The head of the International Energy Agency says at least 80 facilities across some Middle East have been hit since the U.S. and Israel began waging war on Iran and simpires "I have battalion reports."

The International Energy Agency's chief Feta Haberol told an audience at the Atlantic Council that more than 80 oil and gas fields, refineries and energy terminals were damaged in six weeks of war.

His comments come as the Qatar-based LGZera channel released footage for the first time

of Iran's March missile attack on the Ross LaFan gas complex in Qatar and damaged the Lava-Dade Air Base, where some 10,000 U.S. troops were stationed before the war. Iran's state news agency meanwhile says Iran wants financial compensation from four Gulf Arab states and Jordan for hosting U.S. troops that attacked it during the war. Some Arab Gulf states say it's Iran that should pay for region-wide damage.

He spoke to MPR after two members, California Democrat Eric Swallwell and Texas Republican Tony Gonzalez stepped down, spear-help lead the Me Too movement on Capitol Hill.

While well-faced accusations from multiple women, one of whom set forward Tuesday alleging he drugged and raped her eight years ago. Gonzalez admitted to an affair with a staff member who later died by suicide.

The Midwest remains under threat of tornadoes after a dozen twisters reportedly touched down Monday. From a member station case, CUR Frank Morris reports. "Voncier's denial of Kansas circling up after tornado cut a path across town, tearing up dozens of homes and businesses.

Colton George says he was watching from the parking lot of his temporary home, the Knights and Motel, and tell management shoot him in the basement."

"Well, I was laughing about it honestly, had a few beers in my head.

Then you walk out in this hurryal, and you're like damn, you're homeless now." The tornado smashed the hotels, windows blew the roof off and took parts of the walls with it. George says he salvaged only a laundry basket full of wet clothes and two beers. Another Twister hit Hillsdale Kansas, ripping apart more than 50 homes there, despite the

destruction known as killed. For imperialism, Frank Morris and Kansas City. "And you're listening to NPR news." U.S. is experiencing a resurgence of measles with more than 1700 confirmed cases so far this year.

On new study finds that rising measles cases come with significant human and economic costs, here's in Piersbury, a Cadoy." Last year, the U.S. confirmed 2,287 measles cases. The highest number in decades. In a new modeling study, researchers at Yale estimated that responding to those cases cost

the country, some $244 million.

The average cost per case was more than $104,000. The researchers also found that even a small 1% drop in measles vaccination rates could result in more than 4,000 hospitalizations and 36 preventable deaths from measles each year. That 1% drop in vaccinations would also cost the nation in additional $1.5 billion per year between now and the year 2030 in related health costs.

The findings appear in the proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Maria Gadoi and Piers News. An ADM Prime Minister Mark Carney moving to temporarily suspend Canada's fuel tax.
