70% of Americans are overweight, 40% are obese, so we know that this is a pro...

not just in Georgia. This is nationwide. This is worldwide. That really is where a lot of my

passion lies and seeing people's transformation based on weight loss. Stephanie Clons is a wellness

leader, health care executive, and the director of operations at HydroPlus. Drawing from nearly two decades of experience in anti-aging, medical weight loss, and wellness, she helps individuals take control of their health through innovative treatments, personalized care, and a holistic approach to lasting well-being. Going for an IV, or, you know, getting the wrinkles taken out of your forehead, even losing a little bit weight so that you can feel better about yourself.

All of those things are not vanity. That's self-care, and that's good for you. When you feel

good, you perform well, you go all the way to the top. How does a woman in your perspective find their

power? I just think that anybody is capable of that. You know, me and-- The living your legacy podcast, for those who live, to leave a legacy. If I need sensational to open, she'll come up with the latest and all in the boxes, not on the planet. You can live your dream. Welcome to another episode of the Women in Power Podcast, I am your host, Ragout Sharers, for Inside Success Network. Joining me today is Stefanie, and that's all I

got. I know you would appreciate it. It's probably going to butcher it. It's so easy. It's the most common name of the 80s. Stefanie. Stefanie. Stefanie, I'm just teasing my love, but you're the podcast pro.

You have your own podcast. You have more experience than me, I think. But yeah, we just launched

one for Hydro Pluson, January. It's called Does This Podcast, Make Me Sound Fat, and I came up with the idea of that because I wanted to interview our clients because they have such dynamic personalities and really fun stories to tell and what they do for a living and hearing about their families and their transformations in every success, every success story along the way is just

amazing to me. See, she'll see, she'll see, she'll see, she'll see that's in times bad.

So, Stef, do you mind what I call yourself? Sure. Our goddess of ultra, what is, why are you here? What company do you run? What are you all about? The director of operations for Hydro Plus. We've got three men's laws in the metro Atlanta area and assumed to be a fourth here in South Florida. Oh, right on. So, he said metro Atlanta area in Atlanta. Yes. So, downtown Atlanta. What's

it like running spals in downtown? UTL. You have to allow plenty of time to get from one location

to the other. So, there are days that I do have to visit all three offices and I'll spend my entire day commuting among the three. So, sometimes it's a, we have to bring medications over to one store. Sometimes we've got to deliver supplies or sometimes they have appointments and one office, but then I have to make it back to the other to do a podcast. So, whatever it takes, you just have to allow that much extra time in between. You can't really run business what you do

over a Zoom call. So, you're very much brick and mortar, correct? We are. We do a lot of telehealth but for the most part brick and mortar. You know, and I think that for the client experience, they like coming in. So, we have them come in once a month for a follow up if they're on our hormone replacement program. They're there at least once every three months getting bloodwork done, but a lot of it is just coming in and, you know, they're bragging about their success or how much

better they feel or how much stronger they are in the gym, how much weight they've lost, and that isn't, that doesn't translate well in a Zoom call, right? You can do that face to face. That's a lot more genuine. What's the experience like walking into your facilities? Is there a nice lounge area? What's, was there a boutique style to it? What's it called? It is a kind of like boutique spa style. So, we've got like white walls and really cool textured panel and kind of like the vibe

in here. And deep blues and purples, as you can see, I'm representing, but we like to give it this like spa feel where when you come in, it's, it's a peer procession. Sure, you're getting an IV, stuck in your arm or sure you're getting blood drawn or you're walking out with weight loss medications, but just coming in and being able to sit and white leather recliners and you've got a flat screen TV and some Zen music playing, it's like, it's vibe. Right on. So, I walk up to the counter thing

and I ask for you. You don't know of them. There's no ding. There's another thing. No, we have a friendly

Face, that's the belt.

"What happens next? What happens in this establishment?" If I'm working in that location that day,

then yes, I'll meet with you for your consultation. If it's for weight loss, we go over your goals,

what you're trying to do, which medication might be right for you. You know, most people right now are asking for GLP ones. You're familiar with the OZMPIC and the Majaro craze. Yes, it's a lot of that. And then, you know, we have quite a few clients coming in who just want to feel better or take their health to the next level, right? So, it's like, "Okay, what else can I do to almost biohack myself?" Right? I'm in that stage. I'm in my biohacking era. Oh, so. I'm a gamer. So,

I'm biohacking every day. But you know about like all of these cool therapies that are out there, like peptides and hormone replacement. Sometimes people, you know, want to try a GLP one,

just a tight note, because swim suit season, that sort of thing. So, when I meet with you,

get an idea of what your goals are and then we, their draw your blood, we can make recommendations for your medication. Most people start the program the same day that they come in. And then, we schedule you for your follow-up. So, we can monitor you every step of the way. So, there's a lot of folks that are right on the big secret of wealth management and the philosophy of the mindset. How many of those are your clients that walk in and go, I want to be wealthier. And I know

I have to fix XYZ internally and externally to achieve that. It's goals beyond money. It's really. Yeah, I know. I like that you call it wealth management. That would probably be the majority of our clients because, you know, you're making the choice to have a needle stuck in your arm

for a good reason, right? Like, not everybody wants to do that. And so, these are people who are

seeking out feeling better, looking better, living longer, being healthier, that sort of thing. So, it's probably 10 out of 10? Right on. Yeah. What was the, the big problem you saw that

needed fixing, especially in downtown, IETL? Or was there, there wasn't enough pretty people?

There weren't enough healthy people achieving their full potential? What was the big problem you saw that you needed to fix? I'm seeing a lot of statistics everywhere now that, like, 70% of Americans are overweight, 40% are obese. So, we know that this is the problem and it's not just in Georgia. This is nationwide, this is worldwide. But, you know, and that really is where a lot of my passion lies in seeing people's transformation based on weight loss. Do you see a lot of

folks looking for a transformation or preservation? How I'm 42 and I'm okay looking at this is four. No, you look good. I'll be 45 in November. See? So, and it's all comes from like the biohacking stuff, right? You know, I think that the preservation would probably be maybe the IV side and people who are seeking hormone replacement and peptide therapy and the preservation side, the people who are coming in for IVs regularly, or, you know, they're trying to preserve their sanity, they're trying

to preserve their, you know, the way that their body used to feel, you know, within anti-inflammation bag, or with a hangover bag, you're trying to preserve your sobriety. How often do you have folks that come visit you before they go into work? Well, we open at 10. So, a lot of people will come believe it or so, like meeting or big stuff. The day before traveling is a big one, usually going into the weekend, people either want to get an energy boost or they want to get

some vitamins before they go out and have a good time. And then usually on the weekends, after being out a little bit too late or having won too many the night before, we see a lot of

that as well. Well, what are your thoughts on Zepek and these, I quote unquote shortcuts?

Or maybe you're using the clicking for now with you? I know, is it not, it's not a shortcut though, right? It's a skeptic. Which is why I'm asking. I think it's more, it's like, it's a hack. Right? So, instead of, like, you could eat pounds and pounds of vegetables for a day, right? And you could, you know, work out in the gym, you know, five hours a day, or you can starve yourself so that you lose the weight. But I think that this is not necessarily cheating,

but it's more or less just kind of optimizing, right? Yeah. But it doesn't necessarily are stark recoon eyes and there's some sort of drawbacks. No, I didn't know it. That is a thing. But I think this is doing it wrong. All right. So, I think what happens and, you know, and I've seen it a lot is you get addicted to the weight loss and you get addicted to the people coming up, you've been saying, God, you look good, right? And so then it's like, maybe I should just lose five more,

or maybe I should just lose 10 more and they keep going and then it's almost you get carried away and then that's when that emaciated look starts setting in. And another thing is when people are doing any kind of weight training. So it was so important that if you're on a GLP one drug and

You're trying to lose a significant amount of weight, you've got to keep your...

have to do some weight training. Because the first thing that your body is going to burn is your is your lean mass. So when you've got all that muscle wasting, muscle wasting, you got those in big phase, you've got those in big butt. That's a real thing. Yeah, for sure. Well, I'm glad to give us some inside-on-olds in big butt. That was one of my bingled card for today. So a great segue. Let's talk about being a woman in power. Okay. Let's talk about the casting process. Why do you

think you were chosen to be a woman in power? Yes, because it's really interesting how I got here. I don't even know if I was really supposed to be here, but I am. So now I'm feeling this.

It's a Jew. How are you? So I get a message from a woman I've actually never even met. But she

wanted me to do some speaking on Capitol Hill a long time ago. And she sends me this link and says,

you should try out for this. And I was like, okay. So I click on the link and I reserve my spot for the

casting call. And then I do the casting call and they say, do you know why you're here? And I said, I have absolutely no idea. I have a friend who just sent me this link. And so here I am. You're just my faces in the zoom window, right? And he's like, this is a TV show. So I really had no idea when I was getting myself into. And then he tells the story about how there was a show called Legacy Makers and then there was an episode called Women in Power and that had legs. So they were

like, let's just make a whole show out of it. And he's like, so you could be one of those women in power. Absolutely. And so then we take it a step further. And, you know, he finds out about what I do with same director of operations. And, you know, we had these med spas were hydroploss. And he kind of paused because he was like, I don't know if we can push you through to the second round because you're actually not the owner. And so I thought it ended there, which was totally fine because I was just

yeah, I was just trying to see what it was about. And then I actually get a call for what he call it, a second call, a call back, a call back. So I get, I get a call back. And they said, the producers are actually like your story that you can be so passionate about a company that you don't own, but you run it like you own it. And so for that reason, we'd like you to be a part of the show. And like, I mean, so how does it feel to not be an entrepreneur, but yet have a management

on mindset? I think this company, I think that this is really forced me to think about it because

I, it's never really crossed my mind. I just have been grinding and grinding and, you know,

networking and planning events and, you know, working on promotions and, you know, people say that, like, are you really done a lot this year? And I'm like, I look back on it, I'm like, I guess I have. Well, I know you host your own podcasts, but you just did a woman in power episode. A lot of cameras, lots of lights. Do you feel a little different after that experience? I think so. You know, so weird is, I was, I was answering a lot of questions, which forced me to relive a lot of memories

leading up to this point. And I'm like, gosh, I went through a lot to get to where I am today. So, how do you feel and joy? I mean, I'm a part of the random stranger.

No, I mean, this feels great because, I mean, you never know where it's going to take you.

And you'll see in the, you know, the interview for my episode of Women and Powers that, I started out as a news reporter. So, this is totally not in the cards to, you know, be running medspares and now opening a fourth one. And, you know, being interviewed on a women and power show. First, I thought I was just going to be talking about entertainment news.

But you're 42. Do you, you know, Lisa Gibbons, do you remember her? Of course. Okay, that's who I

aspire to be. Yeah, I wanted to be on entertainment tonight. Oh, I was just going to say to you, you still remember your, your, your ID when you would, when they would cut to you and you would go and see, hi, this is regular terms of ABC news. What would you remember your? I was KFSM five news. Right on. In Atlanta. That was in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I was in Waterloo, I, well, before that, but I was behind the camera. I was doing producer work. Right on. So, the TV portion of it, when I was actually in front of the camera, I was KFSM five news. Right on. Well, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's if you're back. Let's pivot back into women in power. How does one, how does a woman in your, in your perspective find their power? I don't know. You got a dig deep. You got to spend a lot of time reflecting. And, you know, think about what it is that your purpose is what you, what you're trying to do, what you, what you want to accomplish. And then go for it. You know, like the owner,

of our company and I don't even know if you remember telling me this, but he told me that I was notorious for jumping and building my plane on the way down. And I don't think that he could be more right because I believe I am a risk taker. And, you know, if I come up with a promotion, let's just see, or I feel like sometimes I, you know, come up with an event. A lot of times, I'm throwing things against the wall to see what's a success. And if it isn't, then you learn from that. And that's how you gain your power. Right on, words of wisdom.

How much of being a woman in power is woman versus power or or vice versa?

I was like, I kind of make that. I made that up a couple of podcasts. I don't like that sounds smart.

Women versus power. I only think, or is it power versus? No. I think it's one in the same. But I guess that's just how you look at it. So, if you feel like you're up against the world or you're in a male-dominated environment,

or if the deck is stacked against you, then it is power versus women. But not in my case. Well, I guess I guess usually the word versus was the wrong word. What, what is a more power or being a woman? But I'm should be sure you're all of the above. Yes. You're just giving me a very confused face for folks listening to the audio version of this.

No, it's. What are some things that folks will learn from your episode?

I think they're going to learn first of all the importance of wellness and self-care in general.

Like, really, you know, going for an IV or, you know, getting the wrinkles taken out of your forehead, or even losing a little bit weight of weight so that you can feel better about yourself. All of those things are not vanity. That's self-care and that's good for you. When you feel good, you perform well, you go all the way to the top.

All right. Any closing comments? Anything you'd like to say for women out there that are looking for their power?

I just think that anybody is capable of that. You know, I mean, you think about where you are now and you think about where you want to be. There's a time in place. There was, there's that for everybody. Where there's this moment in time where you're like, you know what? I don't want to be here anymore. So you get to figure out what it is to help you get to the next level and then you just go for it. Stephanie, do you mind brushing off your hair? I want folks to see the logo.

It's a hydro plus. Amazing. Stephanie was such a great honor and pleasure to get to you. Yes.

You're having me, safe travels to the back to ATL and I'm looking forward to seeing your episode. That concludes another episode of the Women Power podcast. I am Regoutiers for the Insight Success Network.
