People people were injured in the attack. Acton's campaign says law enforcement responded swiftly and decisively. It was not immediately clear whether acton herself was injured. This kind of violence has no place in Ohio, her campaign said, and then rather than issuing a statement himself, the vacat is communications director releases statement.
