most coveted series. Join me, Lily Herman, as we dive into the under-explored pockets of F1. Including the story of the woman who last participated in a Formula One race weekend, the recent uptick in F1 romance novels, and plenty of mishab scandals and sagas that have made Formula One a delightful, decadent dumpster fire for more than 75 years.

I'll tell you that story, and much, much more. What? You probably won't believe it either. Was this before he wrote his stories? I must have been.

This podcast is all about going deeper with the women shaping culture right now. Yes, we will talk about the style and the success, but we are also talking about the pressure,
the expectations, and the real work behind it all.
As a woman in the industry, you're always underestimated, so you have to work, extra
hard in a way that doesn't compromise who you are in your integrity, you know, I like
βto say I was kind of like a silent ninja.β
Listen to It Girl with Bailey Taylor on the I-Hart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Two T's in a pod, with Teddy Melanchez and Tamara Judge. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of The Twatsy, with myself Teddy Melanchez, and Dolores Catania, and we are so excited because I am hooked on a show that I did not know
I was going to be hooked on. Me too. I feel like I've get so over-reallied television because we watch so much of it, but then all of a sudden I was right into it with ladies of London. This is like my biggest surprise, I don't know why I didn't think I was going to like
it, but I'm obsessed, and I'm intrigued by Mark Van Dellie, sounds like he's from New Jersey, but we're going to talk about that because we're going to talk about it very far from New Jersey. Yeah, he is an Italian businessman who formerly, under tile factory, and he's a social light and former model, and April 2011, Van Dellie joined reality television program
made in Chelsea as one of the original cast members in 2026, Van Dellie, joined the cast as the reality television series, The Ladies of London, The New Rain, which premiered on Bravo on March 5th. So if you guys haven't watched this yet, get to it, and we need all of your thoughts on your favorites and all the things, but we have so many questions from Mark, so let's
bring them in. I can't wait to meet him. Mark, Mark, Hi, you're in your gilded home, are you? It's so good to meet you, but I'm very excited to talk to you and you know what Mark, like on my bucket list, I need to come over for coffee, of course for coffee, we don't need coffee, I'm not doing tea,
so you'll have to have coffee for me because you know it's proper to have what your guests drink, yeah, I don't know, okay, he won't even drink coffee in his house, we just get an amazing compromise. What are you drinking now speaking of? What me, first of all, another thing Mark would
never drink, that's my brother, I'm going to make believe it's RosΓ©, in my, in my, to
be in peace, this is my, my superior crystal, I just will be you, Mark, so Mark, you're the first male cast member of Ladies of London, were you approached first for the reboot or how did that come about? I really don't know, we've been talking about it for so long, I feel as there's been about three years in the making, but I was approached at the same time as quite a few of
My friends and I thought what a great excuse to turn pleasure into work.
Yeah, for sure, a good way to look at it, but did you, were you apprehensive about it at all?
I've never really apprehensive about anything, I did a, a ski jumping competition a few
years ago, which was televised in England and, I didn't, I wasn't familiar with ski jumping or the show at all, and I just thought, well, that's a great excuse to spend a couple of months in the house and of course it all went rendously wrong, because I'm not a natural of long ski jump, but so I tend not to think about what to come, I just sort of dive straight in and then hurt the best.
You're the, so did you get hurt? Yeah, of course, I spent like a month in hospital. Oh my god, you know Mark, I read, because I'm so intrigued by your whole life, I read, I did a little read up and I read that your family did not want you to do this show, reality TV.
And we made rather dive than to feel the concept of that only song being on television, but it's too late now, and that's still alive, so they're just going to have to deal with it.
βThey clearly survived the first 15 years, I think that's why.β
So I have to say, I'm so glad that you didn't listen to your parents because I'm enjoying you so much and you're adorable, and your Russian model, mom, the model is going to be mad at me for saying that, but don't listen, I mean, she doesn't even know how to use the internet. So the likelihood of how being able to intercept any of this is amazing, amazing, so she's
better off, ignorance is bliss, but the people around her know how to use it, Mark, that wanted to get you in trouble. That's fine. I don't think you care. No.
No, you can't do no wrong.
Well, that is absolutely not true, but it's very trying to be the same. Can we do a little just quick and go for those of us that, you know, haven't watched yet so that we can bring in some attention, going through your castless tells one word to describe each cast member. Okay.
Okay. Oh, I love this. Yeah. Emma, uh, lady, Emma, then. Sublime.
Martha, sit well. Radiant Derry. Um, Lottie Kane. I'm vicious. Okay.
Okay. Um. I'm missing. Sassy. Can we Murdoch?

I'm just curious. Huh? The Medieval. Yep. Um, Mika.
Adorable. Margo. But the nauseous. I know. God.
We agreed. That was our word.
We went over this before you got on and we also said the same thing.
Oh, my god. This podcast is my spiritual home. You can't do anything wrong here. Um, Dera. In consequential.

I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to do that. In 2023, former Bachelor Star Clayton Eckerd found himself at the center of a paternity
scandal. The family court hearings that followed revealed glaring inconsistencies in her story. This began a years-long court battle to prove the truth.
βYou doctor this particular test twice in selling stress?β
I doctor the test once. It took an army of internet detectives to crack the case. I wanted people to be able to see what their tax dollars were being used for. Some like the greatest disinfectant. They would uncover a disturbing pattern.
Two more men who'd been through the same thing. Break a recipe and I'll balance in it. My mind was blown. I'm Stephanie Young. This is Love Trap.
Bora, Scott Stelpoise. As the season continues, Laura Owens finally faces consequences. Ladies and gentlemen, breaking news at America, Opa County, as Laura Owens has been indicted on fraud charges. This isn't over until Justice has served in Arizona.

Well, I've got good news. I am bringing those interviews and many more to this podcast. Yes, we will talk about the style and the success. But we are also talking about the pressure, the expectations, and the real work with the women shaping culture right now.
As a woman in the industry, you're always underestimated.
βSo you have to work extra hard and you have to push the narrativeβ
in a way that doesn't compromise who you are in your integrity. You know, I like to say I was kind of like the silent ninja. Each week, I have unfiltered conversations with female founders, creatives, and leaders to talk about ambition, visibility, and what it really takes to build something meaningful in the public eye.
Because being in It Girl isn't about the spotlight, it's about owning it. I think the negatives need to be discussed, and they need to be told to people who maybe don't do this every day, just so they know what's really going on. I feel like pulling the curtain back is important.
Listen to It Girl with Bailey Taylor on the iHeart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey girl. Why hasn't a woman formally participated in a Formula One race weekend in over a decade?
Think about how many skills they have to develop at such a young age? What can we learn from all of the new F1 romance novels suddenly popping up every year? He's still smelled of podium champagne and expensive friction. And how did a 2023 event called Waga Getting change the paddock forever? That day is just seared into my memory.
I'm a culture writer and F1 expert Lily Hermann. And these are just a few of the questions I'm tackling on no grip. A Formula One culture podcast that dives into the under-explored pockets of the sport.
βIn each episode, a different guest and I will go deeper into the wacky misshaps scandals and sagas,β
both on the track and far away from it, that have made F1 a delightful, decadent dumpster fire for more than 75 years. Listen to no grip on the I-Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I do have a question.
Have you been to Martha's garage?
Is that how you say it?
No, I haven't been. I want you to go. I want to go too. And I want to see it.
βI want to see your reaction and I want everything.β
I want you to see the stairs going up with like the chewed mouse bites.
We have to. That has to be as seen if they don't do that. Wait, all right. I won't ask you if we see it or not. We'll just have to wait.
I mean, I haven't been that personally. I don't know what scenes Martha's film that. Okay. I see you there. Next season.
I want to see. You think you're in this for the long haul mark? I think you are. I wouldn't want you without you. I want them to know.
Awesome. Yeah. I tend to be a like 2 to 300 episode kind of. Okay. I have two questions for you that I couldn't really make sense of.
So I need to understand. So you drive all the way to this winery for the tasting. But then you leave right away. So I love to. I am.

doesn't because the nanny wasn't with her so the nanny the man he wasn't with her so then she was an interested in you know worried about him she was worried about her own bags how do you think she bound out that he forgot it was she like posing for a photo and then she was like where's the hold on where's the looming light yeah that's what it was she needed something from it did the great thing about Caroline is that she owns it you know you could say all of us to
her face and she'd be like yeah absolutely that's me and probably say it before we would and she had and then I respect she owns it and then we'd like you to give us since we're does it being about other people off your show now Megan Markle which are thoughts well I think that it's very telling that in the last week or so we've been reading about another side which perhaps we might have assumed was there but now that it's all coming into the open I think it's
I think it gives a much rounder and more coherent picture correct I see what you're saying and I know what you're talking about and I didn't look at it like that until you just spoke about it because there's other stuff going on but I get where you're saying yeah you know it's interesting to read it both on American tabloids and the British because of course the British will tell you that they have that outlook from day one and the perhaps we're more skeptical and that we're more
βjudgmental the truth is that um we we can't straight through bullshit uh and Americans perhapsβ
culturally and it's not necessarily a bad thing that they are more indulging of someone's uh refillable shit that own truth you know I'm gonna do my own my truth I hate those people say my truth I hate when people say my truth just say the truth correct thank you like really that's because they won't don't my truth is I'm lying it's like when people swear on their kids life I'm like you're lying yeah well I wouldn't do that Teddy actually I almost lost the traders because
someone swear on their kids and I believe nobody would ever lie about that again but now I don't remember it won't lie in thing yeah that that's like crazy I I think but if you got to you out of
I'm Lori Siegel a longtime tech journalist and consider my new podcast mostly...
bridge to the future anyone can now be an entrepreneur anyone can build an app and it's very empowering
each week I'll speak to the people building that future and we're gonna break down what all of this innovation actually means for you what I come to realize is that when people think that they're dating these AI companion they're actually dating the companies that create this we're experiencing one of the greatest tech accelerations in human history and let's be honest that can be messy there's no playbook for what to do when an AI model hallucinates a story about you but it's my belief
that we should all benefit from this moment mostly human will show you how my goal is to give you the playbook so you can benefit the reason I say agency is because like if you can give power back

Americans and he was really good at it you probably won't believe it either okay i don't think that's true i'm telling you okay that was a spy did you know doll got cozy with the rose of elts played poker with Harry Truman and had a long affair with a congresswoman and then he took a sound to Hollywood where he worked alongside Walt Disney and offered hitchcock before writing a hit James Bond film how did this secret agent wind up as the most successful children's author ever

style and the success but we are also talking about the pressure the expectations and the real
work with the women shaping culture right now as a woman in the industry you're always underestimated
βso you have to work extra hard and you have to push the narrative in a way that doesn't compromiseβ
who you are in your integrity you know i like to say i was kind of like a silent ninja each week i have unfiltered conversations with female founders creatives and leaders to talk about ambition visibility and what it really takes to build something meaningful in the public eye because being an girl isn't about the spotlight it's about owning it i think the negatives need to be discussed and they need to be told to people who maybe don't do this every day just so they know what's
really going on i feel like pulling the curtain back is important listen to it girl with balie Taylor on the i-heart radio app apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts what's more fab martha's bird or kimi's bird taxidermy collection well i mean i'm i'm all for living species but i do think that if you've got more dead ones it's better than one alive one and also the dead one will be around forever so i'm i'm i'm here for
eternity so i'll go for dead yeah what yeah okay you're a vampire yeah that's why you're not going to
Age you got it i know mark i'm i'm telling you well on a softer side i really...
you were talking about how you got your um place so that you could develop a stronger relationship
with your dad um i also was one of those large key kids for like every other weekend we'd fly to see them and we didn't develop a tight tight relationship until i was in my 20s so um when you said that i was like oh my gosh i can see so many similarities to that because no matter what going every other weekend is just like a taste and then you go back to your real life totally and and as your parents get older and you grow up you you start becoming so much more aware of the
clock ticking and you understand how vital every moment that you spend with them is because the last thing that you want to do is be left with a sense of regret you know i should have done more I should have been more present I should have valued the more I should have listened I should have. So that's
βin part what i want to avoid but the truth is that i really think we owe so much to our parentsβ
that we're not aware of when we're kids um but but i think you know as you grow up you you really need to understand how instrumental and how much they've given to you to return that to do what you come to kind of as they get older get that back to them i think it's important.
Time is fleeting like we i never believed my parents when they said like time goes
by so fast the older you get the faster it goes and now i'm like how did this happen how my 44 years old and where did my life go it goes fast more just a question marked you know so many people from all over the world is there anybody you know this is just from my personal i'm asking because i do know people like this do you know anyone that regrets not reaching out to their parents before they passed away or doing more another people who have shaped
my outlook of in recent years the most absolutely and and i i'm around a lot of much older people because i prefer like company i find a much more interesting and i find i learn a lot more from them and other ones who have given me you know the the sage is surprised i would say yeah that life's advice is the best and i and i love to be around older people as well and what's to come do we have more to look forward to it's good i know you said earlier it gets crazy but it does because actually
the outcome is really unexpected and it's interesting how people can come into a show like this thinking they've got it all mapped out and you can see that they've got a little diagram of it all in their mind and they've they've already got the outcome set and you can see them being slowly dismantled over time because they think that everything's just going to go that way because well they think it's that show and and that's quite a bit of that and are you talking about margo
βi am and i think people's true colors really do always show in in programs like this because theyβ
are actually quite real you know we were lucky we had a great crew who really brought out a lot of horror motion that i wasn't expecting personally and so and so yeah it gets kind of wild so you mean we're going to see some emotions of the people that aren't usually emotional like the British people that they were talking like the last episode was like why are we who's emotional why are these Americans so emotional which i agree with i'm not into emotion at all i am
why you know i think we're i think you've got to be emotional in order to be in touch with yourself but the way you demonstrate that emotion is then a matter of choice a matter of your upbringing education how comfortable you feel you know really throwing that all out there and what
βyou expect from people because i think when people get overly emotional just because they wantβ
other people sympathy right that's wrong and i'm not fond of that you know and you could see through that you can what could you tease for the season and who do you think the biggest villain is and do we see a coming what can i tease without getting in trouble yeah i think you're starting to get a great picture of people's true characters i think someone like Martha who is so very much herself is gonna blossom because she she isn't afraid of that vulnerability and she's she's just
beautiful rose that that's just opening up and that's finally the courage to to be herself and i
think that kind of bravery is very beautiful i think you'll see something quite similar with Emma i think
Someone like kimi is has so many incredible layers of depth and a little like...
wraps it all up in in a lot of its simplicity because it's a coping mechanism and i think that this
time goes on we'll see a lot more that we'll see a profound a profound version of of kimi maddock and
βi think that's what i want to see that i want to see that too and i i've been loving it so thank you soβ
