The biggest advantage of Shopify for me is

that we don't need technical information for all of us. We all know the background and the background. And as soon as they start the online shop. If you are ready for Shopify, then you are ready for the platform. They are just the main reason.

Our whole business is ready for Shopify. Now let's start a new test of Shopify. I'm your host Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to a figure entrepreneur that helps. I've reached people like you and me make money every single day.

I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone?

Welcome back to the level of podcast. I'm Paul Alex. And today we are tackling a toxic corporate buzzword. That is destroying your operational standards. The family culture.

Because let's be real. If you call your employees your family, you are establishing a dynamic where unconditional love replaces elite performance.

Let's break down why you need to build a championship sports team instead of a family tree.

First, realize that family's tolerate mediocrity.

But businesses are destroyed by it. In a real family, if your cousin is lazy, makes terrible decisions and constantly drops the ball, you still invite him to Thanksgiving dinner. You cannot fire your cousin. But if you bring that exact same unconditional tolerance into your boardroom,

your top operators will completely lose their minds. Whether you are running a sales floor or a logistics team, top performers despise carrying dead weight. If you refuse to cut the underperformers because they are family, you kill the respect of your actual killers.

Second, you have to operate like a professional sports franchise.

A championship team cares deeply about its players. Provides world-class training and pays them exceptionally well. But the absolute condition for staying on the roster is performing at an elite level. So, instead of promising unconditional job security, promise unconditional support and exchange for world-class execution,

make hitting the metrics the mandatory price of admission to your locker room. Lastly, a culture of high-performance accountability creates a legendary organization. When everyone in the building knows that they have to earn their seat every single day, complacency vanishes and the revenue explodes. Deep respect, aggressive standards and a shared mission to win,

create an unstoppable company. When you stop acting like a parent and start acting like a head coach, your team finally wins the ring. Bottom line, you are running a business, not a charity. Set the standard, demand, excellence and cut the dead weight.

Because when you do, your team will execute sharper than ever. Thanks for tuning into the level of podcast I'm Paul Alex reminding you. Elite talent wants to play with other elite talent.

Protect the roster, win the game, and as always keep leveling up.
