gave an interview to vanity fair the dying on its deathbed it's on life support he is on the cover painted on the cover of the new vanity fair the September issue they're so called best dress list I got a lot to say about this fashion is dying I am so sorry to be the
Bearer of bad news but he's not relevant and what's going on here and Robin I...
about a lot of it as well in more depth on the nerve at night mark Jacobs is done for many reasons
and he's always been an out of winter pet always always always and just like the newly installed
editor of vanity fair editor and chief of vanity fair whose name I defy you to tell me we are we have we are through the looking glass the star editor and chief the Tina Browns the grading hearters their dead instead we have minions we have figure heads who do the bidding of one Anna wind tour and she's attempting to wander mark Jacobs his career and reputation on the cover of vanity fair which you know if people read it that might be one thing if a tree falls if a tree
falls so vanity fair so let's get to the part where that I was alerted to where I don't know
again it's like Howard Stern yes I wrote something critical about your business your company like
your you you are active in the culture and in commerce you want us to spend our money on what you produce and if you're not producing well or if your company seems to be in trouble you know you can't be the subject of a of a funny documentary but then that take issue with reported well-sourced reported that you don't like but I don't know what am I wasting my breath probably I didn't know that Mark Jacobs still thinks about me I had no idea why he cares I have no idea because the piece
we're going to talk about it's 11 years old so vanity fair published this on YouTube 12 days ago
“it's only wrapped up 30 key views you know what I'm saying here we go do you believe that all”
publicity is good publicity yes what about this yeah right here to explain well there was this awful quote unquote journalist they more in something or other I think she worked for the post or the news or something and she wrote this awful book and I was mentioned in it with some of my friends and anyway she wrote this article and it was talking about how I had this orgy in my bedroom and I just thought it was a good idea to admit it and sort of set the record straight
and use that opportunity to express how sorry I felt for her feeding off of people you know in order
“to make money so that's what that was about okay Mark you have it all wrong I never wrote about the”
orgy which by the way didn't just take place in your bedroom took place in your multi-story townhouse
in the village but details I never ever wrote about the orgy I didn't break the orgy I can tell you exactly
who broke the orgy okay since you brought it up Mark let's revisit if you Google this it'll have the highly cited tab on top highly cited highly read New York post report published by page six on October 26th 2015 and then I'll tell you more about like how this report came to be because I was right there I was sitting right next to my desk was right next to the page six multi-prong desk I heard everything the headline inside Mark Jacobs is 10 person orgy it's details like that
as I have said that make a story sing it's details like that that tell you this reporter has the goods Mara Siggler wrote this piece she knew exactly how many people were involved in this orgy not eight not five not a few not some not many 10 10 I read from Mara's report Mark Jacobs who accidentally so he said posted a nude selfie to Instagram and June with the caption it's yours to try exclamation point is continuing to have a good time sources told page six
that the single designer posted an orgy over the weekend with up to 10 people whom he invited
“via grinder that grinder that's what vf was referencing in that video and they slid the grinder”
thing over okay continuing from Mara's page six report a source who claimed that there's all
Legal words claimed they they were like this guy was there a source who claim...
all male flesh back in all told us Jacob sent guests a shirtless shot showing his washboard abs
plus two more picks with no pants from the side and the back thinking like a fashion designer everyone was in their 20s said the source who claimed the party raged at Jacob's his home and lasted from the weekend into Sunday morning I will tell you about that weird language weekend into Sunday morning that's a weekend I'll tell you about it but open quote people weren't as good looking as I expected the source side they were average chill people who didn't have any
“attitude which was really nice close quote I'll never forget this line that is nice at an orgy”
exclamation point I love page six a source said some guests at the party were using drugs called
G for club drug GHB and Tina a form of crystal meth Jacob's is reportedly sober Jacob's humorously posted on Instagram on Monday night after our story posted goodbye for now grinder it was fun for group get together but what really excites me is my work exclamation point close quote along with the topless shot of himself a rep for Jacob's told us this is quote nothing we would comment on as a company to which I say why not it's an uponmus company the man is the brand
on Sunday the post ran a piece on the state of Jacob's his business that was what I wrote mark
that was what if the believe me if I could take credit for break in the story of your 10
person multi-day orgy I would have done so but I cannot was the work of my then colleagues at page six the this report went on to say that last March his longtime partner Robert Duffy stepped down and mark by mark Jacob's officially shot down the piece on the state of Mark's business that was the piece that I wrote mark has confused it in his mind like if Mark's upset about that
“he's upset with the wrong person now or people I can tell you I remember when this broke”
because this came on the heels of my story in the post it was like a huge story it was like physically big it was long it was called what's wrong with mark Jacob's mystery of business struggles bizarre behavior published on October 25th 2015 my byline before we get to this I and I'll read from this piece I remember the reporters at page six running down this story about the orgy everybody was laughing their heads off laughing their heads off it wasn't really I don't
I said it wasn't ever really in doubt that they had the goods that the orgy happened the question was the drug part of it and how far they could go with it because mark Jacob's was reportedly sober he said he was sober again he's running a company that effects his bottom line he had a mark Jacob's has struggled with drugs for the bulk of his adult life and I'll get into it and the book he's talking about is my book champagne supernovas it wasn't a book in which he appeared
it was the it's it's the cultural history of the fashion revolution of the 1990s the last great fashion revolution technology has since taken over fashion isn't what what it once was but I tell it through the stories the biographies of Kate Moss Alexander McQueen and Mark Jacobs
“the three people I think really changed fashion forever really really did and I'm a fan”
I was a fan of his stuff I and I remain a fan of a lot of what he did I really really do anyway back to the page six thing it was really what they could get by without you know potentially Mark saying yours the needle they had to thread was they knew that drugs how else is an orgy with ten people go on for three days straight okay it's like burning man you know but the needle was it couldn't be implied that Mark himself was using the drugs you know and by the
way since then Mark has had I should say has had Mark sold his multimillion dollar west village townhouse by the way there's an there's an episode of one of the most one of the last
Million dollar listings New York I love that show all the versions
Ryan Sarhant is tasked with selling he gets the listing for Mark Jacobs's multi-story townhouse in the west village Mark Jacobs is also a very high-end art collector he had sculptures like
“Paul McCarthy sculptures in his home I believe he had to sell all of those he now lives like up in”
Ryan New York in a house with his current husband like the money's gone the money's gone I think
I think that Mark has misdirected rage at me because I was the first journalist to like ask the
question and say it because everybody else cares about getting invited to the fashion shows and the parties and having access so I was the first one to ask it I think I think that might be what it is I don't know maybe he didn't like the book you know what I wrote about him in the book which I don't really think I wrote anything people didn't know except maybe some of the family issues he had um he's a strange man from his siblings I don't know
“anyway they had lined from my piece what's wrong with Mark Jacobs double meaning of course”
at the time he had been fired from Louis Vuitton okay he was the first American ever hired by
the house of Vuitton to design for them and he turned it around for them he had been fired suddenly and no one to this day really knows why it wasn't about drugs I'm pretty sure of that from people I know in the industry he was suddenly dropped and then his longtime business partner Robert Duffy who got attached to on the inside of his wrist that said 1984 to memorialize the year that he met Mark and saw Mark a huge American talent and took Mark under his wing and saved
Mark's skin again and again and again and they were both very vocal in the press that they were
family and that Robert would never leave Mark and Mark would never leave Robert will Robert left
Robert left I don't think it was about drugs I don't from my article a profile of Mark Jacobs in last February's W magazine noted that the designer wore the same clothes a detest training pants and shoes three days in a row last March it was announced that his diffusion line marked by Mark Jacobs which reportedly made up to 70% of the company's business would close as would its standalone stores in April
a detest filed suit against Jacobs claiming he'd quote intentional intentionally and maliciously and quote ripped off its iconic three stripe design this is the really this is the this is the wound the kills in its filing the company noted that quote this is particularly damaging to people who perceive a defect or lack of quality in Mark Jacobs's products and quote Jacobs has also fallen out with photographer Jurgen Teller who had shot every Mark Jacobs ad since the very first one
in 1998 which starred Kim Gordon teller quit in 2013 over Jacobs' insistence that Miley Cyrus star in the spring summer campaign Mark was very rude about that in his comment he basically just said you don't like it leave in June his Mark Jacobs collection store at the Pelle Royale in Paris closed that same month he accidentally posted a nude selfie to his 1951,000 Instagram followers it's yours to try read the caption this is Mark Jacobs at 52 years old i write about the 1984
“tattoo that Duffy had on the inside of his left wrist it was robbers belief in me then that's why”
I'm still here Jacobs told women's wear daily last March from those very early days we said whatever happens you and I are partners in 1985 Jacobs's debut spring collection one raves from women's wear daily and the New York Times but even then he was a heavy drug user and Jacobs was fired within the year everyone I knew at that time who was 20 to 25 was taking drugs
Stuffy later said but at a certain point I stopped and other people stopped a...
I just kept thinking there are a lot of high functioning drug addicts Jacobs's breakout show came
“in 1992 when he showed his now infamous grunge collection it was a high end take on flannel shirts and”
converses meant to reflect the spirit of Nirvana and the kids who thrifted at good will walking in that show was his new favorite model the way fish Kate Moss who represented this modern kind of beauty that
collection was a critical and commercial flop Jacobs designed it for parie Ellis he was fired
Duffy once again cleaned up the mess working hard to secure an exit package that would help Jacobs fund his own line Mark's way of dealing with these problems was to get high defy later said he wasn't sitting in the negotiations with the parie Ellis lawyers he never even met the parie Ellis lawyers close quote by 1999 Mark had a full blown heroin addiction and Duffy was the only one to help Robert probably cares about me more than anyone else in my life about my well-being
as well as my ability to perform as a designer Jacobs told the Wall Street Journal in 2012
as soon as he realized what was going on he said quote I'm not going to sit back and let you kill yourself you went to Mr. Arno head of LVMH and said Mark needs to get help Jacobs was resistant to rehab and Duffy made it clear and this is real talk Robert Duffy this is real talk Duffy made it clear to Mark Jacobs that his bosses would let him carry on until he indeed these people don't really love you or care about you Duffy told Jacobs they want you to work
and if you die that's it Jacobs went to rehab once clean he and Duffy said about building an empire in 2001 they opened three Mark Jacobs stores on Leeker Street such was the demand for his stuff the cache of the Mark Jacobs brand turned that one-screen west village block into a mini gold coast Jacobs was abusing drugs again getting thrown off of airplanes
“yeah fucked up you have to be to get thrown off a plane disappearing poor days at a time”
it was Duffy who called him out mark he said I know what's going on as he did in 2001 Duffy encouraged Mark to be open about his issues and I quote Robert Duffy mark is a gay man who is a drug addict who hires hookers he said in 2008 why lie about it as recently as 2012 right before
Jacobs's contract was up at Vuitton Duffy told the journal he would never leave despite all
Jacobs had put him through will always need each other Duffy said last March Duffy quietly stepped down that is always a bad sign veteran retail and trend forecast or David will told me and I quoted him in the piece he said you can never tell what causes a split like that it's like trying to look at the inside of a marriage it's going to have a bigger impact than one might think I then wrote Jacobs and his company declined to comment for this article so Mark knew it was coming
I went to mark I went to the company I asked for comments there wasn't one and then I closed the piece by noting or farther down in the piece he showed up for an mark did for an interview with the financial times and he was a mess his hands were all chewed up and he said it was because he had a compulsive nail biting habit now after that piece ran that night it must have been around midnight
I got a text from a friend of mine who worked in the fashion industry and he said to me the
“text said I'll never forget this because I literally was like going to bed he said oh my god”
morning are you okay and I said to myself I don't know what this is I don't know what this is about but whatever it is it'll be waiting for me tomorrow morning when I wake up I'm certainly not going to let it disrupt a good night's sleep okay so the next morning I have coffee I'm opening up my
Laptop I'm looking at my emails I'm getting text messages are you okay do you...
it turned out that mark Jacobs posted an open letter to me on Instagram
like the next day or that night it was that night that night now his Instagram post is dated October 26th 2015 and I've got to read this open letter to you it's fucking wild it's wild caption an open letter to marine calian my name is all in caps
“okay I'm reading it verbatim girl comma I think I understand your pain you're a sick woman”
it must be such a sad unfaffilling and lonely existence to get paid for writing
you put it writing in quotes and then said I use the term loosely an article put together
from out of context information written by other journalists over a period of time for different periodicals and different countries I can't even imagine you're suffering having made a life and name working for working for what has to be the world's worst trash trashiest and most irresponsible of newspapers LOL but you know in the vf um lie detector thing he says he doesn't even know what newspaper I wrote for it was it the post was at the daily news he doesn't even know
“okay back to marks open letter to me I can imagine the powerful and fulfilling feeling you must”
feel with each piece you write that helps yourself and your readers feel better about their lives by putting down others who are so fortunate as to have been blessed with a genuine passion for creation those creative individuals who like everyone else has it's not conjugated properly but I'll let that go mark no worries has feelings a sexual appetite issues character defects and professional ups and downs if you are a real writer and not the parasite feeding off of the successes
of failures of others I wouldn't bother writing my thoughts here I do feel sorry for you please know you are in my prayers mark I don't think I would want to be prayed to by your god for you
“know what I mean you know what I'm saying anyway continuing on I hope you will someday find”
something somewhere that gives you pleasure and not at another's expense should that moment happen for you please don't thank me I only wish the best for everyone even you sincerely and just respectfully mark Jacob's hashtag let him who is without sin cast the first stone hashtag you want to come for me question mark now that generated some pickup that got the story more pick up than at mark Jacob's completely ignored it the hollywood reporter mark Jacob's unleashes wrath
and prayers on New York post reporter by Sam Reed published October 27th 2015 we are showing it here the designer the hollywood reporter writes was not amused with allegations of
orgies again you're conflating the page six report I never I didn't even know about the orgie trust
me if I had known about the orgie it would have been in that piece okay that would have been journalistic malpractice it wasn't me it was page six this is sloppy re-reporting sloppy a drug addiction multiple drug addictions and other quote bizarre behavior the story illustrated the life of a failed designer true true whose fashion empire once great was splitting at the seams true true at which Jacob's scoffed LOL refinery 29 mark Jacob's posted a scathing open letter
on instagram published October 27th don't mess with mark Jacob's if you're not prepared for the repercussions you know more reporters should have teeth I really do think that my colleagues at these other outlets should have been on my side and not mark side okay because I didn't write a single thing that was untrue if I had trust me he would have fucking sued he would have called the editor and she if he would have demanded an apology a retraction he would have demanded
these things that's how this shit works and he did not refinery 29 also wrote the
Calendar didn't actually speak to Jacob's for the feature that's true because...
came out of like college and was like oh she didn't talk to him what you do as you go for
comment people decide whether they want a comment or not I set it in the piece I went to him for comment I can't make him comment I can't make him talk to me and give me his version of the story
“so yes I didn't speak to him that's how that works it doesn't stop you from reporting out the”
story that's often the play is to not comment because they think it's gonna put a roadblock in front of you so that you can't report it out instead refinery 29 continued she gathered a list of negative tidbits from other stories penned about the designer so she's reprinting marks open letter to me it's not true I spent days reporting that story out days doing original reporting and I knew what I was talking about because champagne supernova's came out in 2014 and I had done extensive
reporting on mark Jacob's extensive I knew what I was talking about refinery 29 continues she also points out a mix of recent unflattering rumors and facts about Jacob's well if there are facts
“about Jacob's and a data suing him isn't a rumor it's a fact whispering that mark was actually”
fired from his role at Louis Vuitton every one in the industry knows that's true everybody people don't give up jobs like that even Tom Ford got fired from Gucci and Tom Ford said that sent him into a month's long depression they don't give these jobs up like that they don't especially when
you're the first American installed especially the New York Times finally got the nerve to follow
up on my story for the New York Post you know when three years later three years later the headline how mark Jacob's fell out of fashion that piece by the way was not written by their fashion reporter Vanessa Friedman she needed to keep her distance she needs the access she doesn't want to make enemies she wanted to real reporting what are we doing here Stephen Karritz wrote this piece published on June 2nd 2018
comments are off New York Times get your nerve put your comments on okay especially now that mark is like trying to tell everybody he's not a failure I'm quoting from the New York Times piece during an earnings call with investors in January 2017 while responding to questions about the business environment during the Trump presidency Bernard Arno the chairman and chief executive of LVMH which owns a controlling stake in the fashion house said meaning marks fashion house
said and I quote I'm more concerned about mark Jacobs than the US president close quote later that year the company's chief financial officer John Jock Winnie said that mark Jacobs was quote probably one of the few negative performances we have in the group that piece went on to say
that mark Jacobs was estimated to have been losing the company mark Jacobs more than $61 million
annually for the past few years noted in this piece the departure of Robert Duffy as the canary in the coal mine the times goes on meanwhile his history of erratic behavior including announcing that he was entering rehab for drug and alcohol abuse a very public relationship with a former porn star an accidentally again that word posting a I don't know how you accidentally post yourself naked to Instagram unless you're high out of your mind and you didn't mean to do it
I don't know how you accidentally post news of yourself to Instagram with a caption that says yours to try all of these the New York Times wrote continued to raise concerns about Mr. Jacobs's
“ability to run a large company doubts that have never really gone away so I think mark Jacobs must”
have misdirected rage towards me because the times reported the same thing three years later I didn't see an open letter to Stephen Curitz I didn't see any sort of broadside against the New York Times I mean mark wasn't even really upset about the orgy story that didn't but like it's it's what I wrote the bothered him and I think I struck a nerve more than once I think I struck a nerve now mark is on the cover of the vanity fair 2026 style issue and why he's on the
Cover this is his job posting this is Mark's job posting and I read in May wo...
may have this year word came that after an almost thirty year partnership with LVMH the company was selling mark Jacobs the label to a joint venture between brand management company W HP, global and G3 apparel group this is very much similar to what happened to Holston and I believe Donna Karen I continue from the VF profile as part of the deal Jacobs will also sell his remaining stake in his company so it's over from Mark Jacobs his lost his company his name say company
“it's done maybe that's why the anger maybe that's why the anger I otherwise don't understand it”
uh as for weather Jacobs will stay on you know those companies they always make noise
oh we'd love to have the designer stay on they never really want the designer to stay on I mean if you think about it you know this is the tragedy really like in the 90s mark Jacobs like there was really no American designer that was cooler I mean everybody wanted to be at those shows they were real spectacles you know for me he really began to lose his last turn I was at I forget the collection but I was at the show he holds them at the park Avenue armor in New York
City every year and you can tell he was sliding down like he used to have like a very
“I think it was always the last show on Wednesday evening in the middle of fashion week and then he lost”
that slot um but it was this show it started three hours late and let me tell you a lot of it's far
from glamorous you're sitting on like a thin metal um they're like bleachers in high school but they're thin and they're metal and they have no back and they have no art like everybody has to sit straight up and there's no water there's no food there's no bathroom break right in front of me like like in like a row or two in front of me was out of winter and she was fucking pissed she was pissed there's no reason for a fashion show to start three hours late
and she started telling her security guys go back there get and like find out what's going on you know but she stayed she should have left she stayed that was the everybody knew you know it was insane it was so disrespectful to start a it's a fashion show three hours late three hours late Mark says of potentially staying on now that his company's been sold to these two concerns
they're just gonna liquidate the shit out of it I think there's enough reasonable doubt that says
this kind of interference never goes well Jacob says acknowledging skepticism about the new deal
I think this just looks like a recipe for something else the writer says in other words a licensing business and this brings us to the mark by Sophia documentary which you know those two have always made a big deal about being such close friends and if you try try to watch the whole documentary it's incredibly boring Sophia Copula put zero zero effort into this thing she seems not to know the basics of his life like I know more about Mark Jacobs and she's not
doing it as sort of like I'm a conduit for the audience and I'm gonna ask you some questions that may seem obvious because we know each other so well but I want to get them down on film and have you say these things no no no no she's like where'd you go to school none of the really interesting things that made Mark Jacobs who he is are addressed hell address the open letter address the fucking war g it's not in there it's not in there
it's got like it's so it's like this you know Sophia Copula has like the energy of like a 20 watt bulb that is like on the front and the film is as limp and as like just just an uninteresting and like you're like why does this thing exist why you know and then we see Mark Jacobs rattling around his house and ride like a version of like big eaty bill and gray gardens listen I love fashion
“I love fashion documentaries if you want to see a great one McQueen it's an incredible fashion”
documentary um there's there's several they're like escaping me right now but um relatedly
Isaac Mizrahi's unzipped has been restored and um he posted this to Instagram...
playing at the film forum on September 25th and then I think it's getting a limited run
“in movie theaters and if you haven't seen unzipped treat yourself that is a real documentary”
with real stakes there's zero stakes is there any any mention in Sophia Copula's documentary of his business being in trouble of like his clothes having no cultural relevance in this day and age nobody cares everybody has moved on fashion is not what it was in the 90s now everybody wants like the row it's Phoebe Filo it's not it's none of this stuff it's none of it Mark Fairly well I await your latest open letter oh and by the way just to note the same
friend who texted me that night it was like oh my god have you seen it the next morning was like how are you doing like are you okay and I was like what are you talking about
“that that open letter like that doesn't affect me as a person like how does it affect my actual”
life it's funny it's funny up next up next um we are going to talk about um a groundbreaking artist whose um who just died and whose loss has been overshadowed by um you know understandably a legend like Dolly Parton but we at the nerve are going to take abeat and then we're going to bang a little bit more on that cultural dual pinyata known as sunny and Gabriel fustin we are back in a minute if you love the ritual of coffee of making coffee but you

we are back before we get into the the feedback to our Audrey Hepburn mini by the way you guys like we also heard and read a lot of you in the live stream in the live
“chat saying oh my god i'm gonna buy the book now i'm gonna buy the book now i think you may put”
Sean Hepburn for airs memoir of his mother Audrey i think you may put it on the New York Times bestseller list i think you might we will see we hope fingers crossed we love Sean and we love his book and we love his mother now to a death that has gone under reported i was shocked actually when i came across this in um please forget my voice i have a remaining head cold um i came across this in the Wall Street Journal over the weekend the Saturday Sunday August 29th
30th edition um the contemporary artist always dare i think they went who who always dared
to experiment this is the Japanese artist yeah yeah yeah yeah excuse me yeah yoi kusama 1929 to 2006 she was 97 years old her renowned work at one point made her the most expensive female artist um her death was announced in a statement from the kusama museum her museum in Tokyo and her foundation the statement said she died on August 14th
Oh wow the week or so ago in a Tokyo hospital she continued to paint until he...
never setting aside her brush and remained steadfast in her lifelong belief that love can save
“the world she was a fascinating woman i really i loved her work um it goes on to say”
kusama had lived by choice in a Tokyo psychiatric hospital since 1977 but the paintings sculptures installations and fashion designs she created from her nearby studio were shown around the world she perhaps is most famous in america for her infinity mirror rooms first exhibited in New York at mama uh they created mind-bending illusions of endless space through reflection and light they have attracted millions of views and viewers rather live people
but for kusama art wasn't a path chosen for fame and fortune art was a sublimation and a save for her compulsive tendencies and psychotic episodes i transformed my trauma into art she
“said in a 2018 documentary called kusama infinity i convert the energy of life into dots of”
the universe truly one of a kind um i also just want to address the reactions we got to the
Audrey Hepburn mini you guys loved it and we were so happy again we never quite know how when we
try something different it'll land we had never done a mini interview like that um it was a mini that lasted an hour as marolina you know it has never fails to remind me um and it was our first real old Hollywood piece and um you guys have been are asking for even more which we are thrilled to do and will be doing um a lot of you said it was by far your favorite episode of the nerve it's one of mine by far um one comment my husband was a producer for robin and marion this is
one of the films that Audrey made later in her life and in a side um Sean writes about this in his book and how that the filming of that of that movie was really not pleasant for Audrey and she was not one who was given to complain but she she she they basically just threw her in there and they were like we're shooting outdoors and you're not allowed to like we're not going to give you you know checking your light checking your angles all of the things that she was used to and in fact
“she hired I think her makeup artist um her lifelong makeup artist was Italian and he had studied like”
true painting and true color theory and wound up working as a makeup artist in Hollywood and she said he was the only one who knew how to bring her features to life and understood how to make her really pop on film and that he was such a genius and understood real layering like he would layer the foundation on in like I think like five coats um and she said you know people would often say to her like after a day of filming if they were going to go out to dinner oh don't you
want to like remove your makeup for the day before we go out because makeup that you wear for film
or TV it's it it has to be super intense so it'll read and Audrey would always say no don't worry
about it no one's going to ever notice the difference it's I'm going to look totally normal like out at a restaurant and she always did always did goes to her eye and her complete understanding of this stuff anyway this trouble make her Debbie who goes by Debbie Smith DC on YouTube her husband who is the producer on that film Debbie writes has spoken about Audrey in the fondest of ways her professionalism incredible he has the utmost respect for her and has also talked about her
feminism with the highest regard she is truly one of a kind and he has always said that to another I wish we could have the old Hollywood actors today agreed another she was so beautiful on the inside as the outside like dolly Audrey was an angel incarnate and some angels in this life wow we are so happy that you guys loved it we loved doing it as you know I'm an Audrey Hepburn fan

we're going to take another look at that body cam footage this is going to be body cam footage we haven't shown before on the nerve because it's really illustrative of what's going on here TMZ Sonny Haustin's son he's 24 by the way this is a grown man
“Sonny Haustin's son that's what your known as Gabriel puts trespassing case in rear”
quote view funny funny TMZ funny published August 28th 2026 Sonny Haustin's real skills helped put her son on the right track we see what you're doing there to dismiss his trespassing case in New York he completed a diversion program and now his case is being resolved TMZ has learned the citation again the cops on site on the scene knocked it down from a misdemeanor
to a citation which meant it was never going on his record he wasn't even getting points on his
License it was as if it never happened was that good enough for televisions S...
she had to get the entire thing tossed out
“Gabriel Haustin's citation is being dismissed after he completed the fresh start program”
prosecutors say they repeatedly offered Gabriel the opportunity to participate in the fresh start program I don't buy it I don't buy it because from the minute this kid was cut loose with a citation with Sonny Haustin on site filming filming that she couldn't talk the cops down from from a misdemeanor to a citation to nothing to cutting him loose with a warning she's filming she tried everything I'm a former federal prosecutor I am a federal prosecutor hey
I wear I'm on the view don't you know I'm on the view hey do you know what you guys I just did a
big interview today I just did a big interview happen to be with JD Vance the cops were like kindly fuck off like we have to write this up and I'll save my aside for later
“um so she immediately wrote a strongly worded letter to the DA”
fairly demanding that Gabriel be like let off without the citation with nothing then she went and hired Tenny Garagos daughter of famed criminal defense attorney Mark Garagos who has represented monsters such as Scott Peterson and the Menendez brothers so Tenny Garagos
gets hired her rates we call her office at the nerve her hour leads go from 800 to 1500 dollars an hour
Tenny was on puppies team Tenny was on ditty's legal team that got him off the most serious charges that could have sent him to prison for life this is who Sonny calls in proportion by the way maybe if your kid had to go through the indignity and inconvenience of having to show up and court and show his face and answer for what he was doing down by the train tracks near the
“porta potties rock and enroll in a rich kid maybe it wouldn't happen again you know”
anyway after what TMZ reports were multiple offers by the prosecution just do the fresh start you know it maybe it's true maybe the prosecutors were like listen let's save the taxpayers time and money let's get people who who really need to be seen in a court of law who are real threats to the community in there listen 24 year old Gabriel why don't you just take this diversion program you know what I'll bet all that Gabriel and Sonny were like he shouldn't even
have to do that no just let him off with nothing I will bet you I will bet you anyway after initially insisting TMZ reports Gabriel and his mommy that the case be resolved with an immediate dismissal he accepted the offer completed three hours it's an afternoon he completed the course on August 20th and put all this behind him we'll see we'll see I mean the nerve has a long memory and Gabriel and Sonny you are already front runners for the nerve awards
2026 let's listen to Sonny Austin telling her son to tell the cops that she is a federal prosecutor which she is not she was she no longer is here we go who asked are they running for nobody else's there Gabriel literally I'm walking by a train station about this cop is putting in a handcuffs on me I got the poor pot he's right there what's your name is I'm Brian Brian is I your badge number 214 yes so the reason we're stopping
this is a fucking face oh I'm starting to look like it was open over there I was just walking on a run here where are you coming from all over there yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah okay you're worth it it's in my phone if you take off the case so when your mother is a federal prosecutor hey ABC what do you say to that what do you say to one of your employees who is one of your legal analysts who works under the ABC news umbrella telling her son to say tell them
your mother is a federal prosecutor that's a crime she's misrepresenting herself ABC is Sonny gonna face any disciplinary action at all are you as a network going to address this because this to me seems like someone abusing her position her fame Sonny shows up and the officer and watch her face because she's fucking
The human the officer explains why it is such a big deal
that her son is roaming around near an active train track you see the train's going by him in the back
“and Sonny with her fucking elitist it's like elitist Turett syndrome goes right back into”
this refrain the refrain itself is a contender you guys should be proud of yourselves this may be unprecedented I mean we are a young show but we grow fast Gabriel's up for an award Sonny's up for an award this refrain is already up for an award here we go I know it was just you know just walking she can my head he's just walking
“yes I know that's what he said I know it was speaking to me definitely not looking for sex or drugs”
right away as he's walking towards us is getting tighter and tighter and stranger within five or ten minutes of each other this is rush hour where people come back and we can stop it there okay we don't need the cops says you have to understand like he was putting us in danger we're trying to get to him and the the the space is getting narrower and narrower and we're getting closer to the train
“tracks themselves this is dangerous and she says I appreciate you protecting him”
no Sonny they're trying to protect themselves and they're trying to protect all the innocent commuters on these trains that's some privileged fucking twat who's in I was just talking to my mommy you know I just like to take I just like to go for fresh air what better place to inhale fresh air than down by the port of potty's anyway the nerve reached out to ABC for comment we did it obviously through our social media we did it on the nurse show Instagram my personal
Instagram we did it on X and we also sent a letter to ABC publicity to our contact at ABC
publicity asking basically ABC news are you going to do anything about this we have yet to hear
