of bullshit, where are the jobs, where is the growth,

where is the help to the American public, but we're still keep funding it, funding it, and what's at it pops, my fear, David, is the government and the private sector is so intimately tied to AI and crypto in these companies, that they're too big to fail, David. We have to build them, but you know, and that's, you know, you're probably right to think about that, you know, there's some people out here in our chativerse here that are, you

know, saying, well, is AI really about, AI is not, that's not what I'm saying. AI is going to be around forever, it's going to change a lot of different things, some for better, some for worse. What I'm saying is within the stock market, there are a few big AI companies, and they're currently valued in terms of price to earnings ratio, having roughly the same place that

big internet stocks and tech stocks were at the time of the tech bubble bursting in 2001. And we've talked about this in several podcasts. And so it's just, there is a warning sign when the average PE ratio is 40 to 1, you know, it's just, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's a, it's a potential problem, Riley, what do you have as another story here?

β€œWell, a more important battle than, you know, the valuation of the dollar and all that,”

because we need to fight over the Kennedy Center and Trump putting his name on it yet again, because apparently that's not settled representative Joyce Beatty filed an emergency motion to prevent the Kennedy Center's trustees from adding President Trump's name to the front of the complex and renaming the grounds of President Donald J Trump Plaza, or legal team argued that the proposed sign of defies a previous court ruling establishing the only Congress

holds the authority to rename the congressional memorial. Move follows an August board about attempting to return Trump's name to the facade ahead of a September target date prompting Beatty to accuse the board repeatedly flouting in judicial orders. Well, but look, this is how, this sadly do it and watch, as you know, because you're immersed in the news, just moments before we went on here with this live podcast, the Supreme Court.

Yep. And by the Supreme Court, I mean, the Chief Justice of Supreme Court issued one paragraph stay of the lower court decision saying that the White House had the president at the stop working on the East Wing of the White House. That means that the president can continue to work on

It, which is probably because President Settie was going to do it anyway, whe...

liked it or not, because his whole strategy, which is like his Kennedy Center strategy,

β€œis I'm going to ignore the court, I'm going to do what I want, and we'll deal with, you know,”

final decision against me should that ever come. But by then, things will be so far along. My name will be on the front of the Kennedy Center. I will have torn up the reflecting pool. I would have torn down the East Wing. I will have, you know, I will be building the pillars for my borrow. That there's nothing that the courts can do about it, because the courts are slower than the crux. The crux are winning in the race between, which is not a good thing for our

justice system. But it's happening everywhere, all around us. I mean, why'd you probably can see the Kennedy Center from your home? No, I've been there. Like, I had to, you know, I try my best not to go into DC, but when did you go there? It's like a shithole. You see the White House. You're like, oh my God, this is gross. You see all this construction. And then I took a wrong exit, so I had to go past the Kennedy Center to get off the exit of the highway.

β€œAnd you go there and you see it like, God, this is this man is so petty, so shameless that he's”

covering up the name of John F. Kennedy, right, with those that rafter. And now he's gone the permission from the board to put his name on it. He's like this, rabbit dog who has to pee on everything. That's mine. That's mine too. That's mine. And he's so petty that I'll give an example, the Janine Piro, who is a sicko fan. Really, really tried as a US attorney to prosecute the X Olympian for allegedly vandalizing the reflecting pool that was vandalized by Donald Trump as an incompetent,

you know, constructing agency, whoever got that no bit contract. And all he did was he picked up a floating piece of debris, so they're like, you vandalized it. And then Janine Piro had a box of wine and a box of documents and she had to go to the White House and say, ah, we really tried. We cannot prosecute this guy. And I don't know if you've all followed this news, Donald Trump is still now asking the DOJ to prosecute this man because he is trying to create a

fiction that it wasn't me who asked up the reflecting pool. It was a vandals or the radical. Well, that's the way he works is like, every other sort of low grade bullshit artist in your middle school work, which is he will try a story. And if it doesn't work, he'll try another story. And this is what has happened in the White House where he said, I'm building a ballroom, everybody isn't that great news. And America said, no, we don't have food. Please dump those of

the ballroom. So he said, well, actually it's national security. You don't really have a say in it. And there's the judge said, okay, you can do the national security below the ground. He's like, well, I want to do my ballroom. So then he says, well, actually there's a drone for on top of the ballroom. And so that's national security. And the ballroom has bulletproof glass. And that's national security. And so he keeps trying to come up with a new argument each time.

And the same is true with the Kennedy Center, where they said, you can't do that because the Congress is controlling that. And they said, well, okay, well, what if we rename the Plaza in front of

β€œthe Kennedy Center, Donald Trump Plaza or the street in front of the Kennedy Center and so forth?”

So it's just, you know, let's come up with an excuse. So that didn't work. Let's come up with another excuse. You know, and then they get court decisions against the men, as you say, with regards to the Jeanine Piero, instead of accepting the court's decision, they then say, no, we're going back. We're not going accepted. We're going to file it again. They did this week. We saw them filing again the E.G. and Carol decision. And the Supreme Court said, buzz off, but he we made the decision on that.

Yeah, but this woman, you tried and defamed pay this woman the jury of your peers held that

you raped and defamed and you owe her $5 million just pay her. And also the fact that we have a

rapist in the White House folks who defamed a woman also committed fraud and also covering up the Epstein file, but with the ballroom, because I've been following this for a while, remember how it was folks first was a ballroom. Don't worry, you won't pay for it. I'm going to get my donors, all the Silicon Valley, Valley Bros and companies to pay for $100 million. All right, 200 million. It's $300 million. It's $400 million, but don't you worry about it. No tax per dollars. These

jumps like Tim Apple and Nvidia and Amazon, they're paying for it. Then it became a bunker. Then he said, I need one plus billion dollars. I need tax per money. Then he's like, okay, okay, we're not going to use tax per money. Then Washington Post reported that actually $600

million had already spent half of it coming from tax per money. Then we just found out this week

that he needs $900 million and went from ballroom to bunker. I don't know if you caught it David, he now calling it a military complex. I'm like, don't we have a military call? Isn't it Pentagon that I drive by like three times a week? Just directly across the street from the river

From the White House for those of you who don't know the geography and is the...

in the world, or at least was for many, many years, the idea that the White House is a military

β€œcomplex ought to be kind of concerning for all of you folks out there who like democracy”

and ought to remind you of a lot of the instances in the past of autocracies because that's where we are on these things. Riley, what else you have? Is that enough? Is that the end of it? Sadly, it's not, but you're triggering watch like crazy. I know where everybody's blood pressure. Nah, I'm so scared. I'm triggered Muslim as the scariest Muslim. No, all Muslims are scary. Don't notice. Hey attention. This guy in Texas yesterday said, "I will not be satisfied

until there are no Muslims." Which is like, that's a big, that's a billion people. That's like

a big talk of it. What about our doctor, Oz? Where is he going to go? Well, he signed up with the wrong team. Thanks, Oprah. Nice to meet you. Oprah, you've sent us some great ones. I've got to tell Dr. Oz, just wonderful stuff, Oprah. Really? Yeah, but she's like, "Good no, El, maybe I made a mistake. I'm going to have a barbecue." What do you, what do you got going on there? Well, I'm going to skip ahead to stay on theme of the institution of DC because

this one pissed me off the other day because I forgot about it and made the mistake of running down at the mall and then I got trapped by construction. Oh, I know. And that's it. I know what you're going to talk about and why I'm just going to hear it all weekend, Laura. This wonderful freedom 250 grand prix. The indie car president has warned that the tight layout of the race course around the national mall are on the national mall featuring a five 90 degree corners could lead to

quote, a little bit of carnage and quote and difficult passing opportunities for drivers during the 147 lap event. That's carnage is not really a word I want to associate with the national

β€œmall. Oh, well, given that Trump is developing it, carnages the word to come to and remember”

Trump's first inaugural address in which he talked about carnage here in America. But watch,

you're sitting there in Alexandria in some luxury estate products and part of the center of the left hook media empire and all weekend long that you will hear this coming from across the river. No one can drive in downtown DC till next Wednesday. National airport, your local airport will be shut down for four hours on Saturday and Trump said, and you may want to repeat this in your Trump voice, I don't have one of those. But, you know, it's going to be like nothing anybody has ever seen.

It's going to be, it's going to be like nothing in every scene. It's going to be the greatest in certification. It'll be the shitty certification. It'll be explosive in certification. We're going to make each application right again. Gold plated in certification. It's being bronze, posing as gold, in certification. I actually have a flight leaving tomorrow from DCA and I know you're done. I moved it to the early like crack of dawn flight. It's like at 5.36 a.m. the earliest flight

to avoid this bullshit. And I'm coming back then on Monday. But like, you know, also look at the 250th anniversary folks, a UFC fight. Okay, you're doing a UFC fight because, you know, make America gay again. That's fine. I'm not judging you. You want to see men submit each other. But at least make it free. The grift is so grifty, David. They didn't even make that fight free. You can only watch that fight if you subscribe to Paramount Plus and who, of course, has exclusive

streaming rights to UFC, wait for it. Larry and David Ellison. Moon, yes, who now per own CBS and also TikTok and also our friends with Donald Trump. And then also what were the fighters paid in the fighters who won? What were they paid in? You can't make this up. Wait for it. crypto. And then we found out that UFC lost 30 million dollars. And then we also saw the destruction of the of the White House lawn as a result of this UFC fight that most Americans couldn't even

watch unless, of course, they spent 10 bucks on Paramount Plus. So who does this help?

β€œWho doesn't help? I know it helps. Trump and his friends. Everything we do. That's what we do is”

that they help Trump and his friends. If something happens in the White House, it is because it helps Trump and his friends. Not because it helps us, not because it helps our allies. His friends include Kim Jong Un, Vladimir Putin. His friends include, you know, oligarchs and brologarchs

and crypto billionaires and his family sort of distant friends. But the reality is we do these things

Because we live in the golden age of corruption in the United States.

in the entire corrupt history of the United States. And we've been pretty corrupt.

There has never been a moment of such a deep, profound, illegal, brazen, high, high dollar amount

corruption that is fucking things up for average people to such a degree, ever, ever in our history,

β€œyou should be proud. Do you tell your kids kids we're living in the golden age of corruption?”

Yes. You should be thankful. You, you are seeing the greatest corruption of all time. America has become great again when it comes to corruption. You're seeing a mafia takeover of the US government. You're seeing the Epstein class build out a transnational criminal syndicate. You can eat lettuce or guac, or salsa, or agesapa, or brownie eggs, or garlic, or blueberry, or blueberries without

fear of peeing through your butt and dying. But damn it isn't an amazing that Donald Trump and

his dumbass kids made billions through crypto. Is it an amazing that each time we eat a piece of lettuce is like playing a Russian roulette? You don't need a gun. It's like one piece of lettuce and each person says eat it. I've been, I've been doing podcasts here, as you know, for 12 years. Since, you know, podcasts were done with a dixie cup in a string and no one has said peeing through their butt in that time. I'm honored. And you are really blazing new territories, but no,

don't eat the blueberries penny. I see you're saying I just bought some. Well, wash them carefully. No, seriously, don't eat the blueberries. There's, there is, there is E. coli or something floating around in those blueberries. In all seriousness, folks, all that list I gave, the list, I wasn't making that up. Every single item that I said right now has been flagged for E. coli and/or salmonella and/or listeria, or this parasite that has not gone to forts, doesn't states,

that is causing quality. J.D. Vance? Yeah. Sidedles, I can't pronounce it, but it has caused at least seven deaths that we know reported. Right. And now, remember, this administration cut back on food inspections. Yep. Cut back on money to hospitals. Yep. It's harder to get to an emergency room. You know, but that's in part because they did this thing that was created. And most

β€œpeople don't give them the credit. They deserve. But who would hire? Who would think to hire?”

A former heroin addict, the snorted cocaine off of toilet seats, and who collects raccoon penis is off of the street and say you're now in charge of America's health. That is create fucking activity. I appreciate that is thinking outside the box. That is what we call lateral thinking. That is what we call disruption. To get an anti-vax conspiracy theorist who promotes a eugenics and has a troubling history of collecting exotic animals, body parts, who says he has

no gag reflex and no medical expertise whatsoever to make him the name of the gag reflex line with so fantastic. Because I've done gag reflex. So sometimes I just eat stuff off of the street. Yeah. That's your director of health and human service. Oh. Who has gutted the CDC with 25 to 30 percent of the workforce, including the people who are there to prevent the spread of the explosive diarrhea bacteria. The people who are actually responsible for containing it, that's gone.

Also the FDA food and drug administration, 25 to 30 percent of the FDA is gone. So now you're seeing

once you remove the experts from America's infrastructure like Jenga pieces, eventually what happens

β€œDavid, it collapses. Eventually it's teetering. So now you have the latest. Did you hear this?”

The frozen fruit, the natural frozen fruit popsicles, right? One of them I'm figuring the name, so what can give the name? If you look at the ingredients, it's like ice, sugar, and fruit. Now you can add glass. They found glass. Yeah. Do you remember the Dan Akraik bit from Saturday night live? In the very, very early days of Saturday night live, he played an unscrupulous toy salesman who was selling a new toy for kids called Bag O Glass. Yeah. And it was a bag of glass shorts.

But, you know, we've taken that a step further and you can actually give your kid a popsicle that tastes like watermelon and a glass. David, someone asked me in your in our chat, "Can you please put a list of all the stuff?" I just put it up. Riley, I don't know if you could share the screen, but I think I could share the screen. If you can give me just a second,

Let's just do this because I'm not making this up because screen sharing is h...

Give me a second. Here we go. Can you all see this? Yes. That have been recalled since the start of

β€œ2026. This is being updated. This is from yesterday. Outshine fruit bars, presence of glass,”

jalapenos, salad dressing granola, tomato soup, spice mix, frozen blueberries, eggs, fruit, puree pouches, iceberg lettuce, cat and dog food, save the dog, save the cats, ricotta cheese, infant formula, dried herring fish, no regions, chocolate croutons, ice cream, mushroom, peanut chips, cheese grits, coleslaw, potato chips, raw milk, cheese, peel garlic, black bean, chocolate syrup, cottage cheese, cream cheese, baby food, salmon,

snack bars, break bounty bites, chia seeds, yellow, bintuna, tamales, and they missed one. They missed two. You know what the two they missed? Alfalfa sprouts that came out last night

and eye drops. You can't even use eye drops anymore. I did last night. I'm you're a little

blurry to me, even as we speak. But what's your point, watch? This is just normal. They said,

β€œthis is you know, I mean billionaires don't have these problems. So why do you care?”

Or as at RFK said, we need to build out our herd, I mean, really. So that's great. Make fun of his, whatever. I don't mind. Yeah, I don't care. No, no. I'm with you. I didn't even feel about David Axe around saying that we shouldn't say nasty things about Natalie. I responded to him. I said, I tried to be very nice. I said, David. Oh, short hit. I said, David, you are wrong on this. That's one of the

exact quote. Folks, yeah, David Axe, we're all said, oh, you know, it is troubling that Natalie harp has no security clearance and she seemed like an obsessive psychopath and a bunny boiler. Yeah, I said that afterwards. You said it. We should be a bit nicer to her. And I'm like, this is Democrats punching themselves in the face. I can't stand this old school deaf. They're done. I would say good for a while, David. They're not built for this fight. They're not

made for this moment. They're not. Guess what? Guess what? They're losing in a lot of places. We had a race this week. I'm sure Riley is going to bring this up in California where I should walk aggressive. You know, I'm going to speak truth to power. A pack came in once again, wasted millions of dollars trying to shut her down. And she won. And we have Agnes Nixon in Florida and a progressive in a red state of Florida. And she won. And you know, the last time

you and I talked, it was just after the Abdul al-Sahe and victory in the Michigan Democratic primaries. And everybody was saying, hey, he's unelectable. You can't elect these people. And the poll yesterday said he was up seven points. I mean, it's all shocking. It's almost as if, you know, a vote blue no matter who people don't really believe in voting blue no matter who if the candidate runs to their left. It's almost as if there is this establishment. Yeah, but by the way,

I get it. I said her name wrong. I'm sorry. After the podcast, I'll kill myself. Go on. You know, and these people seem to be wrong about everything. The people who lost us the house, the Senate, the White House, the Supreme Court, have the lowest variability rating of the Democratic Party in three decades. And our helping the DNC lose money. She's shockingly David, they seem to be off when it comes to having the pulse of the American public,

Angie Nixon wins. Angie, as what I was saying, Angie Nixon, she was outspend 16 to one. Alex Vindeman had 16.3 million dollars. She had 975,000 folks. She couldn't afford a single TV ad. The establishment said she is unelectable. She beats Vindeman who was allegedly electable by 12 points. Up the little say, then Michigan was outspend 10 to one, David. Apparently he was unelectable. All the people said it was Haley Stevens. He beats her.

One poll comes out from Fox from Fox last week. The one poll had them losing by four points. Democrats literally Democrats after he is your fighter. He's your horse. He's the one you got back. They're like, see, told you so. Unlike you had Chuck Schumer two days ago. I don't know

if you saw this news item in Washington Post. Do something and say something. I've never seen

a party leader ever ever say about a candidate ahead of the midterms. He goes, well,

β€œwe don't need to win Michigan in order to get back the Senate. I'm like, what? Who says that?”

And every poll that came out yesterday had Abdul Say the winning. And then finally, with California, it was my hometown of the East Bay. I interviewed her. I show a hub. Folks, she's not a Democratic Socialist. She's progressive because I'm from the East Bay. Very diverse progressive. She was supposed to win by double digits until Democrats accepted six million dollars of a pack money. And then it became a close fight. It was just announced that she won yesterday

She won by seven points.

watch is an outsider punching up for everybody. I've been in Washington 30 years. You can see the

lines, the gray hair, it's stuff. I've been here long enough. And I just want to make it clear what's going on. It's not that they believe that the policies of I'll say are less good than the policies of his opponent or any of this stuff. In fact, they all want the same thing. You know, that they're Democrats. They want people to help care. They want podcasts filled. They want people to go to school. They want fairer taxes. There. It's not that. It's because they want the campaign

cash to go into their campaign coffers. So they can keep their job and stay in power. And they are beholden to the people who have funded their trip to power in Washington. And they will continue

to be. It's always, as I learned my first day of graduate school, follow the money, follow the money,

β€œand it's, you know, I mean, you know, and that's how a package had so much influence. But people are”

like, okay, millions of bucks, I'll take it. And they say, no, you know, no strings attached except don't call it a genocide, keep giving the weapons even if the genocide happens. And when BB comes to town, give him a big hug and a white kiss. And you know, that's, and there people are like, well, okay, what's the big deal? Well, it's a big deal, obviously. And people are sick of it. And one of the best things that's happened, one of the things that makes me happy at the

end of this summer where the weather is sucked. The whole summer is that people are saying no to a pack money. They're saying no, in the case of Angie Nixon, two corporate dollars all together, they're saying you don't need to be on TV. You just need to speak truth to power and think about what people want and offer them solution to their problems, instead of billionaire problems. And, and, you know, to me, this is a super encouraging trend. Absolutely. And it's a really good

point that people are saying enough is enough. And if you don't believe me, folks, look at the complete turn on AI data centers. Six months ago, Democrats and Republicans said it's inevitable. Shut up. Take it. And now you have Governor Shapiro of Pennsylvania saying, I, I'm sorry, I'm an executive order. That's restricting it. You have Kathy Hockel saying, uh, no, moreitarium. Now you have Republicans just bullshitting and lying. Openly,

Mike Rogers is not turning on it even though he's AI data center. Mike Rogers and Tom Tiffany, this is what's, and they're freaking out over the AI data centers. The billionaires are not saying, well, maybe we should focus on this because real Americans, meaning white, Russell, Americans are now saying, what the hell is this shit doing in my backyard? Why am I spending billions of dollars for something that is going to pollute my water? Not give me any jobs.

And now you're seeing people rise up, but still, David, to your point, I asked to King Jeffree's this question on Joanne Reed Show. After it was reported that APEC was spending money

β€œof right-wing protram billionaires to take out Democrats. Like, why are you taking this money?”

Because I will take money for who I want to take money from. But they lost in East Bay. We're not, you're not getting Christmas card from him. Oh, he doesn't like me. They lost against Angie in Florida. They lost in Michigan. They lost in Minnesota with the last in New York. They lost in Seattle. They lost in California. You know, there is a big movement across the kind, and they're trying to say, well, you know, it's the DSA because the person runs the national

DSA is in that case. And it's like, no, it's not. They're not DSA. Reference of a local DSA

is an national DSA in second. Very important. Strip away the labels. These people just want

what Americans have wanted, what Democrats have wanted since 1932 for God's sakes, which is a decent life, a decent retirement, decent health care, a chance for a job, a chance to do better in life. And a government that listens to the needs of the people and not the needs of

β€œa few billionaires. I mean, something like this, you think David, something like this?”

Yeah, exactly like that. That's not radical. Every single one of the things on that list, Medicare for all free child care, free faith, leave national rent for it. One, maybe not national rent for universal job programs, that's the rich. And when she says a abolish ice, it's not her key. Listen to me. It's not defund the police. It's ice is a bad toxic brand that is done terrible things. It doesn't mean you don't want to protect the

borders. It means you don't want a bunch of thugs with electrified gloves, throwing people into jails, it takes you away their rights and sending them out of the country. It means that mechanism for enforcing the borders doesn't work anymore. But every single one of the things on that list

Is supported by not a majority of Americans, a super majority of Americans, b...

by independence, by some Republicans. It's not radical, a key and all the others. It's not.

And he's still one embrace it. And he's still one embrace Medicare for all, even though a majority of Democrats wanted. And a Yale study just revealed that it would save over 110,000 lives. And how much was it? One trillion dollars, a trillion dollars. In other words, Medicare for all doesn't cost more. It costs less. Just like most insurance programs save money by providing

β€œpreventive care that doesn't get you into the costly care afterwards. That's why every single”

other OECD country, every other developed country in the world, except us provides health care to everybody. And every other industrialized countries guarantees paid family leave the one country that doesn't the United States of America. But we have billions for Israel and billions for a failed unwindable war. And billions for Elon and billions for Musk and billions for Peter Tiel and billions for Don's kids and with Cough's kids and Latinx kids. And so all these people,

Don made $2 billion last year. That's right. The New York Times and it's a little scale

of what's authoritarian said, well, that puts us at a six or a seven in terms of corruption. And I was like $2 billion is a six. What are you talking about? How many, what does he have to have $10 billion to be really corrupt? Yeah. But in an establishment when he is doing the job, and if I can't real quick because I saw this and I just want to share this with you because I have this little toy. This is, this is what we're going up against. This is what CNN did. Just today,

Cassie Hunt aggressively goes after Angie Nixon repeatedly cuts her off acting like a defense attorney for representant of the Schumer and Jeffries over the, or their failure to back Medicare for all. So she just kept attacking. I don't know if you saw Kristen Walker over the weekend,

equating Angie Nixon with, like you said, the crazy platform that AOC Bernie, and it has never

supported. I'm like, abolishing the constitution and the Senate, all this bullshit.

β€œRight. And what the thing is this, these reporters, where do you think they spend their weekends?”

Where do they go away for the vacation? Where do they go to a cocktail party? Where, who do they hang out with? What is their milieu? When, when they go to the White House correspondence dinner, who are they applauding? This is to incestuous corrupt an environment here in Washington. And that's why you need people from outside of it. People from a new generation of leaders to come in, stand up, say no more, and listen. Listen, do what Mombani is done. Listen to the people,

you know, down to the point where the past week he wrote his bike and he wasn't wearing a helmet immediately goes online. He sees people are upset that he gets online. He goes, you're right. I should wear a helmet. And then, you know, I mean, he's listening. He's not pretending to listen. And that's something that a lot of these people don't get, but it's also why they don't need a ton of, these candidates don't need a ton of money. They need to speak truth to power authentically

on social media. Riley, do you have one more story that we can squeeze in here? We covered my

β€œstories. We got to all of them. Well, well, that's that's super, that's super impressive. And why are you leaving?”

Why do you go out of vacation or are you going to go on the road with the watch show the left hook on the road show? I'm going to go raise funds for a fantastic nonprofit group that is providing free healthcare services in Arizona and California because the government has failed. So they're doing a fantastic job when it comes to education, language training, when it comes to some dental services, when it comes to a child care and when it comes to healthcare. So they got a community of

doctors who go in this type of mobile event all around Arizona and some other states. So it's, I'm just going to go raise some funds for them. It says here, "Watch is my hero in the chat." Or watch three exclamation points. Of course, somebody earlier in the chat said, "Watch paid me 50 cents to be here." This is true. I'm also going to be area to launch Gilles book, the Gilles derands of book in the nerd rike. We're going to be at the Commonwealth Club on Monday.

That's cool. And we're going to try to have him on our podcast as well. But we love talking to you and it's a great way to end the week. And your perspectives need to be listened to. And I hope people go and see you doing what you're doing live. And obviously, I hope that you'll come back here. And we can talk some more. I have to say also, you know, everybody's like, "Why I'm just my hero."

It's like, first of all, right?

I'm seriously. I like Chopliver. Yeah. Yeah. Well, good.

β€œWell, I use actually like Chopliver. It brings us together. You know, give us a little bit of credit”

here. We're fighting the same fight. But, you know, I know, I just younger and better look in. And he's got like Lego projects behind him, which makes him seem really kind of cool. I know. I like the gray hair, too. It's mixed. He gives you a little bit of just, do you look? Do you look like him, Ram Conno, a little bit? Oh, no. I don't know.

We want to give me that comparison with what's happening right now. He's in the hospital.

Yeah. Well, what's also tonight? I'm guest hosting for Joy and Read. And at 7 p.m. we got Angie Nixon. So come listen to her. Angie Nixon, as I have said many, many times during this podcast. And yes, so go and listen to that. And next week, here on this year podcast, at its usual time, noon, we'll have another guest who you want to hear. And that's my old friend who is just, you know, similarly smart and similarly funny and similarly inclined

to watch. And that'll be Jen Welch. So I want to hear us here with Jen Welch of the of,

I've had it fame. And it is a new book coming out soon. Please join us here. And every Friday, we want to have conversations like this. And hopefully watch, we can persuade you to come back. Absolutely double the fee. Thank you. And the fee was free. So I'll take double free any time.

β€œWell, that's what we can afford. That's what we can afford. That's what we can afford.”

That you, you, uh, your shameless groveling got you a subscription. They someone just said fine, fine, we subscribe. So they more of it, more of it. Yeah, subscribe to the need to know sub-steck. Subscribe to the DSR network, sub-steck. Subscribe to the left hook, sub-steck. Subscribe to all of us on YouTube because that's where the kids are going. That's where the action is. You know, subscribe wherever you can to support what we're doing

because I got news for you. No, why just got news for you? How does the legacy media do on watch? And what do they need instead? Uh, legacy media is dying. It's dead. Uh, the, uh, the, uh, the mediaer has already hit and they're the dinosaurs, not realizing they're living on board borrowed time. It's, it's done. It is done. Uh, but we're here. And what we try to do, I mean, you has we're charming and good looking and funny. But what we try to do on watch is show, our show,

Jen's show, the other shows of our other friends who are all doing this kind of thing now, is we try to tell the truth. Yep. I have a column in the, the daily beast. I read a column for the daily beast every couple of days. And my column was about the tsunami of lies out of this administration. And the fact that legacy media is not correcting it. So at the moment of the greatest information technology revolution of all time, it's harder and harder to find the truth.

Well, to find the truth, you've got to find truth tellers. And if you find a truth teller, hold on to

β€œthem tight and support them because that's what's going to get us through and watch as one of them. So”
