My name is Tara and I'm a bliss and happiness coach and retreat facilitator.

I help people to tune in, tap in, have an experience of bliss,

of unconditional love, joy, peace beyond all understanding. Then I give them the tools and techniques to actually live it in everyday life. So Tara Camp is a transformational coach, entrepreneur, and retreat facilitator. She helps individuals reconnect with their authentic selves through healing, mindset, and personal growth, empowering them to live with greater joy, purpose and freedom. I love my humanness, but a lot of times I feel like that gives people

a reason to hold on to the negativity or the blame or the resentment. What's important is that

we own those and we feel them, but that we're also willing to let them go, because the spiritual

energies are higher in order to raise our vibration. We got to like all the heavy stuff.

β€œWhat are some of the tips that people can do to kind of tap into their inner power and that energy?”

I feel like right now, one of the main things going on out there is that... The living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy. Oh, that is sensational to open. Check out what's the link, you say. Hi, welcome to another episode of Living Your Legacy Podcast.

And I'll be your host today, Jay Sling, and thanks for tuning in. We got a really special guest today,

just stop finished filming over in the other studio. But yeah, she brought us to another vibration and tell us a little bit about yourself. Well, my name is Tara, and I'm a bliss and happiness coach and retreat facilitator. I help people to tune in and tap into their inner resources and to not just have an experience, spiritual experience, but to actually like ground it into everyday life. Awesome. And blissful happiness coach people. Like I think we all can use a little bit

about that. What's a blissful happiness coach? Well, I help people to tune in tap in, have an experience of bliss of unconditional love, joy, peace beyond all understanding. And then I give them the tools and techniques to actually live it in everyday life. So they can overcome the challenges, the negativity, the negative emotions, and tune into the higher vibes that contain joy and hold the good things of life abundance. I think how difficult and crazy this life can be. I think we can

all tap into that joy and abundance, especially with so much negativity out there today. You know,

β€œI think it's really important now more than ever to kind of tap into these things. Tell us about”

I mean, what's it take to be a blissful happiness coach? Like, how did you get here? Oh, that's a really good question. I've had a fascination for just pushing the edges my entire life. And, you know, I was in my real estate career and I recognized a few quirks that I had that I really wanted to be better. And that's when I got started in personal development. And from there, I just grew and had this fascination of just being my best self.

Yeah. Yeah. And also, I only know this because I do the episode, but snowboarding. Also, snowboarding has a kind of little bit of story into that journey, right? So tell us, snowboarding, why was it so important to you? How did that help you kind of overcome some of these challenges that you were having? Well, snowboarding probably saved my life. My dad took me on a

β€œrandom ski trip when I was 20 and it changed the trajectory. And the movement helped, I think,”

more than anything. It helped to just move and the move, the energy that I was experiencing, which was just depression and stagnation. And, you know, not even having a will to live. And and it's snowboarding brought me into a new world. It opened me up and showed me like that there was a different way to live through movement, but also adventure. Yeah. The thrill, the nature, kind of overcoming the frostbite, right? Yes. Definitely, it's a frostbite on the cheeks. Also,

the warm french fries when you go into the food lunch and the afternoon, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh my gosh. You know, I used to use exercises and excuse to just eat whatever I wanted.

Yeah.

he kind of brought you across country to one of the most epic places to go skiing, right? I mean, tell us where were you on that first snowboarding? Where did your dad bring you? Um, my dad took me on a ski trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

β€œDamn. Yeah. That's what I'm saying, Dad. All right. So props to dad on that. You know,”

I didn't bring you to the local bunny hill, right? He did a proper, uh, I thought that was amazing, you know? Yeah. Um, but then you kind of continued this snowboard in journey. It kind of changed your life.

You became a snowboard instructor, right? Um, no, I was, I was never a snowboard instructor,

but I couldn't. I was just like, if there's powder on the mountain, I'm definitely not going to be waiting on my body else. Um, so I was never instructor. I actually became an entrepreneur instead because I was like, I need to set my own hours. I need to live my life and that's where my entrepreneur ship was born. All right. So yeah, I'm in tell us about your business. What do you, what do you do? And um, yeah, give us a little background.

I host retreats and I also do online workshops. I do coaching to help people to live lives. They love to live to, to have epic relationships to make more money to live the lifestyle that they

β€œmight not even know where I think it's possible. Yeah. I think in today's terms, they might, I might,”

I might be cleaning this and saying it for the first time, but maybe it's like life-maxing? Yes. Yes. Yes. Life-maxing. Yeah. Pushing all the edges, getting the most out of life, being in our best self, doing all the fucking things we want to do. Yeah. Amazing. And so what kind of

people come and find you? You know, like you've done a ton of these retreats, right? And they're always

like pretty much fully booked. And so what kind of people find you? You know, I've worked with everyone across the board. And I love people that are ready to go all in. And they're just really give it their all because whole hardiness is a huge piece of this because that in and of itself brings us into presence when we're able to go all in with whatever we're doing. So people that are highly motivated, people that want to make more money, they want to be their best self, but more

than anything they want to influence their own life and create that ripple effect in their family, in their community and in the world. Right on. So not necessarily people that are having struggles with their life, but people that are kind of open and being an empty cup to how they can improve their life and kind of like maximize it, I guess. I've shifted gears. I used to work with people that probably had like more stuff going on for themselves like, you know, a ton of baggage, you know,

a lot of trauma and whatnot and not to say I don't work with those people anymore. But now I'm highly motivated to work with people really pushing their edges and really testing the limits of possibility within themselves. So people that work with me tend to make more money just as a result of working, not even focusing on that. But then we put some focus on that. And that's when, you know, things really codapult forward in a bigger way, but people that want to to either manifest or create

that better relationship for themselves. So people just really that are pushing their limits and want the most out of life. What did you say earlier? Life maxing. Yes. You know, you've got like

β€œlooks maxing, right? I don't know if you've heard of that. You haven't. That's like that's what the”

kids are saying these days is looks maxing. It's basically, you know, kids that are like maybe in

their teens and then going on into the 20s and doing absolutely everything they can to get a better look and looking better. I mean, but to extremes also, you know, where they're taking hammers and they're kind of like, you know, like they're like trying to chisel their jaw, right? And we're just like, no. But when it comes to life maxing, right? And things to teach it. I don't know. I just pointing it right now. Yeah. I know I love it. I love it. But just to even touch in on what you're

singing about what looks looks maxing. Yes. The way you look max is like to tune into your soul. But when you have that connection, you're fucking feel beautiful without chiseling your jaw or getting the injection. Oh, my god. I love to hear that. Yeah. You just feel rich. Like you feel rich, even if you don't have any money, so beautiful, even if you're not a rock star. Yeah. And all the things it really does absolutely. It was up on all levels. It's like letting your inner beauty shine

to the outside because now you're more confident. You're you're willing and ready to take on life,

You know, love it.

So yeah, tell us, tell us like, where are these retreats? What makes them so special? You know,

β€œwhat's the retreat look like? How many days is it? What's going on with them? I host retreats”

mainly in Dustin Florida where I live. Okay. And they are what some people might consider over

the top. Like I rent the best houses to flee on the beach, you know, multi million dollar houses

and they're typically five days. And from there we clear any blocks, any limitations, so that we can truly maximize what we're doing in the world. And we freaking have fun doing it. Yeah. We jet ski, we go to Crav Island, go boating, because that's a lot, we're meant to live this way. And that is the vibration of spirit. It wants us to have fun. It wants us to, you know, live lives that we love. Yeah. And the fun is a big part of it, which a lot of people, you know,

have shifted away from as we were told to grow up and get a job and get married and all of it.

β€œYeah. Honestly, when we get caught up in our busy schedules, our busy lives, we kind of forget”

that childlike, you know, that childlike spirit that we need to tap into, right? And adventure,

sports, jet skiing, helps us do that, just like it did with snowboarding, right? Absolutely. Yeah. So you're kind of like saying, hey, look, this helped me when I was younger. I'm going to give it to you guys as well. Absolutely. Nice. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. It's, it's wild. Most people know this, but yeah, they don't, don't put a lot of it into their lives. You know, if you go on vacation, you're, your, your business phones start swinging and people get busier because they're actually

having fun, but then they don't implement that into their everyday life. And it's a drawback. Yeah. So you're having a lot of fun on these retreats. You live in a life of luxury on the beach, in Florida. But there's, there's got to be some lessons also kind of, you guys are going through morning and afternoon kind of teachings and meditations or tell us a little bit more about that. Yeah. So the day is definitely have a structure and they're similar in nature.

Meaning, you know, certain times of the day, we do certain things. And, and there's also free time woven in, but I've made everything so simple because the universe loves simplicity. Yeah. And so I've just gotten really good because I've held so many. I've gotten really good keeping it simple and and maximizing the time that we have together and the clearing work that I do, which helps to clear and remove the blocks, it's really fast. So so I've, my, my, my mentor,

who just did Disney, imagine here, right? One of the senior ones, he always used to tell me the

acronym, kiss. Have you heard that? Oh, absolutely. Okay. Yes. And that's keep it simple stupid, right? Yeah. And that's always the best things are the most simple things, right? Even when it comes

β€œto, that's why Italians, when they're cooking, you know, they have it tuned down because they”

know how to keep it simple, right? Yes. Absolutely. Yeah. And you're also doing courses or online offering online kind of teachings as well. Yeah. Yeah. Tell us how you've expanded into that. Yeah. So I have created like some foundational programs so that you can have an entry point into my world without coming to a retreat. All right. And how that has that been kind of going from the physical retreats to the online information that you provide? I mean, it's been good. It's been

a really good transition. I, I went about building my business a little backwards, which I didn't know, but my spiritual journey has been very deep. And so when I came out of it, I just was like a newborn, like, "Oh, how do you do business?" Like, and I went in and I started doing retreats instead of like building a coaching business or building online and then coaching and then retreats help most people do it. So it's been, it's been good to, to be able to get those going

and impact more people again without someone actually having to come and be in person. And, you know, even the coaching that I do, it doesn't, it's not in person. Yeah. Because time knows no boundaries or energy knows no boundaries, right? Oh, actually, I guess so. Yeah, you tell me, you know? Yeah, I can, I can work with it. Yeah, it's funny. I go like, you could, if I, if I know somebody in Europe, I can, I can tune in and tap into their energy. Or I can fill their energy

Work, I can work with anywhere, or anyone, despite their location.

Now that I think of it, our energies do have no boundaries. But it's your job to let people

β€œknow that and unlock that so that they can get the highest potential out of themselves. Absolutely.”

Nice. And then also, you're writing a book or you wrote a book, right? Yeah, yeah, so tell us a little bit about that. It's called the secrets to lasting bliss and happiness. Oh, nice. It's a modern path to oneness, embodiment and love. What are some of the tips that people can do to kind of tap into their inner power and that energy? Yeah, you know, I feel like right now what are the main things going on out there is that people are really loving their humanness, which I love my

humanness, too. Yeah. But a lot of times, I feel like that gives people a reason to hold onto the

negativity or the blame or the resentment. And what's important is that we, we, yes, we, we own those and we feel them, but that we're also willing to let them go. And what I say is to clear them, because before I did my own clearing work, I would try to just be aware or just feeling into the energy to just let it come through me and it does, but it wouldn't go away. The mind kept coming back or the emotions kept looping and so what I help people to do and I give them the tools, you know,

I help them is to clear it and it's gone like that and it doesn't keep coming back and we don't

keep thinking about it. And so that's a huge part of it because if that's in our field and those

energies are heavy and they are, they're more like human energies than it's harder to keep or

β€œbypass if that's what we're holding onto because the spiritual energies are higher in order to”

raise our vibration. We got to like all the heavy stuff. Yeah, I also feel like we're losing kind of a piece of our humaneness as, you know, it's almost like after the 80s, you know, and then into the advent of social media and just how social media, you know, it was built to have more human connection, but what it's grown into, where everything has to be content, everything that you do is no longer something you experience, but, you know, filmed or captured

to create content that we're losing this human touch that we used to have so much of, you know, yeah, how do you do people kind of talk about that and your retreats and how do you think about that? A place where a lot of people get stuck is, you know, I refer to David Hawkins map of consciousness where you familiar? Uh, no. Okay, so it's a massive deal. Did you say Stephen Hawkins? David.

β€œDavid Hawkins, okay. David Hawkins, I believe it is, map of consciousness, so he has, like,”

put everything on a vibratory scale. Okay. And people get, like, around 400 is the vibration of mind and in logic, and that's where a lot of people get stuck, especially highly intelligent people. And that's where I get stuck for a long time, too, because I was like, stubborn, I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. And so when you speak of that, they're making it mental. They're making it more about the product of what they're doing, rather than the experience.

And the experience is what draws them in and makes them present and aware and wholehearted. And so I feel that it's, you know, it's an impediment to embodying spirit or releasing the day-to-day things, and it's just creating more of that mental looping, which, you know, neuroplasticity, the more we repeat something, the more it's ingrained in us. So it's like retelling the same story in the same way over and over and over, makes it easier to retell that story, because that energy

is inside of us. It's becoming who we are, like, concreteing that terminology. I was actually sitting here with a hypnotist, not so long ago. And that was having to do with kind of rewiring the brain, right? If you keep on repeating something, and that could be negative, right? The neural pathways get stronger. So in order to rewire your brain, you tell yourself something else, right? You manifest something, tell yourself something, stop using the old pathways,

and they'll kind of weaken, start using these new pathways, and those neural connections will strengthen. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. There's a couple of ways you can do that. Like, one, you override the old or the undesirable with a new behavior, kind of like me going, hey, I'm leaving Georgia. I'm going to go and snowboard now. Thank you very much. But, and you can also do it on a

Quicker trajectory by clearing.

and it just kind of wraps it away and fills in that darkness with the light. And then it's just easier to be happy without like forcing yourself to either like think a new thought or go and create new experiences. Does that make sense? Absolutely. And what about these vibrations? I know that you've talked about, you know, higher vibrations and kind of living your life with these experiences that help you attain higher vibrations. Is there kind of more, and you mentioned

this guy David Hawkins who talked about a certain 400-level vibration, right? Is there more of like a scientific kind of background to vibrations, right? Because me as a normal muggle,

I'm just like high vibes, you know, and I'm always in those high vibes, you know? What it seems

β€œlike there's a bigger deeper understanding to it all. Can you kind of talk us through some of that?”

Yeah, yeah. I don't know if you can quote me and say, because I don't, I do. I do intertwine this, and I've intertwined a lot of it in my book too, and I'm not sure if I can recall it in accuracy to quote this is science. So scientifically, there's hard in mind coherence, right? Do you know what that is? Like, it's flow. Okay. When we're in a heart, mind coherence. Gotcha. Both of the heart, the heart and the mind are like, rowing the boat in the same direction. They're like,

"Let's go snowboarding, yes, yes!" Or if I, when I was 20, if I would have wanted to go snowboarding, but instead, I was like, you my heart wanted to go, but my mind was like, no, no, we should stay back and get a college degree, because that's the right thing. Then there's the dissonance. I would be

β€œout of coherence. Gotcha. So what my Filipino mom would tell me to do, and what I wanted to do?”

Yeah. So scientifically, I think they call it heart and mind coherence. Sure. And if we look at that scale of consciousness, I don't, I don't think it's, I don't know if it's scientific or not.

But basically, you know, Einstein said it, he's like, you can't solve, you can't solve a problem

with the same level of thinking that created it. That's because, like, if we're trying it, we can't think or away through the problems. Sure, we can solve, we can come out with solutions, but certain things we can't solve, because they need, especially, like, with, with raising your vibe, or being in flow, because the mind and logic is on the lower scale, whereas spirit is on the upper, you know, 500 plus. And so if we call spirit in, to utilize it, that takes our mind to do it.

And so that, that gets the heart and the mind on the same page and back in coherence. But if the mind's refusing to, to integrate spirit or to use spirit, then it's going to be a lack. So I don't know if I, if I actually said anything scientific there about scientific or not, it's, it is good to know about the flow state, you know, and talking deeper into that. And is that something that you help kind of people realize how to tap into their flow state so that they can achieve these

higher vibrations and, and achieve the life maxing as we've now coined? Yes, yes, yes. So if a person is in their head and in their emotions, then then they're not surrendering to spirit. They're not surrendering to the high vibes. What I teach is people to just really quick do something and it

β€œwill, it clears the, the negative emotions. It stops the mind looping it, but also it's, I think”

neuro plasticity wise. Again, it brings light into the darkness and, and heels that part on a certain level. Yeah. So that it's, it's taking them out of their mind and that mind looping that's creating the, getting stuck in the rats, right? So you can feel coherence. You can feel flow. And once you get used to feeling that, like I teach people how to tune in a tap in, you do that long enough and it just, it becomes, it becomes your field and then you become really sensitive to energy,

you can feel when you're at a flow. Yeah. You can feel when the mind's pulling you out and you're like, holy, wow. I mean, I've been experiencing energy, I mean, a whole life, but I didn't realize it, but now I'm, you know, it's like, oh, I can't overthink this and go for a walk. Yeah. And you've had, as we went through during your interview, you had a lot of cool stories about people that are being able to experience this and that have grown so much from all of your retreats. And yeah,

it's amazing that you're able to kind of just bring these people to a higher level and yeah,

so how, how do people find you? My website is thelistenhappiness.com and I'm on Facebook. I'm on Instagram. All right. Yeah. What are you most excited about in the future? Oh, my gosh. What am I excited

Out?

now is I'm moving into, I'm working with people that are, again, pushing their edges. I work with

β€œall types of people and really pushing their edges wanting to make, you know, millions because I want”

to impact people that want to make impact, right? And, and it's wild how when we shift our, when we

shift our vibe, it then affects our family members. I see one person that I work with, their entire

β€œfamily dynamic changing. I mean, last year's text around Christmas, like with one client. She's like,”

"My whole family's blissed out right now. What's going on?" I'm like, "Hey, I don't know. I mean, you're the one oozing bliss now. Like, I'm not doing anything here. You've shifted. Therefore, the the family shift. Therefore, the community shift. I mean, I've seen my community shift. It's crazy. Like, the animals in my local area. Like, there are so many baby, baby dolphins. So many baby herons. Whereas when I moved there, it was depleted. Not to say,

I did it, but forced it. My intentions to be better to have that impact, create a ripple effect.

β€œAnd that's what I see in my client's life. So, oh my gosh, what am I excited about everything?”

Well, there's so much to discover in her episode. Her incredible journey to get to where she is now.

But thank you so much for joining us here. And thank you guys out there for joining us. And we help you tune in to another episode. And all right, thank you.
