Kevin O'Leary, the billionaire who is doing this. He's building a massive data center in Utah. It's called the Stratus Project, and it will be as big as get this. Not a hundred Walmarts, not five hundred Walmarts, not a thousand Walmarts. Two thousand Walmarts, it'll be a lot of savings, Jimmy.

That's a lot of savings. Think about it, and how they're going to pay for that by just answer strictly volume. [MUSIC] It's cut a need, nine gigawatts of electricity to run it, and we'll generate the heat of, by the way, that's more electricity than the entire frickin' state generates right now.

And so what we're left with is China, but without with more street crime and slower trains. So that's what happened until Tucker doesn't let him get away with that. So those chips in Taiwan that, you know, that's the big thing of they get Taiwan to get those microchips and we make those and nobody has to have trying to find a way around that. So they work smarter, not harder with their AI. That's why it's much better. They're going to create jobs. You know, many jobs. It's going to create there's 50 jobs for a data center. And most of that's going to be security because people are going to want to blow them up.

We're going to need human child catchers. So you watch people are going to start blowing up data centers. They're going to make their own drones and do it. If you think I'm lying, I'm going to show you in another segment that there already know this is going to happen.

It would be two and a half times the size of Manhattan. The commission approved the proposal despite this despite this kind of opposition. We're willing for makes it. And we see it here like it's okay. It's a straight. It's a straight. It's false.

bribed and corrupted their criminals. And that's how that's how everything works in the United States our whole government is bribed criminals. And that's why you still go bankrupt when you get sick. You're buried under mountains of debt just to get a college education.

So you can get a job and now they're bringing data centers in to take your jobs away when you graduate with mountains of debt.

So this is and they're so that's Kevin O'Leary trying to say they want it. Okay, that those people don't want it. By the way, that guy, the cops arrested him. And that demand is we want elections that are publicly funded, no money from billionaires and no money from corporations.

But why if it's such a good business, would you be asking taxpayers to help pay for it without giving them equity in the company? Are you giving taxpayers shares? No, the investors get the shares, but here's why they would do it. Why would the taxpayers have to pay for it? I don't know what I started business. Why am I as a taxpayer forced to pay for your business? I don't, I don't get it. Well, let's forget about data systems. Let's go any manufacturing. Let's say. He doesn't have an answer for this.

Let's say you're going to build an aluminum sheet manufacturing facility. You go to the government there and say, "Look, this is going to huge capex inspect the, you know, huge capex expenditure. I'm going to hire 2,000 people. I'm going to build a community center. I'm going to pay a lot of tax on the profits."

2,000 jobs he's promising for a 40,000 acre facility that is almost three times the size of Manhattan. So 2,000 jobs and I'm going to bet you that 1900 of those jobs are for security. So people don't blow up that data center. And they're also from out of state. And the rest of them are going to be brought in on H1B visas from India.

Just so you know, that's who's going to be working at these data centers. People from India brought in on H1B visas. Okay. In your state, when I sell the aluminum and I'm going to hire all these people, they will also pay tax. And we will build a school because our workers need a school and and and and and and and.

Okay, so relative to the size, the physical size of the project, which as you noted is multiple times the size of Manhattan. And the power draw at peak, this data center, your projections, will consume about as much energy as New York City does.

And your city provides almost 5 million jobs and this project by your own description would provide about 2,000 jobs.

I don't see the very, you've definitely got that calculation wrong. My building data center, the trains AI, the provides productivity to the entire nation. We create millions of jobs, high paying jobs. Jobs AI is going to create jobs? Yes, I thought it was going to eliminate jobs.

You don't think about the new technologies. We don't even know yet that are going to be built off AI. Everybody thinks when television came, everybody loses their job in radio. That was completely right. And the same thing is going to happen here.

Everybody's hysteria about losing jobs, making hamburgers or flipping them, being replaced by a robot. That's probably true. But all kinds of new technologies will become available between including medical science and biology. And all kinds of things where the models can be used. I'm extremely optimistic what I'm doing is creating a whole new opportunity for my children.

What kinds of jobs? Well, I mean, again, some of this, of course, is a noble one. I want to be as fair as I can be because grateful that you're willing to talk about it. So openly, but you just said, this will create a, I will create millions of new jobs. Yes. Well, this is a AI. You can't have AI without data centers, at least right now. So what are those millions of jobs?

Because we can go through the list that the creators, the people who actually are making AI right now, developing it. We know if your list of jobs they say is going to eliminate, which would be like layers and financial planners. And like the basis of upper middle class America, that's going away. Dave said this, what will it be replaced by?

Wars in the future probably are going to be fought with people getting shot in the flesh. It'll be one set of robots against another. I think the drone technology will advance the manufacturing of surveillance, all that stuff against our enemies, which notably is basically China. So if you think about how, you know, you debate the data center, I think it's fair to do that, what you're doing. But I would be very concerned if I were living in Taiwan, that one day my electricity just goes out and I get invaded by basically robotics and high precision ordinance.

There are an ability to be predictive on where these conflicts are going to happen. I think we'll be in a bad place in 20 years. And so I think it's very revealing that I asked you about jobs in the United States, and you went immediately to defending Taiwan. We met actually equipment here, talker. That's where it's made. Of course, people love change. That's the nature of how we think that the United States is a happier country than it was in 1992. What the fine happy? What does that mean? How about the suicide rate? Where the addiction rate? Where the life expectancy?

Those are all, I mean, there's lots of social issues and there always has been. I would remind you though.

But they've gotten worse at exactly the period in history that the internet was formed and then seemed to infuse every part of our life. So, if you were worried about the effect of the internet in 1992 on America, looking back from the vantage of 2026, you could say, yeah, I had good reason to be worried. Couldn't you?
