I think that's better than most, how about you?

And it's better than most, better than most. [MUSIC] Expect anything different. [MUSIC] >> Good enough, old Thomas and Hayden.

Welcome in, the no-laying up podcast. Vamos, as Jennifer Cubsho would say, I am solid. T.C. is here here at Bernardis at the date at day two of the 2026 O'Hamcom. Hello T.C. >> What a day, solid.

What a day. That was a fitting end to a really good day of golf, really an afternoon of golf. He's putting on a brave face, he's in shape.

Over here, we got producer Cam going over there, Cody running the ones at Tuesday.

Hello, Cody. >> Hello, how are we doing? Excited to be here and excited to have my friend, Mr. Big. He's here, Big, what are we doing, buddy? What's up boys?

God, what an afternoon evening as it were as it is for you guys.

Just some electric golf with my coffee this morning. Jennifer Cubsho, I can't hear you. The rundown, early reaction here is going to be brought to you, add free by our friends at Titleist, the number one ball in golf, and the number one ball at the Soulheim Cup.

Guys, just had another really long day walking around about, saw about as much golf as I physically possibly could. You know, I watched a lot of the Lauren Coglin match this afternoon, and then darted around to see the ending matches,

watching the final match, there's only one match out on the course.

I'm watching it on 17, I see the approach shots come in, Europe is one up. And I see them come in, T.C. sends a message, there's pizza in the media center, and we had a bad dinner situation last night. So I, it ended up being a great dinner situation. >> It was, but it was, we were hungry here.

>> And I looked at the situation on the green and I was like, there is no path to even a tie for the U.S. in this match. I'm going to dart and get my pizza. And the U.S. won that match. Jennifer Cubshell hold a 91 foot putt from the back of the green.

Europe had two good looks at birdie. They missed both of those, so they go to 18 tied. Both of U.S. played, Celine Budia hits it in the water on 18th coast, so gone to hits it on the green to pretty far away. And the U.S. has two looks at birdie to now win the match.

Lenny Duncan does not get hers to the hole in Jennifer Cubshell from 30 feet. I mean, like not a short putt put it right in the center to tie the Soulheim Cup. 8 to 8, U.S. team goes nuts. She goes hands to the ear, like not the most outgoing player, but absolutely feeling herself at the moment.

Incredible photo here. I don't know who the photographer was, but golf.com tweeted this one with Lenny Duncan with her hands on her head and that crowd. >> It was awesome. It was such a great day of golf.

I was just going to be a little bummed if we were like, you know, 9/7 and ton of European momentum and I'm hoping we get a close day tomorrow. And the U.S. just completely, completely flipped it on its head at the end. And I just smile and ear to ear because that is match play man. And this event has been so fun.

And we had just an absolutely epic Saturday. >> We have quick, real quick, sorry. On that putt, on the telecast, because I know you guys aren't watching golf channel here in the States like I am. You can audibly hear.

And I think they said it was Nellie's Caddy, but that putt's 50 feet out.

Like it hasn't even gone down the big slope yet to the hole in Jason, right? Is his name, Nellie's Caddy, is yelling one time, one time. And I mean, this putt tracks for a good like five more seconds on my television screen. It's the side of the lip goes in like a truly, truly unbelievable putt, but I was just so astonished.

I mean, he was calling one time so early in that putt. So we got Debbie Elder, 51, 40 in the comments saying grumpy grumpy cup show shoving it to T.C. >> She did. >> She did.

>> She was. >> She was. She's one of my favorite commenters. >> Yeah. >> Yeah.

>> Yeah. >> We haven't seen Richard and Wilder. >> Yeah, Richard hasn't been in there. >> Debbie's coming through. >> We encourage you shoving it at T.C.

>> Yes. >> Of course. >> Of course. >> I'll say on that final match, I was so bummed when some of the worst situational golf I've ever seen from Celine Bootsie down the stretch.

I'll forgive Carlota because she was kind of playing with one hand behind her back and having to carry Celine all afternoon. Who's O and three now, but yeah, and you know, Sally had the time around for

Staying in there on 15, so it's been an issue with some players on Team Europe.

And I just, as a journalist, as somebody ducking me, I want to have the evidence to support the takes that they are taking way too long on some of these shots. It is a side quest. It might be the main quest for Carlota Seganda at this point. It's comical.

You can always tell when it's about to happen.

It's usually when the U.S. still has a shot to play. They're taking an inordinate amount of time to play a lot of the shots. We're not going to focus on that. T.C. trying to muddy the water seal on the massive momentum flip out of the U.S. >> No, I just want to talk about the suites.

>> We will get to the suites. The suites were excellent and amazing. But yeah, kind of a little disappointed I missed out after hustling as much as I did today on that incredibly exciting finish, but wow, just a complete flip on its head. >> We're four, four going into the day and we're eight, eight at the end of the day.

After a big blue wave this morning, not only that, we called it. >> We called this yesterday. >> You guys did, I said 97. >> Sorry, sorry. >> I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

>> I'm just, you know, that's the T.C. way.

>> Honestly, your prediction was better. It took an absolute miracle to back to 80. What are you pulling for, big? Like, what do you want, like, who do you want to win this? >> Well, my official prediction, I believe, was a 14, 14 retain in Europe for the USA U.S.

>> You know, I'm a team, Europe guy with T.C. I've ride with T.C. I would love, listen, I would love for this to come down to the last match tomorrow. For the soul-hime cup, whoever that may be, we'll find out here soon as the show's going on.

But I think that's what you want in all these competitions, right?

Like, I wanted to come down to a great match, maybe the final match on course, maybe the last couple matches, C-Saw, like, I want to see some of these best players in the world in the biggest situations. And if the U.S. comes out on top, like, great, tip your cap, you know, huge fan of L.C. huge fan of some others on that team, like, I'm not going to be disbondent.

But yeah, I ride for T.C. in the U.S., Randy, we're talking about a little bit last night. It is a more likable American team. I'm happy to report that, you know, we're going to put it in my Brian win horse. Why would that, why is that, you know, why is that? >> It's still not totally there yet, and there's still some things we're concerned with

but around just the formation of the team and captains picks and such. But I'm really pleased to see on this European team, there's the new blood is great, man. Like, I do not need to see Celine Boutier play for this team anymore. Like, let's get the new generation in where we're ready to rock with Mimi and Nostasia. And I was bummed to not see Julia today, she didn't play it all today.

>> And more to come to, I mean, there's the, I can't.

I can't remember her first name, but there's the, the Irish girl, I want to say Don again.

There's Darcy Harry from, from Wales, like, there's, there's so many that are coming

all the Swedes, D.C., you know, you have a train of Swedes that always show up.

We got to get him under the floor. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I don't bring him. >> I got it in there for him.

Hey, I just, I'm going to flash this, it's going to be a very common heavy show, okay. All, all time comment right here, I need to read out for her. >> He's an audio listener. >> KC Bush, no, 30 times. >> Yeah.

>> I didn't see that written to the boys that a happy to report, they bitch about TIO, even when the cameras are off. >> Yeah, I learned a lesson today. So, yeah, I did not know this. Now, I listen, I'll play a lot of golf tournaments that have, have grandstand set up,

but Esther Hinsler got a, got relief from the, grants in that we're looking at right here just right of the 16th green.

I think Leon was playing for it if I, for being honest.

Mark's the nearest point of relief, and she takes two club links of relief from that, and I'm like, you get, it's one for a free drop. Like, what are we doing here? There's like an imaginary, essentially, an imaginary extra club, you get, like, that represents the corridor away from that nearest point of relief just to make sure you get full relief away

from the TIO. So, she's essentially got two club, but you get more than one, but not less than two is basically the rule. And then you get your, like, half moon area that you can drop it, and it proved her angle and she had a heck of a shot, and they got it up and down in a big moment.

But I honestly, I was extremely confused as why she's getting two club links, and several of my rules people informed me that was a lesson to be learned there. But it's Neil Namely. And I got to say, the TIO has been, like, they've done a great job with the, with the build-out and set up that it's been a very small issue.

And no, there was the issue with the bridge on 16. That's not great, but the grandstands have been really far out of the way. I mean, not had a lot of incidents, but thank you for the comments.

The whole locations have been awesome.

Yeah.

We had one, like that, she's just, I just love the course, man.

It's a really fun, like it makes me want to go play golf. Yeah. The corridors are pretty wide, but there's definitely a line of charm. 12 was a great example today. There's a, there's far left pin that looked like it was, it's behind this,

you know, ten foot mound, basically.

And 15 was an awesome pin. 16 was a great pin back left here. It just really separating a good shot from a great shot, a bad shot from a good shot. It's been consequential golf shots, especially on the parfives and in the par threes. A ton of shot value and other people can roll their eyes when they hear that term.

But it, it's like, it's really hard to take a shot off in these matches. Some bad match plate course, some bad rider cup courses should be like, I don't even see the t shots. Like, we'll just, it's, you know, if they're in the rough or they're in the fairway, they're going to wedge it on there and, and, you know, the crowd's going to go nuts.

Here, it's like, you got to get the ball landing in the proper direction in the fairway, or else it's rolling into something that you don't want it to roll into. The fairway bunkers are penal. So it's a ball goes into the bunker. It, like, you just feel the impact of that.

But you can get some good lives in some of these plays. So it matters what you're coming out of. I thought, I thought, was that seven was a great example today of like integrity on a shot of, you know, it's, it was downwind, like the wind was a little bit more kind of a, you know, down across the course a little bit today.

And it was enough of it to make you think, especially down the stretch. And seven was, you know, if you're not in the fairway there, you're probably, and there's, there's a big, like, that canal runs short of that green. So clear the canal landed in a pretty tight area to get it to stop where the pin is.

Otherwise, you're just rolling off the back of the green. It's, it's simple, but not easy. Yeah, I would say, SJL 94 in the comments here. You're, you're not having good, you know, your take a couple plays off. These are not good takes.

The pin locations suck there, all in bulls, challenge these players as not the golf. We witnessed that. There's not police. You didn't harass me at the moment.

We played that tonight. Woke golf at its finest. I don't know if that's a compliment or, I don't know anyway. Actually, yeah, it's pretty woke off.

SJL 94. Normally JD stand has the bad taste. Yeah. Let me just say on TV because I, I'm sorry. I was not on the show yesterday, but Bernardis was not this familiar with your game.

It looks awesome on TV to your guys' point. It's a mix of some linseed feel. The fairway bunkers, you know, the, the big lips, the, the penal nature of those. You have the scrub brush, you know, it kind of looks Heathland in spots.

And then I, the canals as hazards. They look awesome. And I just love the way that they play and that they frame these holes

and, and ultimately this golf course.

I, I, I have really, really, really enjoyed Bernardis.

Randy, the only thing we need in the canals though is we need some,

either some barges or some of those little electric boats that people can take care of. Yeah. And at least give them like rafts or something. Let them float with pool noodles.

Hi. Yeah. Let's get some folks in the canals. I'll say this Randy though. What makes all of that come alive that you just described is the fact that this is a women's event.

And the women's scale of the game fits it so well. And like, I feel like the men's game, they'd be blowing up past all these hazards. And it would look, it would feel totally different, right? And that's why we, certain venues we just get hyped about seeing, you know, this style of play, you know, fit, you know,

I'm just a better scale of the game fit a particular golf course. And that's what's, do it. It's just been really fucking fun. Like I am, I've seen, we've seen some really high level golf. We've seen some pretty mediocre golf at times.

It feels like a pretty strong variance in some of the golf. We've seen, but I've been fortunate with some of the matches I've followed. I know we're going to need to the suites this afternoon as well. And the match I followed yesterday, Charlie and, and Lottie and, and you'll leave me an angel.

That was incredible incredible golf from three of those as well.

But it's, it's just, it's been, it's been an absolute treat in the blast. It's going to rain tomorrow. Looks like it's going to be a real, real drencher tomorrow. Yeah. Also, I'll push back on the, all the pins being in bowls thing.

That's not true at all. Like the, the pins on the poor threes have been tucked away over on the right side, away over on the left side and the wind's been cornering. Like they've, they've been, like the iron play has been, what this thing has turned on.

Like you, and you're not going to may other, you know, Cup show notwithstanding. You're not going to make a lot of pots from different portions of these greens. You have to be in the proper section. Yeah.

So I think one of the best things the soulheim cup has going for it is,

it's much more of a quote unquote neutral course set up than the writer cup is.

Yeah.

You know, TC, I remember our first soulheim at Inverness.

Like it didn't even play like a U.S. open at times. Like it was, it was challenging. So I do like that, you know, it's not just set up by the, by the home team to maximize what they think they're advantages. It's, it's more of that neutral set up.

And I, yeah, I think that ultimately makes for a pretty compelling event, which we're getting.

I'm a little bit concerned, our guy Randy Robles has been pretty quiet tonight. I would love some, some updated stats on whether the front nine, because there was a big front nine back nine split yesterday, Randy. The front nine euros were dominating the back nine. The Americans, and that was as predicted.

Yeah. And as you heard, but I'd be curious to know if that flipped it all today. But that that stretch from seven eight nine has been pivotal in all these matches. I feel like the the euros have gotten off to better starts. But I feel like the Americans kind of solved that this afternoon.

TC's got like a three scheduled slack message. Just like here's the big blue wave guys here at comms. He just sends that. What a big blue wave. I woke up to that message this morning.

I was so excited.

I wanted you to wake up to that message.

Yeah. But well, to be fair. Yeah, seven, it was seven five. I didn't get into the afternoon. He's seven of the eight pairs this morning.

It was TC for the first full.

Seven of the eight pairs. So it was, you know, like you got it, you got to really get off the bus here. Speaking of Randy Robles, one little thing is we continue to to get to breaking down the days play and everything. But setting things up for tomorrow's Sunday singles. Historically, the US had dominated single play in the soulheim cup,

leading a hundred and twenty two and a half to ninety seven and a half under that singles format. Consider that over the previous nineteen soulheim cups. The US has scored the European team by three or more points eight different times. Three of those eight instances were on the road, including twenty fifteen in Germany. That year the US trail 10 six going into singles.

Morale the wind the cup with the strength of an eight and a half to three and a half advantage in singles. Still alive. That was of course the year with the Suzanne Patterson Allison Lee situation that unfolded. Did hear this week after all that unfolded Allison.

Senate like Senate emails Senate note, the Suzanne Patterson after all of that never got a reply.

Maybe they're probably one to the junk. I don't I don't I don't think that's the case never got to reply. Is there a strategy in somebody that email that I don't have email. That's the. Yeah. Come shake my hand also congratulated every US player after the twenty twenty four US. So hung up except Allison Lee.

Again just reminder like Suzanne did this house and didn't do anything in this process. And never never fiercely got an apology from from her which I just learned that this week that's that was that was tough tough thing to learn. But could hold on can we double back is Cody there what is that sorry what is this the historical single statigan. The US has dominated all time.

I'm sorry, Vic, you know, honestly production I'm pulling up tabs. I'm reading them off and then I'm throwing away two and a half to ninety seven and a half.

I would I remember being in favor of the US so okay. Okay, just my quick as as we're talking what's interesting if I may add an addendum to that the Europeans have not lost a single session. I think there should be a captain's agreement tomorrow morning that angel and Nana are playing together. Like they're just sending them. It is going to I yeah it was most certainly not a ball striking fiesta watching those ladies play on day one that they did not play on day two.

We did see a ball striking fiesta in the very in a lot of the morning matches will get there eventually one more fiesta we got to get to before we do. Our friends at high noon vodka cells or vodka is tea to kill the cells are not my best I went out on a path like I couldn't really steer. How do you say fiesta in Dutch? Because I look. I know probably not but I think that works.

No matter the occasion high noon has something for you Randy is fortunate to be able to crack one. Oh, but he got today Randy this was a great day. I hope you picked a good flavor. Yeah, you know it looked a little fall a tunnel even at Bernardo. So I grabbed a cranberry flavor. That's a kind of celebrate. Yeah.

It's 12 feet for Randy. Yes. We're doing it.

You can have a high noon.

If you're looking for your next pack, check out the high noon to kill a cell sort of fiesta pack. It has an eight pack or now an even bigger 12 pack. If you want and Grande fiesta all are made with real tequila real juice. Perfect for any fiesta no matter where you plan to throw it. Find the high noon to kill the cell sort of fiesta pack nearest you at high noon spirits.com.

High noon sons up. I hate reading those as that one in my hand because it makes my can feel like my mouth watering a little bit. I need it. I need it. Shall we go back to the beginning and kind of go through our day here.

We shall. Morning for some sitting on the US side or you leave me no. Lindi Duncan Angel Yan and Megan Kang congrats on the Angel Yan call from last night. Yes. Yes.

That was not a difficult one. I do not think we did see her on our way to.

The first he heard in the afternoon session afternoon.

She was just like Elvis or like like a evil can evil. Yeah, it was she was she was on the first day to get her evil. But she's she's truly one of a kind of city on the European side. It was Carlota Saganda, Julia Lopez Ramirez, Julia Lopez Ramirez. As I've been told, uh, sling booty a and then occurred to Madison.

Match one was the unbeaten duo of Allison corpus and nellicorta. Uh, they were up against the Swedes. Maya Stark and Lynn Grant. Uh, Europe wins this one three and two. They were pretty much in control of the whole way.

I fall this match for a little while. Nellie was not herself. Um, saw her kind of like. Like squatting like crouch down after she teed off. Uh, or afraid of she was a woman in the T shot on 12.

She was not playing on 12. Allison was playing on 12.

But just kind of like trying to gather some energy.

So are yawning. So are going for electrolytes after the match after they lost three and two on the 16th hole. Everybody was hugging on 16 and she was kind of going to do it. Giving fist bumps. Did get word later.

She has a bug. She, which seems to happen somehow to every US team that comes over to Europe. Uh, US Walker cup team that happened. US writer cup team hat that happened in 2023. That now that's happened.

Some apparently she's not the only one dealing with that. But, um, something to monitor for tomorrow could be potentially. Um, she did not play in the afternoon. So got some rest. Uh, this afternoon.

Um, but yeah, kind of a tough spot. If I was evaluating that situation. I would say all right.

Now he's not at our best.

I would want her to sleep in as much as possible. Maybe play the afternoon. But that has been an unbeaten for some team. Her an Allison and that probably would have mess with the overall plan.

Uh, I'm sure that I, I think they probably had some variables for play.

They're for play pairing for for ball player pairings. Damn it. For ball pairings. But probably got to the other channel. Probably were really set on four subs pairings and didn't want to tweak those.

And that one hurt today because they were, they were very far from their best. And they got beat. Uh, the euros played the three little stretch seven eight nine. They put it in four under. Uh, just, you know, that was a back breaker.

They got some stuff in the bank before they got to 10 and 11, which they've struggled on. And, uh, yeah, listen, the stark and grant we were saying. Send them out early. They're the alphas now. They're the alphas on this European team.

And they certainly played like it this morning. To see the same thing. Yeah. These, this pairing you can tell that this morning. This was set by Captain Stanford months ago.

Yeah. Do you want to get a change in Ellie no matter how Nellie felt like this was set.

I think we only, we went through and looked only one pairing changed from from yesterday's morning sessions till today.

Um, and then Nellie, you're right. When she was finished, had a little bug. She went outside everybody off on one. And then people were upset in the comments and online that she wasn't out there watching these matches finish. People were upset.

Yeah. Where's Nellie? Why in the she out there? She was supposed to be the team captain. Listen, I saw Nellie leaving this golf course as soon as they were on one. All right.

She's gone. Yeah. Going to get whatever worked on. And then sleep as she should because tomorrow is way more important trying to get a point. Yeah.

Then being out there, you know, if you're under the weather. So that's where Nellie was at. Your catty, Jason was out there all afternoon during every on. Yeah. There was there was still really strong energy. You know, especially the catty's that weren't like their players weren't playing.

We're having a blast. They were, they had beverages. They were, you know, a massive energy and like kind of communicate with each other where to go and making sure they're in the right spots.

Like, I think that would be a, that'd be a, that's a non story.

Don't even print it. But yeah, I mean, like very clearly was under the weather and not herself and just had a kind of that. At look on her face of just not feeling, feeling her best. So that that was something to monitor for tomorrow. Well, boys, I want to go back to Friday morning of 23 in Finka, Cortison, Spain.

Now, T.

They did not win that match in Spain, but we loved, we loved, we loved, yeah, we loved putting out the, the two Swedes, the, the future of team Europe, soulheim cup. And I just want to say, like, this week is the culmination of that pairing. We are seeing them play fantastic golf and it's so much fun.

Andy, that I couldn't have said about it. We, I feel like we drilled helical pylings that week and now we finally built a foundation.

Somebody in the comment and talking about the jack food. From, I think, good court as in as well. I couldn't agree more. I was stoked for that match. And it lived up to, you know, they were, they were, they were just vibe and all day. They've been even yesterday too. Like, I think resting them yesterday afternoon was.

I think, but it paid off today in a big way. I, I, I love for some, I think it is like one of the best most pure forms of golf. They're, they're possibly as there's a team aspect of it. But one ball in play, you're just using your individual components of your game. When you hit a great shot, you don't get the hit the pot when you hit a bad one.

You don't get hit the recovery. There's no connectivity between your shots. Matches are so easy to follow with just two balls in play and watch when you see a pair blend really well together.

And just look like look unbeatable and just, you know, I used it.

I've used a gif before of like this awesome 70 foot handball pass in seeing somebody go in for a dunk.

That's what it looks like. It looks like a clear, but like a really clean baton pass.

Somebody running a relay race. And you can tell when a team's vibe is off between the two. And then they're, you know, they're just making mistakes. And you can tell that one of the team is is truly jelling in Maya and Lynn. We're just a treat to watch in that format, especially.

And then same pairing and four, I mean skipping ahead to the afternoon. We're going to get back to the forsooms. But like then watching them in four ball, just like we'll get there. But then it's, they play, they were great. Four ball team in terms of like Maya carrying the load.

And every time there was a slip-up, Lynn was right there to fill in as well. They just had great great chemistry there. So much fun, Maya's energy was awesome every time she pulled a punch. She just gave like a really earnest yell like not a performative yell. Just like there was just genuine excitement every time she did something great.

And I salute those two for some excellent excellent golf walked with Maya's family. For a lot of it, they were great. It was, yeah, there's so many sweets here, Andy. It's crazy how many sweets are all here. Like Swedish flags, every sports fan.

So, match two, Jennifer Cupcho and Rose Zang against Leona McGuire, Esther Henslet. Europe won this one, one up. It was a pretty up and down match. We kind of caught this one at the very end. Randy, you know, you probably is probably in the middle of the night for you.

So I don't think we have a lot of coverage on this one other than the pace of play on 17 was again very tough. Esther Henslet was way off to the right.

It took like over, when I, when I said like, what is going on right now?

I then took out the timer and then it took over a minute from there. Players, same situation kind of is car a lot of the day before players just like with, you know, not that we're not in the match. It's like hands on their faces of like this cannot be taking this long caddies getting upset. Gameswoman ship.

Yeah, TC's a fan of the of slow play now. Well, no, I think I will solid start and circumstances. So I'll let you tell me if the group is not out of position, then you can't put them on the clock. And so that's I'm just going by what the, what he's told me about the rules. That is what applies when you're, you know, you have,

uh, T times on both sides of a golf course in stroke play when you have massive traffic jams. I don't think like this, I don't think this should apply. And listen, by all counts like technically, this is not a penalty. I would just encourage the rules officials want like one that the, the pace, the policy should be different for match play for sure.

Like you should not be taking three minutes to hit a golf shot in general.

And like after after, after we talked about this a lot last night, after Carlota Saganta, the incident on 18 yesterday, taking about three minutes to hit a approach. Carlota Saganta incident. Yeah, the, the Saganta situation.

Now we got off the, off the course and marched straight to the rules officials office. And like demanded an answer of when they were going to finally penalize her. Like that, that happened. And they, their answer was exactly that of like when you're not out of position. You're not being timed.

We can't penalize somebody. I just think that I, this is consistent with what I've said. I want reform on this rule.

You always say like they're not enforcing the rule.

We can reach across the island. And I would say I just think that one, it should be very different for match play. Because they keep pulling this lever. Your up does. And it doesn't make me upset in terms of like the actual how the match ends up playing out.

It's just hard to watch.

Like it kills the momentum of some excellent golf and I don't want it to be a storyline tomorrow.

You know, when, when people tune in comes. There's 12 ball, when there's 24 balls on the course. Yeah, I would like to see the rules officials just be a little bit more stern. Overall, too. You were talking about a ruling that rose.

God. What was that one? She was calling. She was like, hey, this is an animal. Oh, that was you.

Yeah, she got burying animal relief. I know they don't call it that anymore.

I think we realize that from a Neil ruling.

Absolutely. And Michigan, I think it was, but yes, she got relief. And of course, when I was done, I went over there. I was like, what is going on over here? Checking put my finger down in there.

It's, it was sand. It was like an old divot that just looked kind of weird. But she kind of backed the rules. Yeah. Yeah, this is, this is a matter of ground.

And it was like, this is an abnormal hole. If you look at appears like there's something that is scratched. This around this hole. I'm like, yeah, probably like a 16 handicap. Yeah.

Listen to the live chat, apologize to the podcast listeners. But live chat, I understand singles are out. We're not going to unveil them yet. So please, we'll get to that. But tracking one quick note on with the win in this match.

Leona McGuire became the fastest woman in Solheim cup history to 10 points in her career. This was her 14th career match this morning. With the win, it moved her to 10 3 and 1.

So 10 10 points in her first 14 matches.

That's one better than both Doddy Pepper and Nellie Corba. That's also courtesy of Big Randy Robless in the Elias Sports Bureau. I do think watching Leona. Man, like she's, she's so limited off the team. I mean, she was flying at 195.

He's fantastic. And she's just, she's the ultimate girl. It's incredible. There's like there's two cultures on Europe. I want to compare her to pulter.

But it's Saganda tends to be a pulter.

Then, well, Cody, did you see like a driver off the deck or something?

A high deck. A lot of driver off the deck. That same hole. Leona just trying to keep up with everyone. Just robed as high draw driver off the deck up there.

And, and you know, miss the birdie pod. But like, definitely. She's hitting some ridiculous shots. I followed them. The entire match Leona has like, she's such a dog.

Like, it doesn't matter what position she's put in. She just fights and fights and fights. I said this, it's like playing you and match play. It's crazy. She looks like she might be as stiff as me too.

She walks around like, she's a 60. Oh, that's just got like arthritis or something. I'd say all-time great golf name. Leona McGuire. Like, I just, you were just destined for for greatness in the game of golf.

I think we're really interesting too. She did not play any for sums in 2024. And that was on the heels of 2023, where she lost with Captain Anna Nordquist. She lost both her for sums matches.

So, you know, Anna saw was was experienced with Leona. Lost twice in for sums in 2023. It's actually Captain Patterson, Saturn last year in for sums. But for the big sweet to send her back out twice this year. And Leona has two wins to show for it.

That's just interesting, captaining, I think. I wanted to note that. That's really good note. Yeah, Leona's two and one so far. And as played a lot, we're kind of curious how much she was going to play.

And has played a lot. Match three was Andrea Lee. I just lost my tip. Andrea Lee and Austin Kim against Mimi Rhodes and Nostasia Nado. This was domination from Mimi and Nostasia.

They won four and three. Again, I think it's a watch much of this one. But just seemed like kind of met golf on the US side and very strong back. Your pins were only one up at the turn. But then turn it on the back nine.

They played ten part 11 and then made a birdie on 12. They won eventually four up with a birdie finally on 15.

Yeah, they birdie the first two and then just never let up.

I think the it's six birdies and 15 holes in ultra and ultra, which is insane. And then I misspoke earlier. Andrea and Austin were the only paired this morning. Not to birdie number two, not number one. So just so the euros were all over number two.

Gotcha.

Just a new grouping for the euros, too, is the only thing I would add.

Maybe they, you know, I mean, so we're not, we're not playing anymore. For somes this soulheim cup, but perhaps they've stumbled on something in years ahead. Yeah, I'd be curious at this where this was in the plan versus, you know,

Obviously benching, saline.

And then the Kurtz Madsen this morning, which was the pairing that did not work out very well.

And for somes yesterday, if this was part of the plan, if this was an audible call.

But it definitely paid off for Europe. They won that match and also. So that's the first three matches go to Europe this morning, but in the future. That was the way. That was the way.

Yeah. The final match. Allison Lee in the hard cogland, one six and five over Charlie Hall and Lottie woad. Just straight domination on the US side. 7 under through 12.

You're not all there. Lord Cogland is playing like the best player in the world right now. I can't, I've seen her hit, you know, played the most probably of anyone here. Anyone player here.

And I've never seen her play like this.

It's incredible. Allison was a great partner for us. She's our foreball partners have struggled. And she's just keep holding her own, keeps holding her own. I know she lost in the afternoon and we'll get there.

It's just been some amazing amazing golf. She's having so much fun. She's always smiling. She looks so confident and looks like she just was born for these moments. And I just set it last night and we can say it every night.

I just was not, I was not imagining this when our relationship with her started like seven years ago. I don't think she, it was, she was imagining this either. She's the best man walking around out there with John. Like she's, she's soaking it all in. And she's got a lightness about her that you would think she's playing in a member guests somewhere.

Like she's, she's just going at pins and she's playing offense. And she's not worried about the downside risk and it's so fun to see. I think it's also remarkable. John told me this today. She's head.

This was her seven, this afternoon was her seventh. Seventh team match in the in the soul home cup in her career. She played with six different partners.

And this was the first one she lost.

Yes. So she that that just goes to show you how comfortable the captains are with putting her out with virtually anyone. And she's and if you look at who she's played with throughout the years. It is it runs the gamut. It's the entire spectrum of of players, personalities, skill types, all of that.

So she's like a captain's dream. She's kind of like a like if you like a max home of when when max is playing well. Four four four. Sorry, coglant Lauren L C four for some matches. She went to an 0 in 2024. She's to an 0 this year.

She has yet to get to the 17th hole in any of those four for some match wins. She's just it's it's such a good format for. And I mean, she's 21 and one. She played with Allison Lee, Allison Lee is three and a. She has played excellent excellent golf.

We come in on this lot.

So I had I assume the stat was right that she was the first mom.

To play in the soul time comes since 2010.

When he ten and I believe that was Julie inster.

Wow, who was here. Yeah. And it's just crazy to think about Julie inster. Like it seems like a so long ago that those teams were but man shot out to to Allison. And it's cool that like the kids running around out. And it's great.

And it's crazy to think about the last time, you know, she made that team in in DC. And nobody knew she's like, well, is it seven a week's pregnant already at the time? They had talks. She told like the tough. She holds.

Yeah, I don't know how I'm going to be in the mornings because I've like really bad morning sickness. And like just cut it out. And now, made the team two years later as a mom. It's just cool. Cool. I'll start a moment for arriving. So three in one in the morning for to the Europeans of seven five at lunch Randy.

We were feeling ourselves. We went to the food trucks. We got it. It's all we got a case of Dia. We got this.

Emcemen. Emcemen. Like a rock in kind of. Yeah. Fantastic.

It was like a spice chicken. Peter thing and then good. Fakasha salmon sandwich. It's been great. Randy, the food's been awesome. The just generally everything's been like the say it's like everything that went wrong.

I think it quarters in. They completely remedied and then like. Yeah. Haken it up five notches in quality. One thing that is interesting Randy, and I like this it's low.

It's kind of a little off putting when you start doing it, but big on sustainability here. So they don't have like plastic water bottles out.

Like you need to have your own drink carrier and use it to fill up water.

Like, and you got to carry it everywhere with you. So I want to give a big shout out and a big thank you to our friends at Yeti. It doesn't matter if you're looking for hard coolers, soft coolers, cups, mugs or more yeti. Has it the rambler has been paying dividends out here. They got so many water fountains.

Absolutely everywhere spread out all over the course. I have about six ramblers. I could probably use another 20 because I use them every single day.

It's a great, great, great product.

They have so many great items you can check out at Yeti.com. They can you can customize their products as well. You can customize bottles, mugs, hard coolers, dog bowls, whatever it is. Yeti can customize it. Check out their complete offerings at Yeti dot.

Great mortgage, too. They're backpacks. And this is all. They might be the official official partner of the bottle. Randy.

I like that. I like that, T.C. Hey, let me ask you this. The Charlie Hall Lotty Wode for some's pairing. Do you think that's worth giving another shot in 2028?

Or do we need to blow it up and never come back to it?

Absolutely not. I think we should have blown it up after yesterday. And Charlie, I think you've probably got a counterpoint to me. I just think we don't know who Lotty vibes with yet.

And I think you need to kind of move around a little bit.

Like I would have loved to have seen. I don't know. I mean, I feel like Lotty's game is pretty malleable as well. I think I think you mix it up a little bit and try to find something. I did not get to see this match.

So that's my disclaimer here. The reports have been that they played poorly. The vibes were not great between the two of them. That's going to happen when you play poorly. Here's how I look at this.

When I watched those two play, they're match on Friday afternoon. And it was the best team Europe possibly could have put out. They were awesome. Lotty was awesome.

They made so many birdies every time. I think it makes total sense in force. I agree. Like that was just such a great for ball pairing. And there are like two of your best players.

Where are you going to sit in this morning? I get to point here is I could they have found better partners than what they had. Potentially. I just don't. I don't.

It's a hard thing to to guess on. You know, try to predict because I know you probably want to play them. And maybe it just didn't work with balls. And there's a whole like, you know, downstream effect of every pairing. So I guess I was I'm I'm I'm not apologizing for that pairing in the morning.

I saw a lot of sentiment that they should not have sent them back out together in the afternoon. And I didn't I didn't agree with that again just with how good they had played together. And they played good this afternoon. They shot eight under best ball, which is not like amazing, but it's not like I was. That's that's good.

We got there a good year in Yang in for ball. They, you know, just went up against Yolimi again.

That's what like if you leave me know, we haven't even gotten to her yet.

If you leave me know, doesn't just give too. Titanic performances. And afternoon for ball, this leader boy looks different. The Lottie wo Charlie Hall pairing looks different. Yolimi no carried angel in to a half against Europe's best team yesterday.

And today Andrea had some good moments on the back nine contributed some. But Yolimi was like six hundred through nine score count on 14 of the holes get five birdies in an eagle. And she played on. It was incredible incredible unbelievable, including like just, you know, Andrew got in trouble on 18 with nursing the one-up lead.

Yolimi just splits the fairway hits a perfect high fade to the middle of the green. Easy to put to lock it down and just looked like she was playing a Monday practice round.

Like never looked, it just, it was incredible incredible hero golf from Yolimi.

No, and I just don't know if it actually had to go up against Lottie woad. And Charlie basically on her own and got a point in a half out of it. I think I salute you Yolimi. Where I struggle a little bit with Charlie. She was getting back treatment yesterday.

The vibes have been not great. Like she's she's kind of a finicky personality, right? And we've seen before at Solheim. You know, it's like she's just, yeah, there's just, there can be some weirdness there. Sorry to cut you off, you see.

I was, yeah, I mean, she admitted to that. If you guys listen, I can't remember whose podcast it was. I want to say it was Kara's maybe. I think she did a podcast with Kara K. Dixon around the masters. And she talked about like, yeah, like Solheim comes really hard for me.

Because team golf is just like not my thing. Like I, it's hard to partner with people. I don't like not being on my schedule. I like doing things my own way. And she has like her little team and like she's probably with it.

That doesn't mean that she doesn't, isn't trying.

But that's why I'm confused that they center out all five.

Yeah, right? Why me because she's the highest ring player on your team. Like she's supposed to be your dude. But that's, that's lit.

It's interesting not to, you know, I guess I am second guessing.

But Charlie played with Esther Esther in for some years. Two years ago went one in one Esther then went with Leona. Like I think there's a world where you put Esther with Charlie again. And I think a lot of in Leona are just as strong of a of a for some team. Now granted, that's all hindsight and that it looks, it sounds better now.

That is just a little, I'd be curious what went into that decision, I guess.

And then, yeah, all right, let's get to doing it after noon.

First we want to do singles first.

I think we do after noon first. Yeah, let's get through the afternoon and then we'll, yeah. Sitting for the US, Nellie Corta, Alison Lee, Angel Yin, Alison Corpus. Not a lot of surprises there on the European side. Nana Kurtz-Madson sits both sessions today.

Mimi Rhodes sits as well. You, you little pez were miras sits both sessions and Esther Hinslet sits as well. The first match out was Megan Kang Lauren Coglin against Maya Stark and Lynn Grant. I walked this entire match.

It was, my and Lynn were just incredible.

My I made so many pots Lynn stepped up at the right moments again. We just discussed Lauren held her own as long as she could Megan did not have a great, great match. I think Megan justified. Big big spot for Megan tomorrow.

I think she's been in the past and she's been in the past.

She had a great second nine yesterday. I've benefited quite greatly from a strong partnership yesterday afternoon. So big spot for her because it was off today was bad. She let she left Lauren on her own for most of the day. Lauren, that was immense stuff from Lauren to get that match to even being closed on the stretch.

She birdied for the first five and like, and they were only one up, which, you know, like, let me shit, she.

Maya, hold out. Lauren Eagle six inches on one and Maya holds it out from the fairway for an eagle. It was, I mean, just an epic match. And then, you know, like, Lauren, you know, like Lynn, Lynn birdies eight, 10, 11, 12. Maya birdies 13 awesome pretty there and then Lynn Lynn stuff one on 15, but Maya made a bomb run on top of her.

Lauren hit one of the best shots of the day on 15 right after Lynn hit this sick, like high or slinging draw to the exact right spot. It was that was such a good environment on that hole and like everything was kind of hinging on that match.

Like because I think if Europe doesn't get that match, the vibes get really different.

Yeah, you know, for for the final three and we're probably looking at a, you know, probably at two point US lead here. So Lauren, I mean, she just she played unbelievable golf. She got gusted a little bit on 14 on her second shot, but driver looks awesome. And she's just like, it's flawless stuff. So they just got beat, uh, Blin and Maya or who we thought Lynn Maya, we're going to be, you know, like you said Randy and it's been a joy to watch. I don't understand Lynn's swing at all. Like I don't understand how it works.

So it makes me uncomfortable. She hit, I mean, the drive that she hit on 16 on stairs. It was like, there's water up the right, there's wind off the right and she hits just this towering. Or hits a bad drive left. Yeah. And then she hits this just towering towering draw at the water and, you know, draws it back into the fairway. Like truly some pretty fearless stuff. And then Maya on 17 was just like, it was a true force of nature. She just buried that put and, and like she'd done all day. They're just such a good ham and egg crew. And like that was, that was some of the best golf. I've watched all year was the four of those players, three of those players plan, you know, 17 holes.

Totally agree. Came came through that way on television too. It just felt like it was a heavy way battle. And I think the thing with Lynn that

Seeing Lynn play free, freed up, really good golf, like, oh, man. It's a little frustrating if you let yourself think about, you know, her wider last however many seasons in tournament golf, but it's still like TC there's something there like she is capable of really, really good golf. And it was just, yeah, it was a joy to watch. You could tell her and Maya were just feeding off of one another. And that's, as you said, to take nothing away from Megan and Lauren, like they were, they were, they were, they were, they just was this was really good team golf at a high level.

Megan had a, we were over the right on eight, the short par four in Megan's kind of short sided, like big mound in front of her and then a bunker and then a mound on the backside of the bunker. Green running away from her and she hit one of the nastiest blobs I've seen in a little bit of the sickest sound to it.

I could hear it from 30 yards away just to dump on it.

How are you going to beat that girl? Like how are you going to get around her? That's what they felt like today. They just felt like stalwarts like felt like you like you this is a problem for you. I don't know if you have anything you can put up is going to beat this duo right now. And that's a lot of how I felt watching Lynn in Spain in 23. So that's that's always colored my judgment of her as a player of like I know that's in there and it just there's something about match play and team golf that it gets it out versus of 72 whole stroke play event.

I real quick, I feel like we have this conversation in awful lot and I understand that the lead person of this duo tends to be Lynn.

I start the major champion. Yeah, she's got 10, 0 or whatever we talk about like a player. Yeah, like we talk about Lynn like and I understand she is capable of so much more.

But like I think this partnership is there because Maya always is there.

Yeah, always this is backing Lynn up and like when there needs to be a shot that is hit or put Maya is there and it seems like Maya is the one to do it. It was awesome so far this tournament because it's like Come on Lynn like she did it. She followed through except for this whole. This was stinky Maya's a race on its 16. I think you had a great second shot in here big high draw released a little bit too far and then the pitiful pitiful put up here.

Maya is a smart golfer like she knows I think she's really cerebral with like the shots that she hits and I think some of it's just like having enough confidence in herself.

It's like he talks to people out here and they're kind of like like Maya just doesn't like she's not confident enough and optimistic enough like you're with the players in the world.

But it's also this the beauty of this format is like do like here is here's the task today it is not a 72 hole shrink in the samples you know marathon run here it is like you got to go win like some holes early in this matter.

It hits specific shot yeah and that's what makes it just that much more entertaining I think but moving through the rest of the matches we talked about you leave me in Andrea already against Lottie and Charlie.

That US one that one one up rosezang and Austin Kim against Nostasia Nado and Leona McGuire US one this one three and two rows had a really nice afternoon Leona made an eagle on the eighth hole that was kind of one of her few highlights there and Nado was kind of out on her own and that match again didn't didn't get see a lot of that one in person I don't think this was much on TV either Randy I'm not sure if you saw much of this one but you know. Not as much either you know when the do I think was the one that hit a great shot into 15 made birdie you know to cut it still to three either this this one felt like a foregone conclusion for a while rose played like really good golf and I'm you know we need to keep rose away from.

I just just just doesn't work in my opinion. I've been as mentioned at the start of the show Cup show Jennifer Cup show in Lindy Duncan against Carlos Sagan and Celine Boody a US miraculously wins that one one up Cup jump mix a bomb on 17 to win that hole and then drain a put out 18 as well just a incredible way to end the team portion and that's immediately after. Carloada birdies thirteen and fourteen but you're too like good par force just kind of side by side there and then they're in total control and she she might as well have crotch shot on 14 after she made the punch.

That's like through the put it down as it was a punch. I was like wait I think that's it and then they get to teensy and both of them hit these like slinging draws to a left hand.

And off the like in off the right and in both of them rinsed their shots and it's like it was just a bizarre sequence of events from there. Carloada hit a like she hit really good drive on 16 really good second shot makes the birdie and then. Yeah and then 17 happens so just a like one of the crazier reversals I've ever seen certainly I don't I can't recall and I've taught my head to reverse that quickly and that dramatically at the very end from a from a loss to a win not even a loss to a half but.

Again yeah we talked about this is beginning but how does it really make you ...

That had to hurt. Yeah I mean it's like yeah just hurt facial expressions piss me off it's like watching.

It's like a can't lay yeah combined with like if you hated it's like Patrick can't live with like a little bit of Patrick read sprinkled it.

That's exactly the conversation I was going to bring up big I met him on the back of 15 green and I'm like yo like I can't believe she's doing this to see and he's like I know man is crazy like reminds me. Little bit of P a little bit of a can't lay and I'm like do I was posting like P read like she's kind of like doing it. Well she's very good yeah well she's shushed the crowd on. And I think Cope showed it and I was like oh the crowd's here amazing. That age well it's time I was like I know I'm not be more positive like clapping for good shots on both sides and like shot out to the crowds on on 12 where like that pin was talked over on the left and they were reacting to the trajectory of the shots before they would even land of knowing like all right this is going to be good when there's a buzz there's a buzz and then they would know.

But across the course you can tell that because after you've been to the whole you know you see a shot from behind like they're hitting from the fairway and you hear the crowd make that noise and it does the ball does get very close then when we'd leave that spot we could hear that whole process all over again because they were just absolute noors man and and like you said I was really impressed with the US did some pretty heroic stuff in spots of just like the fans clapping and cheering for it. It was like pretty genuine of just like appreciation of of some really good shots and like you know near the end like the point clenching ones it wasn't there wasn't a lot of cheering for it but like earlier on in the matches it was just to I yeah it's I'm a broken record of this point but the environment in the atmosphere has just been it's been awesome just wildly positive like all around like everybody's in a good mood everybody's.

on the home hand like it's just fun it's it's it's Randy like it's it's like the best elements of of the one I was had an invernance and the best elements of the one in Spain mixed with mixed with like what I love about a walker cup.

Yeah, all of those things put together it's on a good golf course like then you do matter a lot both for the golf itself but also for the vibes and in the TV and I know the drone shots look good and all of it so in the build up I mean.

Yeah, I know Kyle Phillips catches like sometimes we give him a flag for done Donald but like yoss links is cool it's always cool on TV.

Big cow club fans you know like Kyle Phillips can cook when you give him some ingredients or it's just some sand to work with I'll say this to you know I fancy myself. I fancy myself to be like a grass guy, you know I love growing my beauty this isn't a transition into an adry for it but in the Netherlands it is illegal to use chemicals on your grass zero fertilizer out here. So the fact that he can get this is this pure every golf course that we play this trip but specifically this a championship venue like it's so impressive it's a.

You can use natural fertilizer you can't use pesticides correct correct, but like any other golf course in the world they're all so juiced up man.

Yeah, the fact that you can get it in this playing condition takes so much hard work dedication trial and error very good superintendents expert superintendents staff.

The commentary has been about the erration holes on the green and that is again, not an agronomist here, but like the green no one has said anything about the greens not rolling perfectly true. That's this festival. It's fescue and it's just the the plugs from where they had errated are the greenest spots, but they are not spotty in the greens. I did talk to some guys that talked about the the lines of which on on these erration holes. You can throw you off on on reading puts because like you're you're literally seeing lines and but they're not totally straight either.

Yeah, and so it that's that's really yeah, but it is there is one is extremely impressively conditioned golf course and they're good speed for like they're fast but they're like. Well, they're they're like they're fast enough to where you're not having to jam it, but you're not having to worry about you know, punts. We have people's people's degree themselves though, so you do have that. Big ass slopes like there's a lot of run side run offs on these holes too. All right guys we are.

Eight eight eight eight what before we get to it's quickly before we look at singles what would you do like what what's what's. If you're on on the European side what do you what are you doing what are you doing if you are in an order question. Do we do we have the captain's agreement that we're sending out. You're saying not all 12. No or just hey, this is a side match we're going to have this one T off on the back.

It's okay.

I.

That's a good question man. Eight eight it's the entire ball game zero zero. Brandy right. That's exactly right T.C. What do you delay in for.

I know I truly want to know what you do. I think you just send.

You send your dogs out first and then I think what they're going to I think what each of them is going to do is you're going to send some dogs out first.

You're going to try to hide a couple people in the middle there and then you're going to get it like a fire wall there right right around match seven match eight. You're going to try to maybe hide a couple more people in match nine match ten and then and then you're going to have another fire wall at the end. And that's what you see what it.

What it tone center for the European side is Maya Stark to big of a bullet to send out first because I think that's where I'm ending up if I'm if I'm in a Nord quiz.

I like that. I think Maya in my place pretty fast as well. Oh, send her out first. Set in the pace. All right.

I'm going to pull you guys big who we who you send it out from team era. You're a pretty set enough from team USA. I would go by a start for team Europe and. Gosh, if I'm team USA. Go, you'll leave me. Is it you'll leave Watson?

I don't think it's Nelly if we're. Yeah, let her sleep in. Yeah. I mean, I don't either. I was like you can say rose and.

I don't know.

I think rose could be I'll see, but you probably don't want to send LCL first.

and gone formats. I might send out Megan Kang first. That's worried about that. That would be a good place.

That would be a good place. You go play. This was my captain's pick and my dog and I'm doing it. I don't like that. I think I would listen to a sacrificial land theory of sending Angel out first. If Europe sends one of their dogs out sending Angel out and just to have her, you know, do the boo weekly ride the driver off the first team. Just go muck it up out there. muck it up. I'll load it going first with muck it up. Muck this whole championship Sunday up.

Okay. I actually might be a good thing because this weather supposed to be awful or the earlier tomorrow. And then it's supposed to I think taper a little bit as we get into or mid afternoon. If you did have car low, just gomming up the works for seven or eight weeks down. All right. Big I heard my start. I heard Megan Kang. Saw the who you got.

I from the US. I am sending out. I'm gonna send out Allison Lee first. Great. I think she's earned it.

And from team Europe. I am sending out.

God. It's hard. I also thought about Charlie or Laude. Yeah. I just I think I think that's justified. I

think you're opening yourself up to criticism if you do that. So I think you'd probably check and add on that. But I'm I'm ready to find out now. The job is killing me. TC. Who do you got? I'm going Maya and I'm going my own Maya and Rose. Match number one at 11 10 a.m. I don't know who actually went first here. So it's all blindly submitted. I'm going to go with Charlie Hall for team Europe and representing the United States. Megan Kang. The ego play Randy. You called it big. Well,

I think listen, she she wants I think Megan wants that spot, which yeah, there's something to that. And then on the backside later in the cup, like nobody's going to be a bigger cheerleader than Megan Kang either. So I do and you don't like that. Yeah. Yeah. You don't want to have it on. Right. It's interesting. TC went down your strategy. How you think you would play? Did you do you have any? No. I think we just go through. You know other suggestions of how if if you were

formatting your team where you're going to hide I would put I mean, hi. Yeah. You're going to hide people in that maybe four or five or maybe seven or eight. I think you're going to put Carlota towards the end because you trust the hell out of her and you know, she's going to be there at the end. So we're looking specifically for Team USA. Where's the angel going to end up at? Summer middle. The past six or seven. I was six or seven or like, yeah, like nine.

All right. Mass number two 11 22 AM Esther Henselite verse Allison Lee. Okay. Number three is Lynn Grant and Angelian. Well, third match. So true. I mean, I'm honest, I think that's the best case scenario for the US, right? Yeah. I mean, the other one would be if she got Nana Kurtz-Mass and one of them would have to win. Yeah. It would be, you know, but that's a pretty pretty hard to play in for that one. Many dodges. So high variable. Not not necessarily

In this way.

not a layoff. I don't think. Would that be on the same level as a, as a, you know, head wall?

I think Angel is in a head wall position for sure. That's a good call.

Just to, you know, match three head wall was later, but yeah, Angel certainly in a, she could go in a, maybe it was a restaurant. Yeah. Happy to be happy to be wrong on this one tomorrow, Randy Lynn Grant is winning that match. I think so too. But I, there's enough of like, you played a love like your competition. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I have so many questions about Angel still. It's the, the sickness was confusing. I'm happy that she's back and feeling better,

but you come back and you lost a lot of weight. The one tournament that we saw you play in,

you're struggling with with your distances and yardages because you'd been not playing golf and lost a lot of weight. And then we see her here and she's running around full of energy. She's out there dressed up as evil can evil, full of energy. And when she got done with that, she, I watched her out here when I was set up for the live show. Hit golf balls for like two and a half hours. And then went to the putting green and put it for another probably hour hour and 15 until

the group started coming through here in 15 and then came over and watched. Like energy is not yet.

Yeah. She wants it. Yeah. I, I, I would have all honestly guessed anything but around three.

But there's probably, look, I trust Jay Ray as well. There's probably a good reason for that.

Match number if you certainly got the distance to keep up with Lynn. Like yeah, that's something Well, she doesn't really know who yardages right now. That's part of the, that's been the concern. So sick. Match number four, Mimi Rhodes verse, Nelly Corda. I love them. I, I, I think I don't know, man. There's something, like I said it last night, Mimi got some swag. Yeah. I think that I, I, I, I liked that a lot. I think that's a big spot. I think she's

got her feet under here this week and in, and punch up, you know. Match number five, Nana Kurtz-Matson verse, Allison Corpus. Okay. Match number six. Man, we, I'm, I'm's pausing right here because I think I've been corrected four different times on my pronunciation of this. No. No. No. No. No. Yes. Nostasia. Nostasia. Nostasia. Is that right? That's not good. Nostasia.

This is, when you don't get to watch on TV, you don't hear it. But Nostasia Nado verse and really, match number seven, Julia Lopez Ramirez, shout out JP verse, Julimi no match number eight, Ladi Wode verse Austin Kim, match number nine, Leona McGuire verse L C, I'm gonna be sweet match. Guys, I, like, I think I know Leona, you know, I'm not going to say, I'm not going to give, I'm not going to give Leona, Eulton Board material, but I'm like,

man, like, the way Lauren's playing right now, like she should dog walk. Yes. They're just, they're playing two different golf courses, right? Totally. Match number 10, my stark verse, Lindy Duncan, 11, Harlow to Siganda, verse,

Jennifer Cupsho, I think. Oh, shit. I think that's what we all been wanting.

Oh, yeah. Match number 12, Celine Boutier, who else is, who we missing guys? Rose, right? Right. Rose. There you go. Rose have it last. Wow. Well, we're throwing it all, you know, for everyone else. We need a blue wall then. Huh. I know. Where's the wall TC? I think the wall is Ladi and Leona, or they think that, or like, like, Lada, Ladi, Leona, Maya, that was the wall,

but Leona verses Lauren, I feel like that's a, that's a tough, uh, tough break for the euros. Yeah. I, I just shocked to see, uh, this is where depth is really hurting your, your, European squad, TC. Yeah, but they're on the flip side, like, you got her high, windy, or like, I, I really like that. I think the Ladi wode Austin Kim matches pretty fascinating. That's, that's, that's a huge one. Yep. Um, and then I think like the rookies, too, and it's

Stasi versus Andrea, that's, that's, that's a, that's a nice matchup. Mimi versus Naly, like,

They're going to need something, need to get something out of Mimi, and then ...

that's a tough, that's a tall order for her. That's a tall order. I'm really curious about that

second match. If, um, if Esther can take down Allison, I think that could be a big swing. You could

almost have a start. Yeah. You could have a big euro start there potentially. Um, and then yeah, you get into the middle, and it's a fun spot to see what Mimi does, but that Mimi match, Nanna Kurtz-Matsin. I don't feel great in the top and the Stasiah, you know, if the U.S. might have that big run in the middle there. I got, I can run through, um, odds here. I think for the matches, if you guys want, I have this, this is on Fandold. Charlie Hall is minus 148,

Megan Kang plus 122. Esther Hinslet is favored minus 134 against Allison Lee plus 110. That's interesting. Interesting. And Grant is favored only minus 126 to plus 104 to Angelian. I wish I was staying side right now. I wish I was staying side. Damn you, people. Naly,

minus 188 with Mimi Rhodes plus 154. In that match, it's the first match the U.S. is favored in.

We, uh, Randy, I think you should do some, there was some fun parlaze down. Alice,

Corp. Who's minus 120, Nanna Kurtz-Matsin minus 102? Wait, it is favored? No, minus 120 for- Oh, minus 120, sorry. Andre Lee, that's Andre Lee right against Natsasia Natsasia, that she is, Andre Lee's minus 128, Nado is plus 104. Um, sorry. These are really broken out. Hulia Ramirez, Hulia up as Ramirez against Yulimi. No, Yulimi minus 122, Hulia is plus 100. In the, uh, Laude Road is minus 134 over Austin,

Kim at plus 110. That'll be a great match. L, C is minus 130 against Leona McGuire plus 106. And then Maya Stark minus 142, big favorite over, uh, Lendi Duncan plus 116. And we've called us to, uh, Carlos Saganda, uh, eight hell of structured this. I don't have a, I don't have a no time for them, for whatever reason. Uh, Saganda, uh, Cupcho is slightly favored over Saganda. And then I said, yes, she's minus 120, Saganda minus 102.

And then final match rose minus 122, Celine Boodya plus 100. It's very even, it is very even none of the, even the ones that feel like bigness matches to us. Like Nelly minus 188, if she's under the weather and gets me in your roads, feels like big of a line, especially with, with shitty weather out there. Yeah. Do you think if Nelly was feeling better, she would be in that fourth match? I, I, I guess I asked that. I am shocked that

Lendi Duncan is in the tenth match. Like that is, that is potentially a massive spot to put her in. Yeah. Right in the middle of the fire wall, the blue wave Randy, she might get, I know, rip tide. She had some good moments today. I mean, she was, you know, one in one, like one-alt shot match played one four-ball match. Um, I mean, yeah, 10 could be big, but, you know, all the points matter. You know, all of a matter, I know. I, I'm just kind of going through

in my head. Like, I think there's a very plausible situation where we're kind of 12, 12-ish,

and we're looking at these last handful of matches. And I, I just, I'm not sure, Lendi would have been my pick to, to, you know, be in one of the real deciding matches. But yeah, every, every, every point counts. It's going to be the way that the, the, the course is laid out to, like, so we're, we're on regular 18 here, but it's actually 16 for the tournament. And, uh, 12, 12, and 14 are like, right next to each other. And so there's, there's a big grandson behind 12,

a big grandson behind 14, and then 15 is kind of where all the, you see 15, and then you see 17, green, and it's, it's a really cool kind of amphitheater thing. There's going to be so many matches going through there, right around what four, you know, probably 33, 34 o'clock local time here. Uh, so 10 a.m. Eastern, like, this should be really, really fucking good.

Yeah, aren't we? Before you're NFL Sunday, first week of the NFL, watch this one. Like, if you,

We do not do arms waving for every women's golf event.

cream of the crop. I really do think so. I think this is probably going to be, uh, the best,

the best possible. Uh, I can't foresee a situation where this is not a dramatic segment. Over the last couple of install homes, we said, man, like, you, you're, it's right there for you, you're, you're, you're, you're messing things up with with what should be an easy win. And they've risen to the challenge, and the competition has, has been as advertised, better than advertised even, and I think it's setting up for freaking awesome Sunday.

And in, like, proper conditions, too, it's going to be really shitty more. I think if you don't

like this, you don't like golf. I think that honestly, I, I don't, you're not a way to describe it any

other way. I guess it was a dog, man. Yeah. Yeah. And that's, so on that note, like, that's why I would

give Megan a better shot than I would, and perfect conditions like it was today. Like, you know, go out and, and, you know, get in the mud, kind of make some parts. Yeah. All right. That is, that's, that's, that's all we've got from day two as quite dark here. If you're watching this on YouTube, cameras help really well. Lights from the laptop are actually working quite well here, but we got an Irish, a good Irish up on. Yeah. Do we have a shuttle or we two late for shuttle? We,

we're very late, very late. We just thought, again, we'll get that figured out. Don't you worry about

a chance to find some dinner and all that, uh, the best thing about going in the signals is that, uh, I see 11 10 a.m. match number one. That means that these leave, these five a.m. wakeups are done, right? Right. That's right. That's right. It's going to be a possible tonight. Yeah. I'm going to get a couple push-ups tonight. Uh, thank you to our friends at title list. I knew and yet he thank you everyone for tuning in here on a comfortable Saturday. Several hundred of you in here, watching this

live. Five hundred. Yeah. 41. I knew a live during comfortable. Appreciate all the podcast listeners of course, uh, comic share, you know, let your people know. We'll be here. I understand it's a big day tomorrow for football, but, uh, sports, so I'm cut. 100%. We'll be live at some point after the finale tomorrow. We're still figuring out what our plan's going to be. Uh, that'll be right in the middle of, of football watching I know. So, uh, we're getting it done at some point. We know that. So,

you can expect a live show after we'll sit on pressers and things like that. We may do it from here and make it back to the hotel where we're figuring that figured out on the fly. But, but a very fun week here in the Netherlands. Thank you to everyone that has been supporting the content. They get everyone that's at high out here. It's been awesome. I mean, it's just so, it's not like super, it's like, uh, it's been, it just like, everyone's been so friendly. We have, uh, so many great

supporters on this side of the pond and, uh, we, we really, really, really appreciate. Randy, you need to

come over the Netherlands. You wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb. Yeah, I have everybody's fellow dolls. I know. For sure. If you got a video again today, brought me back some old memories. So, I appreciate everybody's notes coming through that, uh, that, that, you know, respond to what I was on the BBC. So, I'll get it back on there tomorrow for a couple of hours. But, good for you. Say, hi to all, say hi to all of our friends for me. Kind of predictions.

predicted US coming in, like, kind of feeling Europe right now. I know. I kind of want to switch mine to US is terrified. You're up. I'm going to say 15, 13, Europe. That's where I was at. Did you pick the US before, Randy? I picked a 14, 14 retain. Right. I do not know what's going to happen.

I think it's, I think, 15, 13, Europe as of right now. I'll go 15, 13, Europe, too. Yeah,

it's a blue wave, guys. Blue wave, then I think it was well, why the banner? So, see, we picked the exact same one. If that does happen, T.C. said he was going to join the Guardians. Uh, he's going to wear that. Oh, I know. He's been going to Guardians. I would happen to get so drunk. Oh, okay, it's all he could. Well, let's, let's, let's see if we can get a shuttle. Let's go find some food in the shuttle. Thank you, everyone, for watching. We'll see you tomorrow. Enjoy this all, I'm

going to go. Correct. I'm going to have a blast tomorrow.
