And I can't answer just your question. And that is really cool to me because it brings me and you just that much closer so that I can help your communication conversations that much more.

And I understand where it can be frustrating of feeling like there's there's too many ads and I I want to keep my episodes the solo one short and concise the ones I guess will obviously go longer. But through that it's okay, how do I figure out that balance?
