Since we reported yesterday on the Sirius Red flags that have surfaced about ...

An individual by the name of Nassir best 21 years old used to work in an Amazon factory alleged to have schizophrenia believe that he was Jesus Christ and he had numerous incidents at the White House where he had made these threatening statements and threatened to do horrible things at the White House in 2025.

These court records show that he had what's referred to as an FTA failure to appear at his court appearances going back to July 2025 and he was on the radar of the Trump regime officials for a very long time.

He was on the radar of secret service officials and ultimately the buck stops with Jinyne Piro who is the United States attorney for Washington, D.C. she's the top federal prosecutor in D.C. now the way the DC court system works is that the superior court division their lawyers ultimately report to the United States attorney in Washington, D.C. that's Jinyne Piro the top federal prosecutor in D.C. she oversees the superior court division and so Piro oversees the lawyers who knew that this guy who was making all of these threats around the White House Nassir best was on the loose and a very basic surveillance around the White House in my view would have showed that this guy was around the area.

He didn't leave anywhere. He didn't just disappear. The guy was in Washington, D.C. and they did nothing about it. I mean, at the very least, this is a massive security breakdown and as you elevate up the ladder and think about what the red flags could be here. The questions that should be asked is, did Jinyne Piro and the Trump regime know about this guy know about his threats? I mean, I think they weren't least on constructive notice and allow him to be in this area to continue to make these threats and then the question is why did they allow it to happen?

So it could be used as a pretext for the golden ballroom because the Trump regime Donald Trump is White House spokespeople immediately after this incident you see we need golden ballroom we need golden ballroom and I'm not suggesting that the shooting didn't happen. I don't want to go there, but my question is were they aware that they had these violence gets a frenic people who are sufficiently far enough away from the White House where there wasn't a real threat being posed.

But they would cause situations and scenes that could then be used as a pretext to see to say, "See, I'm not safe. I need a golden ballroom that taxpayers need to pay for."

And also the timing of it are occurring right in the middle of Donald Trump announcing this catastrophic deal with Iran and him being criticized by lots of people in his party. Let's go through the data. As we do here on the mightestudge network, let's go through the court filings, let's go through the superior court rules, so we just stick to the facts, draw the implications that you will, we stick to the facts. Late last night, Donald Trump's Department of Justice made another court filing, which seems that Donald Trump himself wrote, seeking to leverage this purported shooting on Saturday, to build the ballroom and to stop a judge from blocking the ballroom construction.

Trump, D.O.J. calls the latest episode, a quote, "assassination attempt." It cites news reports, but no other proof or legal cases, ending with an exclamation point as Josh Gersdien puts it.

Let's go through the filing that Donald Trump made last night. I mean, doesn't this raise massive red flags? Here's what it says, notice of supplemental authority in support of motion for indicative ruling, dissolving the courts in junction, in other words, judge, stop blocking the construction of our ballroom. We need it built because of this incident that just took place, and here's what the Trump D.O.J. wrote, although it looks like Donald Trump himself wrote it. On Saturday night, May 23rd, a shooter once again sought to murder the president, his family and a staff of the historic White House complex. We submit this urgent filing to update the court on a second attempted assassination on the president within a single month, last night, shortly after 6 p.m.

An armed assassin approached a White House security checkpoint near 17th June...

A brave secret service officer is returned fire. The gunman was killed and an innocent bystander was seriously wounded in the shooting. This second attack on the president this month underscores the critical need for top level state of the art security at the White House, including the ballroom, a knitted unified.

Cohease of part of the East Wing project, which is vital for national security, and is being constructed to ensure the president can perform as constitutional duties in a safe and heavily secured facility.

The court's unlawful injunction has wrongfully cast a cloud of uncertainty around the future of the entire East Wing project, which is being constructed for the physical safety and security of all presidents. This is a safety for dignitaries and guests. When completed, this highly knitted integrated and unified project, which is a singular and vital national security facility, will provide a safe haven from attackers such as the one last night and on April 25 referring to the White House correspondence that are incident, which also raised massive red flags and when Donald Trump filed something just like this right after the White House correspondence dinner incident.

Then Trump concludes this motion by saying, in light of the recent attacks against President Trump's life, including two attempts and less than a month, the injunction entered by this court for the benefit of a strolling woman who filed suit against the East Wing project. Long before she knew what was going to be built, this is a woman who was known for being a serial plaintiff throughout DC and who has absolutely no standing must immediately be vacated in this suit, which is a complete embarrassment to our country must be dismissed.

This is a terrible, tremendously harmful case to the United States of America and it all stands for exclamation point. Now, you go back to the first page or so when Donald Trump was like, this individual, he pulled out the weapon in a very professional style and he knew exactly what he was doing. Let's go through the facts of who the shooter was killed actually was because here on the Midas Touch Network, we stick with the facts. Let's talk about fact number one. Here's the suspect he was killed in this incident on Saturday late afternoon evening.

His name was Nassir Best 21 years old, his online presence. I was online people knew where he was. He believed he was Jesus Christ. He had other incidents around the White House. That's fact number one. Right. Let's go through his court document.

Had to ban her keep princess. She does a great job pulling up a lot of these court records. She said, saw it being reported that the shooter Nassari Best had previously been arrested near the White House and received a stay away order. Looks like he was released the day of that incident, July 11, 2025, did not stay in compliance with pretrial. Never showed back up to court and had a bench warrant. So that means he was arrested for previously making threats in 2025 and this actually happened multiple times.

He didn't show up to his court case. There was a warrant for his arrest, but no one went out and arrested him and think about this with all of the effort that the Trump regime puts into rounding up migrants and throwing a mid to concentration camps.

And hunting down a boiler in a boiler in a boiler who had been here 30 years hard work in taxpayer and people finding them surveilling their homes, throwing them into detention center. Someone who's made threats against the White House and Donald Trump doesn't show up to court. And like yeah, whatever, let's let this guy roam around Washington, D.C. Red freaking flag. Red freaking fun. Let's look at the docket July 11, 2025 charges filed for what unlawful entry into the White House. Then they have a lot, then they have his arrangements that day. You'll see that he was released the same. They released him that day. They gave him a stay away order as you go through. He had to through the docket. He had to show back up August 7, 2025.

He does not show up on August 7, 2025. And alert is issued. FTA means failure to appear for us. Seer best right there. And then it says the defendant did not appear for this hearing and counsel of record did not have representations. But the government's request for a warrant was granted. The government, they report to Janine Piero. And then it basically, that's that's the last docket right there. We have his the affidavit from before his arrest. This is July 10, 2025. Let me just share with you July 10, 2025.

At 17, 26 hours right by the White House, officer Vargas and full police unif...

He was a reserve suspect. One later identified as Niseer best walking to a restricted area by using the exit turn style lane located by the station. The restricted area as multiple signs dating do not enter. And then goes on to say they arrived on scene.

They see secret service season. They see that he was trying to gain access to these areas where he didn't belong. He was placed under arrest for unlawful entry. And so then they issued.

They issued a warrant. A new interview with someone who knew Niseer best dropped anarchy princess post it. We both worked alongside each other sitting and chatting every day. He came to me about everything. And everything was fine until randomly started talking about being in control of the people and reality. And he started talking about being in reality. And how he could tap into different frequencies and hear and peep things that we couldn't eventually patterns and said that Niseer best became convinced that he was God.

Which led him to quit his job at Amazon. He eventually blocked and stopped talking to his closest friends and disappeared patterns and said adding that Niseer best was not on good terms with his family. Best began having run ends with secret service officers last summer when he would walk around the White House and stop at various entry points and ask officers how we could get inside according to court records.

And late June the secret service sought to have best involuntarily committed after he blocked a vehicle trying to enter the White House grounds.

Then on July 10th, best was arrested after he walked through an exit turn style that was what I read for you before and tried to go further into the White House grounds.

Officers and court records had best told them that he was Jesus Christ and that he wanted to get arrested a DC judge released best who pled not guilty. Apparently on the condition that he stayed away from the White House and then he didn't show up to his next court appearance. And again, you would think this would register at Janine Piero's level or at least some deputies level. Hey guy threatening Trump threatening White House on the loose. He's saying he's Jesus. He's saying he's God. He keeps on doing it. No, they just let him go all over the place basically just so you can see for yourself that case was filed in superior court division.

It's the district, imagine like state court, if you will versus federal court, but that's district court, the superior court, the superior court divisions responsible for prosecuting most local crimes occurring within the district of Columbia. The mission of the superior court division is to promote public safety and vindicate the rights of victims by fairly impartially and consistently enforcing criminal laws of the United States and the district of Columbia.

And then it is reporting to the United States Attorney's Office. You see at top there, and that's Janine Piero of the federal prosecutor now.

I will share with this with you as well right after the incident Donald Trump made the following social media post about ballrooms.

Thank you to our great secret service and law enforcement for the swift and professional action taken this evening against a gunman near the White House who had a violent history and possible obsession with our countries.

Most cherish structure. The gunman is dead after an exchange of gunfire with secret service agents near the White House gates. The event is one month removed from the White House correspondent dinner shooting and goes to show how important it is for all future presidents to get what will be the most safe secure space of its kind ever built in Washington DC.

The national security of our country demands it. Lots of people were kind of mocking Donald Trump saying this and the way everything's gone down recently.

I saw somebody post this parody breaking the following bullets have been recovered at the scene of today's White House shooting and the bullets say anti ballroom or I saw somebody post this meme. Trump still spamming the assassination gimmick in 2026. Now, here's how they were reporting about it on ABC, Selena Wang as you remember was one of the reporters who was there who heard the gunfire while she was. She was doing a social media hit and remember most of the bullets you hear are coming from the secret service and the shooter was not really all that close even on the sear best was.

I mean, he was a healthy distance away from the White House never got through the perimeter, but all those shots you heard were from the secret service coming down those 30 rounds or so that you heard.

Here's how they describe it on ABC.

hours after secret service agents shot and killed a suspect who opened fire just steps from the White House to night President Trump using the incident to renew his calls for the construction of the White House ballroom.

Trump was in the oval office with his AIDS as a gunman approached a security checkpoint on Saturday night with a gun and started firing.

The president who is facing backlash from even within his own party for his $1 billion request and taxpayer money for the White House complex saying it goes to show how important it is.

For all future presidents to get what will be the most safe and secure space of its kind ever built in Washington DC official say the suspect has a history of incidents involving the White House. He encountered law enforcement in June 2025 for blocking a point of entry at the White House he was detained and involuntarily committed for a mental evaluation. One month later he was arrested after he attempted to enter a White House checkpoint court records showing a judge ordered he stay away from White House grounds.

Then throughout Sunday morning you had the Trump sick offense like his national economic advisor Kevin has said has it trying to push the ballroom. We need the ballroom look what happened last night ballroom ballroom play this clip.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board really took a swipe at the president over that fund over the ballroom on Saturday they said quote Republicans don't want to say this publicly but privately they do.

President Trump's personal political obsessions are hurting his presidency hurting the chances for further foreign policy gains and putting control of the House and Senate in jeopardy. Does the president realize that he is putting Republicans in a tough spot by forcing them to take votes on things that are unpopular like the fund like the ballroom like the war in a midterm election year. Look I respect the Wall Street Journal very much I saw Paul as you go at the Kevin work signing in just on Friday.

But the bottom line is the president believes that the ballroom is something that should have been there for a long time and he's using his own money in the money of donors to make it so that the taxpayers don't have to pay for that ballroom.

And as far as weaponization I don't think they would have to pay a billion dollars correct.

No it's not for the ballroom that's for securing the entire White House and my goodness to argue about that after we were all here yesterday I actually wasn't here as at my home a couple blocks away when the shooting happened of course we've got to make the White House more secure. Ron Johnson from Wisconsin MAGA Republican Senator doing the same play this clip move on to the ballroom because there is an issue about funding for security purposes. After what we saw happen at the White House correspondent center and you know the president definitely talked about the ballroom being necessary for many reasons, but that it also is a national security issue that is is a sticking point as well right now your thoughts.

I also support funding for that national security component of that what's going to be underneath that ballroom again I don't want to talk further about that but I mean there's certainly a national security component and listen I'm a big fiscal hawk. When government's going to spend money I don't mind in spending on infrastructure that's going to be around for decades that also has involved a national security. It's a ballroom itself now based on the correspondence here it would be nice to have a larger ballroom that can accommodate those types of events for the president.

His cabinet members are attending and they can do it in far greater security. And then on meet the press when they were trying to talk about the ballroom to Thomas Massie Thomas Massie was able to really kind of take command of this conversation and point out.

How ridiculous this golden ballroom is here's what Massie had to say let's play this clip right here.

Did see Republicans in Congress actually reject some of President Trump's priorities refusing to vote on funding for both his ballroom and that $1.8 billion so called anti weaponization fund. Some of the strongest opposition quite frankly that we have seen from members of Congress Republicans to President Trump today.

Do you think that the party is beginning to break with President Trump?

Well listen they're worried about their own political mortality. It's true you can take out Republicans in primaries but Republicans are going to be very vulnerable this fall. The ballroom I mean that is such an egregious waste of money. We were told that it would be funded with private money initially. I'd like to joke that Mariam Adelson spent so much money in my race they have to ask for taxpayer money for the ballroom now. And it's I think it's a slap in the face of Americans the president was bragging on the Roman architecture.

We're in fact we're operating like a Roman Empire.

I do think it's dangerous to indulge in these things like a gold plated ballroom in Washington DC while Americans are suffering.

You know and then there was that weird video of Julie Serskin, the NBC correspondent when the shooting was taking place.

And like this is now becoming like a meme and people are like joking about like how she responded and you know it was very her response was very odd.

But you know what it kind of reminds me of a little bit and tell me if you disagree.

Remember like when media tried to normalize like how weird of a guy barren Trump is like he's a weirdo and in my view a grifter also might give me my opinion of course.

And then remember after the 20 24 elections they were all like doing like my suit case my suit case and they tried to turn like it into like a funny meme to like normalize all of this. You know, I'm just saying that like people are turning this into like a funny meme and look how she reacted and edited it to death.

But to me this is all playing into what the White House ultimately wants for its propaganda, which is the golden ballroom.

And they're kind of like they're kind of treating like a joke right. And it reminds me of the White House correspondence incident as well, which is like they were all laughing afterwards like it's funny like if these are if we are to take these things seriously people should act like these are serious things. And here's how certain react in just to remind you. What is that? Anyway there you have it.
