I just watched so much abuse going on and so much injustice.

I could not understand that when I spoke up, people were telling me,

"Oh, you don't need to speak up. That's not your path." Like, it should not be that way. We should not be blindfolded to any of this BS. That was fighting to be a normal kid on top of it, fighting like, "I don't have normal parents." And then being told I'm a failure. So it was more like,

"You know what? You said nobody. I'm gonna show you." Pervy Patel is a resilient, empowering, and highly respected, mortgage strategist, consumer advocate, and founder of Spate Lending. Known as the queen of lending, she helps people achieve home ownership, while inspiring financial confidence and independence.

With our personality, we're gonna have haters. But there's people who actually get up, and then for us, you're like, "Wait, you get me?" That's a whole new concept for me. And it's come to a point where there's a lot more people out there

that are hiding themselves. That are like us, right?

And I think the more they see us, the more they're gonna come out. It spans the globe, like a super high school. Internet elders, really high school. Today, Apple is going to reinvent the phone. It's not over, I'll tell how we're...

The living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy. It's extremely, really awesome. Oh, that is sensational, too. Open. She come up with the latest and...

It's the podcast, not on the planet. You can live your dream. Welcome back to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast. For Insights Access, I am Riga Tears. Joining me today is a woman in power, the double-piece,

I guess that's powerful powerful times 100, per week per tell,

which is the queen of lending, it might correct. Yes, you are.

How is... How does one become the queen of lending?

Well, queen of lending forms because I think about the kingdom as in my people, my business partners, my clients, my work, my, you know, support team at work. Right on. That's right for all of us from.

So as a lioness, Leo, Leo's our lions are known about their pride. They're tribe. So talk about the tribe that you have built in your squad, your team. So I've actually created an empire where I have a person that does pretty much roofing to...

Pressure washing houses to actually going packing up the boxes and moving the storage from one house to the new house, and organizing it, and doing it in here designing, and then even cleaning the lawn and mows and every little thing about cars. So a little bit of everything.

So it's essentially just like seeing a kingdom be at a house be an apartment, be at an after event, and you're kind of seeing the beginnings of that. Correct. Every single brick, every single nook and cranny. What inspires that mission?

I don't see it being done, and the other thing is I think about the person.

I don't think about a number. Right on. So as a person, if you're going through this huge milestone of buying a house, you're stressed out. Like from start to finish, you're like, I don't have my finances.

I need to get my checks, I need to get this, and they're asking for a distant document. That document. And then at the same time, you fall short on how you're going to pack within 30 days. So that developed into what can I do? I don't want to give out a little candy in a chocolate bar and saying,

"Thank you for being my client." So I was like, I should do something unique. So I found a mover that would actually go to the customer, pack up everything, and then move it directly to the new house. Yep.

It's funny to mention that I've always stopped movers where just like two dudes in a truck,

but there's actually a full experience where it's full white love, all a cart, phone calls are happening, things are pre-built. There's an actual strategy being put in place. You are part of that strategy. You see the grand vision, but to build that grand vision takes time, correct?

Yes. So how does one find this amazing experience? Is it the internet, the word of mouth? How do it be to find you? Personal experience.

So I meet people on the streets and going from events to events. For me, personally, right? And I'll be like, hey, would you be open to doing stuff like this for my client, and they're like, yeah. Right on. And then that, so talk about, you're essentially your whole range of colors. Like talk about what is a good client to have.

There's no such thing as a good client or bad client. Like every customer has their internet out, right? It could be a cookie cutter customer, but there's something down there that might not work, right?

You gotta just make it work and understand how to put the pieces together.

So let's talk about what we'll learn about you in your episode.

Let's talk about your beginnings. Where does your journey begin?

My journey began in Lower Massachusetts. It's a very small city, and it was where my parents were split up. And I was left to pretty much fight for everything on my own. Well, and I was looked down upon, because culturally Indians don't like the horses. And I went through a major car accident.

So that also formed means I was fighting to be a normal kid on top of it fighting. Like, I don't have a normal parents. And then being told I'm a failure. So it was more like, you know, what you said, no, do me. I'm gonna show you.

Yeah. Yeah. So you had a chip on your shoulder. So how did you transcend that and turn that to your power as a woman in power? I just watched so much abuse going on, and so much injustice. I could not understand that when I spoke of people tell me, oh, you don't need to speak of. That's not your path or that's not your, you know, laying.

And I'm like, why, like, why are you telling me now?

It's wrong. Why are you accepting this? Why are you telling me it's in one year and out the other? Like, it should not be that way. We should not be blindfolded to any of this BS. Right on, right on. So it just grew. So what do we have here? So you are the queen of lending. You're talking about your primary color as green.

What is your philosophy? How do you attract your pride? I attract my pride just but being me. Right on. I don't have to do anything special. I don't approach people. They approach me and it goes by word of mouth. Like, hey, do you know, Prairie Patel?

Yeah. Oh, I know Prairie Patel and it just goes around like, why fire? Right on, right on. What are some of the things that you hear about? What are like, oh, you know, it's a Parapetel project. When is it the energy? Is it the smell? Is it the music you play? What is a Parapetel experience?

The firecracker. The firecracker. Right on. In sunshine makes it together. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It's cool because a lot of folks that have been the diamond in the rough, the odd, isolated version. We end up being these, these brighter than stars kind of like,

especially now it is the anti heroes always kind of like, always adored.

How does it feel knowing that the the market is ready for folks with your energy that come from literally the the the the the the the the underdog or in this kind in this case the undercat? So a lot of people see people with student high, right in my business and I don't dress like a student type person. I don't fit into like those models and I dress like how I feel like and it calms people down and it melos them down when they meet me in person or the phone

they're like, I don't like it. What is she up to? Do you speak it as a man, but I'm also I also very lean into my feminine side. But do you all do you feel like most men don't undercomprehend that it's it's okay to lean into your feminine side? It's okay to be more than just this cookie cutter machismo thing. It's I feel like that's so adequate. That's so 2008.

Like what do you tell folks that are not just men but also women that are listening to this podcast and watching go. I love her spunk a lover energy, but I may truck driver and I have this beard and I want to be that. What do you tell folks that are waiting to ascend or I understand this be you. Just forget about what I'm saying. Looking at you and pulling fingers. Look at them. Who

are they to point fingers at you? Yeah. Yeah. So do you feel like that's what you're on your mission.

Now like the louder you are the the the fire you get like what is your mission today? My mission today is to show people to get our darkness and balance the darkness with the light together. It's okay to have a demon inside of you. I have one. Yeah. Yeah. But that's kind of like our secret as Leo's. We're not supposed to tell everyone that. Yeah. No. Hey dog. Yeah. Everyone's like, "Mufasa" and someone like, "Yo, what about Scar?" We're out here. They're like what we're

doing our thing out here. Like there's sequels in Scar has children and they actually do very, well, take that, Mufasa. Anyways, back to the protagonist. Start at the story here. So how do you empower folks that are not comfortable with their shadow self with their scar? Because they feel like they got to be Mufasa. They got to be aerial. They got to be these characters

that Disney built in a way to go. All right. Here's what it's like to be a good guy. But here's

how beautiful and sexy it is to be a villain, to empower their darkness to lead with fire. How do you tell folks that are our size? But have this giant roar? How do you tell them to roar louder? Besides listening to Katy Perry? How do you tell them to not listen to Perry, but listen to themselves? Honestly, I just tell them my story. And at the same time, I thought about that, so like speaking of Batman and all of that and like the characters. I used to be a big Batman

fan. How do you tell them? I like the way to Joker. Oh, you said it like that. That's another

Leo.

her dad. She'd be calling me. And it's a funny. I just went on a 20 minute tight read. I said why hit my own mother in the private room because I'm going through shit. So here we are. That's the source, right? You just like so in the lights are flickering in studio 2. I'm wondering if that was you or me? It was like it's like all raised in the room. Oh, he's coming in hot. So like so talk about folks that don't understand, you know, let's do this for folks that are in

the room. For folks that don't understand us, like you gotta keep your, your crew, your pride, which is why the Gaga's have their, their possees, the murder passes have their maidens, like you have your, your niche crew, which is why green rooms exist. This is a room of safety where you can be yourself authentically and a lot of people won't get you, but the people that do are eating well. Talk about the philosophy. So I mean, with our personality, we're gonna have haters. Like it's

going to give in, right? But there's people who actually get us, and you're like, wait, you get me?

That's a whole new concept for me. And it's come to a point where like there's a lot more people out there that are hiding themselves that are like us, right? And I think the more they see us, the the more they're gonna come out for sure. I recall as it, as they say, which is also happening with folks with their brand, a lot of people would thought that, oh, we got to listen to Gary via this, these cats and 10x this and that exact. And they're your captions. This is like this fuck all that dude. Just get a good

camera. These cameras are cinematic quality cameras. They're, they're not that expensive anymore. Build the quality, get yourself in a situation where a place of comfort, get a good microphone, get some good energy, talk for 20 minutes, spit it out, and you get like 20 pieces of content off of that. And people will gravitate to that be like, that's real. How do I connect? I got to click on this

thing called the heart. No, I want more. How do I break through that phone and do this? So this is

what you're doing. So I empower that. How do you manifest that energy and go click on this so you can get to that energy? Because it's very difficult, especially nowadays where it was walking around like this. How do you put that down? How do you help people? I just go out on the streets behind people.

I did not always with me, but I just go wherever I need to go. And I just captured the moment

when I'm there, whether it's me going to a farmer's house, who's by himself, with a bunch of legacy cars, and another farmer who's just doing goats and sheep. And I just be mean, I'm like, hey, what's going on and how could I help you? I don't really focus on how to attract people, because I feel like with our energy, people just come to us and we're like, you know, those flies with the light bulb. They're sure, sure. And a lot of folks go, look, look at the size of those eyes.

I can take, I can narcissists to shit on. Yeah. Yeah. Trust me, Ben Ben. And then we get to how to. And that's it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

It went for recycling. Mommy Daddy issues. Thank you. Smoked as truly. So lending, the queen of lending. I'm actually quite an a no-croffuffle. I have no credit because I don't believe in credit,

even though this is the American way. You got to build credit. You got to show. But I've always been taught.

Like, I earn. I see it. I pay. I move on with life. And that's clearly now I'm paying the price. I'm 42 I have very non-existent credit. And the credit I do have has been good. I have no debt. I own a house. But I'm three years behind on property tax. I need 30 K. How do I go to someone I you will look? I have a property no mortgage. It's sitting here. How can I current turn yours? How could I turn this asset into a piece of faith? So I can lend someone to lend me enough

capital to get my house back in place, because my grandmother wielded to me. And I can continue living the life that my grandmother expects me to have. So obviously, when you said credit, you already have credit, since you have the house under your name. Correct. And if you're paying mortgage, that builds your credit. But if you don't, then we have to go backwards and just get a little capital one starter build a car that's like $50 a month and you just pay it. But you don't

use all of it. You use like about 30 percent of it, right? We want to pay it off on a timely budget.

You don't want to have like interest growing. You don't want to miss payments. So that will help you grow interest in credit, right? But there's a way to escalate. There's a way to adrenaline. It shoot that into into a 12 month project into six months. Because it takes time to kind of build that credit. Six months is a given. Okay. So it doesn't really take 12 months unless you had like terrible credit. Six months would not, it would go back so quickly. And you know,

with using that you want money extra capital, we would look into the equity of the house

Look into like home equity loans versus regular equity.

where you invest money in it, we could go that route. And just not even touch the house and we just

touch the assets that you have. Correct. Yeah. Because I'm in the middle of I've spoken to one of this podcast as well, financial advisor where we're in the process of doing a bridge loan.

But I'm an artist. I'm a Leo. I need people in my squad that understand these key words and

can protect me. So to have someone like you, that is the firecracker, but understands these logical easy missteps that folks like you and I can fall into these trappings. Because we're just lead with our hearts. So it's like loans here, here they have like, I'm just very blessed and lucky. And I just want people to eat because when I'm happy things happen. Okay, she can we just facilitate that goddamn thing. So we move all of their lives here. So you are really a blessing.

Talk about some of the stories and some of the people you've inspired are some of the lives you've changed. I had a customer who was pregnant and had a toddler and her fiance got murdered and he was a cop. Wow. And so I'm dealing trying to console her, but she's also getting mad at me because of the process of the loan and her credit wasn't great. And she didn't dump him in assistance.

So it was kind of like juggling a bunch of roles at the same time and no one understands that

as a mortgage officer. You're not just doing paperwork which everybody thinks you are. I am like, I feel like a therapist. I'm like a teacher. I'm like, you know, a nurse. Like, hey, did you try this or that's the thing? Like, did you do X Y and Z? And they're like, no, we didn't think about that. Did you go ground yourself and go play with animals? Like, they go walk in the street? Yeah. People don't think that's important. They just think it's food food stuff.

No, they do. You can't sit there and go through your phone all day and like think that someone's going to pick up your phone call. Like, people like us who are like, you know, which will call it unicorns or, you know, black sheep. No one calls us and goes, hey, like, did you eat? Like, are you okay? They just expect us to be strong. Good. What did you feel all of this? Yeah, exactly. I went and hung out with one of my farmers. So after Halloween,

I disappeared. We're all. We're done. You can't let's see your linear. We skipped those two months. But I do my best work in those in those isolated moments. It's honestly people need to learn

what solitude needs. You don't always need a sidekick. I mean, I have a sidekick. Like, she just

wants to be like, tape to me. Sure, sure. If you're my daughter. Yeah, I am. But you need to have that

moment where you're like, I'm sorry, but I need my alone time. She's like, I understand that mom. Yeah, that's all. She'll just go to a different room. I'm like, thank you. Talk about your legacy being a mom. What do you think about eternal life knowing that your day energy is in your daughter? And it's bouncing right back. And that's how it kind of works. So the funny thing is I actually told people that I was going to have a daughter for her. And I

feel bad for my ex. I've been like, I feel bad for the father because she's going to be exactly like me. And she is. But she's probably like 10 times worse than me. She tells people she goes to a Christian Montessori. Of course. Maybe you wear his boots in a dress. Just like me goes in and she goes a pretty girl's walk like this. It's fun. I'm just cool. And everybody's in their PJs because it was like a PJ. Like I'm in a golden dress. I don't care. Yeah. Yeah. You remind me of us putting

a image of my good friend that I worked with playstation. Exactly. Abby Ray is of your listening. I'm sure you're watching. She was the head of hardware playstation. She was the PR. This tiny little piece of energy. And she was the face of hardware PR. So this energy is real. And it's really cool to see it in a space and meet you and gosh, how can people learn more about you? What's a website with a social media handle? Just look me up on social media. Go buy

green of lending or my name per Repetel. Or you could look me through my parent company which is

guild. Cool. So I'm all always social media. Right on. Well, I hope I can reach out to you and send

your private DM and kind of maybe you can take a look at my situation. Maybe you can help. And some of your energy, some of your guidance would be very helpful. Well, I could because I'm actually like something for it. That, that seals the deal. And with that, thank you so much. Thank you. This is what Insight Success looks like. I'm Regretira's. And this is Per Repetel. Queen of lending. And we are Insight Success.
